One definitely has to believ that obama is really smoking that GSA would have the audacity to be spening “his” money. After all, he could be financing more golf, more of Moochelle’s vacationing, separate air travel for Moochelle or Bo, or for just plain spreading around. Letting we taxpayers keep it of course, is not in the equation.
