The Obama Impeachment Bill

March 16, 2012 by

The Obama Impeachment Bill
UPI
Representative Walter B. Jones Jr. (R-N.C.) introduced a bill to impeach President Barack Obama.

Commenting on my Wednesday column, Congressional Irrelevance, commenter James asked why I had not yet written about the Obama Impeachment Bill recently introduced in Congress by Representative Walter B. Jones Jr. (R-N.C.). Quite simply, I had not planned to comment upon it all.

A bill of impeachment is irrelevant political theater, just as it was during the Bill Clinton Presidency. Congress is a criminal enterprise and a good ole boys club. No bill of impeachment will go anywhere, because the fox is guarding the henhouse. Congress members have no fealty to the Constitution. But if they did actually believe and abide by the oath they took, they would never consider removing the first black President because of the riots and unrest that would erupt in the black community.

But it doesn’t matter. Their fealty, and President Barack Obama’s, is to the banksters and big business and the New World Order: in other words, fascism. Until the fascist system collapses, an impeachment trial would serve only to gin up the ire of both the right and left and reinforce the false left/right paradigm. If you hold your breath until a Congress that won’t even discuss the poser President’s ineligibility to hold office decides to move with impeachment, you will be dead and buried many times over.

Besides, should the House deign to consider an impeachment bill and it pass along to the Senate, a Democrat-controlled Senate would never bring it up, no matter how egregious the charges — and using offensive military force without a declaration of war is an egregious Constitutional violation.

Congress is too busy ripping the Constitution to shreds (NDAA, TSA, HR 347, USA Patriot Act, etc.) to consider trying to uphold it.

Editor’s note: It’s time to make your submissions for this month’s You Sound Off! feature, which will run March 28. Get your submission in by March 26. It should be no more than 750 words (if they are longer, we probably won’t read them). We will select the one or two we think are the best of the week to publish. We reserve the right to edit for grammar and style but will try not to alter the meaning.

Send your submissions to yousoundoff@personalliberty.com. Please include your name, address and telephone number (only your name will be published) so we can contact you if we need to clarify something. Anonymous submissions will not be considered.–BL

If the Constitution is to have any meaning, then it has to be defended. That means when it is violated, we have to clearly point it out, make an issue of it, bring it to everyone’s attention. Impeachment proceedings are the Constitutionally provided way to do that.

The abuse of war powers with the president’s ordered bombing (=war) of Libya, the signing of the NDAA (that allows for the indefinite detention of US citizens without charge or trial) and the use of drones to kill two US citizens are all unconstitutional acts.

Although impeachment would fail, I think going through the proceedings in a non-partisan, strictly constitutional way would have significant value in pointing these actions out, making sure people don’t forget about them, and getting the president’s attention. This is aside from the fact that it is congress’ duty to start proceedings when a president violates the supreme law of the US, the Constitution. Secondarily, it will get congress to think more carefully when they vote for unconstitutional bills like the NDAA, since their oath of office, just like the president’s, includes defending the Constitution.

    • Vigilant

And what do you do with the thousands of Congressman and Senators who voted for unConstitutional laws for the president to sign over the past decades? Or the activist judges who traitorously rule against the Constitution on an almost daily basis?

I believe the problem is much more profound, and the impeachment of one man won’t turn things around overnight.

      • Ted Crawford

Vigilant, I’m reminded of Ross Perot, he was commenting on the economy, but the same is true of this problem. ” We didn’t get here overnight, and we’re not giong to get out overnight, and if we are going to get out all of us will have to bleed a little”

      • Vigilant

        Absolutely true, Ted.

  • Dwight Mann

The BC is a much more relevant issue. At least all of the laws and appointments that Øbama has made would become moot. . .
    Go Arpaio Go

  • Grace

Follow-up….appointments to Homeland Security were done in 2009.

  • Grace

Clinton’s behavior was immoral, but some folks just seemed to forgive and forget. Disregarding the U.S. Constitution; overstepping Presidential authority lines, and daring anyone to do anything about it; destroying this country from within by killing the economy; lieing to the American public on a steady regular basis; trying to make peace with the Taliban who hate us and killed thousands of Americans; campaigning for re-election and we pay for Air Force One fuel, while barely being able to afford to put gas in our own vehicles to go to work (those who have jobs); and Obama and Janet Napolitano appointing Arif Alikhan and Kareem Shora, two devout Muslims to key Homeland Security positions; nixing the Keystone Project……..a person could go on and on and if he is re-elected it will go on and on and get much worse! Voters need to pay attention to truths, do their homework; check the facts….don’t listen to a bias media…impeachment is almost impossible, but not being re-elected is a pssibility………we need to work towards that end.

    • http://PersonalLiberty Harold Coleman

      Amen.

  • Jimmy

Have you even read resolution 107?
It is supported by the House and Senate.
If Obama tries to go to war without Congressional approval he will be impeached.

    • Vigilant

Jimmy, it’s only a resolution that has no legal standing. Moreover, the War Powers Act already provides for military action in the absence of a formal declaration of war, as long as the president withdraws troops or justifies a formal declaration with a specified time frame.

Admittedly, Obama violated the Act in the case of the Libyan insurrection.

      LOL

    • http://Facebook Mark

I agree again, so lets stop these clowns from stealing our money and country.

  • Sirian

I agree Bob, this is totally irrelevant. A bill of this sort is being used as a political statement, nothing more. Yep, it’s election time once again.

    • Vigilant

Much like the bill introduced that would refuse pay to a Congress that doesn’t pass a budget. Empty symbolic gestures that have no chances of passing, and which take time away from the real issues that need to be tackled.

      • Ted Crawford

Your right Vigilent, these two bills are in the same fashion as Obama’s last two budget proposals, campaign tools, nothing more!

  • Wayne

B.O. is as white as he is black. And was raised by his white mother and grandmother. And about congress: They know we know they are self-serving scalawags, and arrogantly lie time after time. If you can pay in, they’ll go to bat for you. It gets worse with time. And when the American Spring is in full-swing and lawlessness rages in the streets and nukes are flying, they’ll run to their bunkers where they can survive until the wars are over, when 2 billion people have been killed and finally they have their New World Order. WW3 is a certainty. Both party’s will see to that. (Bunker Plan-All sitting Federal elites, some will be excluded to their shock-certain private citizens of status, and male and female brainiacs still young enough to reproduce, financial wizards and of course a few entertainers of high esteem). At this point they’ll have 7 years remaining, but what they thought would be peace and safety will be the worst time of their lives. They won’t be so arrogant in Tribulation.

    • http://Facebook Mark

Wayne, I think you hit the nail right on the head. This is why all the people not just a few needs to stop them not. There are only a few super rich people in the world compaired to the rest of the people.

    • http://YAHOO CHAR51

you are so right. but will anyone lisson.we will not have a county if hes not voted out.

    • Earl

B.O. may be half black, BUT he is wholly identified with his BLACK half, and sees himself as a BLACK man. He intends to avenge what he sees as the colonization of Africa by white men and since America is De facto a white nation, he intends to tear it down and destroy it, even if it destroys the black half with it. His communist orientation started long ago, and was discussed by a Russian wife of an executive way back in 1992 (there was a story about it some time back in detail) I am a 68 y/o man, and Viet era vet and not easily swayed by ideologues from either stripe, so save your breath………This guy is RED thru and thru…………….or maybe I should say WATERMELON (RED on the inside and GREEN on the outside……..since we’re talkin’ about color!!

      • John Illinois

Actually, Obama is half white, but his father was 3/4 Arab, and only 1/4 negro, which is the correct racial name. So Obama is only 1/8 negro.

      • Thinking about it says

Whether obama is half or one eight black is not the problem, He is 100% raciest, obama is an ungrateful unthankfull Idiot

      • Doc

Thanks Earl, ya got a few on me. God Bless and Semper-Fi. Espirit de corps is nice with all my V.A. clinics…Only good people left are my fellow Vets at or in the V.A.

      • Bill

he may be claiming that he is “black” but do a little research and see if you come up with anyone “black” in his family tree. People use the black card only when its convenient. I personally think they should use their American card. i.e. born in America.

  • http://Facebook Mark

Well I have to agree with this, the polictions are robbering the American people blind. Why would a Governor from Florida run for office or any other office and spend $64 million when the salary is only about $150,000 a year. Makes you wonder where and how they will to rip the people off. If the American people don’t stop these unscrupulous people including this president, this country will fall to the NWO. This is the real organized crime and we put the real crooks into office.
You have to ask yourself; How does much of the world run out of money at almost the same time if it not done by the people who we elect to run our governments? Something needs to be done and now!

  • Dwight Sorrell

Forget about impeaching Obama. Let’s impeach the “pinworm” that disguises himself as the president’s Press Secretary.

    • Ted Crawford

That’s an appointed position Dwight, unfortunatly we have no direct say it that , even as with his many Czars

  • sophillyjimmy

This president violated every law, regarded the Constitution as merely a nuisance to him and is disregarding every amendment to the Constitution that he made an oath to uphold when he was swore in as Commander and Chief of this great Country, and I have read more comments in articles where We The People demand his impeachment and the only replies we get from the right is lip service with nothing being done about what he is doing and will continue to do. He is not content with being Commander and Chief, he it striving to be Dictator and Chief and if re-elected, judging by what he has done to this Country in a little over 3 years, he just may reach his goal of Dictator of America. Of course Washington is full of politicians that refuse to do what is right but I think it goes beyond the good ole boys mentality, I think it has more to do with either the right wing politicians are afraid of him and his Chicago gangsta cronies or he has so much dirt on all of them they are afraid of getting off the gravy train that has made them rich and powerful. Neither the Congress or the Senate became millionaires just from the salaries they earn from their positions but they are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies, big food industries and oil companies to name a few. Their positions actually give them a license to steal, just take Nancy Pelosi as an example, she has more money then she could ever spend in 3 lifetimes but she is still dealing with inside trading with her husband, and I am not singling her out, it is happening with both parties in office. Then we have to consider how much money is being made through pork projects and everything the government buys some scum bag politician is getting a piece of the action, so it is no secret why we are 17 trillion dollars in debt with no end in sight.
When you think of America and how these politicians are suppose to be working for We The People, the realization is the tax paying citizens are being screwed, blued and tattoo’d. At least in China the government is screwing the people and are up front about it, they are telling their people we are ripping you off and there isn’t a friggin’ thing you could do about it, now our politicians, starting with the president are doing the same thing to us, he is expressing that he is large and in charge and just continues to lie to the people at least until November when he is tossed out or re-elected and if it is the latter then he will tell us all to go f*** ourselves and short of tyranny there will be nothing we could do about it. No wonder he wants to do away with the 2nd amendment that would be our last form of defending ourselves from becomng a police state.
I know what I am writing is falling on deaf ears but at least I could vent while I am still allowed to under the law, if this man is re-elected what I am writing now could have me imprisoned without the right to a speedy trial or a trial at all, but I was a prison sergeant for 15 years and a police officer for 10 more before retiring so since I know my way around a prison, I am and old guy now so if I do go to prison for being use to having freedom of speech and it will be taken away from me, I will just make a shank, wrap myself in armor and take my chances in prison, but if it is my time to die, I promise I will not go down quietly, it is not my style to stay quiet and I cannot change at my age.

    • http://Facebook Mark

      I agree sophillyjimmy

      • Eva Roddic

Amen. As an American with American Revolutionary Blood, I also will not go down without a fight!

      • http://Facebook Mark

Nor will I Eva Roddic, my family has always been in the military or worked for them as I have and I know how to fight for my country.

    • Bert Cundle Sr.

You seam institutionalized to me… I think you need to get a broader view. You need to see that he is a symbol of change… ( So desperately needed from the Political Bush Family.)
He sure isn’t perfect… But, better than the others vieing for his possision. ( & I’m Raceious wishing we had a White President like George Walice!) We need some one to keep us out of the Grip of Christianity, & Biblecal Devotees.

      • Bert Cundle Sr.

He is fofilling a Long ago Prophesy… For Many! ( Not that I think it needed to be fofilled.)

  • John Beach

With so much corruption and the debt moving rapidly into the “unrepayable” zone, people will simply give up and live their lives with a reduced sense of responsibility and a contentment with the unnerving fact that they can do nothing to change the corruption within the system. Attempts to do so with the election of candidates with Tea Party values have essentially failed, with those candidates falling in step with the previously-elected “ins” who are inured to the system and who control by political blackmail the newly-elected. If we are going to take it on the chin anyway, those who really care about honesty, integrity and the Constitution ought to speak up anytime corruption and extortion are tactics used against them. It may cost personally, but it may save the country in the long run. The alternative is increased lawlessness and insecurity which is not limited.

  • David King

Term limits are the only way to control congress. If there was term limits of 2 terms in congress and one in the senate, the special interests groups would not be able to control the game. Also does anyone see anything wrong with allowing lawyers to enter congress, make up convoluted laws, then get out of congress to profit from the very laws they drew up. Serving in congress should disqualify a lawyer from be able to practice law after his terms are up. We also need to cut back on congress and the senates expense money, after all they are serving their country, most are well off financially, so if they want 30 “helpers” let them pay for it, not us taxpayers.

    • Grace

Right on, but each house ought to be limited to two years with no option to run again until four years after they have served one term in office. A President ought to be restricted to a four-year term. Maybe, just maybe they might accomplish some meaningful legislation. All of this would require a Constitutional amendment, which means that Congress is not going to vote for term limits. But, we can dream!

Again I say WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO SPEAK. Send the message of do the job you were sent to do or be replaced. If we replace everyone now in office in November we send that message. I don’t think that the people will do it, They are not smart enough to realize that in November they have the chance to speak as a nation not just one person

      • http://Facebook Mark

I hate to put it like this but, GOD needs to intervine if Obama is relected before a civil war. If he does, Obama and his friends will burn for a long long timein a bad place, but muslims think if they die there is a different reward waiting for their good or bad deeds So funny!.

    • Ted Crawford

We allready have a term limiting tool, it’s called an election! Adding even more rules and regulations and restrictions will not help an allready overburdened system!!

      • MRMO57

Ted sorry not to agree, but all the government reps. should have term limits to keep WE THE PEOPLE safer from them going over the deep end on us. Money talks and b-s walks, and the supreme court judges should also have limits. time changes people, some for the worst.

  • doctordoctor

Blacks would riot? Who cares? Bring in the military and put the riots down with prejudice. The stupidity of blacks who have ridden the backs of whites for more than a generation is one reason that we have the Kenyan in the White House. Let the blacks riot and take care of them expeditiously and our welfare rolls will evaporate. Personally I’m sick of blacks. Dark-skinned people who consider themselves Americans like me, who work hard and are civil and revere our Constitution and are proud of our country are probably sick of the blacks who would riot also.

And let’s not forget the words of liberal icon Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood…

We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population….

So the next time any Democrat claims they’ve been supportive of civil rights in America (and been so all along), ask them to explain their past. “We’ve grown” is not gonna cut it, considering they continue to lie about their past to this day, and only someone lacking in common sense would believe two distinct political parties could juxtaposition their stances on civil rights seemingly overnight.

And I’m tired of the recitation that Southern Democrats became racist Republicans and took those tendencies with them. Even today, it never takes long for a Democrat to play the race card purely for political advantage.

The Black elected officals who yell the loudest “RACISM” is laughing all the way to the bank.

Oh yes they are. they can’t see what is going on right in front of them. Understand this TO CONTROL A PEOPLE ONE MUST FIRST CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY HAVE AND MAKE. If he can accomplish this he will take control. The problem here is that people do not take time to do the research to gain the fore sight to be able to put this all together. Most people will listen to the news and what others say and make a decision on only that information. I would venture to say that most of Romney supporters do not know that as a corporate raider for Bain CAPITAL he ended more jobs than he saved and that in that position he never created any jobs. Don’t believe it If you get the chance just try to talk to him about it and you will get the message right away. Now I don’t think that what I have said will inspire anyone to go and do their own research, that would be asking too much.I wouldn’t want to stress anybody out. So you see there are a lot of ignorant people out there, not stupid or uneducated, just ignorant, no common sense.

Half of the country wants to live off of the other half and the other half wants freedom and liberty. The conversation needs to stop and just go ahead and split this country in half. The “taker” half can then go use someone else’s money and all of this bickering can go away. It is obvious that the left is more left than ever before and the right is more conservative than ever before and there is no happy medium. Enough is enough.

    • Ted Crawford

Something like that was tried in the 1860s Blake. It didnt turn out so well for anyone, not even the slaves! We need to marginalize the radicals and idealogues, and find some common ground before it is too late, if it isn’t allready!

I am a foreign observer of your US politics and have no barrow to push, so for my enlightenment, would you care to expand your extracted statement above. Mny thx.

      • Ted Crawford

        Roger
Dr. Paul, as advertised is, by far, the strongest supporter of our Constitution, I’ve never doubted that. However its his interpretation that he is unwaveringly true to!
His policy of “Nonintervention”, taking into consideration his statements in support of it, save for semantics, is in reality Isolationalism. As Shakesphere said ” ..A Rose by any other Name”. Our Constitution, Artical 1, Section 8, Clause 11, authorizes the granting of Letters of Marque, in consideration of the means and methods of National Defence of the time, that was, it seems to me, very proactive! Dr. Pauls stated policies are deciededly reactive!
His adament insistance that we may not, short of a declaration of War by Congress, involve ourselfs in the limitation or support of any other Country, is nothing if not naive , idealism! His declaration, I’ll quote as close as I can recall, I sincerely wish to be fair, ” Why should we care if Iran gets a nuclear weapon. It’s none of our business!” Whatever I my have gotten wrong there will, on this blog, be quickly corrected! I’ll be grayeful for it.
Let’s assume that Iran does aquire a nuclear weapon. Is it such a reach, given the proclaimations of most of their leaders, that they would export that knowledge to their allies, Syria, Venezela,Etc.?
Again, given Dr. Pauls ” Noninterventionist” stance from these places they could and almost certainly would export this whever possible, say the Mexican Cartels for example. That would certainly render their lack of a long range delievery system moot wouldn’t it!
That’s just one example of what might happen, extreme, unlikely you say, possibly. But what causes me more concern is the fact that it’s far from impossible!
History proves that whenever Idealism and Reality clash, Idealism always loses!
Proactive actions are almost always superior to reactive responses!

      • RichE

Wrong ball Paul. To me Ron Paul is playing basketball with a football. Maybe he’s a progressive thinker.

As to nukes, I think the horse is out of the barn Ted
        Who has nuclear warheads?
        China: 240 .
        France: 300.
Russia: 1,566-7,000 depends on who’s counting.
        United Kingdom: 160- 225.
        United States: 5,113
        India: 100
        Israel: 75- 200
        Pakistan: 70- 90
        North Korea: 1 maybe
Libya, Argentina, Brazil, South Korea, and Taiwan shelved their nuclear weapons programs. Did anyone check?

YEA, like picking sides for a civil war. the ONE haves are all government employees or people living off the money the government has stolen from the other half. No wonder we are at war with each other. Some people believe that they have a right to live off the fruits of the others labor. You take my labor, make me a slave you naturally will put yourself into conflict with me. Don’t accept this blood money. And demand that the government give it back to the people who earned it. Then go and use your mental capacity, your intelligence, to gain back the dignity that you were born with.

    • http://www.smartcollegeplanning.org Eric

That is not the solution, Carl. With all the evidence that the polling and voting systems are fixed and programmed for agenda driven outcomes, only a moron would still believe his vote would be counted, much less accurately. Google it.

      • http://Facebook Mark

You are right Eric, that is not the way.

      • Walt1

Eric is right–Elections can be rigged. Just remember the “hanging-chads” ploy in Florida that worked for Republicans to elect Bush in 2000 despite exit polls clearly showing Gore had won? Little tricks like that can lead to a President who disregards 9/11 warnings, starts uncalled-for wars, and plunges an economically sound country into inconceivable debt. And, just think, hanging-chads allowed the wealthy the tax breaks to create jobs–and they did–in China.

      • Steve Scott

        Eric,

I too am getting fearful that if we haven’t already already lost the sanctity of our secret ballot, this November could be the end of the historical election process with the reelection of the O-man.

      • Don DeHoff

We all wonder why congress is silent on this problem. Bob pointed out that congress is reluctant to do anything due to the massive unrest and probable riots in the black community that would take place if our President is impeached. He is correct on that assesment as there would be blood in the streets. However, those disruptions would be like a Sunday School picnic, compared to what is going to eventually happen if we don’t stop this quite obvious and open attempt to take over this great country. We first should impeach the Attorney General and others who have blatantly ignored the Constitution, Federal Law and their oaths of office. That will do two things; one, get the overall plan started and two, probably uncover and document many more wrongdoings by the President. Then, include ALL of the charges, even those known to be true but hard to prove, including the simple charge of “extremely poor judgement”. We include that latter charge in that if the President recognizes we mean business, he might just “cop a plea” for the lesser charge of judgement and resign. Then, we could let the new Attorney General determine exactly what criminal charges that would be appropriate.

    • bob jones

That simple procedure worked so well in 2008, didn’t it? As Bob Livingston states, “congress is a criminal enterprise”, and so are both the Dem and Rep parties. They work together to make sure only an approved establishment candidate gets either party’s nomination, ensuring more of the same attack on our freedoms and Constitution, no matter who gets elected. Might want to revisit Iowa where a GOP spokesperson gave an interview prior to the Iowa caucus stating that the GOP would stop at nothing to make sure Ron Paul did not get their party’s nomination, and they have certainly kept their word.Iowa’s GOP party chairman was in fact forced to resign in disgrace immediately after their caucus due to massive voter fraud, something that was repeated in Minnesota and Nevada, and those are just the states who admitted voter fraud, certainly South Carolina, a state with quite a history of voter fraud, seemed to have a very strange outcome since Gingrich won a landslide victory, despite the fact he was cancelling rallys and speaking engagements due to a complete lack of interest, not exactly the type of support you would expect a candidate who would go on to get an overwhelming victory to be receiving. Isn’t it amazing that even after admitting massive voter fraud, results are allowed to stand, their is minimal reporting on the fraud from the media and no on goes to jail for felony voter fraud, a simple resignation seems to make all the fraud go away. Might want to watch Hacking Democracy and Black Box Voting documentaries to see how easy it is to get away with rigging elections and it doesn’t hurt either to have the SEIU servicing your voting machines if your plan is voter fraud.

Yes Carl they will. The problem is, if they don’t put him out they probably will not get another chance. his people already claim that he has the right to kill anyone who acts against the government or it’s policies without due process. If he is doing that in three years what will he do in the next three or four years. People had better forget about party and start looking at the person and what that person stands for.

      • Ted Crawford

Right on Eugene! In any case the terms Republican and Democrat are as meaningless as the terms Wigg and Tory. All four of the platforms of these groups have cessed to exist. Replaced by the terms Conservative and Progressive and, freightningly are further degenerating into Anarchist and Socialist!

    • Bill

by november you may not be around to see that he gets out of office. Wake up and lets do it NOW.

  • http://www.chandostransportsolutions.com GraemeB

Why is it that every time a Democrat is in the White House, the Republicans try to have that person impeached? Ken (Bart) Starr spent $58 million trying to have Clinton impeached and in the end they could only do it for lying about having sex. Seems that is a very common factor with the folks on the Hill what with wierd weiner and other willies. These people should be trying to get people back to work and improving a crumbling infrastructure.

    • http://www.ifonlyphotos.com Alex Frazier

Maybe the reason the Republicans keep trying to impeach Democrats is that the Democrats tend to treat the Constitution like toilet paper.

But then again, then Republicans are much better.

Whatever the underlying agenda, Obama needs to go. He deserves to be impeached for trampling on the Constitution. If he is ineligible to hold his office, and if he knows it to be true, then he deserves to be impeached for his violations and prosecuted for his deliberate deception.

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000929742691 Eugene Sevene

      • Wyatt

What you say is true Alex , but as Bob already pointed out , Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats won’t even hear the case as they are all part of Obama’s duplicity and the plot to put him in office illegally . I’m afraid we will have to oust him at the polls . Hopefully , the American Voters will use good sense and see the problem and not listen to Democrat lies and propaganda . Her Lowliness Queen Nancy has already attempted to start the diversion with the ‘Fluke” debacle and all the ‘ Half Watt Brilliance’ of such notables as “Hanoi Jane” and the Scion of ignorance Bill Maher spouting their hateful venom over the bad choice of words of Rush Limbaugh . Words that he apologized for by the way . I have never heard Pelosi apologize for any wrong words she has uttered nor Maher for his unfounded attacks on Sarah Palin or her children .

Yes Obama deserves impeachment but it will never happen even should it get past Congress . Once ousted from Office , all effort should be made to bring him to trial as the illegal and fraudulent President he is . And an effort should be made to bring the rest of those in on the conspiracy to trial sending the message to those that come after that America will not tolerate having our Constitution nor our Freedom tampered with ,

This is a very different issue than just lying. Trouncing on the Constitution, declaring war without congress approval, ignoring your oath of office and swearing to uphold he law is an impeachable offense!!!!!!. But, there would certainly be riots if we actually followed the laws of this land and take back our country. This election is very serious and we all should educate everyone as to the importance of saving our freedoms and liberties. Of course there are a lot of freeloaders and moochers who will never see the light. It doesn’t really matter who wins this election, there will be riots and civil unrest. This jerk in the White House has caused more racism and hatred with his class warfare vile rhetoric.

      • hambone

I would personally like to see a movement for a Constitutional Restoration Act that repeals or revises every existing bill that violates the Constitution. If we get enough signatures from all fifty states and really make an issue of it, we can force it through. However much power they think they have, they are still elected officials.

    • Vigilant

Ah, the leftist myth is alive and well. It never was lying about sex. It was about the chief of the Executive Branch (charged with enforcing the law under the Constitution) committing perjury, a felony. Didn’t matter whether it was about sex or jaywalking, it’s an impeachable offense.

    • Buck

Well when you committ impeachable offenses you get impeached. Committing purjury and interfering with a government nvestigation will get you, just as acting with disregard for the constitution.

Personally on this end, I was taken in by Obama’s lies and broken promises. So it has nothing to do with color. It has nothing to do with political affiliation… Until Obama, and including, I always voted Dem… I’ve never seen any of the transparency he promised. He’s done everything to take God and Christianity out of the schools, and replace it with the learning of Islam. I am 100% disabled from serving in the army in the 60′s… Every Bill he tried to pass I watch closely, and he’s tried to pass more Bills against humanity then any other president. The day I read about his involvement with the killing of the Church Choir Leader, and his homosexual affair with Larry Sinclair, I lost every bit of respect for him as a leader. I’ll never forget the time Angel Flight came in with men who had given their all for this country, and him and his wife were at this one arrival. His wife leaned over and whispered to Obama, all this over a Damn flag. May they all burn in hell…

    • Walt1

Voting Obama out in November would more likely work than impeachment proceedings. You will recall that when George W. Bush was in, 35 articles of impeachment were brought against him for provable crimes involving unjustification, illegitimacy, and crimes-against-humanity conduct of the Iraq war, torture of detainees, issues concerning Katrina, etc–things that resulted in thousands upon thousands of people dying or made handicapped, and trillions of dollars of debt that were never paid but rather moved forward to Bush’s successor. The impeachment resolutions got as far as the Judiciary Committee, and just died there, possibly because it was getting close to the end of Bush’s second term. If impeachment proceedings against Obama were actually conducted, that would cost the U.S. many millions of dollars. They could also work against the Republicans, in that the proceedings could “expose” Obama as being the President who took out bin Laden, the one who brought healthcare to 65 million disenfranchised Americans, etc. So, voting Obama out would simpler and cost much less.

    • Bill

And start focusing in the Economy, Jobs, Immigration and other Important key Issues, The Repukes has lost their minds who cares about Impeaching the Libtards savior Obummer! Slick willy got off with his hide intact! You just gave Obummer a easy 2nd term win if you keep on trying to impeach him! Just focus 2012 elections to oust Libtard DemoCRAPS & RINOS off the senate seats and capture the grand prize the White House! After you do that, Then get rid of Obummer care and start over! and other important issues! One thing IF Ron Paul gets the nod to run for office You Repukes better support & back him if not, You just proved my point, Repukes has no desire and the will to win!

Errr! Ted Did I say I’m a Ron Paul Supporter?? Nope! Now think on this, Since your Buck toothed pal cant think always going DUH DUH Which way did he go? DUHHHHH! Since your pal Bucky giving Libtards the fuel to divide among ourselves Regular Americans attacking Regular Americans! Why you want to know The Repukes better support Ron Paul to oust Obummer?? Lets say I have no choice to take the least bitter pill to swallow I would have to vote Ron Paul or OTHERS just to get obummer out of office! Who would do more damage to this country?? Obummer! Now think Ted Why did the FOX Repuke establishment attack Ron Paul?? Again I’m not a Ron Paul supporter, Because he is not going with the Repukes establishment! FOX news is heading towards the Libtard media game dumb down people! As Jerry Doyle was on Fox News He said Shifty Paulson should be arrested! FOX news was stunned The Comments Jerry Doyle Made! Be Honest Ted answer this question! let’s say We got a good presidential candidate he or she is a Republican But does not goes with the Repukes elite status a real true conservative or not and you agree with all his or her points and you may not agree with 1 or 2 points that is no big deal, Would be pissed if FOX news & Repukes attacked him or her because that person is a threat to clean up the cess pool in DC and his or her party?? And would be pissed if this person gets the nod but the Repukes does not support that person since he or she woke everbody up?? You see Ted you didn’t attacked me I explained my comments to you! But your Bucked tooth friend attacked me he jumped the gun that I’m a Ron Paul supporter, People like this moron Buck will give Libtards the Victory by attacking other regular americans! Another question Ted Be very honest! If Ron Paul was running against Obummer Would you vote for Ron Paul to get Obummer out of office!??/ Many people who is not a Ron Paul supporter like me, Would have no choice to vote Ron Paul just to get Obummer out of office! In my Opinion I would rather vote Allen West if he ran!

I repeat you are a guest here that is free to leave anytime and start you own site. I have no problems with his very loose site guidelines. I’m staying, and I won’t be visiting your site but let us know of your success with same.

        Libertytrain,

You’re dodging the question. Do you think freedom of speech should be restricted?

      • Libertytrain

Rich, I didn’t dodge the question. Your freedom ends where mine begins. I believe that private businesses and religions, and people and their residencies have a right to limit what goes on within same. In other-words they have a right to do as they choose. I believe Mr. Livingston has a right -his own freedom – to allow or disallow foul language, mindless attacks, spam, whatever he chooses. This is his house. Do as you please in yours. I don’t care. That’s YOUR freedom.

      • RichE

        Libertytrain,
Ha! More side stepping. Are you afraid to answer the question, “Do you think freedom of speech should be restricted”?
Got to go. Have a nice weekend.
P.S. If you ever do decide to answer the question make sure it will hold up in court. We are a nation of laws not men. How would you like it if a jury said, “Your honor, we find Libertytrain guilty just because”

      • Jay

Stan Smith reminds me of the saying: “Garbage in-garbage out”. Back in your cage, Mr. Smith!

      • Libertytrain

Rich – don’t know what answer you are looking for. I gave it to you a couple times.

      • Jay

        Richie says:
On a serious note Libertytrain, do you believe freedom of speech should be limited?

Richie, with freedom of speech, comes responsibility. Our freedom of speech, such as what we are exercising here, comes with the responsibility of not inflaming people to the point of causing riots. It also comes with the responsibility of not spreading fear, hate, liable, slander, vulgarity, ect…! Freedom of speech is based on the idea that in a free exchange of ideas, the truth will win out. Speech designed to mislead, misinform, or intimidate is in essence the enemy of freedom of free speech, as such speech, will invariably result in censorship. We are guaranteed a right to free speech, but we should use it wisely.

      • Libertytrain

Jay, well said. And might I add with at least a modicum of intelligence as well as an understanding of cultural mores.

    • Frank Delarcey

Let’s see…A president getting oral favors in the white house and impeachment proceedings made public, hmmm…Maybe we got a bad one here and should get him out…

A president giving our money to banks and loan institutions, then paying us back NOT with profits but with more of our money and calling it even, giving our money to supposed good energy companies then having them go bankrupt AND giving more to another company that Nancy Pelosi’s brother is the company president AND shoving the health care bill down our throats, AND completely shattering our Constitution, and there’s no one to say, GET THIS COUNTRY KILLER OUT OF THAT POSITION!!!!! We have spineless men and women in leader positions in the congress and senate that represent US in this country…How did they let it get to this?????!!!!! Come on Folks, Odumbo HAS TO GO and if it’s before November, all the better…We’ve had enough taken from us and it’s time it’s stops !!!!!

      • CJ

An answer to your rhetorical question… people voted in their own self interest and abandoned their moral compass to be altruistic, despite liberal slant to the contrary.

      • Ted Crawford

True CJ. Thomas Jefferson considered this as he puzzled over Americas long term future.
” Yes, we did produce a near perfect Republic. But will they keep it? Or will they, in the enjoyment of plenty, lose the memory of Freedom?
Material abundance without character is the path of destruction”.
November 6, 2012 will, finally give Mr. Jefferson, and the rest of us the amswer to that!

      • TML

“Thomas Jefferson considered this as he puzzled over Americas long term future.

It’s funny to here you quote Thomas Jefferson in this way, while thinking the kinds of things you do about Ron Paul, when Dr. Paul is probably the closest thing we’ve seen to a politician with his (Jefferson’s) principles since that time.

    • CJ

Your rant shows you have little comprehension about how the ‘system’ works. The economy can’t recover if politicians keep making rules that cripple the machine. We can’t get politicians to do the right thing because their moral compass is broke and nobody with the correct moral compass and fortitude to stick to it will run. We can’t fix a broken system with only bad parts. Sitting back and ‘hoping’ it will change is pointless. Action beyond mere derogatory comments in protest is necessary.

C.J.I agree with you to a point. We do need Obama gone and the rest of Washington too. It would seem that the only thing they will understand is to get fired, ALL OF THEM we have the chance to be heard, the question is will we take that chance or go on as usual saying we are only one person. in November we are one nation and we need to speak in a loud voice. Send a message of do your job as you were elected to do or be replaced. How ever I don’t think that the American people are intelligent enough to grasp the opportunity to speak as a nation like they have never done before. If one is in office in November they will not be in December. Speak a language that Washington will understand. Do I believe the people will do this,NO. The people of this country are too rapped up in PARTY. DEM> or REP. We must realize that politicians are not trying to please main stream Americans they only need to please the ones that will support and keep them in office. You say the people that would look out for this nation will not run for office. You don’t seem to realize that one must become wealthy before one can be President of this UNITED STATES. You will never see a poor man in the Whit House, one must acquire enough money to buy that position. We the people must act now before it is too late

      • Apaulo

We do have the “Good Parts” to put in there to fix it, but we are neglecting to put them in! You can hear them on the sideline yelling, “put me in coach!” but they are being ignored! We need to stand up and make those decisions, not the government, that is what is wrong, the government has to much power and it is not supposed to!
We the people! That is were the power is supposed to be, in the people!
Everyone, take a deep breath and just realize one thing, if we would use our voice then we would be heard!
Take an hour and read the “Constitution” take a good look at all of our rights as citizens of the United State of America do it soon, were losing them really fast.

  • s c

That’s about it, Bob. Puppet masters who dominate Congress have other plans. Doing that which is ‘right’ isn’t part of the script. That which is convenient and keeps our elected slugs in office is that which will be done. It’s a rehash of a Capone-style status quo. Maybe if Chicago was called Washington and Washington was called Chicago it would make more sense.

    • absolutely amazed

Right on – Congress is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Koch Brothers, as is becoming more evident every day. It is time these guys were flushed out and brought to public scrutiny and interrogation.

      • Michael Yawn

No my friend, you have co.mpletely bassackards. It is Soros and his minions that control the Congress Critters, certainly not the Koch Brothers who are true Patriots wanting to preserve what little is left of our once great country

Why do you liberals always blame the Kock Brothers, when it is Soros and others, that are controling Congress? This is one reason our country is so divided, because of people who always attack someone or something that is not part of the equation. Thank you.

We are in a classic Marxist takeover, if we dont resist it, we Americans will be eventually killed off by the communists once they gain enough power. Its how it always happens, and how it will happen here.

You are absolutely right on starting yesterday! If we don’t our issues will always be there with a corrupt congress, sounds to me they all came from the most corrupt city in America which happens to be Chicago. Get rid of all of them especially the older members who have been reelected too many times, makes you wonder how much money they are all making by not securing the southern border, doesn’t it?

      • Brandon

It is neither the Koch Bros. or Soros who control congress. These conspiracy theories tend to take the blame off those who are to blame. Congress itself controls congress, and the electorate controls who gets into congress. We are to blame, not some rich influence peddler. Get that straight and you’ll learn how you can have an impact on who gets elected. Since they don’t have to listen to any of the peddlers, they aren’t controlled by them. I get tired of people who suggest that our vote doesn’t count for anything. It does. If the electorate had any kind of backbone we would have better elected officials. We deserve what we get.

      • Marc

At 65, ever since I can 1st remember, I would love to see the Electoral Vote Go Away Forever… I always ask myself , the States with no electoral vote might as well stay home… Our President should be elected only on 100% of every United States American’s vote from all States… Even though Obama has been a fraud since day 1, when he couldn’t even recite his oath of office correctly, and had to do it behind closed doors, just as he’s run this country, not with his LIES of transparancy, but from behind closed doors.

      • Bonnie

I agree Brandon. The biggest problem is the Electoral College. It was okay when it was instituted but it has served it’s purpose and it’s time to be done with it. We have instant communication and can get the Americans votes immediately. I don’t need some damned puppet trying to ‘interpret’ what I’m thinking and vote for me!! Secondly, our own citizens are too damned stupid and lazy to check out who they vote for. I’m only sorry that EVERYONE has to suffer for these lazy imbeciles lack of brains and backbone. Get off your backsides. Read the newspapers, listen to tv or radio or get on the internet and look them up. Check these people out for yourselves. WHY do you have to have someone think for you? You’re an ignorant pack of louts when you can’t be bothered or don’t care enough nor worry about the kind of future you’re laying out for your kids and grandkids. You deserve it, they don’t!! We’re slowly but surely losing our country to the slime in DC. I hear the drums and before long you’ll all hear them. We’ve become so weak and destabilized that it will take very little for the Muslims to march in and take over. Who’s going to stop them? Think about it very carelully.

      • Anthony

The Koch Bros. are considered “conservative”, but truth is, they’re actually Republican, in stance and attitude. They are against “redistribution of wealth” in any form… which means they are anti-communist. Period. Below is a link to a recent report:
        http://www.americanprogressaction.org/issues/2011/04/pdf/koch_brothers.pdf

They List as their Agenda, the following:
        - Repealing Health Reform (repealing ObamaCare)
        - Denying Climate Change (denying the lunacy of Al Gore)
        - Fighting Wall Street Reform (this is suspect , because of Derivatives)
        - Dismantling Collective Bargaining Rights (suspect, due to worker enslavement)
        - Fighting reductions in Carbon Emissions (suspect – why? Against Clean Air?)
        - Keeping Corporate Money in Elections (buying politicians was in place since Day 1)
        - Fighting Internet Neutrality (The WIld Web should always remain free & unfettered)

Now, personally, no one single person or group shold ever have control over elected offificials at any time .. this is my stance and it will never change.
BUT … WE LIVE IN A MONEY PARADIGM
Congresspersons always run to the money lenders, for pet projects/programs
Congresspersons always run to the money donors, for re-election bids
REMEMBER … WE LIVE IN A MONEY PARADIGM
        ————————
        Quote:
“Let me issue and control of a Nation’s money, and I care NOT who writes the Laws.”
….. – Mayer Amschel Bauer … aka: Baron Rothschild (circa 1790)

        (Why should they care? Seriously…..)
        ————————
IF ANY POLITICIAN ever expects a succeeding term in Office, HE/SHE MUST kneel (beg) before the alter of THE FEDERAL RESERVE in this Country. It’s that simple. THE FED controls the issuance of US dollars in this USA. NOT Congress. It has been this way since 1913. (How long are you going to look the other way?)

Anyone who opposed the implementation of THE FED in 1913, was summarily beaten in the next election thru graft, fraud and public defamation in the papers, in 1914.

I SAID ? …. WE LIVE IN A MONEY PARADIGM

        ================================

AS FOR THE COMMENT.. as to who is in charge of Congress, controlling our System behind the scenes?
A: I would say both the Koch Bros, and George Soros, on the front lines.
In the background? The Stockholders of THE FED, control a great deal, as well.
Can you name all of the Stockholders of The Federal Reserve? It’s a small list.

I have no doubt, the Koch Brothers have had some dirty dealings.
What I do know, for sure, is how dirty George Soros has been….
George Soros aided the Nazis in capturing quite a bit of his own home village – WWII
He is an Agent of the Rothschild Banking Empire and has been since before 1992.
        * It is my contention that he had help from the Rothschilds in breaking the Bank of England. The Rothschilds took over control of the Bank of England, at the end of the Battle of Waterloo. Google that up.

The Koch Bros support the Republican side of the aisle
George Soros supports the Democratic side of the aisle.
The Left/Right Paradigm, is a false premise in a decoy conversation (* truth)
Anyone who takes sides in this decoy discussion, is also a part of the plan.
This includes Bill Moyers, Rush Limbaugh, Alan Colmes, Sean Hannity, etc., etc.

FIGHTING BACK WILL TAKE MORE FROM WE CITIZENS THAN WHAT HAS BEEN (so far) DISCUSSED HERE …. The tentacles are long and reach far with this Banksters Bunch, all reporting back to The Bilderberg Group.

Are you sure you know what you’re talkng about? Do you have ALL of the facts?

        PROBABLY NOT

    • EdinNola

You’ve gotten bitter Bob. I suggest that any concern about Communists stirring up riots and such in the “black communities” will pale by comparison to the riots that may erupt should Congress not heed the public’s words and expose / remove Barack Obama from the Oval Office.

The LEFT really don’t know who they are dealing with because the FAR LEFT IS PLAYING FOR KEEPS, they are very dangerous people for instance VAN JONES AND ANITA DUNN. OBAMA and his wife are a part of the FAR LEFT and those people are dead serious about getting what they want and there are hundreds of them and a lot of them are infiltrated in our government.

How can God bless America when America has thrown God out of schools, Armed Forces, the White House, taken prayer out of our government? Removed crosses so that Christ’s suffering “won’t” be remembered (even along roadsides where loved ones have perished in automobile accidents) or shown to those who have not yet come to Him. God called America and America said they would build bigger, higher and come back without God. Read The Harbinger by Rabbi Johnathan Cahn. History is repeating itself.

Lets face it the ruling ranking Repubs and the RNC are just as dirty and been bought off as the democraps and their DNC, they are both looking out for there own interest and are working for the NWO.
They want civil unrest and fighting in the streets so as to cancel the elections, that way the they keep their jobs for ever. Or until they piss off the new masters and then they will find that they are on better then the rest of us. The hard way and the harder the better..
Hopefully if we true Americans stand up , and stand firm we may live through it all with “GOD” help.

The Libertarians say that in order for the country to be healthy there is a civil war every 20yrs. , look at it as if you are looking at a set of train tracks, you have government on one track and the people on the other track. If the government gets to big and starts taking your rights away or taxing you to death, then the people on the other track have to contain and shrink government, and I’m afraid that means a civil war. This is the way it’s suppose to work in order for a country to stay libertarian. Now you have a crooked congress which makes things worse for the people and nobody trusts the judicial system, man our we in deep trouble! So I believe all of us know the answer to the problem! We have already sent new congressmen to congress in 2010 so I have to ask has things gotten any better? If they have someone is going to have to point them out to me. Congress and the executive branch have been jawing for at least 7 or 8 yrs. and nothing has become of it. You can listen to all the pundants on tv and all that does is infuriate the hell out of everyone, the news is just as bad, and sometimes they don’t even cover the important stories. So if you have another answer I am willing to listen.

You got it right cheif! Thay all need to go before we can even begin to fix things in this country…..NWO be dammed…vote em all out – get legislation passed to add to constitutional ammendment to hold office holders to few terms – easier to put them out of their office if found of wrong doing – and be held to criminal charges for such to be proven – tighten the boarders and get rid of the illegals – start making descisions for US and then worry about the rest of the world if we can without breaking the backs of the “American people” – get back to the basics we started this Great Country on and go back to beleiving in “God & Country”…….for those of you who dont like that…..there’s a place called the European Union that thinks just like y’all…. I’m sure they would take you and you’re way of thinking right on in!!!!!

I don’t understand why there is no consequences when these congressmen get caught red handed in scandels, for instance Barney Franks and Chris Dodd just for starters. We the people cannot keep putting up with this corruption.

The biggest reason that government employees, and this includes both houses and the Administration, are not brought up on charges more often is the ‘NEGLIGENT’ laws. See they were just negligent so it is ok. The rest of us CITIZENS must pay with our lives if we are found negligent. Look it up. That is why a policeman is never tried for homicide…he was just negligent. They burn down the wrong house and kill the people inside..opps wrong address. Many law suits have been lost against a city, county, state and fed for the ‘out clause’ they have written for themselves. That is why no big wall street or bank big shot goes to jail for selling bad paper. No law against that. Even though it was known to blow up in face down the road. The ground work for a bailout was laid during the S&L crisis back in the ’90′s

So when the Civil War does begin it will only be a negligent congress and administration that sends the troupes into your home under the, ‘house the military doctrine’ with orders to shoot anyone that disobeys. Like the British did during the Revolution.

Now beware everyone. I have just been summoned back to Missouri on a charge of disturbing the peace. Caused by a person stopped in traffic while he chatted on his cell phone. I honked my horn to get him to move. He called the police and made a charge that I disturbed his peace. It was dropped by the Deputy DA. Now I write my mind and it comes back to haunt me. My family has been persecuted in the past when trying to do the right thing. Be aware. We are being watched. But I am ready to die for your liberty. The big question is are you ready to give for mine in exchange. For only in this value will we prevail over the corruption.

Hey, just a thought here…why not call on the UN to investigate the corruption of the administration currently setting in the WH? Have them look into his standing as a citizen qualified to hold the office and election abuse. The US has used the UN to unlock the rest of the world on claims of spreading democracy. Why not us?

I do believe Obama is raciest , but it doesn’t look to me like he’s given anything to the blacks or the Latino’s and certainly not the whites, but I believe all he’s interested in is POWER and if he gets reelected he will try and change the term limits and be a dictator till he dies just like Castro. I believe Joe Arpaio in AZ. is going after him with everything he’s got and surprisingly Trump has changed his position on the BC too, now Trump is behind the sheriff too, however it turns out I will stand with the sheriff, he’s the only one I trust. I believe WND along with Corsi and the sheriff maybe we stand a chance of proving beyond the shadow of a doubt Obama cannot qualify to be president of the most powerful country in the world. What a sorry mess we are in!

I agree regarding Barney Franks, Reed and Pelosi, others who have lied & helped to undermine America. Rabbi Johnathan Cahn has the answer from 9/11 to now. History is repeating itself (Isaiah 9:10). Unless we come back to God this country is doomed. America was begun as a Judeo-Christian country; consecrated on ground in New York City. Read The Harbinger and weep. Our nation needs most of the attorneys out of office and certified public accountants put in place, a few farmers, others. We have killed our American babies and now a minority while others are having their babies to out number us. Our moral values are pathetic & people are basically selfish. Obama already has his army in place just waiting for us to rise up. It wouldn’t surprise me if there isn’t another election but a take over through Marshall Law by Obama and those around him… I no longer have faith that the Americans can pull it together to turn this country around. We can’t agree and younger men/women have been taught lies in school that they believe America is a bad country and needs change. There is no longer any TRUTH…

Yes you are right and you know how that turned out! , in case you’ve forgotten there was a lot of bloodshed and since we seem to can’t change congress to do things right , oh well, I think you get the idea!

Hey, DG, you don’t want to call the UN about corruption–They are about the most corrupt bunch in the world. The only way they would help is if they decide that just like any other government unit, they don’t want any competition.

If Chicago was called DC & DC was called Chicago you would end up with what we have, a one sided mess! It’s just not Chicago anymore, you have to look at how Georgia’s court system just handled Obama’s ballot eligibility. Georgia’s court system just gave Obama a pass and allowed him on their ballot when there was probable cause that Obama is not a nat. born citizen. So whatsup with that! A strong healthy Libertarian country usually has a civil war every 20yrs.& we are overdo. The best way to look at a Libertarian country is like looking at a set of railroad tracks with government on one track & the people on the other track. When government gets too big & powerful the 2nd. amendment kicks in & the people use it to shrink government back down to size. The rest I’ll leave up to your imagination.

It would make more sense to hit them FIRST before they hit us, like the old general said “the firstist with the most wins” and we have the most riflemen in the world, we have 50 times more men than the Socialist. They are NOT as Smart as Germany and Japan, those two knew that there is a rifle behind every tree and they won’t take prisoners, The Congress and Senste will end their lives in Solitary confinement! Semper Fi.

How right you are with our hunters we have the largest ARMY in the world. Every citizen should take up arms and PACK every day, as we never kinow when we are going to need our firearms.

Obama purchased a LOT of emergency food this past winter and told others to do the same. Do you think that we will have enough food to feed America in the year to come? Many laws are on the books and have passed but have not been enforced as of yet. We will be fortunate if we are allowed to grow our own food in the future. Eventually we will have to purchase GMO seeds instead of planting heirloom seeds. Many farmers have sold their cattle. For Americans to rise against the administration, they had better think twice about where they will get their meals. Better do some canning of meats & veggies. Obama can starve the masses and they will be attacking each other to survive. This country is in an awful mess! Look at the BIG picture. We have been a plentiful nation. All that has changed. Obama gave money to other countries to create jobs, sold grain to China. China can shut off our water supplies and our electricity, down our planes, get into our government files (yes, in Washington)… get the idea! China is supplying us with computer chips of all kinds. Our foods are poisoned & killing us… drugs, mammograms are killing women, we no longer have pristine foods. Our cattle, pigs, etc are shot up with so many drugs people are fattening up as well as the animals. Do some searching online and get a good look of who America IS. The FDA and other agencies are killing us/making people ill…

@Lee…Your comment is right on!!! But, you must be made aware of whom the Government Hired to genetically treat our food now. Monsanto, the maker of Agent Orange… The Bastards that got me 45 yrs ago in Nam… Yea I sufferin from it big time. Now they give Monsanto another gov’t contract along with Dow Chemical to experiment and continually, treat all grown food genetically. I woke up 45 yrs ago, cmon people, it’s our own gov’t trying to kill us off, like Scrooge, eliminate the excess population… Bring up the 911 Conspiracy theories and you really have a fiction book, turned non Fiction… May every employee of Monsanto die from cancer and burn in hell… I’ll be waiting for you there.
