The ultra-Left continues to see him as a transformative figure that will remake America. His critics agree that President Barack Obama wants to change America, but not for the better. I decided to find out by reading half a dozen books and taking notes over the past few months.
The Vietnam War and Syrian conflict today have a great deal in common, though the cast of characters has been rearranged slightly. This time, the U.S. and Europe has supported the insurgency. The government of Bashar al-Assad has been cast as the “villain.” Russia and China are now playing the role of mediators and peacemakers.
The body of a nation dies when it gets so congested that it can’t live. It seems that a full measure of corruption must implode a nation before it can begin anew. Revolution takes time. It’s a gradualism that the population is oblivious to. Most people cannot imagine that the U.S. is in a state of economic and social collapse, even though the signs and indicators are everywhere.
Did the Attorney General of the United States commit perjury when he appeared before the House Judiciary Committee two weeks ago? It sure looks like it. Right now, Eric Holder is scrambling to protect himself. Nice try, Holder, but it won’t work.
This Internal Revenue Service scandal must go far deeper than anyone understands at the moment. It must lead directly to the highest echelons of the Barack Obama White House. How do I know? Because the media is no longer defending Obama. Instead, they’ve switched to smearing his victims.
I’m sure I’ve mentioned it before. I call it “the politics of ease.” It’s the liberal tendency to blame every hitch in society’s collective gallop on someone or something other than the actual offender. The solutions to most of the problems we face as a Nation are, in fact, quite simple. That might not be easy, but it is simple.

You will not find me downtown with less than $500 on my person; and if I’m on a flight overseas, I’ll have much more. There are advantages to paying cash.
Today is Memorial Day, a day we’ve set aside to salute the veterans who laid their lives on the line and gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country, our country: the United States of America. Let’s set aside our partisan ideas and ideologies today and recognize those who have sacrificed for us. Remember, too, their families, who gave their loved ones on the altar of freedom.
Two days ago, Lois Lerner, the director of the Internal Revenue Service’s Exempt Organizations division, pleaded the 5th.So far, both Congressmen and reporters trying to find out who knew what and when they knew it are having a mighty hard time getting anyone to tell “the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth” about this spreading scandal.
We now officially know America is being run by a gangster government. The real question is: Will the same Internal Revenue Service (or IRS-like bureaucracy) that targeted and persecuted conservatives, GOP donors, Tea Party groups, pro-Israel Jewish groups, Christian groups, pro-life groups and outspoken critics of the President (like me), now use Obamacare to deny us medical care?
