Acidity And Death

Death comes with total saturation of the body with acid. The Western diet is mostly acid. Acid (low pH) causes fermentation and disease.

High pH or about 7.25 is alkaline and increases the oxygen content of the blood and tissue. Alkaline pH is very positive for health.

Cooked foods are mostly acid. Raw, whole foods are alkaline and healthy.

    If you follow Bob,
    He has written several articles on the benefits of paying attention to your acid/alkaline levels. Higher alkaline levels mean more oxygen in your system which prevents disease. There is a lot to be said on the subject, you should do your research.

    1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water daily. It’s amazing what it’s done for me. Please look it up.

    Acid base is a good breeding ground for cancer cells and tend to disappear the moment ph balance is maintained so to improve your good cells and elliminate the cancer cells consume alkaline water with ph of 8.5+

    I’ve heard recently that you can test your PH level using one of those little strips that you test pool water with. T or F anyone?

      Hi Andra, yes, you can buy ph test strips for people at most pharmacies :) I have a question to anyone: Can’t being too alkaline cause other problems? Taking 1/4 tsp. day of baking soda should not cause alkalosis would it? I’d hate to stop taking it since my arthritis is so much better now.

          Hi Andra, type in gout and baking soda you’ll be surprised how much info you can get. Funny thing is I’ve been a vegetarian over 30 years and I don’t drink…I still ended up with it…go figure. I admit the baking soda and water gave me complete relief from the pain in less than 24 hours. I noticed a difference within a few hours and it just got better from there :)

    When they say acidic they’re referring to uric acid, the thing that causes gout & comes from eating meat, not citric acid which is a good thing.

      Being a vegetarian over 30 years I never thought I’d get gout, but stuff happens no matter how healthy we try to be.

      “Acidic” refers to the body’s fluid Acid/Base or PH balance. The “H” stands for hydrogen concentration. Pure water has a PH of 7, battery acid is somewhere around 0. We need to maintain our blood PH as close to 7.4. Any level above or below is leaning toward alkalosis or acidosis respectively.

      Uric acid is an end-product of digesting sugars, alcohols, and meats that are high in uric acid naturally (pork). Too high of a Uric Acid concentration leads to Gout. Citric acid is not a necessary foodstuff. Much of it in our diet is added by food companies for tartness in thing like candy, soda, etc. As an organic acid, it may cause tooth enamel weakness, as well as push our PH balance more to the Acidosis level. Most if not all of the added citric acid is manufactured using sulfuric acid. Since no process can eliminate 100% of the reagents used, leaving a small % of sulfites behind. Also not good for Asthmatics.

      The control of PH in blood requires our body to work toward stasis (Balance), too much either side of PH 7.4, means our body must use it’s chemistry to buffer both acid and alkaline. Most modern diets (overly processed, cooked, fried) are pushing the acid levels towards dangerous levels.

    eating raw uncooked food is the fastest and best way to die from e-coli or some other bad disease. our modern food supply is not safe, not cooking is very dangerous.

    I try to eat Organic raw vegatables and fruits,.. as much as possible.
