A Message To Kim Kardashian

      I’m old enough to remember the Gabor sisters. The more things change the more they stay the same.

      I don’t like polka or rap music but I don’t deny that others do get pleasure out of it. I don’t find my dislike for something to be an excuse for distain and disparagement of others. I wonder why such is so important to others.

      I guess some folks just can’t tolerated different.

        I personally don’t believe that the entertainment industry has gotten their fair share of the blame for the degradation of our society Robert! The true shame is that if there wasn’t an audiance for the type of garbage that permeates the boob tube, it wouldn’t be on there in the first place!!! Ah, but this is America, and it would be in violation of someone’s First Amendment rights if we chose to silence that trash, unless of course that person or organization was Christian, then it would be perfectly oaky doky! This is facism in it’s prime example when you claim to have the right to do whatever the hell you please and then attempt to silence any vocal oppisition whatsoever! Some will say it’s a matter of parental responsibility, but when both parents have to work to try and guarentee a shot at the American Nightmare for their spoilded rotten little brats, it’s kinda hard to control what they’re being exposed to by this cabal of megalomaniacs whose only desire it is is to see how much of their parent’s hard earned money they can con them out of!!! Pretty slick, huh?!! Why else would your eight year old be wantin’ to dress like Lady Gaga?!! And the child might not even be a girl!!!

        The Bible clearly states that a beautiful woman who lacks discretion is like a gold ring in a pig’s snout.I am patently aware of this,but my American sentiments often crowd out my biblical reasoning.i like nekkid wimmin’,and any real man who tells me he doesnt is either lying or flaming.I have come to accept that my character flaws come with the territory lest I see myself as better than the war of the flesh which the Apostle Paul so elequently spoke of.Since I believe that Paul was an extremely pious man,and yet he knew of his own character flaws as being capable of helping him to take leave of his senses,I feel like I am in good company.Let me iterate here that…..that is the only real comparison to Paul that I would make of myself…..that i have war with my flesh,as did he.
        That being said I also understand and appreciate the subtle nuances of the press,and those who subject themselves to bad publicity.In a war for fame,any publicity is good publicity,right?Even if it drags your name and character through the gutter.
        Denis Leary once stated that when his popularity flagged,he would go on a bender and then say,”I [expletive deleted] up!” And then he could go into rehab and rebuld his career.
        He thought that it would be the appropriate celebrity thing to do.Since most celebrities do this very thing in an effort to be seen as ordinary folks with ordinary problems,(who would have thunk it)He has a valid point.Celebrities are ordinary folks with ordinary problems,its what they do about those problems that entertains us.
        All for the entertainment value.
        Their sextapes go viral.And America loves and accepts them as entertainers,because that is what they are.They make a show of their lives because they are showfolk.
        I guess the moral of this story is…..dont re-enact scenes from platoon with Charlie Sheen.
        But I dont know if I am prepared to tell you not to re-enact scenes from Kim Kardashian’s sextape,with Kim Kardashian.
        To this though I raise a toast!

Happily they do not seem intent on invading my personal space any time soon but their mere presence in this universe is an affront to good taste and even a passing knowledge of morality. We wish they would confine their antics to Washington and Hollyweird, their natural settings. Or San Francisco. All three are the great unflushed toilets of the world.

      Gosh, I guess i need to get out more. I don`t know who these sisters are, and I`m sure I don`t want too know. I don`t watch TV, but I do listen to talk radio. I have never heard Rush, or Mark Levin talk about them. I spend most of my free time on ham radio, and I have never heard them mentioned there either. Other than that, all my time is spent hunting, or gardening. Lots of vittles to can and put up for later when they declare Martial Law. Since I live in the Ozarks in the woods, deer and turkey are plentiful. Lots of trout in these streams also. I hope these sisters, whoever they are, don`t show up here. I don`t think my wife would approve.

I live in Colorado and for a long time there were BIG signs along Interstate 70 saying, “Don’t Californicate Colorado.” Seems like the ones who, like rats abandoning a sinking ship, move to other neighboring states and set up their Liberal shops and continue their destructive practices that have destroyed California. We have way too many of them here. Stil, I have met many Californians who are NOT like the rats and love their state and want to reverse what has happened.All I can say to them is what I say to folks from Illinois, grow some balls and start getting rid of the Communists any way you can. Vote for the candidates with American values and thwart the bad guys evrey chance you get.

      Right on Gary, I lived in California most of my life and it was a great place to live. Cheap cost of living,opportunities galore,and plenty of freedom to live your life as you saw fit. Then the Dummycrats took over in the legislature thanks to voters in the waterfront cities on the left coast and of course the notorious stinkpot Willy Brown. I used to be able to go into Simm’s Hardware in Sacramento and buy any gun and take it home. No way today. When Pete Wilson was governor he left California $11 billion in the black and warned heavily about the curse of illegal immigration. He was constantly villified and laughed at,nobody’s laughing anymore. The budget has never been in the black since his departure and CA continues to sink like a rusty torpedoed submarine. The succession of Governors since Wilson have all been useless and now for a fitting encore of uselessness Jerry “Rerun” Brown. I left California for my home state of Wyoming in 1999 and came back West after 8 years dropping anchor in Nevada where I still have my 2nd Amendment rights and no state income tax. Sure beats living in a socialist republic like California.

      Many years I moved from Calif over the border to Nevada. Wise move. I’ve been stripped of less money, by the state here. That may be because most every week-end, Californians drive over here to play and gamble, and some of their cash ends up in NV state coffers.

      I recall years ago, a perceptive observer said that the USA was tilted on a corner and everything loose fell into California. Seems that it’s still tilted.

      Too bad because Calif has superb climate and wondrous vistas and is generally a very nice place. And the (pre-1960) people were pretty good and productive. But that’s changed. There’s still some reasonable inertia keeping Calif going, but between the free loaders and the invaders from Mexico, Calif may be well on the downward path.

      Actually Gary, I have to disagree with you. As a life-long California resident (from before it became the PRC), most of the people who are leaving are not the liberals. The problem with California is that all the liberals,leeches and illegals have stayed and ruined the state. I have thought of selling/abandoning my practice and moving somewhere that isn’t so socialistic. Now if only I could get my wife to agree.

    Skanks. Our society has degraded to the level, that by running around half naked and doing porn tapes makes you desireable to the public. Unbelievable. I kept hearing their names and didnt know who they were, so I had to read some articles and check it out, and what I found was some rich girls spending up their deceased fathers money as fast as they can, and seeking sex with everyone they can and flauting their bodies as much as they can. Like Barbara Walters told them, “so you dont sing, and you dont dance, and your not actresses, so basically you have no talent”. And yet they are famous. Personally, I dont think they are all that much too look at either. The one is an Amazon that looks like the wrestler China, and the other two look dirty to me, and I really dont find them attractive at all. If someone else does, more power to them. But I dont see it, and when it comes to their acting like a bunch of ho’s, well I guess now I realize why I didnt know who they were, and I wasnt missing anything either. I just wonder when their 15 minutes of fame will be up. I guess when youve got your deceased rich daddy’s money, you can buy a little more than the normal 15 minutes most no talent people get.

When the trial began the bag could not be introduced into evidence because it was “missing”.

        They are representives and senators of Marin[the uber wealthy snobs]

        People think they live in paradise here,a veritable Garden of Eden.

        Some of you may think I am crazy for saying these things,and truth be told I do offer a distinct look at things in my own unique way.But I do not view the world through rose colored glasses,and often go places I shouldnt be to see things I shouldnt see.I recommend that if you do not enjoy this particular avenue of enlightenment,give it a try sometime.You may learn a thing or two along the way.
        Most folks here in Cali are shallow,insecure,and care more about who they are sleeping with,than what needs fixing in their state.
        But that is the high price of a Hollywood mentality.
        It’s how many toys you die with and how good you look playing with them that is quintesential for a membership here.
        It is very much like a diner party held by a large law firm.You know everyone looks good at the table,and acts as if they are happy go lucky,yet they cannot conceal the knives behind their backs,and the daggers in their eyes for one another.It is a who’s who of cutting heads and smooching backsides.Who slept with who and who is a total citiot.Television only gets it part right.The reality runs much deeper and is far less amusing.
        Yes, miss Kardashian is a prime examle of Cali political correctness.She is but one of millions of mask wearing sexdolls,waiting to sleep with an unsuspecting person of dubious moral terpitude,And effectively she is a symptom of the universal California attitude.
        But in her defense……how else can one achieve a star on the walk of shame?
        That’s the price you pay for immortality of that genre.

    Please let me explain something about Calif. First I am a registered Republican, Life Member of the VFW…Life Member of the NRA…I would be considered a Right Winger and proud of it. I lived in Calif for a total of 39 yrs. Both So Calif and No Calif. It was at one time a great place to live.
    Calif is known now as Left Wing Liberal at it’s finest. However…If you took the Mexican Americans and the San Francisco Bay people out of the equation, you would have a fairly moderate or even Republican voter base. Please don’t think everyone is Calif is a left wing nut job. Remember Ronald Reagan came from California. I no longer live in Calif…But that’s another story.

    I read recently that there was a strong movement afoot in Mexifornia to split the state legally via referendum in to North Mexifornia and South Americornia. Anyone else hear anything about that?

      Darold Boucher,I left California years ago and now reside in Nevada. As a former long term resident of California we often talked of dividing the state not north and south but east and west. That way the left coast stays intact with it’s liberal idiots and the more conservative central valley gets to prosper as before. It’s totally viable and still needs doing. Main thing is a liberal from the left coast still will have to be barred from buying a gun in the eastern part of the state just like we tell ‘em here in Nevada..No!

        I have backed splitting the coastal part of California from the rest of the state for a long time. Let the liberals exist without guns, while the rest of us keep ours. We could make enough selling them water and food that we could reduce our taxes to a reasonable level. When we do away with most of their liberal laws and regulations, we could cut the size of government in half or less. All of our bad politicians (Pelosi, Waters, Feinstein, and Boxer and the like) are from the Coastal area. Wouldn’t it be nice to start with a new clean slate.

    As I see i,t the law of the harvest has come due and California has been found wanting. Several years ago we had an opportunity to go to one of the old Russian Stans that had gained their freedom from Russia in 1991. One day I asked our Russian interpreter what the people there thought of Americans. HIs immediate response was that they hate them. I then asked what he thought of Americans and he said I used to hate them to but two things happened in my life to change my mind. He said, I found Christ as my Saviour and I had opportunity to visit the states and found that not all Americans are like that which is produced in hollywood. He said Henry; do you realize that 96% of the worlds pornography is produced in America and much of it is produced in Hollywood. He went on to say that what people in that part of the world knows of America is what comes out of Hollywood and the liberal news media. AMERICA, WE NEED TO REPENT OF THIS EVI and let the rest of the world know that not all Americans are like what for the most part is portrayed in Hollywood and the liberal left.media…

    I’ve had the pleasure of meeting several individuals recently from Russia and I agree with what you say about many of them hating Americans and that has not just come from the many years of the Stalin brainwashing. Much has come from what they have been fed since their revolution. Looking at what they went through and listening to some of their stories, I wonder if it isn’t time for our own revolution. The decayed state of values here is much the same as what the Russian people were enduring when they decided they’d had enough. Yes, Hollywood, in my opinion, is responsible for a lot of our problems and people who make a living being something or someone they are not are certainly not what we want for role models. Their fantasy world is nothing like our real world and allowing them to bring all that to our table is simply not a healthy nor responsible thing to do. We need to teach our children that their world is ALL fantasy and they, our children, need to know the difference. Simle example……In the real world, if you get shot in the head, you die.         As a 25 year NV resident, I can’t say that I despise Reid, but I consider him like an earthquake – - something that’s damaging, but we can survive. After all, he is mostly involved in federal politics which is disastrous for the entire USA.

        Reid’s political success is based upon his pandering to the service employees union. There are a lot of them and they get a lot of benefits from his activities. That cosy relationship is another example of the many faults of democracy.

        Our other senator, Dean Heller, is a great contrast. Dean is liberty oriented and is unlike Reid as night is from day. Dean has a tough fight because Reid’s “machine” is working hard to replace him this election with a woman from NY.

    i don’t know about northern california but southern is 95% desert. this isn’t as apparent driving as it is flying over. another way to do it is google an address in barstow and then arrow the satellite map in different directions. you will see bare rock only. because of this great desert, the state is isolated from influence from other states. the closest major cities are las vegas, phoenix and salt lake. there is no transition of small towns from those cities to the LA region. you see few out of state plates whereas in other states you see them commonly. therefore this state has a lot of its own ideas. these ideas are spread throughout the rest of the state whether they like it or not. for example, gay marriage is foisted on everyone even though it orginated from thinkers living in just 5% of the area of the state as a whole. now the textbooks have to tell of the contributions of gays in history. conveniently they leave out the indians and the original spaniards who settled in the 1500s. just the gays. but hey, that’s california.

    California is one of the most gorgeous states in America. I’ve visited there many times. Unfortunately, wherever there are liberals, there is ruin.
    In California there is the destruction of decency and values. Of course, the hatred for our core ideals and principles found in the Constitution is anathema to the majority of its residents.
    From what I can see of the Kardashian clan, they bring injury and degradation to those values. Maybe Kim is the lesser of this destructive clan but she certainly has done her fair share to degrade the morals of Americans.
    So Mr. Root, not paying a state income tax and to have your assets shielded, is nice but won’t heal the greater disease. There is no haven for that.
    Cancer spreads with its ultimate end, the death of its host.
    So, Nevada could never be the answer. Being tax friendly is like putting a band aid on a gushing aorta.
    There is a much deeper problem going on in our nation and the remedy is not low taxes. What is needed is the return of our core values. This alone will right the listing vessel.
    Might I suggest a thorough cleaning of ourselves and, of our “National House,” state by state so that America can once again thrive and Kim can stay right where she is most comfortable.

    I agree with Mr Root about California. I used to live in the Bay area, not by choice but because I was stationed in Alameda. It is a beautiful state, but because of my time there, I still call it “The Land of Fruits and Nuts”. That was back in the early 80′s and it was already on it’s way to being “the Left Coast”. Splitting it into North and South would just make 2 liberal havens instead of 1. SF and Berkeley deserve each other and LA is no better, the only place that deserves a split is San Diego, but where do you put Orange County? Anyway, because my ex lives there, I would not mind it slipping into the Pacific during the next Big One. Then we could have beachfront property in Arizona.

    Because Americans like me were born in freedom, we have a hard time even considering that it is possible for us to become as un-free – domestically – as many other nations. Because we no longer learn much about our rights or our system of government – the task of being aware of the constitution has been outsourced from citizens’ ownership to being the domain of professionals such as lawyers and professors – we scarcely recognize the checks and balances that the founders put in place, even as they are being systematically dismantled. Because we don’t learn much about European history, the setting up of a department of “homeland” security – remember who else was keen on the word “homeland” – didn’t raise the alarm bells it might have.

    It is my argument that, beneath our very noses, George Bush and his administration are using time-tested tactics to close down an open society. It is time for us to be willing to think the unthinkable – as the author and political journalist Joe Conason, has put it, that it can happen here. And that we are further along than we realize.

    Conason eloquently warned of the danger of American authoritarianism. I am arguing that we need also to look at the lessons of European and other kinds of fascism to understand the potential seriousness of the events we see unfolding in the US.

    1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy

    After we were hit on September 11 2001, we were in a state of national shock. Less than six weeks later, on October 26 2001, the USA Patriot Act was passed by a Congress that had little chance to debate it; many said that they scarcely had time to read it. We were told we were now on a “war footing”; we were in a “global war” against a “global caliphate” intending to “wipe out civilization”. There have been other times of crisis in which the US accepted limits on civil liberties, such as during the civil war, when Lincoln declared martial law, and the second world war, when thousands of Japanese-American citizens were interned. But this situation, as Bruce Fein of the American Freedom Agenda notes, is unprecedented: all our other wars had an endpoint, so the pendulum was able to swing back toward freedom; this war is defined as open-ended in time and without national boundaries in space – the globe itself is the battlefield. “This time,” Fein says, “there will be no defined end.”

It can, like Hitler’s invocation of a communist threat to the nation’s security, be based on actual events (one Wisconsin academic has faced calls for his dismissal because he noted, among other things, that the alleged communist arson, the Reichstag fire of February 1933, was swiftly followed in Nazi Germany by passage of the Enabling Act, which replaced constitutional law with an open-ended state of emergency).     It is not that global Islamist terrorism is not a severe danger; of course it is. I am arguing rather that the language used to convey the nature of the threat is different in a country such as Spain – which has also suffered violent terrorist attacks – than it is in America. Spanish citizens know that they face a grave security threat; what we as American citizens believe is that we are potentially threatened with the end of civilization as we know it. Of course, this makes us more willing to accept restrictions on our freedoms.

With the money I saved, I’ve taken vacations to Alaska, Iceland, Panama, Hawaii, and Maine, among others. In addition, our highways in Nevada are far less crowded and our air is far less polluted. I met a lot of good people there, but their cops will roll you just as quick as the crooks. I know of a guy that, with a buddy, stopped in a store there and bought a pair of walky-talkies. They used them in Panama and were arrested and sent to the Casa Modello. that is the prison you speak of. They have another for political prisoners on a little island off the coast. The Army liason team had to get into the case to get the two guys out. The army never informed us that we couldn’t have them, the merchant that sold them to them never said anything, and they had no idea they were breaking any law. ESPIONAGE???? come on, we supplied them with every weapon they had, why would they have to spy on them??? No thanks, I’ll pass on that country!!!

        Maybe times have changed since then. In last month’s Newsmax Magazine they listed Panama #1 friendliest country for Americans to visit. I know what you mean about their cops though, I saw a few carrying machine guns. I also read in my tourist literature that dope dealers sell tourists a little pot, and then snitch them to the cops and are paid for snitching. The cops then return the weed to the dealer to start all over again.I’ll stick with beer, lol. Just by coincidence, the lady I was traveling with was born in the same hospital as John McCain (in the Canal Zone) and I was born in the same hospital as Obummer (allegedly) in Hawaii.My birth certificate looks a lot different than his!

    Excuse me, but I never watch the Kardashians. In fact I never really paid attention to them . But it’s true;;there’s a lot of skanks in CA as well as leftists. I’ve been there to visit off and on, but never had the slightest inclination to live there. And about that judging? Well the part about knowing them by their fruits should suffice for at least a truthful opinion.

    If nevada is so good why does it have the higheset forclosure rate in the country? My house before i left nevada dropped over 200000 in value and was a new house in a gated ommunity. Nevada has a crime rate compared to detroit and not much industry other then gambling. a much better state for middle class people is arizona where the gas is 75 cents less and rv rent is 200 a month…………..

    I think most folks here are fascinated with the Kardashians.I have learned more about them here from your observations than anywhere else.The only thing I knew beforehand was that one was married to a football player.It’s people like you that keep them in the news and create their fame when you go out and buy all the trashy papers and show interest in whatever else they do.
