    Make her an offer she cannot refuse. Involve Homeland Security and The Justice Department. Get the Attorney General Involved. She has to get more assertive or she will continue to get run over. File a civil action and let the judge do the eviction. File a concomitant protection order through the courts. This way the squatter will have to move out and stay away from the owner and the property. She has to get more assertive or squatters will crap all over her. She needs a good lawyer.
