Al Roker Oversleeps, Misses ‘Wake Up With Al’ Taping
NEW YORK, (UPI) — Beloved television weatherman Al Roker says he missed Tuesday’s taping of “Wake Up with Al” in New York because he overslept.
“After 39 years, it happened,” the 58-year-old TV personality tweeted. “I overslept and missed a show.”
“Wake Up with Al” airs at 6 a.m. on The Weather Channel.
Roker woke up in time to tape the “Today” show, which starts at 7 a.m., however.
