Obama Is Spoiled Rotten

Obama Is Spoiled Rotten
OFFICIAL WHITE HOUSE PHOTO BY PETE SOUZA

“Spare the rod, spoil the child.” – Samuel Butler

Last week, Vanity Fair published an adaptation of Zev Chafets’ biography of FOX News President Roger Ailes, in which Ailes described President Barack Obama as “lazy.”

Ailes may be correct in saying that Obama “never worked a day in his life.” Yet I do not believe that the President is lazy. I think Obama was spoiled rotten by his mother and her parents and that he has continued to be spoiled rotten by overly adoring liberals.

The real Obama clearly expressed himself in 2008 when he became exasperated by reporters after a news conference: “Come on! I just answered, like, eight questions.”

Sorry, Obama, for thinking it was anyone’s job to ask you questions.

Obama is the last person in the room to be sorry about anything. (There is plenty to be learned about Obama in Richard Minter’s recent book Leading From Behind: The Reluctant President and the Advisors Who Decide for Him.)

According to White House records, the President was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Aug. 4, 1961. That makes him a member of Generation X, those born between 1960 and 1984.

What makes many of that generation so special is that they are born to baby boomers, who rejected raising their children the way generations of Americans had raised theirs. The baby boom went bust when they overindulged and spoiled their kids.

Raised by a single mother who was taking college classes, our 44th President had zero contact with his father. Instead, he found himself with his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, who was “finding herself” while traveling the world and continually going to college. When he was 10, Obama’s mother left him with his doting maternal grandparents.

Obama was not spoiled by money but by attention and adulation. One of only a handful of black kids at his high school in Hawaii, he was given extra merit for his intelligence. It seems clear that his grandparents, teachers and fellow students fawned over him, giving him an exaggerated sense of self.

Social scientists say that our basic personality is shaped at an early age. I have found that to be true. If we turn out to be kindhearted, industrious or insolent at 50, our behavior is cemented at a young age. In this regard Obama exhibits the personality of the peevish boy that he was while growing up.

On Jan. 27, New Republic published an interview with Obama.

One question asked was:

It seems as if you’re relying more on executive orders to get around these problems. You’ve done it for gun control, for immigration. Has your view on executive authority changed now that you’ve been president for four years?

Obama responded:

[T]here are certain issues where a judicious use of executive power can move the argument forward or solve problems that are of immediate-enough import that we can’t afford not to do it. And today, just to take an example, the notion that we wouldn’t be collecting information on gun violence just to understand how it happens, why it happens, what might reduce it–that makes no sense. …

Clearly, Obama sees things his way: the way a 5-year-old sees a Tonka truck.

The Telegraph summed up Obama’s leadership qualities:

President Obama sees his re-election as a mandate to continue the very policies that will eventually bankrupt the country unless they are reversed, regardless of huge opposition on Capitol Hill. It chimes closely with the president’s second inaugural address…, which offered absolutely no olive branches to the nearly 61 million Americans who voted for his opponent in November.

It wouldn’t be hard to fill a book on Obama’s self-centeredness. When Neil Armstrong died in August, the President posted a picture of himself looking up at the moon. What should have been a President talking about the greatness of an American hero became another self-aggrandizing moment by Obama.

How Dr. Spock Ruined America

I will wager that Obama never got a spanking. His upbringing is the kind that is on constant display; the baby boomers of my age were bound and determined to never use discipline on their children. Instead, they praised their children as being “special.” When those kids acted up, they begged and pleaded with them to be good.

I was hardly “Father Knows Best.” Most of the credit for the way our children turned out goes to their mother. But I won’t shy away from the fact that I did administer spankings to our kids on rare occasions, just as my parents did with me and my siblings.

Today, our children are 25, 28 and 30 years old. They all have good jobs, live independently and, in their adult years, have thanked me for the discipline they got.

What earned a spanking? A clear example was our eldest. When he was 4 we took him to the Seattle Zoo. As we got to our car, he got this strange look on his face and immediately bolted into traffic. I yelled, “Stop!” He kept going and reached a lane where there was an oncoming car approaching at 30 mph. The fact that I was then young saved his life.

When pregnant with that child my wife read what millions of baby boomers read: Baby and Child Care by Benjamin Spock, M.D.

If you ever thought Spock was a plethora of knowledge, think again. In 1989, while revising that book, he wrote: “I visited a small private school… with the idea of asking children… what advice to parents they’d like me to incorporate in the forthcoming revision of Baby and Child Care. … In a thoughtful mood, the class was unanimous that parents should not hit their children.”

I am shocked! What is next: recruits in the Marine Corp will say they don’t like PT?

Look around and you can see bratty behavior on display. (Shopping malls come to mind.) And kids don’t grow out of it. I have a friend that consults for a college football team. He tells me that sometimes parents call up the head coach at the university and question him as to why their son isn’t playing more.

There was a CBC TV documentary two years ago about post-baby boomers. It included a segment where parents phoned bosses of their 20-something children to complain that Johnny and Sally were not being treated fairly at work. The program concluded that spoiling children took off with Generation X.

Obama is not the only one in government who was spoiled. The ranks of Congress are also becoming filled with the overindulged and pampered prodigy of the baby boomer generation.

In today’s Congress, there are 115 members who belong to Generation X. While the average age of Congress is high by historical standards, its ranks are being filled by people who did not suffer events like the Great Depression and World War II. I don’t doubt that most of these members are intelligent and capable. I doubt many of them faced much hardship or discipline. They continue to demonstrate that they simply can’t “play nice” with others.

Yours in good times and bad,

Mr. Myers, Here is a list of “notable” Americans! You may recognize a few!

HOOVER, IKE, NIXON, FORD,GHW BUSH, gw bush, McCAIN, AND ROMNEY.
How many of them were born into situations where they were more likely to be spoiled than Obama and Clinton?? LET ME ANSWER!!! ALL OF THEM!!
SLICK WILLY AND “THE MUSLIM COMMIE KENYAN” , AS YOUR PEOPLE REFER TO THEM, DIDN’T GET THE BEST STARTS FINANCALLY BUT DID THEY EVER MAKE GOOD!!
JOHN, YOU HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT OBAMA. YOU DIDN’T THIS TIME AND YOU WON’T THE NEXT! YOU CAN’T ALWAYS HAVE A PAY CHECK AND THE TRUTH TOO!! MR.BOB WILL SEE TO THAT! HE SEEMS TO HATE HIM AS MUCH AS YOU DO!
I LOVE IT HERE! IT MAKES MY DAY TO SEE WHAT YOU FOLKS FEED TO THE SHEEPLE.

To a Republican, “spoiled” and “elite” have been transformed into cultural terms. If you claim to like pork rinds and spy novels, you’re not elite no matter your privileged background. But if you’re born poor but you’re smart and do well in school, you’re the elitist. It’s the old Republican trick of playing with language. Remember the Jackson Browne line: “The future is there for anyone to change, but it seems sometimes it would be easier to change the past.”

Forget Jesus, the Republican savior now is Frank Luntz.

      • tony newbill

Jeff you really have a thing for this class warfare gig man . and its not going to change anything because the same people you hate are the same people that elected Obama

      • Jeff

Who is it you think I hate? I think the republican austerity plan is idiotic. It is supported by people who grew up rich and poor and they’re wrong either way. Some are particularly hypocritical. Paul Ryan has never worked a day in the private sector except maybe a bit for his family company while in school. He has been the recipient of Government largesse his entire life. His family got rich through government contracts. He has been on a government payroll his entire adult life, but he wants old people to go out and buy their own health insurance. Why? Because he read Ayn Rand in high school. He only separated himself from her recently when he “discovered” she was an atheist (and a Jewish atheist, at that).

When I talk about “elitism” it’s the hypocrisy and the misuse of the language I’m talking about. Bush grew up in the most influential of families. Rich, privileged beyond measure. And what do you know? His economic policies favor the wealthy. What a coincidence. His idiotic tax cuts and then his idiotic wars destroyed the economy. But Bush can’t be an elitist because he can barely read or write and talks like a complete moron.

No, Obama is the elitist because he can speak in complete sentences, paragraphs even. It has nothing to do with class. In fact, in the past many wealthy politicians had more of a feel for the common good than did others. FDR, the Kennedys, even the Rockefellers. It’s only when a politician’s personal finances will be benefitted by his “policies” that I question his motives. Bush, Romney are perfect examples.

      tony newbill says:

“Jeff you really have a thing for this class warfare gig man . and its not going to change anything because the same people you hate are the same people that elected Obama”

I ask you Tony, when will there be a time that you honor and respect the results of our “election Process” ?

There is all sorts of wars taking place today ~ Class warfare being but one and so many declare war on the election process as well as the election results. ~

Is it only when “Your GuY” wins that this war might be seen to you as over?

just because he a black man and not doing what the white man wants you call him spoiled. just because he doing what he think is best for the people and not just for blacks you call him spoiled he just a man who really love his country and not the rich only like the white man he’s working for all the people

    • FreedomFighter

Im a redman Victoria, and a white man, a half breed as the indians and white man call me.

Obama works for his masters, himself, socialism and communism and is killing America, he does not give a rats behind about you, me or anyone else in this country. Because if he did – Obama would not be taking America down the path of destruction we are on now.

Simple as that – bad people come in all colors and he is one of the bad people.

He’s very charismatic and knows how to put his handlers point across. That’s all his handlers want him to do. Play golf in Hawaii and we’ll call you when we need you. He looks at truth as being whatever he says.

    • Jim S

You might want to start with learning English. Obama is only working for Obama. He is not working for any of the people. He does not love this country (or any other). He only loves himself. I suggest you pull up the definition of Narcissistic Personality Disorder and read it. You will then understand Obama. I was taught when I first got into the Mental Health field that when you see someone that you have a very strong negative reaction to, they usually have a Personality Disorder. Obama is one that causes me to have a very strong negative reaction. I can’t stand to hear him speak or even look at him. His posture, with his nose pointing in the air all the time, indicates he thinks himself superior to others. His blaming others for his failures is classic NPD. No, Obama has no love for his fellow man or this country. He only loves himself and that should be apparent to all.

      • jopa

Every negative slur, slam racist and he’s a bad man term the human mind can think of has come up on this site.Time for you folks to open your eyes and see reality and all the good our President has done for this country without Republican support whatsoever. If he wanted to destroy this country as we know it he would have let Romney win.Just look at the markets, jobs picture, industry coming back to America and the respect from the rest of the world we have once again. The European and Asian countries would love to be where we are at today and the direction to which we are going.Hopefully Obama can ward off the Repub. onslaught to destroy Social Security,Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA that will make life bearable for our Seniors and Military men and women in their final years.Thank You Mr. President.

      • Old Henry

In the summer of 2007 I told one of my relatives who had become enamored with Obama that he was simply a half-black Hitler. And, as usual, I have been proven correct.

His entire life mirrors that of Hitler sans the military service.

        Galt: From Ben Franklin’s Autobiography:

“if it be the Design of Providence to extirpate these Savages in order to make room for Cultivators of the Earth, it seems not improbable that Rum may be the appointed means. It has already annihilated all the Tribes who formally inhabited the Sea-Coast.”

Getting desperate, Galt? A text without a context is a pretext…

I took the liberty to include more of the text from Franklin’s autobiography wherein the “quote” you posted on numerous occasions is found. Why not let the readers decide for themselves what Franklin was really saying, Galt? Or will you be joining the ranks of those you accuse of rewriting history?

        From Franklin’s autobiography chapter 11…

The year following, a treaty being to be held with the Indians at Carlisle, the governor sent a message to the House, proposing that they should nominate some of their members, to be join’d with some members of council, as commissioners for that purpose. The House named the speaker (Mr. Norris) and myself; and, being commission’d, we went to Carlisle, and met the Indians accordingly.

As those people are extreamly apt to get drunk, and, when so, are very quarrelsome and disorderly, we strictly forbad the selling any liquor to them; and when they complain’d of this restriction, we told them that if they would continue sober during the treaty, we would give them plenty of rum when business was over. They promis’d this, and they kept their promise, because they could get no liquor, and the treaty was conducted very orderly, and concluded to mutual satisfaction. They then claim’d and receiv’d the rum; this was in the afternoon; they were near one hundred men, women, and children, and were lodg’d in temporary cabins, built in the form of a square, just without the town.

In the evening, hearing a great noise among them, the commissioners walk’d out to see what was the matter. We found they had made a great bonfire in the middle of the square; they were all drunk, men and women, quarreling and fighting. Their dark-colour’d bodies, half naked, seen only by the gloomy light of the bonfire, running after and beating one another with firebrands, accompanied by their horrid yellings, form’d a scene the most resembling our ideas of hell that could well be imagin’d; there was no appeasing the tumult, and we retired to our lodging. At midnight a number of them came thundering at our door, demanding more rum, of which we took no notice.

The next day, sensible they had misbehav’d in giving us that disturbance, they sent three of their old counselors to make their apology. The orator acknowledg’d the fault, but laid it upon the rum; and then endeavored to excuse the rum by saying, “The Great Spirit, who made all things, made every thing for some use, and whatever use he design’d any thing for, that use it should always be put to. Now, when he made rum, he said ‘Let this be for the Indians to get drunk with,’ and it must be so.” And, indeed, if it be the design of Providence to extirpate these savages in order to make room for cultivators of the earth, it seems not improbable that rum may be the appointed means. It has already annihilated all the tribes who formerly inhabited the sea-coast.

Good for you Jay….now all you have to do is explain, how all the extra
material changes the meaning of Franklin’s words…..since they are still
his words. ( premises and conclusion )

But let me assist you further…..the source of this quote is from another NEW
book……and since I know you are not a stupid or foolish person, I suggest it
        might be worth your time……..

Smuggler Nation: How illicit trade made America.

Reverence for the past is a stupid investment……….

Galt: Reverence for the past is a stupid investment……….

I hope you do not assume a have reverence for the past, or that i’m under the impression that the past was somehow rosier than the present. I do not think nor assume such nonsense. Rather, nothing has changed, history does not repeat itself; everything is as it always was. The only thing that changes are the faces and the participants of the age old “play”. If there ever were moments in history where sanity prevailed, those moments were no doubt brief, perhaps when humanity after witnessing a calamity/catastrophe wrought by their own hands, the magnitude of the destruction may have shocked them for a time, resulting in sober contemplation, but only for a short time…business as usual quickly returned. History will attest to this!

As for Mr. Franklin’s quote, which you offered in isolation, it was just that that i resented…a quote without the supporting text. May seem a bit trite, but it bothers me nonetheless. I would rather the reader arrive to the revelation on his own, rather then be deceitfully led to it, irregardless of its veracity. Yes, of course, Mr. Franklin’s quote condemns him, no surprise here.

Good grief, Victoria! Talk about someone being absolutely “clueless!”

(Is this what we call a “low-information voter?”)

      • Old Henry

Actually I think no-information would be more to the point…

    • Old Henry

Actually he is half black. Herman Cain is a black man.

And he is a full-blown narcissist. Not because “whitey” does not like him. Pay attention to his actions / deeds. Everything is about him and is supposed to revolve around him. This racist crap is just that – crap. Just a crutch to excuse his complete incompetence.

I voted for Gary Johnson because he was white…

      • Texas Ride

Old Henry. I voted for Romney because he is White! Ha! (and I knew from the first time I saw ohomo that he was big trouble for us all.)

Actually, ohomo is only said to be 3% black, 47% ahab the arab, and 50% White. Personally, I think he is 100% ahab! He doesn’t look black to me, but he sure looks ahab.
His breeding was even lied about, everything about him is fraudulent.

If your child needs spanking in public, but you’re afraid of being reported, try this. Squeeze the muscle on top of the shoulder, between the neck and shoulder joint. Even if a liberal is watching, she won’t know what happened.

    • Chuck S

I’d urge that you don’t hit a kid’s head or hands. There could be real damage. Use big muscles that aren’t easily hurt, like the seat of the pants or upper legs or the top of the shoulder .

    • Jeff

Or, if you live in the United States, throw him in the car, drive South until you hit a Red State. Then you can beat the crap out of him and no one will care. Of course, he’ll turn out to be a rapist (or a Republican), but maybe he’ll learn not to annoy YOU.

      • Karolyn

Reminds me of a recent case near Charlotte, NC, where a man beat his baby to death with, among other things, a toothbrush and a hairbrush. the perp’s mother testified that she had beaten her children because they were black males and she knew they would have a hard time in life and wanted them to be good. She said her son was only doing what he knew to do.

      • Texas Ride

The problem with the “entitled” generation today is that they were not “entitled” to a good butt whipping when they acted like little [expletive deleted]!

The generations coming up behind them, the same thing applies. Forget all this medication, and apply what they really need…a reminder that they are not “entitled” to be the little tyrants they think they can be.

The worse thing for a child is to raise him to be an arrogant, egotistical piece of crap. The world doesn’t tolerate those people too kindly. It ends up that they get few opportunities and usually blow the ones they get.

      • kathy

You just gave a perfect description of Obama.

  • http://wildeyguns.com The Christian American

Personally I don’t think Obama’s lazy or spoiled rotten. He’s narcissistic to the core. He’s in love with himself. He has sold his soul to the communist theory of political life. Taking a mans life means nothing to him. The Emperor Caligula spoke for him when he said: “If I am man, then my subjects are something else. If they are men, then I am something more”. He sees all as his subjects, even those closest to him. On the other hand, with his pride he is easy to manipulate because he doesn’t realize he is being manipulated. As an amoral man he has no conception of morality. He is dangerous, not so much of himself, but because of the people he surrounds himself with. Of course he is lazy because he doesn’t care what he does. His work comes second to his pleasures. He doesn’t accept responsibility. Roosevelt was like that and Stalin by bowing to him got whatever he wanted. The king has no clothes on but all that you have to do is bow to his beauty to get what you want. He glories with his subjects praising him and electing him. They get what they want and he gets what he wants. America is secondary to him and his subjects. In their minds if they’ve got America they control the world, and everyone in it.

    • http://http/google MarkOwen

Yes Obama is in love with himself, and I guess so is Jeff. He would kiss his black ass if he told him to. As for Bush, W. His Washington fatcat daddy kept his alcoholic ass out of Viet-Nam by sticking him in the Nat’l Guard. It’s not any one politician who got us into this mess, they all share some of the guilt. With all their greed and avarice, We the people used to mean something, The constitution still means something if we can get the up and coming politicians to stand up to the closet communist muslims in power now!

      • Hedgehog

Mark Owen, I must agree with a lot of what you are saying. To mangle an old Texas proverb, “there’s more politicians need hangin than there are articles of the constitution that need breakin.” And no I’m not a Texan, unless you want to count Canada as part of north Texas.

  • http://gravatar.com/plfprime GALT

Like the new pic, John…….makes you LOOK more intimidating, but you
still are not old enough to have experienced those events to which you
allude. Watching John Wayne movies doesn’t count.

Half of the world’s current population lives in conditions that pale in
comparison to what ever stories you may have been told by your
parents and grand parents, and more horrific events have taken place
during your lifetime, than in all that has gone before……….

While the urge to simplify appears to be a natural coping mechanism,
and it may even work on occasion, that which is truly complex defies
any such attempts………and the awareness of this FACT, is also
something that has taken place, during your lifetime, although evidence
suggests that MOST remain either ignorant of it, or in denial.

I do not know which of these conditions applies to you or what value
you imagine sharing this naive realism has, but I guess you had to write
    something?

By the way, if China and all the other creditors dicide to call in the loan note what are we going to say, sorry we can’t pay you now. Hear this , my name is Barack and i’ll back up this promisory note with all this fiat currency. The people won’t notice bacause I got them all fooled, Hell they elected a foreigner to this office didn’t they!(lol)

    • Flashy

LOL…mark…ever stop to think what would occur to China if they called in the notes and those weren’t aid or paid with inflationary currency? BTW..China is about to hit the wall in its economic situation. If i were an investor in stocks relying on the Chinese economy, i’d be selling. (i divested from those a few months ago).. China is about to go through a highly unstable period of economic hardship and social unrest. They ain’t gonna be enjoying the last half of this decade.

But…watch out for India. They’ll be the next one on the block trying to take the top position on the mountain…

  • Chinqua

I think you couldn’t be more wrong. I see Obama as being a persecuted child because he was neither white nor black. I think he hates BOTH his parents for abandoning him and leaving him with WHITE grandparents (whom he later “threw under the bus). Kids can be cruel and I think Obama, Holder, Jarad, and several others in this administration can fall under that category. Hence, they want revenge. “Let’s show ‘em all”, attitude. “Let’s “get even”.

  • http://exodus-consulting.com Thomas

“That makes him a member of Generation X, those born between 1960 and 1984.”

I wish everyone would get their story straight concerning the generations. By every account I’ve read, Boomers were from 1946-1964, making Obama a Boomer. Gen X, then, was from 1965-1981. Gen Y (aka “Millenials” or “Echo-boomers”) were from 1982-2000. I don’t know if post-Millenials have a “name” yet.

    • Jeff

Yes, you are correct, I believe. I’m in the middle of the Baby Boom Generation and have never really understood what someone born in 1946 has in common with someone born in 1964. I think you have to differentiate early Boomers from middle and late boomers for the generation thing to have any real meaning. I grew up 20 miles from Berkeley, but I got to college just after the end of the War, so my college experience was very different from that of someone just a couple of years older.

  • http://Personallibertydigest Ronald

Some of you are right on: obama is just that. A spoiled rotten, lying, lazy, his way or no way, I’ll take my toys and go home sack of [expletive deleted]!!! What other kind of liberal jackass would close tours to the White House when they didnt get thier way???

    • Texas Ride

In answer to your question, it is a liberal black/brown, illegal, homo muslim, jackass that two days after closing the White House tours for lack of money sent $250 Million Dollars to his buddies, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.

      • kathy

Good points Texas!!! It’s fun toying with Trolls, but they don’t have the capacity to refute other points of view with anything other than criticisms and insults. This is inspite of their insistence on substance. Many depend on their union leaders for their opinions and voting orders. They also lack the ability to articulate their own misguided beliefs. It’s a waste of time to argue with closed minded people. They are way out of their element on this website and are only here for fun and games.

And the hits just keep on comin’ from yet another troll by the name of “Jeff”.

MarkOwen is exactly right. It is obvious that Barak HUSSEIN Obama is a muslim; why else would he bow to the king of saudi arabia? If it looks like a duck & walks like a duck……

      • Flashy

Carlucci…did you say this when Bush II kissed the king, held hands, and walked half a step behind in the sign of subservience? As much as the Saudi’s were in the news in the 00′s as being asked to take leadership of the ME process etc…ever wonder why they aren’t in the news today and relegated to a back seat in the ME policies?

THINK man! It really doesn’t hurt…

      • http://gravatar.com/cbgard Carlucci

        Flushy – First of all, I’m not a “man”, I’m a lady.

Why do you insinuate that I am a Bush fan? Far from it. However, I don’t recall ever seeing a photo of Bush bowing to and/or kissing the king of saudi arabia’s ring. I seriously doubt the veracity of that. As far as holding the king’s hand, it was pointed out in the lame stream media that Bush did that because the king is so elderly, and also because it is a custom for boys and men to hold hands in that country. It is a symbol of friendship for men and boys to hold hands in that country. I know that is a fact because my late husband and I lived in Riyadh for three years. We used to see young teen boys and men of all ages in the mall there walking around holding hands.

Barak Obama is a muslim, no matter what he or anyone else says. It is a fact that he attended an islamic school in Indonesia as his step-father was a muslim. Indonesia has a huge population of muslims. Only a muslim would bow to the king of saudi arabia, which is the most islamic country on earth. Do some homework and check your facts.

      • Bob666

        Yo Carlucci,

By the way, I went to Catholic schools for three years and that does not by any stretch make me Catholic! It means that was the best choice my parents had for me when it came to education when I was a child.

George Bush’s grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.

The Guardian obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

His business dealings, which continued until his company’s assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.

The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator’s action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

The debate over Prescott Bush’s behaviour has been bubbling under the surface for some time. There has been a steady internet chatter about the “Bush/Nazi” connection, much of it inaccurate and unfair. But the new documents, many of which were declassified 2003, show that even after America had entered the war and when there was already significant information about the Nazis’ plans and policies, he worked for and profited from companies closely involved with the very German businesses that financed Hitler’s rise to power. It has also been suggested that the money he made from these dealings helped to establish the Bush family fortune and set up its political dynasty…

      Kill Anything That Moves
The Real American War in Vietnam

      By Nick Turse

      (Metropolitan; 370 pages; $30)
In early 1971, the New York Times Book Review splashed its cover with the question “Should We Have War Crimes Trials?” American perceptions of the war in Vietnam were at a sort of tipping point, and the military was nervous. A retired general and respected prosecutor at Nuremberg argued in the Times and on “The Dick Cavett Show” that Gen. William Westmoreland might be guilty of war crimes. “[O]ur army that now remains in Vietnam,” a colonel wrote at the time, “is in a state approaching collapse, with individual units avoiding or having refused combat, murdering their officers … drug-ridden, and dispirited where not near-mutinous.”

As Nick Turse tells it in his indispensable new history of the war, challenges to the military’s perceptions of the conflict, which it pretended to be winning every day for years, started with Seymour Hersh’s groundbreaking account of the My Lai massacre. American soldiers murdered 500 Vietnamese civilians at My Lai in 1968, and after Hersh’s exposé, suddenly war crimes were a hot story. For a moment. But Turse insists that if the editors of Newsweek hadn’t “eviscerated” an article that described a much larger death toll in 1972, the wool wouldn’t still be pulled over Americans’ eyes.

The problem, as described in Turse’s “Kill Anything That Moves,” is the tension between the “bad apples” argument – which sees atrocities in Vietnam as the exception – and the reality of the broader, official “American way of war.” Turse came to understand the latter after he stumbled onto documents of the Vietnam War Crimes Working Group. The military created the group after the My Lai massacre to avoid again being caught flat-footed.

The point, Turse found, was not to prevent war crimes but to contain the damage and stay, as the euphemism might go today, ahead of the PR problem. Finding the cache of internal documents, Turse halted his academic thesis work, and lit out in his car to spend the next several days photocopying these documents. He rounded this out with interviews with more than 100 veterans, alongside those of eyewitnesses and survivors of American atrocities in Vietnam. His verdict – more than a decade later – is damning and masterful.

Without knowing its name, Americans understand what a free-fire zone is. Presidents George W. Bush and Obama have essentially made large swaths of Pakistan into them. As Turse recounts, the practice seems to have originated in Vietnam (though no doubt there are earlier precedents in, for instance, the American wars against Indians).

A free-fire zone in Vietnam, as American soldiers understood it, was where all inhabitants were deemed to be the enemy. They could therefore be killed at will (or raped, mutilated, kidnapped, tortured, used to find and explode land mines). Arbitrarily, too: for running as American soldiers approached, for wearing black, for having safety shelters under their houses, for merely being – all Vietnamese in these zones were fair game (the term used was VC, Viet Cong or Victor Charlie).

The practice was so liberating of some soldiers’ latent sadism that, when questioned over the use of deadly force, some even insisted that nonofficial free-fire zones were free-fire zones. Likewise, obsession over the body count (in light of American racism and what soldiers called “the mere-gook rule”) also led to abuses. Turse finds in the documents that official policy held that if more “VC” could be killed than replaced, this would stand for “winning.” If you add to this the internal military survey of officers’ understanding of the Geneva Conventions, which found that more than 96 percent of Marine second lieutenants would torture at will to get information, then the “fog of war” comes into sharper focus.

Seemingly for most of the war, Turse writes, the military largely ignored its own investigations into war crimes, ignored or downplayed the testimony of up-standers and whistle-blowers who spoke out for Vietnamese victims of American murders, rapes and massacres, and ignored huge numbers of “enemy” kills taken with no weapons, which had to be turned over to the military.

The pressure for kills led officers like Julian Ewell to train his underlings in the no-risk, relatively sterile if brutal practice of killing from the air. Ewell repeatedly shouted things like, “Jack up that body count, or you’re gone, Colonel.” Ewell’s body-count binge in one of the most populated parts of the country, the Mekong Delta, was code-named Operation Speedy Express. It would culminate in a ratio of 134 KIAs (or killed in action) to every American soldier killed. The problem was that even according to the military’s own findings, and Ewell’s own soldiers, easily more than half of these thousands of KIAs were civilians.

What it all amounted to – as Turse makes clear, and as reporters for Newsweek would find – was essentially an official policy of ongoing My Lais on a monthly, if not weekly (or more frequent) basis. By the time Newsweek ran its highly edited follow-up to the courageous Times Book Review piece, the U.S. military had mastered the art of intimidating whistle-blowers, of punishing rank-and-file soldiers in courts-martial but then unilaterally dismissing the charges, of abridging or trivializing punishments, and of disparaging honest reporters and whistle-blowers.

In one case, the pressure seems to have led one honest military investigator, Maj. Carl Hensley, to suicide. “The whole Pentagon strategy centered on portraying My Lai as a one-off aberration, rather than part of a consistent pattern of criminality resulting from policies at the top.”

“Kill Anything That Moves” is a paradigm-shifting, connect-the-dots history of American atrocities that reads like a thriller; it will convince those with the stomach to read it that all these decades later Americans, certainly the military brass and the White House, still haven’t drawn the right lesson from Vietnam – which was that billions were spent to wantonly slaughter as many as 2 million civilians, and that this slaughter was the official policy.

“Whatever remains unconscious emerges later as fate,” wrote psychoanalyst Carl Jung. Given today’s killings from the air, whole zones made up of enemies who are enemies for simply living in a certain area, the impunity of it, Jung was clearly onto something.

Have you ever been to “Nam” during the years from 1963 to 1973???
OR? did you just read a book about “The Viet Nam” war???

Mitt Romney supported the Vietnam war, however, Romney did not serve in Vietnam. As a Mormon missionary, he was considered “‘a minister of religion” by the church and was exempt from the draft. Convenient for Mitt, wasn’t it? Although he supported other kids going off to die in Vietnam, his religion required him to go live in a palace in France… of all the luck!

He spent a significant portion of his 30-month mission in a Paris mansion described by fellow American missionaries to The Daily Telegraph as “palace”. It featured stained glass windows, chandeliers, and an extensive art collection. It was staffed by two servants – a Spanish chef and a houseboy. No doubt Romney wanted to go fight in the war he supported so much that he graciously offered his expert media services to the anti-anti-war protesters, but, tragically, he had to oversee his servants in his Parisian palace. And then he had so much studying to do…

Before and after his missionary deferment, Romney also received nearly three years of deferments for his academic studies. Don’t you just hate it when your studies get in the way of fighting in a war? Poor Dick Cheney had that same problem.

      • kathy

Bill Clilnton had the same problem. Oh, and which branch of the Military did Oblamer fulfill his service? Not that I disagree with you on your comments.

Sorry Charlie…..as your question was irrelevant, you’re lucky you got
that much of a response……..given this response, which continues
the initial irrelevancy, we’ll just let the audience decide what your

someone else to do it with!

      • http://gravatar.com/bychoosing WTS/JAY

Yes Kathy, Clinton had the same problem. As well as, the Obama-man…not that serving in the military, at least under the banner of “imperialism”, could be viewed as performing a service for one’s country, is concerned. War, as you may well be aware of, at least i hope so, is a racket…a very lucrative racket; where only the perpetrators/engineers of war’s profit immensely! All wars are but for the profit of a very few.

Obamacare and those who support the policy when it was not even read , not understood because it was not a finished set of rules means that it was mostly a Bill to produce a Egotistical Outcome more than anything else !!!!!

Not knowing how to create a Plan that lowers the cost of Living while saying thats what it is about is playing people who want to believe in their Government for FOOLS and then we get the Bill for Being FOOLS , like this little Unintended consequence http://miami.cbslocal.com/2013/03/11/obamacare-may-bite-you-at-the-vets-office/

      • Flashy

Tony…please let us know how the most recent Ryan Plan assumes the savings and the revenues of Obamacare if such is not what Obamacare provides. You can also detail how those savings and revenues are included in his Plan…yet he calls for eliminating it (thus wiping out the very assumptions his plan relies on)

There is no way Obamacare will be eliminated, and it has a strong support in the polls, and more and more people are realizing the benefits as they kick in during the phased implementation. Just what part of Obamacare would you keep? Carefull as you stumble around trying to figure it out. There’s a lot of what has kicked in that is VERY popular and needed..

      • tony newbill

I would design a healthcare insurance system that pays a subsidy to the policy holders premiums for achieving a goal of healthy living standards monitored through the basic checkups that we do , to keep track of those conditions and make sure a person was Rewarded for those achievements like a Job .
This would Lower the overall costs of healthcare because it would reduce the rate of disease that create demand on healthcare needs … the old supply-demand factor Flashy could have been implemented here but the ego was the goal more than common sense logic .

      • Flashy

Tony…supply side doesn’t work. it definitely will ot work in a “captive’ industry such as health care. I like your idea…worthy of thought and consideration. But as i view it, only bringing in outside competition, or breaking up the oligarchy we now have in health care, is the better option. Currently, you have the triad of insurance, hospitals, doctors. There is absolutely no incentive to lower costs. Health care insurance is a needed necessity in today’s world. It is not subject to supply and demand except when the consumer is so tight in budget, they begin to forego it….thus increasing our costs because of the unpaid medical bills in the E room etc.

If there was a public option…setting minimal health care, and giving doctors the option. Staying 100% private, or accepting public health patients without restricting the numbers, and insurance companies either offering the same minimal package as well as “riders’ to increase coverage.

Please show the law which states doctors are entitled to high seven figure incomes. Please show the law stating hospitals can charge 435 for an aspirin (yes..last bill I received had that as a cost charged).

It’s like energy…people need it and are a captive market open to be bled dry.

” the notion that we wouldn’t be collecting information on gun violence just to understand how it happens, why it happens, what might reduce it–that makes no sense. …”

And this is wrong or a signal of spoiled and selfish and egotistical how? Makes absolute perfect sense. Not having tis ongoing is a sign that someone thinks they don’t eed information or anyone advising because they “know’ the answer.

Mr. Myers…it’s obvious you never went for higher degrees than maybe undergrad. Harvard Law and becoming Editor of the Harvard law review. Anyone who has garnered a law degree from a reputable law school knows the unwritten rule is “sleep is a waste of time’.

Pulling oneself from poverty, fatherless, going to undergrad, law school, eitor of the law review, US Senator, the President of the United States 9twice elected by a solid majoity of the voters)… that is not lazy nor is it a failure to lead.

That you accept extremist viewpoints as reasonable, that you are judgmental of someone based upon hatred and wanting to denigrate because it makes you feel more self worthy. that’s your issues you have to deal with.

Try rational, reasonable thought once in awhile. It’s better than the rejections you must face day after day when you open your mouth and people begin to realize who and what you are…

    • http://gravatar.com/bychoosing WTS/JAY

I have always assumed that Barack Hussein Obama paid for his law school in the manner most students do, by taking out loans. Not so, reports Kenneth R. Timmerman. In his autobiography he describes the qualms he had about leaving “his people” to go to Harvard and better himself. Apparently he did more than that. He used his community organizing ties to raise funds to finance his expensive legal education. His good fairy was a Muslim radical named Dr. Khalid al Mansour. A lawyer with close ties to Saudi princes. As they were not sure Obama can get in on his own merits, Mansour got Percy Sutton to write letters to all his Harvard buddies.

In other words, Dr. Khalid al Mansour financed Obama’s education in the same manner he financed his house, with a little help from his unsavory friends who also happened to be Muslims. But why are they so “helpful?”

        Who is Khalid al-Mansour?

Who is the “mystery man” former Manhattan Borough Chairman Percy Sutton named as having aided Barack Obama financially at Harvard Law School?

Signs of al-Mansour’s work exists in Malaysia, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and spans four decades in the United States, Newsmax discovered while scouring hundreds of sources for the story it reported on the revelations Wednesday.

His life story could have been written as a Horatio Alger-style rise from rags to riches. He sees himself as something of the “return of Antar,” a mythical black poet-warrior of pre-Islamic times. His real-life exploits range from a surprise one-on-one meeting with the prime minister of India as a college student to mentoring Black Panthers’ founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale in the early 1960s.

Valerie Jarrett’s Father-In-Law Reveals Start Of Muslim Purchase Of U.S. Presidency…
Bombshell Obama Vetting: 1979 Newspaper Article By Valerie Jarrett’s Father-In-Law Reveals Start Of Muslim Purchase Of U.S. Presidency…

Why would Muslim oil billionaires finance and develop controlling relationships with black college students? Well, like anyone else, they would do it for self-interest.

And what would their self-interest be? We all know the top two answers to that question: 1. a Palestinian state and 2. the advancement of Islam in America.

The idea then was to advance blacks who would facilitate these two goals to positions of power in the Federal government, preferably, of course, the Presidency.

And why would the Arabs target blacks in particular for this job? Well, for the same reason the early communists chose them as their vanguard for revolution (which literally means “change”) in America. Allow me to quote Trotsky, in 1939: “The American Negroes, for centuries the most oppressed section of American society and the most discriminated against, are potentially the most revolutionary element of the population. They are designated by their historical past to be, under adequate leadership, the very vanguard of the proletarian revolution.”

Substitute the word “Islam” for the words “the proletarian revolution,” and you most clearly get the picture, as Islam is a revolutionary movement just like communism is. (Trivia: it is from this very quote that communist Van Jones takes his name. Van is short for vanguard. He was born “Anthony”). In addition, long before 1979, blacks had become the vanguard of the spread of Islam in America, especially in prisons.

Interestingly, in context with the fact that this article was written by her father-in-law, Valerie Jarrett has an unusual amount of influence over Obama (along with personal security that may be even better than his, another unusual and intriguing bit of business here). And equally interesting is that Obama, who may have been a beneficiary of this Muslim money, and may now be in this Muslim debt, has aggressively pursued both of the Muslim agendas I cited above. And, also equally interesting, is that Obama has paid a king’s ransom for court ordered seals of any such records of this potential financing of his college education, and perhaps, of other of his expenses.

1979 article by Vernon Jarrett about Khalid al-Mansour

    • Frank Kahn

What is extreme is determined by the view of the person observing. Everything you say is extremist from my point of view. When you accuse someone of extreme right wing views, it is an indication of bias on your part.

One of your posts, above, had the statement that many of the provisions of obamacare, that have taken effect are valuable and supported by many. Since you make a grandiose claim, without specifics, this is proof by bald assertion. You also make the claim that obamacare does, in some way, provide things needed by the elderly. What are those things you talk about? Why do you claim that these things are not available to them without obamacare? You claim that obamacare is not disastrously expensive. On what set of cost analysis do you base this claim? Your statements there are extremist in the fact that they support something without proof being given as to the veracity of the statements.

      in this post you said:

“Pulling oneself from poverty, fatherless, going to undergrad, law school, eitor of the law review, US Senator, the President of the United States 9twice elected by a solid majoity of the voters)… that is not lazy nor is it a failure to lead.”

We might have a different definition of the word leadership. Assuming that Obama had no help lifting himself up from poverty, the first 4 are examples of self motivation not leadership. Getting elected, to either the senate, or President are examples of political campaign ability, not leadership. Although the campaign process needs leadership, we would need to ascertain to whom this role fell. A true test of leadership comes in the performance of his duties in the positions for which he was elected. As a senator, what projects and or agenda’s did Obama participate in which required him to lead? As President, what items of his agenda did he use strong leadership to accomplish? What great leadership ability has he employed to bring our nation together as a unified people? What great leadership abilities did he use when he destroyed our international reputation? Leadership is the ability to bring people together for a common good. It is not using force or fiat to make people do what you want.

“That you accept extremist viewpoints as reasonable, that you are judgmental of someone based upon hatred and wanting to denigrate because it makes you feel more self worthy. that’s your issues you have to deal with.”

Define hatred. I dont like Obama’s policies, does that mean I hate him? If I say he is a racist, and give examples that support my contention, is that denigrating him? If I say he is lying and / or delusional if he thinks more taxes will solve the budget problem, am I denigrating him?

“Try rational, reasonable thought once in awhile. It’s better than the rejections you must face day after day when you open your mouth and people begin to realize who and what you are…”

Rational and reasonable thought is used by people on both sides of the Obama controversy. To imply that yours is more rational and reasonable than ours is delusional. It appears that your opinion is that Obama is a great leader, who has done many wonderful things for our country. I say you are wrong. I can only judge the effects of his policies and actions by what I see where I live. What I see here says that people who say the economy is growing are lying. The housing industry is still as devastated as it was 5 years ago. There are no new housing starts, there is no resurgence in home purchases. There are no new jobs being created. The number of unemployed has not been reduced. These are facts, where I live, and those facts say that Obama is a failure. His economic policies have done nothing to improve our standard of living.

      • Jeff

Frank, I appreciate that you don’t use expletives and maintain a civil demeanor for the most part, but your posts are as predictable as can be. If there’s an anti-Obama angle available, you’ll find it. Clearly, most people disagree. That makes your views objectively right wing. I remember someone saying something similar about the opinions of Justice Cardozo. There’s a certain inevitability to the outcome and you can set it to Beethoven. While it may not flow from the premises, the conclusion is inevitable.

      • Frank Kahn

My opinions are reasonable and rational. They follow logic and fact, I challenged assertions that were not supported by facts. Right wing has nothing to do with the fact that Obama is a failed President. His policies suck period.

      • Jeff

Pure fact. Just like Spock. No opinion at all. Reminds me of Dick Cheney. There is no doubt . . . . (Everything that follows is pure hogwash).

      • Frank Kahn

DON’T MISQUOTE STAR TREK, SPOCK WAS PURE LOGIC NOT FACT. You might confuse the two, since logic is usually based on facts.

FACT: NOTHING OBAMA HAS DONE HAS IMPROVED ANYTHING HERE (where I live).
FACT: OBAMA REFUSES TO WORK ON REASONABLE SOLUTIONS
FACT: OBAMA INSISTS THAT WHAT HE WANTS IS WHAT HAS TO BE DONE
FACT: OBAMA FAILED TO FULFILL MOST OF HIS CAMPAIGN PROMISES
FACT: OBAMA LIES ON A CONTINUAL BASIS
FACT: OBAMA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEW EXPENDITURES IN WAR TYPE AGGRESSION
FACT: OBAMA KILLS INNOCENT CIVILIAN FOREIGN NATIONALS
FACT: OBAMA PROMOTES AND INSTITUTES RACIST POLICIES
FACT: OBAMA BLAMES EVERYTHING THAT GOES WRONG ON SOMEONE ELSE
FACT: OBAMA PUT MORE EMPHASIS ON THE NOT SO AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE ACT THAN HE DID THE ECONOMY

All of those are facts, verifiable to be true. Based on those facts, Obama has failed as a President because his policies, and lack of leadership, have failed to improve the living standards of the citizens of this country.

If you disagree with one or more of the FACTS, please feel free to object and provide proof that it is incorrect.

I remember as a young kid when we would complain about unfairness because our parents would say no or punish us with a spanking as needed, my grand parents would share stories of hardship from the Great Depression and the scary moments of war time during WWII. I have often said that is the problem with today’s youngsters. They have no one left in their immediate family that experience these real hard times to be able to share and connect them in a sence to real hardship. America is too far out of touch with hardships. Yes many of us have shared hard times over these past few years, but nothing compared to the hardships shared by families during WWI, through the Great Depression, and WWII. Now adays everyone has a TV in every room of their home with multiple channels, computers, and smart phones. We live in largely different times than our parents, their parents and our great grand parents lived. Without these devices in our lives we would have felt the hardship much great through these dreadful times we have experienced over the past decade. Not sure if we are better off or worse. Are these devices god sent or the devil in disguise?

  • Jim B

Kim Jung Un had NO military experience whatsoever before Daddy made him a four-star general.
This snot-nosed twerp had never accomplished anything in his life that would even come close to military leadership.
He hadn’t even so much as led a Cub Scout troop, coached a sports team, or commanded a military platoon.
So he is made the “Beloved Leader” Of North Korea.
    Terrific!-

    But Oh Crap!
I just remembered that we did the same thing.
We took an arrogant bastard community organizer, who had never worn a uniform, and made him Commander-in-Chief.
A guy, who had never had a real job, worked on a budget, or led anything more than an ACORN demonstration, and we made him “Beloved Leader” of the United States
    TWICE !!!

    What have we become?

    • Jeff

I’m sure you said the same of Reagan and your real hero W. Neither knew anything. Reagan had a little horse sense, just enough to know the difference between rhetoric and governing. W had no sense at all. Talk about privilege and an absent father! W thought he was entitled to be President because his name was Bush although history will remember him as George W. Hoover. You right wing loons represent the tiniest sliver of American opinion and for good reason. Want to analyze someone? Try analyzing yourself to determine what made you so nutty politically speaking. As far as I can tell, Kim Jung Un has far more in common with W than any American politician I can think of.

Myers can’t stand that he’s a nobody and Obama, his obvious inferior (He’s Black, you know.), is president. Somebody turned his world upside down. I think Mr. Myers was raised by a mother who repeatedly told him how brilliant he was. She lied.

      • tony newbill

Jeff says ; “As far as I can tell, Kim Jung Un has far more in common with W than any American politician I can think of “.

You have to bring Obama into this debate with all the Drone hits that have taken out the Innocents in the War that Congress never declared .

      • Jeff

I am troubled by the whole drone program and would like to see it severely circumscribed, but I fail to see what that has to do with this discussion over who is “spoiled.” One grows up with every privilege imaginable. The other grows up with a single mother, an absent father and raised by his grandparents and HE’s the spoiled elitist? Myers must be a failed SNL writer.

      • tony newbill

Jeff , there are 2 kinds of spoiled , those who never had the same level of material positions but were never taught the understanding of self reliance but rather looked at the material that others had and thought it was unfair that this inequality was depriving them of their fair share instead of thinking about duplicating what that person did to achieve that level of equality is why we are not seeing leadership in Government today that writes economic policies that enable economic supply-side expansion that reaches a great number of those who make the effort to create a contributing product or service to society .
And we see a Policy like trade that makes sure we the people have a level playing field in our domestic market that stops the Dumping of Manipulated Cheaper product dumping in our Nation thats wiping out our sovereignty of economic value and is only benefiting the Multi nationalists as the take advantage of a simple currency sway on the products the import . This does nothing for true economic value built off a Higher quality of Product being the way its valued .

Of course, since we have the ability to manipulate genetic material at this level

  • Earth

As the USA disintegrates from a controlled financial demolition, engineered environmental disasters, and medical malpractice that has needlessly cost the lives of millions, the debilitated residents of the United States — perhaps too late to save themselves — are painfully waking up to realize their country has been taken over by a foreign power.

Their fortunes stolen by corrupt profiteers, their minds rotted by behavioral deceptions, and their children condemned to perpetual wars that never needed to happen, the shellshocked citizens of what was formerly known as the greatest country on Earth now face extermination and ruin because of the very lies they have been persuaded to accept.

Their health poisoned by toxic medications, their property stolen by swindles that become illegal laws, and their futures erased by harmful addictions perceived as their own desires, the imminent destruction of America presages a worldwide catastrophe already well under way that foreshadows the extinction of all natural life on this planet.

As the trees turn brown and the oceans congeal into toxic jelly, the blame for this unprecedented cataclysmic crisis in all its myriad manifestations inevitably tracks to the same source — the people who control the money and continue to poison everything they touch.

The United States of America has not been run by Americans for a very long time, if ever.

A half-black Jew who changed his name to Alexander Hamilton derailed the experiment in participatory democracy at the very birth of the American republic. Chief aide to George Washington during the Revolutionary War, it was Hamilton who spearheaded the creation of a central bank that forever would prevent freedom-seeking European colonists from achieving their idealistic goals of liberty and happiness.

A little more than a century later, the mass influx of Russian Jews disingenuously claiming persecution in their homeland descended on the USA by the millions, and through their corruption of the political process and the imposition of a colossal scam that allowed them to charge Americans for their own money, began the downward slide into deception and disease from which the U.S. would never recover.

This same strategy today of uncontrolled immigration has collapsed a functional American infrastructure into a meaningless morass of overburdened social services that has changed the very ethos of the USA from principled self-reliance into a degraded dependence on free lunches and stealthy swindling that has left the populace suffocating from its own corrupt opportunism.

Every day at any hour, you can prove to yourself that America is not run by Americans just by watching television, or searching in any medium for any meaningful explanation of how the great experiment in democracy has been destroyed. You won’t find it. You will only find advertisements for needless products of dubious value and deliberately misleading statements about what is actually happening to you.

All propagated by the same cynical source, the same insincere voices passionate in their advocacy of the very policies that have destroyed everything humans have ever held dear.

Jewish TV networks, Jewish Hollywood, Jewish magazines, Jewish control of Congress, the White House and the Supreme Court, Jewish control of universities and the American Federation of Teachers, Jewish control of the American Medical Association and the American Bar Association, American cops training to kill in Israel, everyone in America being afraid to speak out about Jews for fear of losing their jobs, AIPAC and the ADL advocating prison terms for those who protest Israel’s continuing crimes against humanity, Christian denominations worried about their tax-exempt status fearful of commenting on Jewish atrocities, Monsanto (once slave traders, then weapons makers, and now in control of world’s food supply) peddling poisons, and Jewish control of the Internet through Google, Wikipedia and control of the chokepoints of ISPs and wireless networks — all conspire to terrify the American populace into fearful silence even as they are being sickened and terminated by this twisted Talmudic terror.

The bogus bogeyman of terrorism constantly seared into American consciousness by hysterical kosher commentators demanding citizens give up their freedoms in exchange for security that benefits no one except the very rich was — in fact — actually created by the very same psychopaths who devise and deploy the hired enemies, and profit from their weapons contracts as they maim and murder gullible goyim victims all over the world.

And still, the vast majority of Americans, deluded by their drugged dreams, refuse to name their own killers, even as they slowly die their unnecessary and premature deaths, or mistakenly blame some group of fellow victims as the cause of their demise.

The world’s science establishment has been cowed into subservience by the financial tricks that limit the scope of their thinking and misdirect their investigations.

The world’s artists — particularly songwriters — are intimidated into silence about the real culprits as they create the false lyrics to our morose predicament and bask in the misguided adulation of their own learning-disabled groupies.

Everybody in the world is coerced into betraying their own principles in order to make the almighty buck, never fully realizing that this is the very cause of society’s terminal disease.

Meanwhile, the Jews sit back and count the money they have stolen from both sides of every conflict — conflicts they have conceived, fomented and profited mightily from the disease and death they have caused.

Even at this late date, America’s so-called intellegensia refuse to factor in the Jewish problem as the core reason for virtually all of society’s ailments, lest they jeopardize their professional reputations and personal profits.

And in apprehensive silence, they watch with their fingers fruitlessly crossed as the Talmudic formula for conscienceless rape and pillage strangles the American dream into its final chapter of permanent unconsciousness, and endless, silent night.

WTF? You’ve got a real thing about Jews. We have real problems that are simpler to explain that some exotic conspiracy involving Jews.

We’re spending too much money. The problem is that it’s money we don’t have. We have a government that is growing like a stage IV cancer and choking the life out of us with laws, regulations, and demands for ever more money.

I completely agree that the central bank has turned into a self-serving institution in a symbiotic relationship with the treasury. It’s out of control and must be reigned in if we are to maintain the value of the dollar. In essence, much of our government spending is coming from our savings and that of our children and their children … through dilution of the value of the dollar. This is immoral and *evil*.

Leave the Jews and blacks out of it. The real problem is the unchecked growth of our government.

      • gumby

In the problem of rent seeking as opposed to profit seeking driving our modern economy it is too easy to make Jews and blacks a target of misinformation and hate.

In addition to being nutty, you are incredibly dense. My point was that Ryan only separated himself from other Ayn Rand acolytes when he “discovered” she was an atheist. That part is true except he always knew she was an atheist. The “Jewish” part was gratuitous, but for many of Ryan’s right wing followers, the fact he followed a Jewish atheist might hurt his popularity. Given Ayn Rand’s incredibly odious philosophy, the fact she was an atheist was the least objectionable thing about her – except to Paul Ryan. It’s called sarcasm, you Dunderhead!

I can think of VERY few Presidents who were not spoiled in some way. It seems almost a prerequisite. His Republican opponenet, Romney, was spoiled in every way imaginable and was a baby boomer himself. It is a fact of time moving forward that we eventually would be electing a number of baby boomers, get used to it.

The use of Executive Orders is not uniqe to President Obama either. The fact that Congress will not lead this country practically obligates the President to uphold his end of the bargin and do what he can to lead. To NOT govern would be lazy. President Obama is an active, smart, American leader re-elected with a strong majority of Americans who saw his ideas, results, and work ethic through his first term (and his life) and who knew that we need his continued leadership for the next four years.

Why the Iraq war got so unpopular IT,along with the state of the economy , cost the “bush people” control of Congress? The years from 2001-2008 did happen and the numbers WERE changing for the worse!

      A couple of quick observations/corrections….

      1) A MASSIVE ego is pretty much a prereq for POTUS. You’ve got to tell yourself daily…”The only thing wrong with this ol’ world is I’m not drivin”.

      2) Executive orders are not unique to Chairman ObaMa(o), but the number EOs and the geometric expansion of the executive branch are.

      3) 3% is not a strong majority in anyones book.

      • Jeff

Excuse me. In 2000, W LOST the popular vote. Nevertheless, he acted like he had a mandate to do as he pleased. Those idiotic tax cuts he pushed through were not very popular at the time. And that Veep Creep Cheney acted like his decisions were beyond questioning. If any administration has been dictatorial, it was that one. They LIED us into a trillion dollar war. Now, the same Repugs tell us we can’t afford medical care for our citizens. If we had President McCain or Romney, you wouldn’t hear one word about deficit reduction. To the Repugs, deficits don’t matter unless a democrat is in the White House.

    U.S..of America = Illinois State:

“Illinois, which has the worst-funded state pension system in the United States, has agreed to settle federal civil securities fraud charges alleging it repeatedly misled municipal bond investors about the underfunding of its pensions, the Securities and Exchange Commission said.

Illinois neither admitted nor denied the charges and was not ordered to pay a penalty. It agreed to change its practices to more fully disclose risks to bond investors, the SEC said Monday.

The settlement of charges that Illinois failed from 2005 to early 2009 to fully tell investors the risks of buying $2.2 billion worth of its municipal bonds is the latest blow to the state’s reputation as fiscally troubled and crippled by a pension shortfall of $98.6 billion.”

        Warrior,
Agreed, Private Sector loses big time. In reality you can’t trust either side anymore.

Warrior, if you believe there is a PRIVATE SECTOR, then I presume it was created at some point and there are figures (numbers) that define it! Like jobs that result in income that results in more revenues BUT ALSO results in better life styles and more opportunities for the people included within it’s place in the economy!

The Reagan and Clinton years seem to have the best numbers for that particular SECTOR in the last 80 years or so! What killed it’s growth and when did it start! What are the figures today as compare to say January 20, 2009?

Do you think anyone can look at the “figures” and say “worse” with any degree of believability?? What will they use for numbers to back their argument? The national debt? What part of that did the present administration create! if you have a truck( the economy) and you need it to run your business today AND EVERYDAY BUT IT IS BROKEN LIKE IT WAS ON JAN. 20, 2009. YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO GET IT FIXED! EVEN bush TRIED WITH THE STIMULUS MONEY HE BEGGED THE DEMOCRATS FOR!!

WALL STREET LOVES THE DEMOCRATS AND IT’S THE HOME BASE OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR!!!!! DOING PRETTY GOOD AT THE MOMENT! IT’S GOTTA BE SOMETHING IN THE WATER BECAUSE OBAMA IS NOT THAT GOOD!!!!!

OR IS HE REALLY THAT GOOD?? ONE THING IS FOR SURE!! HE IS NOT bush BAD!!!

        nc,

And Bush has publicly stated that he regrets the stimulus.

I hope everybody feels much safer, since Obama has appointed two Devout Muslims to US Department of Homeland Security!!!! You would think people would get smarter. These are the people that want to kills us and call us infidils. People had better wake up. He seems to get his way in everything. This is dangerous!!!

I am in my 80′s and have been fortunate to know America when it was looked upon by most people as the best country in the world. Bar none!!
What has happened was caused by putting too much faith in thinking that ALL countries are equal and we must allow all immigrants to enter our boarders. persons who really don’t care about our language or our way of life. they really only want our benefits. In other words they are takers and are not interested in giving back.
