I keep asking: Why Syria? Why now? It’s because Barack Obama has so many scandals and failures to hide that war is the perfect cover story to mask the most disastrous record in modern Presidential history. Obama is a desperate man. He has to cover up the truth.
Global warming ideologues are dangerous. This is especially the case when their theories are trumped by facts. So it is after a recent scientific report that shows the Arctic ice cap grew by almost 1 million square miles last year. Now, some environmentalists are claiming that the civil war in Syria may be the result of global warming.
It is undeniable that America is thoroughly addicted to fiat stimulus. Every aspect of our economy, from stocks, to bonds, to banks, and by indirect extension main street, is now utterly dependent on the continued 24/7 currency creation bonanza. The stock market no longer rallies to the tune of increased retail sales, growing export markets or improved employment expectations.
There is now an awakening and growing recognition that the U.S. government is self-serving, unrepresentative and supererogatory and that it needs to be reined in. The divide and awakening are best demonstrated over the past couple of weeks in the reaction of the people to the possibility of Syrian intervention.
For a while, it looked as though Barack Obama would suffer his most humiliating political defeat ever. Congress was about to tell the President a loud and emphatic “No!” to his request for legislation authorizing a military strike against Syria, when suddenly who should come galloping to his rescue other than his longtime nemesis, Russian President Vladimir Putin?
Syria is a massive cover-up: President Barack Obama’s weapon of mass distraction. Obama is desperate to cover up the facts about his dying economy and the damage he’s done to his own most loyal voters. Obama has destroyed the lives of the very people who consider him “the American idol.”
President Barack Obama may be risking world peace to defend al-Qaida-linked Syrian rebels with U.S. military might. The question we should ask is: Why? Some people within the Arab world think they know the answer, that Obama is a secret member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The Syrian government poses absolutely no immediate threat to the United States. In fact, the civil war that now rages within its borders has been completely fabricated by the American government. The insurgency has been funded, armed, trained and ultimately directed by the U.S. intelligence community. Without U.S. subversion, the civil war in Syria would not exist.
Aug. 7, 1990, was the beginning of George H.W. Bush’s New World Order which, it turns out, is perpetual war on behalf of Saudi Arabia, Israel and the U.S. petrodollar. On that date, the American republic was laid on the altar of the military-industrial complex and American empire and sacrificed for something much more important to the moneyed elites than the American people.
On Wednesday, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved a resolution authorizing the President to use limited military force against Syria. No boots on the ground, you understand. No forcing Bashar Assad out of office. No, all we’re going to do is to “degrade” Syrian President Bashar Assad’s ability to wage war on his own citizens.
