Carney: ‘The White House Doesn’t Create Jobs’

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney faced multiple tough questions about the economy and job creation at Thursday’s press briefing. However, when pressed on jobs, he gave a very peculiar answer.

The question was: “Why should Americans believe that the White House can create jobs when the unemployment rate has been so stagnant and the record is sort of anemic?”

Carney replied: “Well, the White House doesn’t create jobs. The government together — White House, Congress — creates policies that allow for greater job creation.”

“While undoubtedly true, it was certainly not a sentiment Obama wants to project as Republicans ratchet up criticism of his leadership on economic issues, and his presidential campaign kicks into high gear,” read an article for Business Insider. “Asked whether the White House could do more, Carney said ‘there is no silver bullet’ to creating jobs — but he didn’t answer the question.”

Which one in the photo is the boss? It’s almost as though neither wants to take credit for being the boss. Is this administration playing a strange game in which someone steps up one day and becomes the “boss of the day” so the ‘real’ boss can have some time off?
This is a most peculiar bunch, as we’re supposed to beleieve that the W H is a job-creating machine. Now, the W H is not a job-creating machine. So what’s the real answer? Since I can’t rely on the ‘prez’ to speak up, maybe I’ll have to rely on the other guy to speak up.
This is SO confusing. Anybody out there have any clues or suggestions to make sense of this? Weren’t we told that this would be a transparent administration? I know what that word means, but after almost 3 years, no one in that administration does – if they ever did. Maybe they’re hiding behind the idea that they didn’t say they wouldn’t
LIE to the American people. So confusing!

By now we should know who is the boss(es) follow the money and who is the group that really controls America,

The super rich do not need to use the smartest guys to sell their agenda. All they need to do is have someone who looks nice in an expensive suit and with a pleasant voice.

Besides the salary, they have endless benefits after the term is finished such as a one billion dollar library (Bill Clinton Libary), write books, get paid to show up at Hollywood parties, giving speeches, or promotes their agenda/people through charity organization.

As Farrakhan said he (Obama) was selected before he was elected. The super rich already know how to run America the way they want it to be, and it has been written out before the election; such as Obama’s Healthcare is no different than Clinton’s Health Care, except for the added “DEATH PANEL”.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said:

        - “THE WHITE HOUSE DOESN’T CREATE JOBS.” Then why do we need him for? And why did Obama say “the buck stops with me.”

        - “THERE IS NO SILVER BULLET TO CREATING JOBS.” What about hundreds of Billions of dollars that were demanded to create jobs or the sky would fall.

        - “WELL, THE WHITE HOUSE DOESN’T CREATE JOBS. THE GOVERNMENT TOGETHER — White House, Congress — CREATES POLICIES, THAT ALLOW FOR GREATER JOB CREATION.” What a bunch of crap, this is exactly how it cripples the U.S. Economy.

Too many laws, too many regulators and higher taxes drive businesses away.

The recession has hit everybody really hard…

My neighbor got a pre-declined credit card in the mail.

CEO’s are now playing miniature golf.

    Exxon-Mobil laid off 25 Congressmen.

A stripper was killed when her audience showered her with rolls of pennies while she danced.

I saw a Mormon with only one wife.

If the bank returns your check marked “Insufficient Funds” you call them and ask if they meant you or them.

McDonald’s is selling the 1/4 ouncer.

Angelina Jolie adopted a child from America.

Parents in Beverly Hills fired their nannies and learned their children’s names.

My cousin had an exorcism but couldn’t afford to pay for it, so they re-possessed her!

Truckloads of Americans have been caught sneaking into Mexico.

A picture is now only worth 200 words.

When Bill and Hillary travel together they now have to share a room.

The Treasure Island casino in Las Vegas is now managed by Somali pirates.

Congress says they are looking into the Bernard Madoff scandal.

Great! The guy who made $50 Billion disappear is being investigated by the guys who made $1.5 Trillion disappear!

    And, finally…

I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., that I called the Suicide Hotline.

I got a call center in Pakistan and when I told them I was suicidal, they got all excited and asked if I could drive a truck or fly an airplane.

Something is wrong with Mr. Carney. He might be replaced fairly soon.
