    Good! About time a federal court said what we already know. Our first amendment rights are inalienable. Obamacare is not. It has already been changed by HHS and Obama bypassing Congress.

    I would equate forced with the “trampling” of belief and rights…

      trammel: Something that restricts activity, expression, or progress; a restraint.
      You got me on that one. I thought it a mistype for trample, not believing a judge would use incorrect language in a ruling, so I had to look it up. Seems she was correct!

      According to the article the Circuit Court has already stated that this is not about ACA’s “constitutional authority”. Just the single aspect of requiring people to violet their religious beliefs.
