Hand-Picked Judges Hear Appeal of Obamacare Suits

Two of President Barack Obama’s nominees and one of former President Bill Clinton’s nominees made up the three-member panel of appellate judges that heard two Obamacare suits Tuesday. The suits went to the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals after a series of highly partisan decisions from lower courts.

National Emergency Alert System To Track Your Location (In Order To Keep You Safe)

The Federal Government will soon be using specially implanted chips in cellular phones to track the movements of U.S. citizens, as part of a new national emergency-alert system.
