There have been 7 States (Indiana, Maryland, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, Vermont, & New York) that have ruled, based on the state-issued, state-certified birth certificate that Obama produced, that he is a Natural Born Citizen. They have all issued this ruling this year, 2012.

One state, Vermont, had the following to say:

“Paige v. Obama, No. 611-8-12 WNCV (Vt. Superior Ct., Sept. 21, 2012) (denying motion for temporary restraining order to prevent placement of Obama on the 2012 general election ballot and holding that “[t]he common law of England, the American colonies, and later the United States, all support one interpretation only: “that persons born within the borders of the United States are ‘natural born Citizens’ for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents”), citing Ankeny v. Governor of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678, 688 (Ind. Ct. App. 2010).”

I have looked up a majority of the cases that are on this list and have found their descriptions to be accurate. Most of them are on SCRIBD, which makes it very easy.

Of course it matters to me if he is eligible to be President. This is my country, too. But I based my opinion on what the US Supreme Court has ruled before, and my own knowledge of what constitutes a valid birth certificate. I have been professional genealogist for 25+ years. Official records, and what is and isn’t, is the basis of genealogy.

BTW, there is a nation-wide program to check with other states to verify birth information. Basically, you send the information that has been given to you to the supposed birth state. They reply back as to whether that information is correct in their database. Hawaii confirmed that what was on Obama’s birth certificate is accurate.

The main focus of the page you sent me to is that Obama was born in Kenya. It has been well documented (VERY well documented) that Obama was born in Hawaii. Which means that nothing else on that page is pertinent. At all.

Obama never, at any time, had an Indonesian passport. If you can provide a valid link to one, please do so. While Obama was born with dual Citizenship with Britain, he never claimed it, as he would of had to do in order to get it. Obama was never adopted by his step-father. Why should he have been when his father was still alive?

Those who are getting aren’t just sitting back and enjoying it, as though they are getting enough per month to live even a middle class life. They are not. At all. The majority of SNAP (food stamps) recipients are the working poor, the elderly and the disabled. The amount of SNAP benefits that they receive are not enough to cover what is needed every month. But then, it is not meant to. It is meant to help, not to take the place of, what income that household is getting, and that is already under the poverty level.

John, no one is talking about what happens if Obama is re-elected because Obama himself puts forth no plans. We continue the downward spiral. Obama and the Democrats are clumsily managing the decline of the country and preparation for socialism and outright government control.

What will happen if Obama is re-elected? That’s an easy answer. He will be sworn in again, and Congress will do whatever Congress wants to do.

While there is a lot of talk about armed insurrection if Obama is re-elected it doesn’t make sense. Either the US Constitution if followed, including how a candidate wins an election, or it is not followed. Which ever candidate gets the most electoral votes wins. Period.

The US Supreme Court is what decides if a challenged law is Constitutional or not. We may disagree (and we do) with some of their rulings, but that’s their job. If you have no intention of abiding by our Constitution and our laws, what leads you to believe that the majority of this country is going to follow you. And is not going to do everything possible to make sure that our laws and Constitution are followed.

If someone feels that strongly, that armed insurrection is the answer, then I believe that you are living in the wrong country.

I think the obvious sign that this is all being set up is that we are starting to see the media critisize obumass. The fake poll numbers are starting to favor romney. Even staunch liberals are starting to squawk about obumass. The elite have decided they’re done with obumass, now it’s romney’s turn to pretend to be the world leader! BOTH parties are puppets to the elite! They will decide who runs things for them. Their agenda will go forward which means war, death and economic collapse for us!!! One step closer to real slavery for us! One step closer to world domination for them!

Sorry to say but obama is not trustworthy. If we cant be informed about things without lies and subterfuge then we need someone who is not quite so enamored of islam.

I think that the election will be very close. At the present time, Obama has an edge in the Electoral votes and Romney is edging ahead in the popular vote. If we are lucky, his momentum will carry us through.

When this is all over, no matter how it goes, conservatives will have some serious questions to answer…

Nancy in Nebraska you need to go back and re-read your history. Many if not most of our wars occurred when Democrats (or their predecessor party) held office. Your facts are incorrect. But to be fair, both parties are guilty of taking us to war or continuing one when there is no justification for it.

Well it’s obvious to me but then I served in the Military and know first hand what happens to Americas power and presence abroad when we have a democrat in office. Democrats from day one look for ways to cut the Military budget so as to provide more money to BUY votes with. They cut and cut on the Military until we reach a point of weakness in the eyes of our enemies and when this happens WARS start. Republicans on the other hand keep the Military strong and therefore WE are a THREAT to those who would try and test us Internationally.
I would like for you to respond personally to my charge that as with most liberals you have no idea what you are trying to talk about and should therefore remain quite since all your input is subject to analysis for TRUTH.

ACTUALLY…. The election was at the point where it could go either way. The president’s handlers wanted him to get on board with creating a superstorm and Obama actually had the integrity to refuse (because he couldn’t come to terms with the idea of causing billions of dollars worth of damage to the East Coast… we know he wasn’t bothered about the people he killed). At his refusal, and on command, the MSM started a slight downturn in their Obama praise. Notice, they didn’t say anything supportive of Romney, just slowed down their Obama arse kissing. As Obama continues to refuse, his handlers started messing with the polls a bit, to show a Romney momentum building. Obama, knowing he would lose without his handlers, decided to embrace the idea of a superstorm, and Frankenstorm Sandy was born. Easy as that. His handlers rewarded him with a raise in numbers, and everyone is happy on the left. Now Obama will win, he will declare martial law, he will become the supreme almighty dictator, and he will lead this country into a state of complete dependence.

You think this is crazy talk, but there was a time when saying the Earth is round equaled crazy talk. It will happen. I just hope I have enough ammo to keep my family safe when the people have had enough!

Twitter has already proven it will go to the farthest ends of the earth to refuse to turn over names of ppl who threaten Romney. That very issue – threatening to kill one of the two, happened just weeks ago and I don’t know it Twitter has capitulated yet or not, but last I heard, they were, in essence, saying “it’ll be a cold day in hell…” And it’s the Secret Service who does this and you’d think they could snap in two some puny company like that pathetic Twitter, but I guess they have kid gloves on. Huh, bet that wouldn’t be the case had it been a threat against Obama!

This scandals, lies and baiting of this Administration makes it difficult to take anything they say seriously. Had Harry Reid not been top dog in the Senate, This really bad reality presentation, (brought to us by the letter D, letter E, Letter M) would have been stopped long ago. Instead we have a President Eye-Candy who calls murder a “Bump in the Road”, has never had a budget, has no skills in math, bows to world leaders, holds us responsible for all the ills of the world, calls America arrogant, and can only create a shovel ready jobs with money from China for projects like Solyndra (there are many more “Green Job” bankrupt failings besides this one). I am convinced he hates his job, hates the people around him, and hates America. He only likes of his own image and has no problem throwing women under the bus. Hillary, Rice and Lamb are perfect examples. While his male staffers get off the hook. That is the war on women, they are expendable to this government. Another reason 15.5% more females are unemployed today, from the day he took office. What about Fast and Furious, any resolve in that scandal yet, nope. I wonder what if anything will be in the Obama Presidential library, the Healthcare bill and……everything is sealed up about the man, so why does he need a library at taxpayers expense? I’m sure Jimmy Carter would be happy to share his library. One and Done already!

Sealed? Obama has not sealed anything. However, school transcripts have not been public since 1974. Vital records from Hawaii are not public for 75 years (each state has their own time limit). Passport records are not public. Until Obama dies, Social Security records, and applications, are not public and are not subject to the FOIA. Neither are vital records or school transcripts.

Basically, that means that you don’t have the right to see them. Period.

Since the Constitution is specific about requirements for certain public offices, we DO have the Constitutional right to demand proof of eligibility for that office that’s NOT a forgery!

Obama’s birth certificate has been verified to be valid by the State of Hawaii repeatedly, by a request from AZ to HI using the national program for verification, and by at least 7 State Courts. It is valid. The only people who still believe that Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate are either deliberately refusing to admit that it is, or do not know, and do not care to learn, what a valid birth certificate consists of.

The question is are they going to act like adults, and accept what the majority of voters decide, or are they going to act like children and throw tantrums (violent or not).

I would like to think that all of this talk of violence if they don’t get their way is just talk.

I would like to hope it is, but on the other hand, I DON’T want to see our Constitution and nation trashed completely as its being by the current administration; it’s NOT what I,and many others, served FOR, so although I really don’t WANT war; I believe it will be in our laps, ready, and want it, or not. The emotions are too strong and the divide is as great as, or greater than, it was in January of 1861. That time it was over slavery and states’ rights, this time its over our nation’s very survival, our culture and our LIVES.
