Blood Clots

November 8, 2011 by

We don’t hear much about blood clots or heart attacks in young people, and that is because blood sludging is related to aging.

Nattokinase is a natural anti-clot insurance, known and used by the Japanese for a thousand years. One capsule every eight hours or so would be good to maintain free blood flow and reduce sludging.

Excellent advice Bob. I have used Nato for several years now. The only down side I have found is that it appears one can bruise easier. Of course older people naturally bruise easier so a few minor bruises is a good trade off for not having life threatening blood clots forming in critical places.

I am an advocate for garlic and onions. Perhaps they could be proven to thin the blood and also serve as an antiseptic. If in doubt eat pink grapefruit. Ms Nike Newton.

Low-dose aspirin, such as Fasprin, the dissolves in your mouth, not in your stomach or intestines, and gets into your blood stream in 5 minutes is a safe option. In addition, Fasprin also provides anti-inflammatory benefits.

when you go blind remember how great those aspirin are

Most of the comments I’ve heard about natto recommend it. Recently, I came across some info that says long-term use of natto requires an alternate approach. I don’t have it in front of me, but I’ll try and find it.

We don’t want anyone dying from old age blod clotting now do we? After all there are only 7 billion of us and we sure as hell can’t afford to lose any. Who wants to live forever anyway? There are so many folks just sitting around all day waiting to die. Why are they hanging on? What the hell for? If they are too old to work then it is time to go. No retirement, no benefits, no nothing. Get a life by working not medicating. Animals do not retire, they die and we should be the same. Accept that nature is nature, climate change is an ongoing phenomenon, illness is unpredictable and that we all die as a natural event. Get a life and if life is unbearable then call it a day.

OOO, I see your point, but I am glad you are not a relative of mine.

p, this is a health-related issue. It doesn’t involve late-term, retrograde termination. Now, comrade, if you can put your “integrity” (got any?) where your mouth is, you might put a leash on that utopian ego and shut up, read and LEARN.
Using your non-logic, most people in CONGRESS (that place you love to load with fellow,
people-hating utopians), should be the FIRST place to get weeded out.
They’re SO OLD! They don’t function very well, so let’s get rid of the old farts and fartettes.
You’re already ‘on board’ with slaughtering innocent BABIES, so making the move to ‘older’ people won’t be any stretch for you (will it, comrade?).
If you REALLY want to impress others, step to the front of the line and self-terminate. Don’t bother to put on any fancy clothes. You know what they say about atheists [all dressed up and no place to go].
Nice having this informative conversation with you, comrade. Consider moving to Iran, but be prepared to learn a new language, and be prepared to become a “believer” – OR ELSE. Keep in touch, infidel.
Just between the two of us – did your parents have any kids who lived?

i have blood clots i am 64 would natto be better for me than codimine a perscribed blood thinner

    • alex

      YES

    • s c

tony, check with a reference librarian or go to a good health food store, where they will be able to tell you why it’s so important to stay away from the ‘AMA/FDA’ crowd. There are a lot of MDs who use an ‘alternative’ approach.
It shouldn’t take much time, and if you live in a large city, you’ll find many people who can tell you what you need to know to be in control of your problem.

Nattokinase? Never heard of it, not in any common store the common person in any town without a health food store can get.
Vitamin E works just fine, I use it, works, can get it any where.
