Cards On The Table

Cards On The Table

As soon as President Barack Obama ascended to the White House through a campaign of overt race-baiting, the Tea Party ascended to wield real clout in the conservative wing of American politics. Simultaneously, the economy headed South for the winter (cold weather brought on by sport-utility vehicles.)

The rise of the Tea Party movement inside, or at least attendant to, the Republican Party, has carried with it the predictable response from the Left:

“Racist.”

Talk about sensible economic policy (a national debt lower than 13 FIGURES) and you must hate black people. Push for sensible immigration policy (an illegal immigrant population lower than the population of Guatemala) and you hate Hispanics. And should you dare suggest that Obama isn’t the modern incarnation of the Son of Man himself, prepare for rhetorical stones the size of Mount Everest to rocket in your direction.

The Democrat party is quite fond of describing itself as “the party of the big tent.” Lately, it occurs to me that the “big tent” is fairly fragile.

Here at Personal Liberty Digest, we have demonstrated the essential hypocrisy at the heart of liberalism. While the Left has generally shrugged off such accusations with that eyes-closed scoff they evidently learn in liberal school, their own words are even harder to ignore than a thoughtful essay by Bob Livingston, a detailed analysis by Chip Wood, a brilliant thesis by John Myers or a well-timed crack by yours truly. (I would have described my commentaries as “thoughtful,” “detailed,” or “brilliant,” but Bob, Chip and John get first dibs on modifiers.)

Liberal hypocrisy has become so ubiquitous that acknowledging it is clichéd. Whether it’s Al Gore demanding we adopt luddite lifestyles while he leaves “carbon footprints” the size of the Grand Canyon; Nancy Pelosi bloviating about the plight of the poor while living like Croesus; or Obama lecturing about belt-tightening while his wife lounges with a few dozen of her closest friends at a lush five-star resort, the watchwords of the Left always seem to boil down to a mockery of the old parental saw: “Do as we say, not as we do.”

At the bottom of the liberal barrel is their ace in the hole: The race card. Of all the oratorical outrages visited upon us by the Democrats in the Age of Obama, the race card is the most aggravatingly overused. Even Jon Stewart, who is no more conservative than the editorial board of The New York Times, suggested in a recent skit that the race card has been “maxed out.”

And yet, professional parasites like Al Sharpton continue to wield power; and putty-faced Democrats continue to use “racist” as an ersatz punctuation mark in debates over everything from Obamacare to immigration policy.

Two weeks ago, Common Cause held a demonstration at which their members were videotaped proudly calling for the lynching of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. During last week’s CPAC conference, millionaire businessman Herman Cain delivered a stirring call in support of true conservative values, only to be lambasted on liberal website Alternet in shocking terms. According to self-described “respectable negro” Chauncey DeVega:

“…I find black garbage pail kids (black conservatives) fascinating not because of what they believe, but rather because of how they entertain and perform for their White Conservative masters.”

Herman Cain may be a lot of things — I am certainly no fan of Godfather’s Pizza — but “garbage pail kid” seems a bit off the reservation. DeVega was far from finished:

“…Herman Cain’s shtick is a version of race minstrelsy where he performs ‘authentic negritude’…”

I believe the kids would call that a “facepalm” moment. DeVega went on to describe the immensely successful and respected Cain as a “monkey.” I “Googled” “Chauncey DeVega Herman Cain.” After a seventh page of results which included absolutely no mainstream media outlets, I gave up. Granted, there are some pressing issues which deserve attention. However, I suspect if a prominent conservative compared Obama to one of our simian cousins, their career would be in DeVega’s “garbage pail” faster than you can say “respectable negro.”

The conservative movement probably contains some racist elements. But, conservatives with IQ’s higher than teenage pop stars abhor, marginalize and ultimately shun bigotry when they encounter it. Liberals won’t acknowledge the same among their ranks; even when it’s calling a respected American a “monkey.”

We need to have a real conversation about some serious issues in this country. But until we can be honest with each other — we will never be “free at last, free at last, great God almighty, free at last.”

Ben, you’ve nailed it once again. I’m sure you’ll get lambasted by the usually feeble and irrelevant liberal corp that frequent this website. Not to worry though.

Ever heard of an intellectual free thinking lemming? Good luck in finding one. Blacks have wasted their political capital. The Democrat Party doesn’t feel they have to work for the black vote, they EXPECT IT or else. There lies the problem with a racial group giving unfounded loyalty towards a political party that doesn’t deserve it.

It’s no secret except to loyal black liberal Democrats that white liberal Democrats don’t like blacks, Cain and Thomas being recent examples, who don’t subscribe to their “ideological way of thinking”.
When white Democrat liberals are questioned whether they’re racists or not, they will always say no and act offended for being asked. They are so use to using the boiler plate claim that white conservatives and Republicans are “racists” by default.

What Janeane Garofalo and Keith Olberman said is what white liberals think about blacks that don’t “follow their lead”. Watch this video of what Janeane spewed about Michael Steele and judge for yourself.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7_RNc0xA0A
Maybe Janeane can borrow Robert Byrd’s old Klan outfit. If a White Republican would have called Barack Obama “a self loathing black man”. They’re would have been no place in this country for that person to hide. Olberman could have corrected Garofalo, but he basically agreed with her.

    • http://MSN.com Mike Green

When a minority in America try to call foul on a situation that is detrimental to them and say the situation is racially discriminatory. Now, whether it is or not is irrelevant, as such stories are taken as gospel.
Because the black woman didn’t win in “The Apprentice”, she pulled the race card.

Miguel had the lowest work rating in the company, took 5 personal days in a row and came into work drunk. He was fired, but because he went to the ACLU and pulled the race card, he has his job back.
The “race card” is in play any time someone uses the issue of race to benefit their position or defend their actions, and is used in such a way to construe that someone is being racist.
Buy race card mugs, magnets–an instant win if you’re losing a fight with a white guy, white people don’t get the race card only get persecuted by it, it’s used to slingshot you form the back to the front weather the win is deserved or not(more often not).

      • http://MSN.com RonaldL

The Race card is to attempt to gain advantage in an election by pandering to the electorate’s racism. Next, the Race card used more recently, to attempt (by a black person) to gain advantage by accusing another (usually a white person) of racism. The race card works every time and Politicians like the race card as it is a great way to manipulate people. I believe that the Racist card is being somewhat over used these days. Do you or do you not agree?

“Why was playing the race card necessary in order for O. J. Simpson to be free? Because it was the only way for the defense to deal with the massive physical evidence against him.”

        • http://MSN.com Olga

I learned that the Race card is immature defense mechanism to protect or accuse someone to get some an easy favor. People who used the race card are often accusing white people for being racist. In this situation, it is important to say them: “Please, stop using a race card”. Russia is a bigest country and in Russia is living many black, white, Asian and Arab people. NO one uses the race card in Russia only in U.S and Canada.

          • Kate8

Wonderful article, and great comments. Conservatives are getting it.

For all their blather, democrats never let go of slavery. They just found another way to do it, by exploiting blacks in the name of “civil rights”. Independent thinking is forbidden, and will evoke the wrath of massah, big time. Democrats know that slave-thinking is not easy to break, and they’ve used this to their advantage.

The most viscious, bigoted, and derogatory racism comes from the Left toward any awakened black person who dares to speak up. I’m remembering the truly cruel cartoon drawings of Condoleeza. How the Left manages to get away with such blatant, TRUE racism is only because they control the media these folks follow.

Yes, they’ve overplayed the race-card, and thinking blacks are figuring this out and finally seeing the new plantation for what it is. Conservatism offers real freedom, freedom of the mind, and they are most welcome at any time they choose to break their mental chains.

          • eddie47d

Kate 8; There have been some pretty cruel cartoons on Obama so it get’s played by both sides.

          • http://! Angel Wannabe

            Here, Here Kate8!__All are Welcomed!

          • Kate8

eddie – True, there have. But Condoleeza did nothing to deserve it except to be conservative.

Obama is a truly despicable character who is destroying our nation, and enjoying himself while doing it. He’s said and done much to offend and outrage conservative America, too. He’s asked for any lack of respect he’s gotten through his contempt and his arrogance.

It’s one thing to ridicule someone for what they do. It’s another to ridicule them solely for being who they are.

          • eddie47d

Rice can be a very classy lady and she is articulate and well educated. She did support much of what Bush,Cheney and Rumsfield stood for and that wasn’t always best for America. I have no idea what cartoon you are talking about and maybe it was wrong. However calling Obama despicable is your choice of words and is well…despicable. You are guilty of the same thing that you are accusing the cartoonist of. Bad behavior or words is just that …bad behavior.Neither one of us can do much about those cartoons except advocate for censorship and that doesn’t seem likely.

          • Kate8

eddie – I would never advocate for censorship, but good taste should be encouraged.

I consider what Obama is doing despicable, and it is my right to say so. If that offends you, that’s your problem. No matter how I feel about him, I would never hurl a racial slur, because that is offensive to all decent people.

While both sides use characature, the Left uses visciousness and malevolence most often. They are also the ones who yell the loudest when the tables are turned.

          • Vigilant

            Olga,

Failure to use the race card does not automatically mean no racism exists. How many blacks are engaged in the politics of the former Soviet Union? Or Arabs outside of the Muslim provinces of Russia?

I lived for over 19 years in Western Europe, and believe me, I’ve heard more overtly racist statements from Europeans than I ever have from Americans.

          • Vigilant

eddie said, “Rice can be a very classy lady and she is articulate and well educated. She did support much of what Bush,Cheney and Rumsfield stood for and that wasn’t always best for America.”

Do you realize that, by liberal standards, you just made a racial statement? You can’t even compliment a black woman (or man) by calling them “articulate and well educated” without being accused of implying that most blacks aren’t.

That’s how absolutely crazy this political correctness has become.

          • eddie47d

Vigilante; You must have fog on the brain to make such a ludicrous claim. Even classy people get in bed with others who do evil things. It happens on the liberal side too. In the case of Ms Rice she was fooled by those pied pipers who led her down the wrong road in support of their policies. Some on the left are being fooled by Eric Holder and he is not always a nice guy. His morals are not my morals and Ms Rice should have jumped ship and gotten away from the immoral behavior of Rumsfield and Cheney.

        • JKO

Well said RonaldL. I will state once again: I have a constitutional right to be a racist. You have a constitutional right to not listen to me, hire me or use my products and services.
I do not have the right to fire you because of the color of your skin. BUT if you break the rules by being late, using drugs / alcohol, stealing from the company, etc then I can fire you – assuming I’m the boss.
We as Americans get all worked up about this race thing and it’s getting old.
My favorite is when I am called a racist and I inform people that I am mixed race. You should see the back pedaling that happens then.
Anyway – most Americans got over the race issue decades ago. Those who haven’t never will.
BTW I am not a racist and I don’t play one on TV:>).

          • Kate8

            JKO – Very well said.

      • http://MSN.com John S

Let me see if I have this straight- America’s CEO, Obama, blasts Wall Street corporations for wasting taxpayer bailout money on vacations, private jets, etc., and then he sends his wife on at $175,000 vacation to Spain at taxpayer expense. There is a word for this and I think we call it HYPOCRISY.

        • Ellen

Queen Michelle is quite good at living the high life at our expense. My favorite fact about her vacation is that she was gone on Obama’s birthday. What wife, let alone president’s wife, goes away on vacation when it’s her husband’s birthday? It’s not like she has a job and has restrictions for taking vacation. So much for the new Camelot. Actually, the original Kennedy Camelot was a giant farce, too.

          • Vicki

            Ellen writes:
“What wife, let alone president’s wife, goes away on vacation when it’s her husband’s birthday?”

Does kinda make you wonder when IS Obama’s birthday.

      • http://none fatima mier

I agree with Ramon. They are serving a political group that has no interest in them. They used them as a “clients” to generate federal funds in one hand, and in the other hand they promote abortions, so they are the bread and butter of this political group and further more, they are easy to be used in elections time. At the end of the day, those people are the losers because they are getting more poor by the minute and the prices they pay for food and other day needs are very high. Most people are no interested in working any more because they know their salaries are meetings their needs. I know first hand, I am a voluntieer now many years and I see this happening every day.

    • eddie47d

Jeff; Since there have been at least 3-4 conservatives right here on this sight who have compared Obama to a simian “monkey” I don’t think Crystal has any room to talk. Maybe he needs to read more about what is being said right here in his “own home”. Even your video is a cheap shot and proves nothing since Michael Steele was rather arrogant and always putting his foot in mouth. How would you respond if someone asked if you are a racist? Would you be offended by that question? I think most people would yet you tried to tag it all on liberals. That is not going to work and someone who suggests that is himself a race baiter. I have not personally heard of a liberal who is racists yet I have heard righties making such comments. Maybe it is all a matter of perspective and everyone needs to just get over it. I do agree blacks should spread their wings and keep searching for alternative parties to support. Unfortunately I doubt if the Republican Party will give them much reprieve. In the past some blacks did join the Black Muslim parties but that pigeonholed them even more and took them out of the main stream. They seem to be like the wandering Jews in the desert trying to find a Party that gives a damn.

      • JeffH

eddie, you just proved the point by stating that the video was a “cheap shot” and that “Michael Steele was rather arrogant and always putting his foot in mouth.” Obviously YOU are offended. If the shoe fits, wear it.

You mentioned a few “bloggers” that have made racial comments on this website. Well eddie, there are dummies everywhere, but they’re not on national tv or radio. You liberals pull out he race card all to frequently. A couple of weeks ago another poster and I defended you from being a race baiter and the very next day you proved me wrong, you pulled out and used the race card. I was wrong.

You say that “I have not personally heard of a liberal who is racists yet I have heard righties making such comments.” If that’s true, you need to “spread your wings and expand your horizons”. If you’d like, I’ll post some videos and quotes for you, just to enlighten and expand your horizons.

        • eddie47d

You can put all the videos out there you want just make sure they have some substance. We know how those videos can fool the unsuspecting and they believe whatever they see without getting the full story. I could make a video of you making a statement about Nazi’s and make it look like you are in bed with the Furer. Not that I would do that but you get the picture. I believe blacks are tired of being used by all parties. Remember the conservative Willie Horton ads? What a firestorm and very damaging but it worked. It’s also funny how Republicans fawned all over Michael Steele yet couldn’t wait to get rid of him. He was their front page mascot to “equal things out ” with Obama. That didn’t work out too well after all.

who was it that said repub can come along but have to ride in the back of buss[about 80% of repub are white]who was it that said punish your enemys and reward your friends[talking to hispanics],best to keep mouth shut and be thought a fool then open mouth and it be confurmed

        • JUKEBOX

I know that Eddie has not seen the hateful, vitriolic statements made during that LIBERAL rally the other day about Clarence Thomas and his white wife. I will refrain from calling those BIGOTS “Racists”, because most people who throw that word around when it involves a black person, have no idea of the true meaning of the word. There are racists of all stripes and colors. The Chinese are some of the most racist people on this planet. Get an education before you open your mouth.

          • eddie47d

That situation in California was about Clarence Thomas being influenced by his wife’s ties to right wing political groups. His being black had nothing to do with it. It’s a political issue not a black vs white issue or did that go over your head.

          • JeffH

Gee eddie, the situation in California was clearly a liberal rally against Thomas and Judge Scalia. Accuse Thomas of being influenced by his wife if you like, but you can’t prove it. The liberal comments like “send himback to Sicily”(Scalia) “send him back to the fields”, “String him up” and “cut his toes off and feed him” are just more examples that confirm the liberal bigotry and hypocrisy.
            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3ctO7fdrcc

          • Kate8

eddie, blacks can’t have ties to right-wing politica groups? That justifies the blatantly racist remarks toward him?

How come, when it’s a coservative black, it’s not a black/white issue but a political one. Yet, when its a black liberal being criticized for his POLICIES by a conservative, even though there’s no mention of race, it’s “racism, straight up”.

Many, many folks are finally seeing liberals for the hypocritical control freaks that they are. Sooner or later, when we perpetrate evil on others, it comes around to bite us in the b*tt. Guaranteed.

          • eddie47d

You could be right about that Kate 8 and there is still much learning to do to get it right. I don’t trust Al Sharpton anymore than I trust Andrew Breitbart.Once they stick their foot in their mouths it kind of sticks. Their wrong accusations follow them around like a garland of garlic.

          • http://! Angel Wannabe

eddie___ my boy, thats the same thing we keep saying about Obama, its his politics we don’t like, and has nothing to do with his race, But you Liberals don’t accept that, do ya????_-its always different when the shoes on the other foot, isn’t it???

          • eddie47d

All of Obama’s policies are not wrong and some have plenty of support. According to some here nothing he does is worthy and that is what we debate about. Livingston and especially Crystal are your favorite attack dogs and they are seldom fair or balanced. We honestly think some of these comments against Obama are uncalled for and some of them are way off the wall. I bet if the hateful diatribe on this site was isolated and given to the public or printed out somewhere that same public would be up in arms and demand that this site be closed down. Trust me on that one for several on this site take quotes and stories out of context and practically lynch some people with innuendos.Crystal exaggerates everything and it always gets taken to a higher level.

          • Vigilant

eddie says, “All of Obama’s policies are not wrong and some have plenty of support. According to some here nothing he does is worthy and that is what we debate about.”

Wow, this coming from a man in bed with the Bush haters! Strange that “all of Obama’s policies are not wrong and some have plenty of support,” but GWB and now even Reagan have been called the Devil incarnate by many, many posters on this site. From their view of it, Bush was wrong on everything (except of course, amnesty for illegal aliens).

Shoe’s on the other foot now, eddie. How’s it feel?

          • Vigilant

As for eddie’s statement, “Crystal exaggerates everything and it always gets taken to a higher level,” I guess you’ve never watched Olberman, Maddow, or Matthews.

          • eddie47d

Yes I have watched Olbermann and I have stated at least twice that I don’t like his style so maybe you aren’t paying attention. Maybe you are just trying to be arrogant like Crystal or Olbermann.Crap on either side is still crap.

          • eddie47d

You really have a problem don’t you Vigilante; Bush did many things that were wrong for this country. Reagan did a few things that were wrong for this country. Obama has done things that are wrong for this country(bailing out Wall Street). Get over yourself for all Presidents screw up. Did you honestly pounce on Reagan and Bush when they made mistakes or is it just Obama. I have never seen so much hatred thrown at any man. Not Bush, not Reagan, not Johnson or even Nixon. Although Nixon had many enemies. You get the picture?

          • Vigilant

“Did you honestly pounce on Reagan and Bush when they made mistakes or is it just Obama.”

Yes, I honestly pounced on Bush when he called himself conservative and acted like a liberal (amnesty, bailouts, spending). I pounce on Obama because he calls himself a centrist and is a socialist.

          • Vigilant

            You get the picture?

        • http://! Angel Wannabe

JeffH, Me thinks your wastin your time on eddie, hes another die hard, go down with the ship type Lib. Who Won’t see the light of day, til someone knocks on the door and tells him it’s ok to look. He’s also one that demands proof of truth, but only believes it when another liberal points its out. Funny how that works!

          • eddie47d

Many things that are being said proves that there are alot of people that don’t want to know the truth. I guess we could call them undercover racists for it always depends on what time of day it is for them. No one is going to admit they are a racists and you just have to listen closely to what they are saying or presenting as facts. Like Dave H. below and his spliced up videos which are put together to reflect his point of view or at least the author of the videos. Pay attention Angel and the truth may set you free. It’s kind of like Michael Moore’s movies, sure he is showing the truth but not the WHOLE TRUTH.

          • JeffH

Angel Wannabe, you’re right about that.

          • Kate8

eddie – It’s the Left that is obsessed with race, and always the Left that brings it up. It is because you use it as a weapon.

I, for one, am tired of the Left controlling the issue, and setting the rules. Most of the rest of us just want to talk about issues, and move past the subject of race. But you on the Left won’t allow it, because it is too good of a tool for you. It is a means of controlling the debate, and you apply it to ANY and all issues.

We need to stop allowing that to be.

          • eddie47d

That’s odd,Crystal brings it up and you the conservative run with it. So who is fooling whom.

          • Kate8

Come on, eddie. You know that Ben is merely commenting on the hypocrisy of the Left, not attempting to inflame the race issue.

I once had a boss who, when I tried to discuss something with him, would take the subject and speak his mind. Then, before I had a chance to speak, would say, “…and that’s all there is to be said about that”. I’d stand there wondering what just happened.

That’s what the Left does. They hurl their nonsense, and then when people try to respond, they accuse them of going on about it. The AZ incident is another case in point.

          • eddie47d

Trying more of your twisted logic Kate? Ben is doing exactly what I said he is doing so don’t whitewash his actions.

        • Mike Austin

Suugest the video of Common Cause liberals saying they would put Clarence Thomas back in the fields or hang him. And get rid of his wife too. So much for the liberal argument….

I tend to enjoy the pc antics of the thin-skinned progressive crowd. One can only hope that they love being crammed into that big tent like mindless sardines (complete with stench).
It’s too bad that Petey Greene didn’t live longer. For those who don’t live in the DC area or aren’t familiar with Petey, he was a wonderful antidote to posers like Jesse and Al. Petey was a shock jock who told it like it was BEFORE certain professional race-baiters found a willing audience who swoon every time those hucksters open their hypocritical mouths.
Bill Cosby gets it. Petey got it. It won’t be fair until the big tenters “get it” with at least one ankle broken off in their useful idiot, hypocritical, stormtrooper rumps.

If you want to find a flagrant example of racism by the “Liberal” Establishment, all you need to do is read “Appendix E” of the 2010 Massachusetts Democratic Party State Convention Delegates’ Packet.
Tea Party patriots should always respond to false accusations of racism with documented glaring examples of the racism promoted by the big-government advocates.

Then it should not be too difficult to offer us examples of this “overt race baiting” in his ascension, ~ should it?

As I posted above, for concrete evidence, see “Appendix E” of the 2010 Massachusetts Democratic Party State Convention Delegates” Packet. Or read about Alan Bakke. Or listen to Dr. Walter Williams when he substitutes for Rush Limbaugh on the radio. Or review the votes on racial matters by Senators such as John Forbes Kerry-Heinz, Diane Feinstein, Charles Schumer, Edward Kennedy, Robert Byrd, etc. Their votes on racial issues were not colorblind, but clearly discriminatory. Or read the questions on the 2010 US Census form. Or ask an American citizen who was imprisoned during WWII by an Establishment President solely because of their ethnicity. Or ask Barney Frank to explain his view of government’s responsibility in dealing with race.
In the long run, it boils down to the evil concept of grouping people by category rather than judging (if you must) by individual beliefs and actions. Advocates of unlimited government are evil, whether they intend to be or not. It is called slavery.

Obama;“You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them…And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.”“And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

The U.S. Justice Department has demanded – and a federal judge has agreed – that residents of a North Carolina city cannot make their municipal elections nonpartisan because the Obama administration representatives don’t like the possible outcomes that could result.

The result comes in a recent case involving Kinston, where voters overwhelmingly – the victory margin was about 2-1 – decided they wanted to leave the political affiliations off of candidates’ names in their city elections.

Not so fast, said Barack Obama’s Justice Department. If the affiliations are left off, a few white voters might not know who was the Democrat, and they might vote for a member of another party, the federal officials warned, and that can’t be allowed.

After city officials waffled before the demand, several citizens challenged the order in court, and now a judge has turned them back without ruling on the issue itself. The judge said the citizens – taxpayers and voters in the city – had no “standing” to challenge how their own elections are run.

          • Kate8

Dan az, Lack of standing seems to be the catch-all ruling for all cases the courts don’t want to deal with.

It also states clearly that US citizens no longer have any voice in our government. If we have no standing, then we have no relevance, either.

          • JeffH

Dan az, It would seem that the Justice Department has again become an extension of Tyranny for the Obama Administration.

So the Justice Department is afraid that if Party Affiliations are left off the Ballot, then White Voters may not know who the Black Democrat is… That’s right, the Obama Justice Department is saying that You and I do not have the Right to Control our own Local elections because Black Democrats Might not get elected.

The federal government argued that “a majority of white Democrats support white Republicans over black Democrats in Kinston city elections,” except for “a small group of white Democrats who maintain strong party allegiance and who will continue to vote along party lines, regardless of the race of the candidate.”

“This small, but critical, amount of white crossover votes,” the federal government said, “results from the party affiliation of black-preferred candidates, most if not all of whom have been black.”

It is interesting to see how in one fail swoop the Obama Justice Department has succeed in Removing the Right of all Americans to Challenge how elections are run while at the same time calling Non-Minority Voters in the U.S. (And Kinston) Racists and Idiots who need party affiliations to know who is who on a Ballot.

            Wow….

It seems to only work when Im signed in.I dant get it so what im going to do since where mostly done here is copy one of the short articles and post it here and I hope you reconsider signing up its good stuff!
This one is a little long for here so Ill post some of it for ya.
The International Monetary Fund has now joined the chorus of calls to utilize IMF Special Drawing Rights, or SDRs, as an alternative to the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, managing director of the IMF, told CNN Money there were some “technical hurdles” involved with using SDRs, but he’s confident replacing the dollar would help stabilize the global financial system.

In addition to functioning as the world’s reserve currency, SDRs could reduce the dependence of central banks on holding U.S. Treasury debt as a key part of their asset portfolios.

CNN Money reported there was consensus at a recent IMF meeting in Washington that IMF members should agree to create $2 trillion of SDRs over the next few years.

            U.N. calls for 1-world currency

In July 2010, the United Nations released a report for the replacement of the dollar as the standard for holding foreign-exchange reserves in international trade with a new one-world currency issued by the International Monetary Fund.

The 176-page report, titled “United Nations World Economic and Social Survey 2010,” was issued at a high-level meeting of the U.N. Economic and Social Council and published in its entirety on the U.N. website.

“The risk of exchange-rate instability and a hard landing of the dollar could be reduced by having a global payments and reserve system which is less dependent on one single national currency,” the report noted.

The solution the U.N. report recommended was expanding Special Drawing Rights, or SDRs, at the International Monetary System, with the goal of replacing the dollar as the accepted international standard for holding foreign-exchange reserves.

“A new global reserve system could be created, one that no longer relies on the United States dollar as the single major reserve currency,” the U.N. report said.

By placing this statement in print, the United Nations has formally gotten behind a plan that was first advanced by Robert Mundell, the creator of the euro, and later funded through the G-20 by the Obama administration, even though the plan to advance IMF SDRs ultimately means the death of the dollar as the world’s standard for international trade.

Let’s quickly review the background and the history of the issue.

What are IMF Special Drawing Rights?

SDRs are international reserve assets that are calculated by the IMF in a basket of major currencies that are allocated to the IMF 185 member nation-states in relation to the capital, largely in gold or widely accepted foreign currencies that the IMF member nation-states have on deposit with the IMF.

As Red Alert previously reported, the proposal originally advanced by China and Russia would issue SDRs to central banks of IMF member states far in excess of any gold or currency reserves the member states have on deposit with the IMF.

The idea is to utilize the little-understood and largely-ignored SDRs in a new capacity, as a sort of an international overdraft facility made available to bankrupt of financially failing IMF member nation-states, originated with Ted Turner, formerly a senior official at both the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury.

The IMF created SDRs in 1969 to support the Bretton Woods fixed exchange-rate system.

“The international supply of two key reserve assets – gold and the U.S. dollar – proved inadequate for supporting the expansion of world trade and financial development that was taking place,” a document on the IMF website explains. “Therefore, the international community decided to create a new international reserve asset under the auspices of the IMF.”

When the Bretton Woods fixed-rate system collapsed, major world currencies, including the dollar, shifted to a floating exchange-rate system where the price of the dollar and other major world currencies was created by trading on international currency exchanges.

Until the current global economic crisis, SDRs issued by the IMF have been used by IMF member nation states primarily as a reserve account to support international trade transactions, not as an alternative international currency available to settle international debt transactions in danger of default.

I can’t defend that one ! That was an embarrassing moment.

Not Mechelle finest hour, but then again how did this help “O” rise to power? If anything , it did the opposite.

I want to believe she misspoke , ~ like both “W” and McCain so often did and leaving us to just laugh it off. At least I did and it seems the rest of America did as well.

But you can hold her to it if it suits you.

    • DaveH

Keep in mind that this remark was made by Obama before he even knew the facts in the case. Yet he still sprang to the side of his Black “friend” without knowing the facts:
      http://www.myfoxboston.com/dpp/news/local/obama_cambridge_police_acted_stupidly_072209

      • eddie47d

David H. The police in Cambridge did act “stupidly” for no one should be humiliated for trying to enter his own home. The police should have backed off and went home and made it a false alarm call. It’s odd that you don’t want a police state yet you seem to be supporting just that. Cops will always cover up for cops and downplay their own actions. They didn’t want egg on their face so they arrested him anyway. That is more than stupid.

        • bob wire

Well here again, this did nothing to ascend “O” to the white house, he was already there. ~

Not knowing for sure Gates disposition, we are giving the policeman a lot of latitude in professional posture.

Stupid is all over this situation and shared by all parties. How do you describe a hissy fit?

Arresting a man for breaking in his own home, sounds stupid.

        • ValDM

Did you at least READ the article? It said that he FORCED open his front door, and that a NEIGHBOR called the cops. Gates’ response was completely over the top, when the true facts come out. I would definitely THANK the cops for coming even when it wasn’t necessary. Then I would THANK my neighbor for watching out for me. What Gates did was closer to a child acting out when caught doing something that was wrong.

          • JeffH

ValDM, exactly right, you couldn’t have said it any better.

          • bob wire

No It didn’t read it ~ having read it before and seeing no need.

Gates was a butt, ~ and this Officer was most likely a butt as well but had the gun and the badge, Gate’s lost the “Butt” war.

It’s not that complicated. ~ “O” is not married to Gates but considers him a friend, I suppose ~ “O” made an off the cuff statement and could have been more Presidential it’s true. As we see any and everything is being considered as “race baiting” to advance and validate a particular political bias.

But explain to me how this supports Ben Crystal opening Thesis Statement; “As soon as President Barack Obama ascended to the White House through a campaign of overt race-baiting, the Tea Party ascended to wield real clout in the conservative wing of American politics.” ???

        • eddie47d

We need fewer police actions in cases like this not more and they did not handle this very professionally. Gates could have been more cooperative but I am assuming that he had experienced this all before.

          • JeffH

eddie, that’s a good part of the problem with so many liberals…assuming, always assuming.

          • bob wire

“eddie, that’s a good part of the problem with so many liberals…assuming, always assuming.”

It’s been my experience, liberals don’t hold exclusive rights to “assuming”.

The problem with assuming is that it allows a predisposition to exist that was created by prior information. If the prior information was faulty, incomplete or just not up to speed, the predisposition is found lacking.

Rethinking ones position is like proactive mind maintence, something conservatives are not overly noted for, but stubborn with their conviction while progressives tend to be constantly rethinking.

The names and label people call each other are often found to be actually a reflection of ones self. It’s what you see because it’s where your mind is at.

          • eddie47d

Just like all the assumptions you make about liberals At least I’ll admit it since I don’t know what Gates thoughts were. Yet you seem to have this all powerful knowledge what liberals are thinking.

          • JeffH

eddie says, “Just like all the assumptions you make about liberals At least I’ll admit it since I don’t know what Gates thoughts were. Yet you seem to have this all powerful knowledge what liberals are thinking.” It’s called my opinion based on the facts…which I provide on a regular basis unlike yourself who ducks and runs because you have nothing to support your opinion.

Your comment is a clear case of the pot calling the kettle black! eddie, you are the one that expouses “your all powerfull knowledge” and constant “assumptions” about conservatives and their shortcomings on a daily basis, without anything more than your opinion to back it up.

          • DaveH

Really, Jeff, did you expect any more than for the board Liberals to defend Obama’s racism?
I wonder how they will defend this one?

What does that prove Dave except that both blacks and whites think there are a lot of racists out there.

          • eddie47d

That’s right Jeff I don’t need right wing threads to back up my point of view.I’ve learned through life on my own and can think on my own. I do read a lot to keep the noggin working and from many sources.

          • JeffH

DaveH…here’s another good read on liberals.
            http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/09/10/AR2010091002679.html
-Sen. Joe Biden, a Delaware Democrat, after all, who described presidential candidate Obama as “the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.” If a conservative politician had offered such an opinion, his or her career might have ended; Biden was rewarded with a spot on Obama’s ticket. Liberal missteps on race and ethnicity are explained away, forgiven and often forgotten; conservative ones are cast as part of a sinister, decades-long story of intolerance and political calculation, in which conservative ideology and strategy are conflated with bigotry……….

          • eddie47d

That was a nice spin on history in that clip. That Joe Biden quote was said in good natured fun yet you are turning it into race baiting.I guess you’ll dig up whatever you can find. When George Wallace said “segregation now, segregation forever” he was being racists. Most of us know the difference.

          • JeffH

eddie, where was the spin? Joe Biden said what he said because he believed it. A joke ya think? I think I know what the joke is!

          • eddie47d

            I think not!

        • Robin from Arcadia, IN

eddie47d…. And they would know it was him own home how? I would much rather have to get my ID out and explain to them that it is my home and thank them for trying to keep the neighborhood safe than for them to ignore a break in call.

          • Kate8

            Robin, my thoughts exactly.

In some places, police aren’t even responding to break-in calls anymore. Take our guns, too, and we’ll really be in fine shape.

          • eddie47d

What would you have done with that gun Kate 8? Wave it around at Gates because you assumed he was breaking into his house.Shoot first and ask questions later. Robin; He did tell the police it was his own house and more than once. Someday you could be in that situation and feel the same anger. Maybe you are cool about things when someone falsely accuses you of something-then again maybe not.

          • Kate8

eddie – I was talking about having NO police and NO guns with which to defend oneself against a REAL intruder.

What if Gates had actually BEEN an intruder, and the police failed to ask him to prove who he was? It’s happened. Any criminal can say that they live there. Since a call was made to them, OF COURSE they want proof. Can you imagine the heat they’d get for NOT asking, and having it be a real break-in?

Come on, eddie. Had Gates been white, no one would have given the incident a second thought. Just because he was black, and has a chip on his shoulder, doesn’t mean he gets an exemption. The police MUST do their jobs or, like anyone else, lose them.

          • bob wire

well? can we assume Gates was having a bad day?

          • Kate8

eddie – So, Gates was having a bad day…and called the President?

            Wow. Must be nice.

        • http://?? Joe H.

          eddie,
And of course you know this is what happened cause like Nobummer, you were there? Oh wait, he wasn’t!! And neither were YOU!!!

          • eddie47d

..and neither were any or you arrogant conservatives.

  • Ramon

    You nailed it.

Here I am, a 30 something year old Black man that crossed the party line from Democratic to Libertarian back around 2000, searching for the truth. And what I discovered then was exactly what you’ve mentioned here. Many times I found that when it suits the Dems., they feel so free to say whatever pops up into their mind, without a second thought about how condescending they’re being. They never stop to think, “you know, that wasn’t very civil on my part…” especially among the blacks. They want others to be gentle with them, but they’ll never return the gesture. If they could, they’ll go for blood if possible.

The whole notion that anyone who supports the opposite view of Democratic view points, make them a racist, is a slap in the face for somebody like myself. Totally hypocritical. And since they feel the way they do, I made sure, that when Obama became president, I joined the NRA approx.3 mins afterward. Why? Because I knew Democrats are big on destroying the 12 Amendments of this country, and they have several Black politicos that serve that particular purpose, to take guns out of the hands of innocent civilians. They won’t stop til they’re dead, therefore, I’ll help the cause in stopping them.

And by the way, if Chauncey DeVega attacked me like he did Cain, he’d be feeding himself through wire and straw. It’s DeVega’s attitude that runs rampant in today’s society of black people. It feels good to run others across the fires of life, but when it happens to you, “head for the hills, run for your life”.

I guess what I found most disturbing is the fact that Blacks, to this very day, have continued to blame an entire political party for the actions of 1 or 2 people, since 1928. Many blacks today don’t even know why they’re Democrats, they’re just going with the flow because it’s easier that way. And they’re oh so quick to deny the fact the party they’re so willing to cater to, is still the party of the Clan.

    • DOGS FIGHT

Good post, but both political parties have sold us out. They are the two heads of the beast.

you do know their is a differance in reporting news and trying to make news like cbs nbc abc msnbc cnn hln and yes fox at times but fox trys to be little more accurate

          • Kate8

That’s why I rarely listen to FoxNews anymore, either. They are nothing but the controlled opposition. Which is to say, no opposition at all.

When I do bother to catch a few minutes of say, O’Reilly, I end up just getting furious with his obvious sucking up to the Left and marginalizing of the Right.

It’s really insidious how they do this. Build up a certain amount of public trust, and then lead them wherever you want them to go.

    • Tom from Idaho

Very eloquently said, Ramon. As a Tea Partier myself, I have yet to find ANY racial motivation for any one of us being there; many of which are black, hispanic as well as asian. The stereotyping by the left has to stop; they need to man up and defend their positions if they think that they are so right. Yes, argue the FACTS. The problem is, the liberal arguement is all based on false premises. It’s hard to keep lieing and stay consistent with what you say.

    • DaveH

Kudos to you, Ramon. I know it must be especially tough for a Black man to spout Libertarianism.

    • http://! Angel Wannabe

Well said Ramon!_ and I’m sure you get your share of flack being a Libertarian, you know its not “kewl” today, thinkin outside the box!

    • bob wire

Ramon, you will find racism wherever you go. Switching parties is like switching bars, trading out old drunks for new drunks you have yet to learn.

I was at the Bar and someone brought up the fact that Juneteenth was tomorrow. ~ I asked well where is the watermelons? We always have roadside stands selling watermelons this time of year. Being a country boy, the growing and harvesting of watermelons still get my attention. Nobody like a good watermelon better then I.

I had not see any watermelon coming to market. ~

This black man (Reggie) sitting next to me took great offense to my question and a altercation ensued that temporarily destroyed everyone’s buzz as Reggie and I locked horns.

Was I being racist? yes! I suppose that I was! Was it deliberate? No it wasn’t. ~ Was Reggis being hypersensitive and looking for a reason to be offended? Yes, I think so, but I’m not Reggie, I’m BOB.

and it this obliviousness that “O” speaks of in his book that some see as being racist for even attempting to discussing the issue.

    • Swiss

I have to disagree with your statement that the democrat party is the party of the clan. I am 60 something and yes at one time the democat south (whites)were not in favor of civil rights. When this was passed the solid south which was democrat became a majority for republicans, all the racist whites left the democrat party to join the republican party.

      • Kate8

Swiss, Do some more research. Prior to MLK, most all blacks belonged to the Republican Party. MLK Jr. got into some trouble, MLK Sr. made a deal with JFK (who at that time opposed the civil rights movement, along with his party). If JFK would get Jr. out of trouble, Sr. would deliver the black vote.

It was a devil’s deal, and democrats saw it as a power opportunity to capture more votes while derailing any true civil rights for blacks, keeping them forever dependent and under their control. That slavery ever really ended is an illusion.

        • Stone

Kate I wasn’t talking about blacks. I was talking about white southern democrats that turned republican because of the civil rights act. Yes southern blacks weree very republican at one time because of Abe freeing the slaves.

          • Kate8

Yes, and democrats never wanted the slaves freed.

If it’s true that the southern democrats changed parties, that only goes to show what an ingenious plan the Left had to hijack BOTH parties.

The Right has always known there were many in our ranks who were out of step with our ideology, who were and are infiltrators. I guess I just never considered how far back it went.

      • bob wire

Swiss, they are just not up to speed in such matters. Still depending on ancient data.

Like a Klansman, would be a part of a fairy parade! LOL!

The Klan went GOP many many years ago.

Rand Paul and myself spent some growing years in Klan country and accounts for our particular views. ~ They not bad views, they don’t parallel Klan views, their are our views, captives of time and culture, blended experiences and education. Everyone will not understand us having not lived it, we know this.

But the Klan is alive and well, hopefully it’s evil day over.

      Ramon – Great post.

I have noticed that too many young blacks have bought into the idea that an education is uncool, too “white”. Anyone who is undereducated and uninformed is easier to control, black or white. This is painfully apparent from reading many of these posts. Obviously, this is not true of you, and a few other posters, as well.

Together, we have hope. In fact, we will prevail.

    • JC

      Hey Ramon,

Glad you decided to pull away from blind partisanship.
I agree with what you say and I can give you some great examples that prove you are not only an exception to the rule…but “exceptional”, period.

      I’m a white guy…Irish white! LOL
I work with a couple of Black people here in Western Canada.
That doesn’t sound like much all by itself, but there are not very many black people here at all and yet I seem to find them.

They have conservative values that include hard work and `live and let live` approach to life. They aren`t looking for any handouts and they know wrong when they see it. They are excellent people.

I hunt with 4 or 5 different guys and 2 of them are black.
We kid around about me, the white guy needing a camo belaclava because my face is pretty shiny in the dark woods…funny. Not racist.

And they know a racist when they see one too, whether the racist is black, white, asian or whatever…they know what one looks like.

I`m proud to know, work and hunt with these guys.
But you won`t see me wandering through harlem in the middle of the night…and I don`t think these particular black guys that I know would go there either…racist? Nope! Sensible.

      • Kate8

JC – Loved you post. There is a great difference between being racist and having common sense.

It’s just that the Left can’t see it because they don’t understand common sense!

        • JeffH

          LOL!

Great article Regarding how Black america blindly follow the political party of slavery,Kkk,Anti-civil rights. That still promotes, and enforces involuntary servitude/slavery today. The democrats have owned the education system, for over 50 years. There main educational curriculum; To teach minorities they are not humans, created by god,for a special purpose. But instead decendends of pondscum, and monkeys, with no purpose at all.God has blessed them with the challenge to show how they would treat their fellowman differently, and better than how their ancestors were treated.Yet the same democrat party of slavery,The Kkk,And anti-civil,and human rights. And their own black leaders Teach them to commit genocide against their own off spring(ABORTION)To sell drugs to other black children. To teach other children to follow the same death, and destructive paths. That always leads to jail,or death. The same democrat political party, and their black leaders. That teach their black mothers, sisters, and daughters. To prostitute themselves on the streets.Teach them it is their only viable way to survive. To teach their children that gang banging,Vile profane language,Sexual exploitation, drug dealing, and drive-by shootings, are all about being cool, down with it.Shows honor, loyalty, and survival instincts. And a proud tradition of black culture to be admired, and promoted.I guess i missed that biblical principal,in the bible,as a being a noble cause. No the democrat party, and their black leaders teach them government is their god,and provider, and Stealing”Coveting from your neighbor/Fellowman”other peoples money, rights, lives, and liberties is their savior, and automatically entitled way to the promise land. And to hate, and seek revenge against others.Who dis-agree,or propose,a better, more promising, rewarding,Independent, and longlasting way.Even into eternal salvation.Which will never happen following human trafficking pimps.Like al sharpton, and jesse jackson.Who blaspheme the words of god,and promote, and enforce the ways, beliefs, and laws of lucifer. To exalt themselves, and their will above god, above humanity, and above god’s commandments.

Democrat’s take the black vote as a “we got em”.
They think all they need is to yell racist or call for more entittlement programs so as to keep the flock supportive.
They forget it was a Republican that freed the slaves and the Democrat’s fought it.
When blacks, not all, realize they have worth and are thinkers ;The Democrat’s will search in panic to have the folks return to the fold.
Until that time arrives; They will remain in slavery bending to the massa’s orders.
They ARE HUMAN BEINGS. It’s about time they realize that fact.

    • richard

well said, ramon, it is a crime that the black race bought the lies of the party of the KKK…. i fear that when the inevitable economic collapse comes, it will engulf us all up into it both good and bad people, white and black….i and my family have talked about this at length in order to prepare for the worst…i weep for our beloved land, for our very lives, and our way of life as a “free” people is at stake. we continue to do whatever we can to alert the sleeping, but most seem to be in a type of hypnotic trance…. i wish you well, my brother from another mother. life for us does not end when the body falls, and each soul has it’s own journey, but the thought of my children, and granddaughters perishing in violence is more than i can bear, and i pray continuously in spirit for mercy for the deceived, and justice for the deceivers.

Ramon, you make this old 67 year old man of color proud. I have been preaching that very thing. How ever no media outlet so far will alough it to be printed and we both know why. Some youg men and women of color may get a grip and the liberals would loose their duffuses, that don’t have a clue, to sorry to get the truth, and beleave the democrat party acually give a rat’s rear for them. Even though the dems and their straw bosses JJ and A.S. have already abandon them for the mexicans. These peole don’t know whom George Wallace And Lester Maddoxx was and what party they represented. They take in the lies about the Republicians being the party that hate blacks and the dems love us and we need them to guilde us because we are to lazy and stupid to do for ourselves. Keep preaching young man. Hopefully you can get many to listen to you.

A Black Nominee for President, Increesed the Voters Number Greatly…
Obviously More Black Voters than ever before!!! SURE WASN’T THE PARTY!!!

    • ONTIME

Ramon has shown that color is not the problem and commonsense is inherent, the guts to use that known ability is just what is missing in many. Taking the heat for making good decisions is and has been a tough situation all through the history of this nation, we can make a mistake for a long time and then it becomes unbearable and the pendulum swings.

Libs always love to rattle on and tell you all about what they don’t know and then expect you to listen as though it were written in stone. How many tomes must we let these inept clowns run the show and not be taken to task for their bumbling ignorant thinking. Day in and day out we Americans are allowed to act in stupid ways but we also know there is a price, the price for this incompetence has now come due and we can no longer allow libs or any other inept clowns to constantly be in positions that yield grievious results. The MSM is a joke, the lib journalist are out of line and the American people are now out of patience.

Welcome to the real world Ramon and may you make the best of all your decisions, we all need a epiphany to right ourselves and we all seek redemption.

    • Herb Mitchell

I the the “non-thinking” population take in more than blacks. Too many take whatever they read or hear as the truth with any logical or common sense appraisal. Plus, they are looking for any handouts they can find without understanding that at some point in time they are their offsprings will be paying big to get this country back on a fiscal responsible path.

    • Ed Hostilo

Ramon, Welcome my friend to true understanding! You are not a black man as far as I am concerned, just a great American. We are hated by the world because we usually express independant thinking and I hope you saw the Glenn Beck specials where the true tale of people of color was told. I find it interesting that our history has been modified, or changed so that a group of worthless politicians could increase their power base. It is not any wonder that America has gone from the largest creditor nation on the face of this earth to the largest debtor nation that has ever existed. The Democrats have been in power almost non-stop since world war 2, and if one really looks at the truth it becomes easy to pmagine why. Isn’t it also interesting that in a poll of multi millionaires that serve in Congress and the Senate that only about 20% of the republicans were rich while over 80% of the democrats were. That alone to me speaks volumes. God bless you man and keep searching for the truth, cause it is out there!

    • Michael Colyer

I think that if you read what was said, what has been said about what was said, it has done more to prove what I have been trying to tell people. We are all expected to be politically and socially correct or a label is tagged on us and we are dismissed. Why is it not ok to speak your mind in such a way to open up the debate. How can a problem be solved is we can only say what must be politically correct. We can not and we will never correct the problems of the US if we can not truly debate the issue. It is just a form of taking away the right of freedom of speech. If you do not like what someone says….call him a racist, a left winger, a tree hugger. People can we just work on solving the problem? Can we face the facts without playing the card, any card right or left. Debate do not silence it.

    • Dan

I don’t believe that any democrat knows why they believe in that party or why anyone that claims to be a republican believes in it. They just know that that’s their party and they’re gong-ho about it. Ask them what their party stands for, and they he-haw around untill you know that they don’t know.

    • Ridge Runner

You should be called eaddy ducky duck 47 because all you do is quack.Youquack about this you quack about that. Its about like a hen pecking in horse shi* we never know where you will start or stop. You seem to be a smart ass to me know it all and can’t find your ass with both hands.I am retired now but have worked since i was 16 years old. I served 3 years in the army and met alot of people of all colors and got along fine with just about all of them.I worked 45 years as a maintence man and was able to move around and contact a lot of people both black and white, male and female.I didn’t have a pomblem with any one.My observation was that there was more racist in the blacks. I think this is caused by the race baiting done by the liberal demorats.Jesse jackson is one of the worst and they have created all these gov. dependents that is running around with their hands out and they are bankrupting the country finanicaly.the country’s morals are already gone. Ducky duck you say not all of obummer’s policy’ are bad you are just as sorry as he is.He has spent more money in 2 years than was spent in the last 20 years.and he and his jailhouse crew refuse to stop. He will have a short fall of at least 1,600,000,ooo dollars this year he can rob every one’s retirement accounts and still not have the money to continue his spending spree. There is nothing he is doing that is good.

    • Robin from Arcadia, IN

Ramon… Thank you for your post. It was very well said. It is refreshing to hear from a young black man who has researched and thought through his political convictions. You have stated this well!

    • Take 2 and call me

Don’t take politics too personal Ramon. Most people fall to the Right or Left. Because that’s the choice we’ve been given. Mans system of ruling has been based upon the Me versus You, Us versus Them etiology. It’s most assuredly based upon the Wealthy Powerful versus the Poor and Limited. Don’t fall for either party. They were all involved over the last 40 years needed to systematically break the worlds economic structure. Thereby en-massing billions of $$$ for themselves. And to be honest, most of those involved are Caucasian and no doubt Supremacists. Mr. Obama is just a wanna-be. The political system (Both Parties)was used to change laws, change our constitution, remove personal rights and freedoms. And soon deliver us square into WW III.

Stop worrying about which party to claim or blame, and just take care of Numero Uno! If you have a family, protect them from the next wave (10 years or less) of Systematic De-Evolution, and ultimately Armageddon. Welcome to the Party! And ‘NOT’ the good kind.

  • JOSEPH LANGLOIS

Why don’t we begin to use the descriptions that truly describe liberals. There is no doubt in my mind that the actions and attitudes of the liberals among us is truly that of national socialists.

    • s c

Not a bad idea, Joseph. FYI, for those among us who prefer fantasy to reality, ‘national socialism’ is another way of saying NAZIS (especially America’s Nazi, pc hypocrites who think they are kinder, gentler and SO compassionate).

      • JUKEBOX

They probably think that Charles Manson and O.J. Simpson are kind, gentle souls too.

        • Dogma-Free “The Trinity”

@JUKEBOX – Well, the NAZI thing could almost work, except that Hitler was a conservative christian.

And, well…being conservative and (supposedly)’christian’ is more the Republican modus operandi.

Jukebox;I know you are using charlie manson, and o.j.simpson,as an humorous example. But i have done a pretty thorough research of charlie manson, and the manson family.Tate/labianca murders etc.And todays democrat party, under liberalism,Is identical in every way,on every issue.to the beliefs of charlie manson.Except charlie manson is in jail. And liberalism,is running our country, influencing, and ruling over our culture, and laws.

    • Ken in Florida

I guess you flunked history. I can understand you calling us liberals Socialists, but National Socialists? Get your facts straight, and do some reading. Now the Tea Party shares much with the early days of the National Socialists. Especially their way of manipulating the truth!

      • DaveH

        How about some examples, Ken?
Do you, for instance, support the Government takeover of GM?
Do you support the National Health Care movement?

        • bob wire

well, the term “take over” is a little broad Dave. Could you narrow it down some?

In general terms, I don’t see GM as being “taken over”.

True, “O” sent the top CEO packing. If GM expected the “loan” it comes with conditions and terms this CEO was failing to recognize or support.

To be employed bt GM today is not a civil service job.

        • bob wire

and National health care was not a “movement” but simply legislation to address HCR.

Now the Tea Party could easily be considered a movement of which much good has came. The Tea Party is a huge washing machine of sorts, it separates the dirt from the garment. ~ It’s a separator. It separates and washes ideas offered by “conservatives”

          • JeffH

eddie, my response to Ken is also my response to you. Why you posted under my comment is, well, questionable at the least. You agree with Ken, now how about you prove it…post something to back it up?

          • DaveH

            Right about what, Eddie?
Ken’s comment consisted of nothing but conjecture and disparaging remarks.

          • eddie47d

Gee Dave and Jeff I can’t tell the difference with all the disparaging remarks being made. Was it yours or Ken’s? I’ll have to flip a coin and get back with you.

          • bob wire

Hmm? ~ show you something where the Tea Party has taken liberties with facts ? ~ well, is Ben Crystal a tea party supporter ?

because he’s offer us a fabrication of falsehoods with a bit of truth on the end with such statements as ; “As soon as President Barack Obama ascended to the White House through a campaign of overt race-baiting, the Tea Party ascended to wield real clout in the conservative wing of American politics.”

Now if Ben is not a tea party supporter, forgive me and I’ll look father for more Tea Party truth transgression.

and for the record, the “real clout” for meaningful conservative change has yet to bear fruit. ~ Having a horse in the race don’t make you a winner but only a contender.

Ben Crystal could have very easily left out “overt race-baiting” and wrote an accurate article, something I’d enjoy reading ~ but no ~ that’s not what he did, not what he wanted to do. Ben chose to inflame,

Ben has made false accusation and even Dav and Jeff,~ some of your brightest attempt to defend him with frivolous links that a far afield of any ascension via race baiting on the part of “O”.

Sorry Guys,~ bring me this smoking gun. ~ As I lay this lie in lap while the barrel still warm.

Why does the Tea Party and the Conservative Movement attract racists? The KKK endorsed McCain and they back the Tea Party Movement. Why are Conservatives against the Civil Rights Laws, VOting Rights Laws and MLK National Holiday? Why do you see the Confederate Flag Flying at Conservative, Republican and Tea Party events? Why? COnservative always talk about the good old days! The days of slavery, segregation, are those the days that you Conservatives want to go back to. You Conservative only care about yourselves. You have no compassion in helping your fellow American. You Conservative talk about morality but I guess you do not believe that helping and offering social justice to your fellow American Citizen is a Moral Cause. I really feel sorry for your shallow hearts.

    • Robin from Arcadia, IN

Mark… Are you just having a bad day or a bad life? What are you ranting about? You certainly are angry about something, and it appears you have targeted your anger towards conservatives. • mark

Yes, I am mad at racist people and I will fight any attempt of the conservative movement that are trying to recind the civil rights and voting rights of their fellow Americans and the economic and social justice that we have fought for the last 70 years.

        • Robin from Arcadia, IN

Mark… Why are you targeting Conservatives? Is it because the liberals are able to make you think that they are there to help the down-trodden? The hand outs from the government that they like to take credit for are not helping anyone. While they continue to dole out these monies, they are secretly high fiving each other because they know that the votes from those who are accepting these handout are for them. They are controlling those who they make think they are helping. Have you ever had to help out someone with a loan? I have. I have also helped out in other ways. Unfortunately my ‘help’ was not appreciated all that much, and I didn’t give this person an opportunity to fall down and figure a way back up. It’s part of growing up.

And the flipside to your comments, Democrats refuse to listen to reason at all, and it is factual that White Liberals don’t care about Black Liberals, that they consider them a ‘Neccesary Evil’, a means to an end. Nothing about Liberals speak to me as a working man. They’ll unionize when none is needed, they’ll take a mile if you give them an inch, and when it comes to doing for self, they’d rather have somebody (somebody meaning the Fed. Gov’t…) do it for them. Case in point, I don’t have all the numbers in front of me, but I know in the general populace there are more democrat supporters on welfare that are able bodied and pay very little in taxes each year, at the same time, they receive more in checks for the amount of children they have each month, than the average working citizen in the same class as they are. How is it possible to sit on your backside 24/7 365, and not be held accountable for leeching off of working citizens?

Simple, be a Democrat, support their cause by voting for them, and they’ll allow you to do whatever soothes your soul. You get your food stamps, and ebt card, and live like a union worker that refuses to put more into their pension. My heart isn’t shallow when it comes to helping those in need. But it’s very obvious there are scores of able bodied folk around me that abuse the system to get over.

      • Stone

I am a democrat but i’m not a liberal. I have spoken out to my state and federal elected officials. I’ve voted for dems and reps. My biggest complaint to my state representatives her NYS are our taxes and the cost for welfare. I’ve asked them to consider a NYS constitional convention and end a life long standard that NYS offers.

I work for not for profit organization which assists the homeless families. What i see everyday are welfare state hoppers moving to NY just to continue to receive welfare. NYS the welfare state and NYS taxpayers are paying dearly for it. The county i live in has the higest property taxes in the US and my county has the largest welfare population in NYS.

The GOP just took the majority in our legislature and i voted for them but yet they are unwilling to take this issue on. WHY?

I’d be a little (okay, a lot) suspicious of any of the crap he was spewing.

Especially since he is endorsed by that nut-job, Glenn Beck. Jesus H. Christ on a cracker, do they get any nuttier than Beck…??!? I mean, come on…

I mean, ALL of FAUX “news” is owned by the Republicans/conservatives/Teabaggers anyways, as they fund their campaigns, and even go so far as organizing their political rallies for them.

No wonder FAUX is the laughing stock of the airwaves.

How many of your conservative friends get upset when a Black moves into their neighborhood or worse yet when a black man asks their white daughter out on a date?

        • JeffH

Gee mark, mark…that’s a really quantifying question, afterall, this is the 21st century. In my case…zero, none, nada. It wouldn’t make any difference at all.

        • Kate8

mark – What about when black parents get upset when their son or daughter dates or marries a white?

Could it be a natual instinct for preserving racial integrity, rather than simple bigotry?

Why is this always a one-way street?

          • http://! Angel Wannabe

Kate8 and JeffH, or could it be simply because, parents know what kind of life they and they’re families (if they decided to have one) are going to lead, because of being in an interracial marriage___These damn Libs, honestly they’re a PIA!

          • Kate8

Angel – That is also true. But we all have a built-in instinct for racial preservation. I think God intended it to be that way.

By the laws of attraction, we are drawn to people like ourselves. It’s not WRONG.

If we choose someone of another race, that’s our choice. But it’s a learned choice, and probably neither better nor worse.

What is wrong is when only whites are criticized for this, when ALL races feel that way by nature.

Constricted by PC, we can never have honest discussions about race, especially if we’re white. But whites are no different than any other race, in that regard. In fact, we’re probably much more accepting of crossing racial lines than are OTWs.

          • mark

Racial Instinct, Racial Preservation. That is a completely Racist Statement, but that does not surprise me coming from a RACIST CONSERVATIVE

          • independant thinker

When my wife passed away the black family accross the street was one of the first to offer condolences and bring a dish over.

Those parents insisted that all three of their children graduate from high school and get a college education. My youngest daughter graduated with their oldest (twins) and they were friends. This family lived on the street before I moved there and their presence had no affect either way on my decision to move into our house. If the situation had been reversed I would have had no objection to their moving into the neighborhood. As far as my daughter dating their son, the subject never came up so I never gave it any thought. Having said that knowing the family I doubt I would have had any objections.

        • JC

Do we get to know this black man taking our daughter out on a date?
Or are we just supposed to be “liberal” enough to let her go out with ANY black man?

I won’t let my daughter go out with just ANY white man either…

MY conservative friends don’t tend to notice if someone has a good suntan or not. We do tend to notice the content of their character.

          • Kate8

Vicki – Speaking of races and suntans, I just read where Obama is hiring thousands of IRS agents to enforce compliance with Obamacare. Also, they are implementing the special tax on tanning bed parlors.

Is that not a tax only on whites? Who else uses tanning beds?

Is this not racism? It’s certainly not equal treatment.

          • Vicki

It was a rather odd choice of business to apply a special tax to. I bet some nice liberal could spin up a justification for it. :)

          …the dog barks once more…mark, mark, mark…

Angel’s comment was very easy to understand. Mark, like a good liberal will do, just put words in Angel’s mouth and “assumed” the meaning. A little thought can go along way sometimes.

          • Kate8

JeffH – mark is a prime example of how Progressives mess with people’s minds. Dumb them down, keep ‘em medicated, and scramble what few brain cells they have left.

It’s heartbreaking, really. People like mark are programmed to be angry with everyone, to help break down the family and society, and to insure loyalty only to the State.

I sometimes wonder what the future holds for people like mark, other than joining one of Obama’s militant brigades and taking his anger out on his fellow man.

mark, you should zip your fly…your ignorance is on display for all to see. EVERY party attracts racists such as Byrd (oh, sorry, he was a dem). But, as a rule, Tea Party activists are vigilant about racists. So what if the KKK “endorses” anybody? Obama has supporters and has received “endorsments” from the Black Panthers. Civil Rights Laws were racist from their inception. They favor one race over another. Period. That is the definition of racism, isn’t it? BTW, I would like to see a ligitimate claim that any conservative or Tea Partier is against MLK Day. And, for the coup de gras, the “Confederate flag” your are referring to is not a Confederate flag. There were only three Confederate National flags. The “blood stained banner” consisting of southern cross on a white field, with a red stripe being the last. You are probably referring to the Confederate Battle Flag, designed by Beauregard because of confusion in recognizing similar designs of the US and Confederate national flags. But, being ignorant of reality, you just fling arrows in all directions and hope something sticks.

And, “social justice” means many things, such as legalized theft. If you feel so compelled, then give whatever you make from your “evil” employer to the “poor”. I draw the line at using the federal government to force your idea of “social justice” on my family. Keep in mind that your idea of redistribution takes food from my children.
But, your “shallow heart” doesn’t have the capacity to understand that.

No children in this country should go hungry but 34% do. But, I am sure that you and your fellow conservatives could care less about them as long as their children are well feed. The greed and lack of compassion that the conservatives show is shamefull.

          • Jeep

eddie, around 20% of all children under 18 live at or below the poverty level. The real answer is probably not what any of us want to hear. But, this is not necessary. Many people in America do not make the effort to get out of poverty. Look around, there is already enough opportunity to get educated, find work or start your own business and be successful. We don’t need another govt handout. What we need is some tough love. If your kids are on drugs do you just keep giving them drugs and “hope” they will get better? Do you call the state and ask for help? Both answers are NO. You huddle up the family and intervene. Poverty is like a drug in that the pittance the govt hands out is just enough to keep you coming back for more until you can no longer help yourself. Whatever happened to self-reliance?

        • JeffH

          eddie…never said they didn’t…

        • Kate8

eddie – People were against doing away with Washington and Lincoln’s birthdays, by combining them as “President’s Day” and giving a special day to MLK by name. It was racially motivated and a slap in the face to these great men, just because they were white.

There is much more to the MLK story than we’ve been taught, and though he did some great things, he also allowed himself to be a tool for the Left.

As usual, history is convoluted to serve an agenda.

          • eddie47d

Just last week Lincoln was torn apart by conservatives as being a bad President so I am surprised you want to celebrate him at all.

          • Kate8

eddie – I didn’t tear him apart. Whether he was a good man or not, I grew up with stories about Honest Abe and all the disadvantages he overcame to become president. I made the comment that how history views people depends on the bias of the historian.

        • Jeep

eddie, I did NOT say Conservatives were against MLK day. And, being from Arizona I can tell you the reason Arizona rejected the Federal holiday. Wait for it…Arizona had ALREADY adopted a STATE holiday for MLK. Adding the federal holiday would have cost the state two holidays of paid vacation for state workers. Let’s recap, shall we? Arizona already had a MLK day, before the federally mandated holiday. Each holiday costs the state governement loads of cash. Get it?

Mr. Crystal is looking at things from a bizzare angle. The economy was well on its way south well before the election where Mr. Obama was elected to be our President. I also cannot understand, since Mr. Crystal does not explain, why he asserts that President Obama “ascended to the White House through a campaign of overt race-bating.” These two gaffs which make up the first paragraph in his “work” lays suspect all that follows. I’ve come to expect this sort of leading us on a false path from this author.

    • Robin from Arcadia, IN

Doc… Do you believe Barry won on his experience and expertise and that race was never a factor?

      • Doc Sarvis

Only those re-elected have “experience” in this job, and they didn’t have it when they were first elected. I, like most people who voted for our current President, based my vote on his stated positions on issues vs. that of his opponent. I would hope that is how everyone votes.

So true, so true. I cannot count the times I have heard someone say “My daddy was a lifelong democrat I have always voted democrat and I am not going to change now”. Most often spoken when talking about a democrat candidate they did not like.

          • Robin from Arcadia, IN

Doc… If you have read the book ‘Dreams of My Father’, then you know he prefers the Muslims over the Americans. If that is what you used to base your vote on, I find that a bit scary…

          • Jeep

So you are saying that the 98% was NOT because of race? And you guys say Conservatives bury their heads in the sand. Sheeesh.

          • Kate8

Doc – Yes, it is racist to vote for someone based on their race. Yet, that is what many, many people did. There are, indeed, plenty of blacks who are VERY racist. All you have to do is listen to what they say.

But, Obama also need sufficient white vote to win, so what do you call a white who voted for him solely because of his skin color? Should one disregard his platform just to be PC?

Think about what you are saying. The racist mantra has been exposed for the divisive tactic that it is. OTWs need to clean up their attitudes, as well.

          • SiliconDoc

Oh well, you’ve got the wrong person pegged for “thinking racist” while the stats show the population in question is a racist voting block to the tune of 90%+.

That reminds me of an article I just read stating that the latest unemployment figures have risen by 25,000. Keep in mind that unemployment was 8% when Obama took office. We are two years into the Obama presidency with complete control of Congress by Democrats for the first 2 years of his presidency. Then read how many of the clueless posters on that page are blaming everybody but the Democrats for our current condition:

DaveH, Soros has done well, running the Liberal News Media, he did say one of the high lights of his life was to ruin Bush, and Bush and the Conservatives became the thrashing machine, time and time and time again. Most people fail to look at whos been the majority in Congress, the last four years its been the Democrats_-funny how blame works?!

        • DaveH

To be fair, Angel, the Republicans have largely contributed to the out of control Federal Government growth. Even now, they are acting like a $100 Billion cut in the Federal Budget of $3.6 Trillion is a big cut. Which, by the way, would still leave about $1.5 Trillion a year deficit in the Federal Budget. And I hear talks of across the board cuts which aren’t going to cure our problems. We need to eliminate whole agencies, such as the Department of Education which is none of the Federal Government’s business. That’s the only way they are ever going to get spending under control.

          • http://! Angel Wannabe

DaveH, I agree, theres a handful of Repubs, that need to get on board of principle or jump ship. But, I throughly suspect they’re Liberal plants, to keep a watchful eye on whats going on, on the other side of the isle though. Nothing gets by either party. unless its purposly left to slip.__
Although Congress would never attest to it, there way too much outside Ledgislation thats bought, the system is and has been throughly infested with corruption. I don’t know if we’ll ever see, honesty again in Washington.

          • DaveH

It’s the natural order of things, Angel, for Government to grow and Liberty to yield. Thomas Jefferson knew that 230 years ago. We are asking a lot for those politicians to willingly give up their power and perks.

          • SiliconDoc

Dave, it’s probably true that already promised “benefits” of the federal government outweigh the collected per year intake. No one has said it, but I’m going to say it.
If they are spending 3.6 trillion and 1.5 trillion is borrowed because current taxes don’t cover it, then a “balanced budget” is 2.1 trillion.
In other words, the “overspend” is 71% above the “balanced budget”. If they blow their projections, that could easily turn to 100% overspend.
So how is it even possible that they “cut” enough to balance it – unless they cut the promised ponzi schemes – because EVERYTHING ELSE isn’t enough it appears.
If they just keep the “by law” social security and related welfare/”insurance net schemes”, gov worker pensions (for those not cut by cutting every other program there is), and the military, they will still be over if you ask me.
I think that’s why no one is saying anything about any sort of actual assessment spoken of in those terms.
I don’t understand how they got so far out of the envelope and so far out of control, but it certainly appears they have, and no one is talking with just the bare facts for a minute or two so people like myself can have some sort of proper perspective and understanding.
Loads and loads of talk, and I know as little as I did the 1st time I’ve heard it as the 10,000th time.
That’s a huge problem for me. I have to assume the reason is they have hard coded SS and bennies w/ the military that ALONE exceed a balanced budget.
That’s what I’ll think until some honest person actually lays out the simple facts.

          • independant thinker

            ““by law” social security”

Social security and medicare should not be considered when talking about the budget. SS especially is supposed to be completely independent of the budget. SS and medicare belong to those who have paid into it all their working life most of whom had no choice in the matter for it was taken out of their paychecks without their consent. If SS had been handled properly it would be awash in money and the surplus could be used to partialy fund medicare.

          • SiliconDoc

Well thinker they do have on budget and off budget, and the slush fund from the SS trust fund.
I do agree, it was 3.2 trillion looted from SS trust fund when I checked quite a few years ago – if they HAD DONE THE RIGHT THING- and put that in average market mutual or whatever I imagine that and the follow on years added it would cover the national debt.(though debt to be covered would be higher since their theft would have to added to debt)
In 1982 they had their 1st SS “surplus” – and since then they have robbed the billions and hundreds of billions every year and spent it all. During Clinton years I followed and 80 billion to 120 billion “extra” is what comes to mind.

    • newspooner

People with half an ounce of intelligence knew that George Quincy Bush was leading us into bigger government, improper wars, loss of liberties, etc. Some of them decided to oppose that by “giving” Barack Obama “a chance”. Many of them now severely regret it. Others voted for him because it made them feel “open-minded” and “not racially prejudiced”, not understanding that feeling that way was indeed voting for someone BECAUSE of race. That is, of course, racism in itself. We should all be colorblind when voting. Voting for Obama was dumb, not because of his racial background, but because of his principles and actions. Voting against him was not being racist if one voted against him because of his principles and beliefs. Most of the people who might have voted against him because of race were too stupid to understand principles and beliefs anyway. Most of the people who voted for him because of race also showed their lack of intellect.

      • mark

Government has never been honest. Government grows because the population grows and the citizens need services. If you want to balance the budget how about getting our troops out of foreign countries and cutting our defense budget by half and eleminating foreign aid, also a law that you have to be an American Citizen to get any government help!

It doesn’t matter what you say or how you say it, when it comes to race, the Liberals will find a way to turn into a battle. They’re also good at hijacking a special interest group, or any situation that’s troubled, with the claims that, that they’re going to “FIX” it!__With that said, I’d take the next high speed train straight outta dodge, and find a way to, FIX me & My Life_ myself___
Special Interest to Liberals are all about THE VOTE!_-They lie if they have to, just to get and keep it. And they’re always plenty of those folks willing to listen to the Likes of Sharpton and Jackson and the LIBBIE news media, rather than think outside of the box.
Its long past the 60′s, and longer past the slave era, yet, they still cry about it like it was yesterday.__ We the Generation today, are not responcible for the wrong actions of our white ancestor slave owners. The blacks today are not the slaves that they’re ancestors were. It was wrong but it’s done___ Its time we got over this__
__ But as long as there’s a Liberal vote thats needed, they won’t allow the language or the memory of it, to die._They just keep the ball rolling!

Liberals have to Lie to promote their agenda. The Facts don’t. Here is the reality of Big Government. This is a list of countries ranked by their Economic Freedom (least regulated being number 1). You can get the details of any country’s rank by clicking on the country name. Anybody who looks at this list with an open mind can clearly see that the bigger Government gets, the worse the country’s economy gets:

Man is not free unless government is limited.
        Ronald Reagan

No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Actually, a government bureau is the nearest thing to eternal life we’ll ever see on this earth!
        Ronald Reagan

        • Angel

Hey, Adult-wannabe: Ronnie created the biggest government ever! Clinton reduced it, then Bush did it all over again. How are you gonna blame the liberals for that one?

          • DaveH

Actually, Andy, if you studied your history you would find that Ronald Reagan did his best to control the spending but even his own Republican Congressmen were whining to him that he needed to Compromise. That’s double-speak for grow Government Spending. He worked harder than any president in my lifetime to control Congress, but they proved to be overwhelming. Well there was Eisenhower who worked harder (or at least controlled spending better), but I was just a little child at that time.
It goes without saying that the Democrats wanted to grow Government, but unfortunately for Reagan (and us) many of the Republicans did also.
Contrast that with Obama who actually strongly encourages the Government Growth even to the point of strong-arming his fellow reluctant Democrats.

So – we don’t need ANY regulations? No concerns over arsenic in the water, e-coli in the food? No worries about nuclear waste or other toxic substances? Is the market going to make sure that polluted dumps in New Jersey don’t make my children’s children be born with mutations? I work on the 36th floor – regulations just make the elevator in this building overburdened. How about medications? People who whine about side effects are wimps. Should we gut traffic regulations too? (Don’t remember the pesky speed limit or stopping at red lights in the constitution.) And the police – why should they interfere in my life if I want to smack around the liberal congressman’s daughter for the hell of it?

Then you might not condemmn poor people so much. Walk in a poor man’s shoes before you condemen him. This country should take care of its own before we spend money on foreign countries and foreign wars. Committing genocide on the Native American and the enslavement and segregation policies of blacks by the USA will always be a stain on America and we need to set things straight with the poeple that the USA has mis-treated. We have no right to tell the world that we are the Greatest Country in the World when we have these stains on our hands and that is why the west of the world just laughes at us and has no=respect for us.,

  • Carlucci

Mark, I doubt if anyone on this list “want to go back to the days of slavery, segregation.” I’ve never read a posting by anyone here saying that. Furthermore, nobody on this list was born while slavery was going on. I was only one year old when segregation ended.

While we have some die hard “conservatives” on this blog, there are many who have woken up and seem to lean more toward the Libertarian state of mind. I don’t remember the Tea Party endorsing John McCain, and I think what you said about the KKK backing the Tea Party was nothing but poopaganda put out there by the lame stream media hacks to discredit the Tea Party. There were plenty of black people at Tea Party rallies who got beaten up by ACORN and other thugs from the looney left.

Apparently you are new to this blog or haven’t been paying attention.

    • DaveH

I wish we would stop calling right-wingers Conservatives. I know, Carlucci, even the Libertarian website associates them with such. But I believe the Libertarians are the True Conservatives being that we are the only ones who aspire to give people the kind of Freedom that our Founders envisioned.

I agree with you, DaveH. When I think of so called “conservatives” I automatically think “RINO”, because they use the term “conservative” to hide behind. A good example is that slithering lizard Newt Gingrich, who is nothing but a big government/imperialism/taxation promoting RINO.

BTW – I love John Stossell and Judge Napolitano. They are both wonderful. It slipped my mind that they are the only two voices of reason on FOX.

By “social justice” I assume you mean putting skin color first when giving handouts from the government, and by “economic justice” you must be referring to allowing IRS agents to scour the country and invade lives to see that the “rich” are paying their “fair share”. Right?

        • mark

Poverty is not a color. There are white ghettos in Applacia. If people are avoiding the tax laws then they should be punished. Economic justice means that every American Citizen desereves food, shelter, education and health care and if the capitalistic system can not provide the jobs for the people to obtain these rights then it is up to the Federal Government to provide these rights for the poor people.

          • Kate8

b w – A level playing field is a liberal fantasy. It is simply not possible, because it’s not just a matter of some being luckier than others. It’s a mental state.

You could equally distribute all the money in the world, and it would soon end up back in the same hands.

You have people who are born into wealth, and they lose it all. You have people who win the lottery, and soon it is gone. And you have people who were born in a third-world hut who find a way to create great wealth.

You can’t level the playing field of the mind. Life is experiencing every possible existence, and every person has different challenges to overcome, and wisdom to contribute to the whole.

This is why socialism will never work. It has only EVER served to benefit the few elite masters who live and breathe to control the lives of everyone else for their own aggrandizement, creating nothing but misery and hindrance to the human spirit.

I hope this comment is not too far off-thread, but has anyone noticed the racial makeup of actors in TV commercials lately? Caucasians are consistently in the minority, at least during prime-time. The vendors of cell phones and social networking goods are pandering to everyone BUT the majority caucasians. Check any Verizon, AT&T, or other phone service or iPod/iPad-type device and compare the numbers of white, brown, black and yellow faces you see. If that is not reverse racism I don’t know what is.

    • Raggs

They are trying to breed inter-racial, if you pay close attention to most tv ads they are of one or two black men with one white women.. It’s the same thing that the children are being taught in school.

      • Karolyn

That’s not being racist? Why would you even notice?

You sure must be looking for it because I don’t see it, and I watch too much TV!

  • mark

Sorry, to rain on your racist parade, but I believe that the Caucasian race now only is about 54 % of the USA population and by 2020 will be about 48% and then become the minority, while the Hispanic, Black and other will be 52% and will keep increasing. When the white conservative was in charge and the majority, he rigged the economic system for his benifit. Now, that the demographics has changed against the white conservative he is complaining, he sure did not complain when he used segregation for his economic gain.

The last time I checked, 54% is still a majority. I agree that in the next couple of hundred years the average human face will be a brown one of mixed races – if there are still any human faces to be seen on the Earth. I have some brown faces in my own extended family.

As for white conservatives “rigging the system” for their own economic benefit, I do NOT believe there was any such effort. What existed in the past and present came about through the natural order of things, and is not any sort of “Status quo” – the system is constantly changing.

      • Dogma-Free “The Trinity”

@Mac – Well, actually, if you haven’t already, I would encourage you to look into the history of the CIA.

They’ve been an extremely busy lot, both here and abroad…trying so hard to *control* everything for the benefit of…well…someone (or some group of someones) who isn’t represented by the average middle-class American.

      • mark

SEgration was not rigging the economic system. Why is there 40% rate of unemployment for black youth? Give me a break.

    • SiliconDoc

No problem Mark, the whole deal is already starting to crumble – as your lefty freaks decided the “rigged system” wasn’t “rigged for losers” so you “rigged up a new deal” then “bloated the rigging for 60 years” and now “the ship is sinking like a lead weight.
By the time your “demographic dreams” take hold this place will be a wasteland compared to it’s former self.
One can see it wherever one goes, and we have you and your victim leeching crybaby minority baby wailing (if you dems don’t murder them with abortion)crew to thank, and watch with absolute certainty that the ever deepening destruction will occur more and more, as your hate filled and brainwashed and dim trained freaks blow it from all the propaganda you’ve stuffed into their gourds.
LOL – I have to laugh because it’s so ironic and so absolutely true, but it’s going to be very sad as it comes to be.

  • Robert Wayne

Ah, let ‘em call me a racist. I don’t give a shit what the liberal retards say anymore. I’m white, Christian, heterosexual, conservative and from Dixie…everything they hate in a person. And to be honest the feeling is mutual. I despise them just as much as they do me.

    • JC

      Good on Ya!

    • Raggs

      :)

    • Dogma-Free “The Trinity”

@Robert Wayne – …uh…I believe Jesus said you should love, not hate.

So either you’re not really a true ‘christian’ (though maybe you attend church), or you once were a Christian, and now you’re just a sinner.

Either way, you’re going straight to hell when you die. Please, save me a window seat, if possible.

    • mark

Another example of a Racist Conservative!

  • SiliconDoc

The right or republicans are labeled as racist so they react like angry scared monkeys and banish any hint they detect.
The left democommies are supposedly free from any hint of racism and down with the cause, so any racism on their side is merely the “after effects” of the republicans former and current intense racist opression.
    That’s how it works.
The repubs scramble to try to “clear” their name, and the dems can do anything because no matter how blatantly racist, it’s caused by the evil republicans and their still secret and hidden white hattery – and desire to return to the days of slaves.
Yep, our nation is so screwed up it’s a standing joke.
My game plan would be exactly what this article does – only don’t bring up the compare and whine side about how unfair it is to republicans. That shows you aren’t serious and going out of your mind with outrage..
What has to be done is the republicans go on an overblown emotional ranting protest rage freak out against the “racist on the left” – and just beat and beat and shriek and scream and do “the lib” about it all. I know that may take some drugs, some training, and some seriously deranged sinning to accomplish, but otherwise the “creds” won’t be established.
Also it must be a whitey of course, or it will never be allowed to get off the ground at all.
So until the republicans get just as loonbat raging as the kookaloo dems nothing will change much.

    • Raggs

      Your a freak!

    • Raggs

      I didn’t mean that… your right.

mark, just how damn dumb are you, tax cheat Geithnerr, Daschle is sitting on the Wall Street board. If you soros socialists, would check, your money man, and orders giver, George Soros manager for the dumbocrap party, is the mega hedge fund manulipator, that dems didn’t put any reforms on his massive hedge fund. So idoit, you had better check your facts, but facts confuse and are a inconveint thing for marxist/communist don’t like truth and facts.

Onumnutts and his pervert goat abusing Muslim Brotherhood slubs are cards of the destruction of Christians and our USA. Onumnutts was showing his cards ever since he announced for office. Anyone that did read his information of what a marxist muslim moron he was. Who had close ties with freaks like “Rev” Wright and his domestic terrorist “friends”. Should have their brains examinded and skulls kicked in. He has always hated America, beleived in K Marx and Saul Alinski or any other dictator of democratic countries and confessed he was a muslim and was educated in a madrasses. Hearing any f–king muslim claiming they arte peaceful is bull, only when they are less than 40-50% of a group.

    Ben Crystal… You got it!

My thoughts may not mean much sence I’m a little person according to obama and that he thinks that I’m not worth the effort it takes to muster up spit as he did with the Tea-Party… Yes he spat on America!

    • Dogma-Free “The Trinity”

That’s nothing compared to what Baby Bush and co. did – what they did on America, came out their other ends…and they laid a big, steamy, coiled one, all over this country.

But alas…you wanted to talk about your teabagging buddies, and so…let’s do that.

I’m sure you must know now about the Tea Party’s roots in Communism, yes?

I mean, clearly a well-educated, and well-informed American, such as yourself, would have looked into their history…just as so many did with ACORN, Barack Hussein Obama, and such.

Well, since you obviously already know about it, you’re obviously okay with bringing communists into the inner folds of America’s labia/government. Would you not agree?

Then again, Jesus was a socialist, as people in-the-know, point out…so I guess bringing your Bolshevik comrades into the country, and having them penetrate your government, kinda makes sense…you know, from a ‘christian’ perspective…right?

For anyone who wasn’t aware of this, and helped the Tea Party infiltrate our government, say it with me now:

      D’oh!

hahaha…that’s kinda like saying that the liberal movement *probably* contains a few hippies, and/or pot smokers.

haha…yeah, Ben, you’ve really outdone yourself this time.

Or if I were to put it another way:

This ‘article’ probably contains some bull.

IF THE TEA PARTY FOLKS ARE NOT RACISTS, I WONDER WHO IT WAS AT THEIR RALLIES HOLDING UP SIGNS PORTRAYING OBAMA AS A WITCH DOCTOR. AS FAR AS ALMOST ALL REPUBLICANS ARE CONCERNED, BLACK MAN AND WHITE HOUSE
JUST DON’T GO TOGETHER. I GUESS YOU PEOPLE ARE HAVING A TOUGH TIME

i have to admit, this black man and the white house don’t go together and that goes for his white half too.
it’s going to be interesting to see if these future majority minorities are going to continue the welfare plan they have enjoyed. i doubt it.

After reading through the many posting full of heated passion and racial hatred with few opening confessing while others expressing justification for their passion, do you still wish to claim the Tea Party presents no racial bias?

You guys are just too funny! I admire the one that openly admit it and honest about their makeup and character. They know who they are.

The for rest of you, your punishment will be living with yourselves which doesn’t seem to be a big problem, but inner peace will never be yours to have. You will always be in conflict and hiding, unable to face your monster. It’s only going to get harder for you as the years pass.

It’s not a matter of “liking” but accepting, something that you can’t do today.

    “con·serv·a·tive

    –adjective
    1.
disposed to preserve existing conditions, institutions, etc., or to restore traditional ones, and to limit change.
    2.
cautiously moderate or purposefully low: a conservative estimate.

  • JeffH

Bob, I’l stand up and say the Tea Party movement is not racially biased. I’m sure you can produce some fine examples, or not.

Every human being, including yourself, carries a certain amount of racial bias, it’s human nature, based on what one reads, hears and sees…that doesn’t make one a racist. It’s the ability to understand and overcome those feelings and thoughts that seperate oneself from the racists.

I understand that your distain for the Tea Party and Palin is because your bias is based on what you believe to be true. That doesn’t necessarily make it so, but you’ve not hidden your bais juat as many of us don’t hide our bias against the attempts by the Marxist/communist/socialist to chamge America.

Adam Smith and Edmund Burke are the most significant figures of the founding in the conservative movement of America. Their similarities and differences in the early 19th century formed the basis for the traditional moral values group and the libertarian group comprised in the conservative movement. These two sides of the conservative movement have lasted to this day, with the addition of the economics group of conservatives brought about by the new development of the Tea Party group. Modern leaders of the conservative movement, like Glenn Beck, and Ron Paul, are driving forces of the established conservative movement that goes all the way back to Smith’s and Burke’s day of American history.

I have to laugh at those comments bob, only GOD can make that judgement. You’re entitled to your opinion as well. Unless I’m mistaken, you seem to have put yourself above those that don’t “see it your way”…kind of like you’re the judge, jury and executioner.

Our punishment is taking place now, yesterday, tomorrow and today…for ever allowing the liberal/Marxist/socialist/communists from getting their foothold so deep in the American government and the American society.

Like you said before, “It’s not a matter of “liking” but accepting, something that YOU can’t do today”
