Vaccine Court Tacitly Admits Vaccines Cause Autism

Without admitting it, the United States “vaccine court” has admitted that vaccines cause autism.

The Federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (aka, the absolve Big Pharma of liability at your expense program) has awarded millions of dollars to two children with autism-related disorders. It’s a tacit admission that the vaccines administered to them caused their symptoms, which the court determined fell within the bounds of autism spectrum disorder.

One child suffered a “severe and debilitating injury to his brain” following a round of vaccinations from 2003 to 2005. The vaccine linked specifically to the injury was the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine, the court ruled.

The other child was afflicted following a severe reaction to the DTaP vaccine given when she was 15 months old. At the time she also received the MMR, HiB and Prevnar vaccines.

The children were each awarded multimillion dollars in damages. But most of the information in these two cases is being blocked by the government. What little has been made public is available here.

    Watch the first fifteen minutes (at least) of the video on this link and it will change forever how you view vaccination. Thimerisol is the preservative in multi-dose vials of vaccinations. It is mercury and is the culprit. It was banned in Europe because of the hazards involved. I have been in medicine for 35 years and believe everything Dr. Ayoub says is true.     Think about this:
    The flu virus mutates every year, they give you a shot that may or may not target the current strain, the shot is maybe 60% effective, 40% get sick but not as sick – so they claim.

    The people that don’t get the shot that get the flu – get sick for about a week, usually stay home and really don’t spread it around – they are at home sick.

    So you have 60% effective are immune, but still carry the virulent contagion, unknown to all around them – because they don’t get sick. So for about 3 or 4 days they are spewing flu all over everyone, without anyone knowing it.

    The 40% that get a little sick but don’t stay home are spreading the virulent flu all over the place, since its only partially effective, only the strongest of the virus strain survives to be spread.

    Now how does a virus mutate? It encounters a resistant host, mutates to deal with the resistance (flu shot recipient) and becomes a new strain for big pharma to turn into a cash cow next season.

    In short, the flu shot causes the spread of the flu, mutates the flu into a stronger version and perpetuates income for big pharma – aint that cute.

    The link between vaccination and neurological disorders has been well demonstrated. The culprit is Thimerosal (mercury) which is supposedly a preservative used in multi-dose vials. No living tissue will grow in the presence of mercury and we are injecting it into our children for perceived threats of disease. Vaccines containing Thimerosal have been banned in Europe but continue to be pedaled by Big Pharma as “safe”. Don’t believe it for a minute. I have been in medicine since 1975 and I am not buying it. Check this link out for the proof. It is readily apparent in the first 10 or 15 minutes.

    From what I have seen and heard of cases like these, there is NO admission of guilt, simply an admission that to fight it on out will cost more than can logically, or illogically, be awarded as damages. W\hen you figure out the actual costs of lawyer time and filings, it was probably cheaper to give those two that little dab of money than to keep on fighting for the next ten years or more in the courts,

      Chester, from what I read in your comments and one sided defense, of the toxic vaccines which a 4 year old could tell you that there are 2 sides to every story, and yet you press on with how great vaccines are leads me to believe that you are a hired shill by Big Pharma, why else would you disregard the lives of thousands of vaccine injured children.         Bill, the REAL crime is that too many people are still using a disproved link to deny their children any immunization. I can see the day coming, in the not too far distant future, when all these diseases are running rampant through the families of these people, and again, they will be blaming the government for NOT protecting them from such nasty things. Too many of the current crop of citizens have not SEEN, with their own eyes, what can happen when something like polio breaks out in a big way. I LIVED through a lot of these things, thank goodness I survived all the minor childhood illnesses, such as chickenpox and measles, and even the mumps, so do know just how sick they CAN make you, plus the absolute fact that they CAN kill. Which chance do you take, the proven chance of illness and possibly death if you don’t take the vaccines, or the not only unproven, but essentially DISproven chance of autism or worse if you do take them? Imagine for a minute, having all of your children down sick at the same time, plus nearly every child in the neighborhood, and, quite possibly, most of the children in your city. Feature this going on for at least two weeks, if not longer, and having at least one of every ten kids die. This used to be very common, even with chickenpox and measles, and polio was even worse, in that the death rate and disability rate was higher, even if the total infection rate wasn’t that bad.

    My son was brain injured by his shots and his doctor witnessed the second horrid reaction. He kept telling me how sorry he was not to listen to me, an over protective mother, because of the first bad reaction. When it was discovered that his brain was seriously damaged he told me of a program to compensate these kids. I asked about it and was told it was no longer available. Now I am hearing kids are getting awards again. My son is 28 now and no longer able to file and is struggling. I am totally against handouts to people that do not deserve them or take advantage of the system but there are many out there that have no choice because of things like what happened to these kids. I told the doctor no more shots and he told me I was going to be charged with child neglect if I didn’t let him get the rest of his shots and now he can’t take care of himself. He does get $700 from SSI but they will take it away from him if anyone tries to help him live better. So he will be punished for the rest of his life.

Any idiot can do some comparisons between Sandy Hook and St. Rosa of Lima school on Google maps and see that the videos of the police raid happened at THE WRONG SCHOOL…Conan O’Brian has given us proof enough that all the news sources are reading from the same BS script, you have to seriously stick yer head up your bum to thing they’re always telling the truth.

    Andrew Wakefield published his infamous 1998 paper in The Lancet. The lawyers went nuts.

    Fourteen years later, the study has been retracted. He lied.

    Since then scientists have had no luck finding a legitimate link between childhood vaccinations and autism.

    Only lawyers have been able to convince juries who have no medical background that there is enough connection to give their client money.

    Winning a court case proves nothing but your lawyer was better than their lawyer on that day.

    Even in any worst case vaccinations still make the world a better and safer place for most people.
