The administrative subpoena is widely used to extract information from cellphone and Internet providers.

Americans believe that the Bill of Rights, or what is left of it, protects them from unreasonable and warrantless search and seizure under the 4th Amendment. This simply isn’t true, and hundreds of thousands of warrantless searches are likely under way as you read this.

Thanks to a helpful tool in the Federal government’s Soviet-esque spy arsenal called the “administrative subpoena” — the power of which has been emboldened in recent years by the Patriot Act and about 335 other Federal statutes — you no longer have the right to remain secure in your home, papers and effects.

The administrative subpoena gives Federal bureaucrats the ability to glean a variety of information about you from just about any entity that you choose to conduct business with. And while the government would have you believe that the tool is necessary to thwart terrorism and drug activity, an exposĂŠ published by Wired tells a different story:

Some of the stranger statutes authorizing administrative subpoenas involve the Agriculture Department’s power to investigate breaches of the Floral Research and Consumer Information Act and the Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion and Information Act. The Commerce Department has administrative subpoena power for enforcing laws relating to the Atlantic tuna and the Northern Pacific halibut. It also has those powers when it comes to enforcing the National Weather Modification Act of 1976, requiring “any person to submit a report before, during, or after that person may engage in any weather modification attempt or activity.”

The administrative subpoena is also widely used to extract information from cellphone and Internet providers including location data, Web activity and information regarding private correspondence.

      I believe this too.

Notice the ‘administrative subpoena’ is only useful via electronic technology and means of doing business that depend on such technology. Go primitive. Use cash. Barter. Only those with no primitive skills are done.

Historically all great civilizations only last 200/300 years. Rememer the one worlders only win for a very short time before Jesus Christ returns. In the meantime it is going to get butt ugly.

AMSOIL,,, if the Jesus you write of is the same King Jesus Christ that I know , then you better check close what King Jesus said at Matthew 6:9–13 because I spoke to Him using
      that Scripture this morning …
You are not waiting on King Jesus! , He’s waiting on you to do and claim and proclaim what He has already commanded His “Men” to do , thousands of years ago …
Are you one of The King’s Men ???
Praise King Jesus for Salvation and Healing … Acts 2:38 IS salvation …

    From the OP:
“National Weather Modification Act of 1976, requiring “any person to submit a report before, during, or after that person may engage in any weather modification attempt or activity.”

This is particularly interesting since there does not seem to be a need for intent (“..or activity”). Since global warming people claim that everything we do modifies the weather there must be a LOT of reports not filed so that bureaucracy could be used to keep a whole society busy writing useless reports instead of creating wealth.

vicki,,, King Jesus made no weather modification reports and He walked on water and told
the winds to calm down ,,,see that at Matthew 8:26… Who is your King ???
My King owns the Earth and all around it ,,, within His Laws I can do anything for My defense or benefit …. So …
Praise King Jesus for Salvation and Healing … Acts 2:38 IS salvation…

Releasing methane, CO2, and sulfides into the atmosphere affects it. To a very small amount per the amounts an individual human produces per day, but it adds up. So, technically, every human living should be filing weather modification reports, at least annually!

People love to make their jobs simpler. Government bureaus and agents are no exception. Thus the orginal requirement for obtaining a search warrant from a court has been shortcuted to little more than checking a box indicating an intent to seek a warrant someday. Citizens continually need to push back against such.

How come every time there is a post about something, someone always has to bring the bible into it? (No, I’m not against the bible.) We don’t need the bible quotes……….plain old common sense dictates that what we “DO” need to do is just live right and those who chose not to live right are the scum of the earth.
