Judicial Watch has released its annual list of Washington’s 10 Most Corrupt Politicians. Unfortunately for us, and the United States, the scandals were so prevalent in 2011 that Judicial Watch couldn’t narrow the list to just 10. Following the Top 10 are the seven Dishonorable Mentions.

“I like Ron Paul’s ideas on the economy, but I can’t vote for him because he’s an isolationist on foreign policy. He’s a kook (or naïve, or nuts or insert your own word) on foreign affairs.” What that means is that pushing Middle Eastern countries around and imposing our will on them is more important to so-called conservatives than getting our financial house in order.
The U.S. Senate is considering a bill that would designate the whole world, including U.S. territory, as a battlefield and subject American citizens in the United States to indefinite military detention without the benefit of trial and to attacks along the lines of the drone assassination of supposed terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki.
It’s clear the elites won’t be satisfied until all the world is in a conflagration or subjection. That is the takeaway from Tuesday’s GOP debate.
