Pelosi: I Won’t Visit Troops Due To Sequester
Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said during a recent speaking engagement that she will not be able to visit overseas troops to celebrate Mother’s Day with deployed moms because of… sequestration, of course.
If Pelosi really believes all of the “fair share” crap her Party pitches, however, she’s probably in the economic position to fly over and visit the troops on her own dime. The Congresswoman saw her net worth jump by about 62 percent between 2009 and 2010 up to nearly $35 million, and she is ranked among the top 15 wealthiest members of Congress for years running.
