Do You Have Cancer?
March 6, 2012 by Bob Livingston
There is a cancer clinic in Freeport, Grand Bahama. This clinic can test specifically for cancer with a simple blood test. Treatment is by outpatient, though there is a hospital next door.
This does not include the American cancer treatment system of operations, chemotherapy and radiation. The clinic, called the IAT Clinic, uses non-invasive therapy. I have personally talked with patients who had been told their condition was terminal before they went to this clinic, and some of them have survived some 20-plus years. Of course, those who come too late, as people are inclined to do, don’t really get the benefit, and they die.
I would not hesitate one second to go to this clinic if I had cancer. Cancer doesn’t kill you in the U.S. as much as the treatment does.
Freeport, Grand Bahama is only a little more than an hour from Atlanta by commercial flight. Of course, a passport is required. The language is English and the U.S. dollar is accepted on a par with the Bahamian dollar.
I don’t know the cost of treatment but I have never heard anyone say it is outrageous. I do not believe U.S. insurance companies cover the treatment.
IAT Clinic contact information is: Telephone 242-352-7455 or fax 242-352-3201.
The mailing address is: P.O. Box F-42689, Freeport, G.B., Bahamas 99999.
This clinic has had quiet success for 50 years.
