At Least 20 Dead In Pakistan Bus Crash
HUB, Pakistan, Aug. 14 (UPI) — At least 20 people were killed and 35 were injured when a speeding bus went off a highway in Pakistan Sunday, police said.
The accident occurred near Hub and involved a bus carrying attendees from the Shah Noorani festival to Karachi.
Police believe the bus was traveling too fast and crashed into a deep ravine, Dunya News reported Sunday.
Authorities feared the death toll could rise due to the serious nature of the injuries to some of the survivors.
