New Defense Plan To Shift Focus To Asia

New Defense Plan To Shift Focus To Asia

President Barack Obama is helping to coordinate a new Pentagon strategy for absorbing hundreds of billions of dollars in defense budget cuts, as this move will mark a turning point in U.S. security policy, The Associated Press reported.

According to the news outlet, Obama planned to make an appearance in the Pentagon press briefing room to announce the results of a strategy review that he ordered last spring. The aim of this was to streamline the military in an era where budgets are lower and to reassess the defense priorities in light of what is occurring in Asia.

The AP reported that Obama’s decision to announce the results himself underscores the political dimension of the debate in Washington over defense savings. The Administration has noted that cuts to the budget are essential, but will not come at a cost to the strength of the U.S. military.

According to POLITICO, the strategy focuses on crafting a nimble, tech-savvy military capable of swooping in to confront terrorists on a global scale. This force will supposedly be able to deter the nuclear ambitions of Iran and North Korea, along with countering a rising China in the western Pacific.

I almost forgot, folks. In one of Obummer’s recent trips to Hawaii, he claimed that Hawaii is a part of ASIA. It seems fair to say that Obummer knows SQUAT about geography. How is it that he never learned tht Hawaii is an American state, and is NOT a part of ASIA?
He may think Australia is one of thos mythical ’57 states.’ It’s hard to tell. His ignorance grows and grows. Is he typical of what Haavid produces? If someone takes the time to ask Obummer if he thinks China is one of his mythical ’57 states,’ I won’t need any government agency or panel to KNOW that what is lacking between Obummer’s large ears is just as bad as that which is between his large ears. Galloping ignorance (and utter incompetence) is inexcusable in a “leader,” people.
I doubt if he can find Chicago on a frickin’ map.

Political maneuvering in Washington aside, I’d like to REMIND everyone that in a certain matter NOTHING has changed. That is, no matter what our sleazoid leaders say or claim they’re doing, they still find ways to spread our military ALL OVER THE WORLD. Where is it written in the Constitution that one of the most important duties of a leader is to keep our military forces OUTSIDE of America?
I smell a rat, folks. Anybody who claims that Obummer can point with pride to his god-like ability to do this or that FORGETS that he has done NOTHING to bring our military forces BACK to America and KEEP THEM HERE.
Did you FORGET that our borders remain OPEN? An
open border is an open invitation to disaster. When THAT matter hits the fan, it will be too late to correct it. Is ANY so-called “leader” worth committing SUICIDE?
Show me a ‘leader’ who is NOT expendable. Our biggest problem before Obummer and NOW is the same. We have NO civilian leaders in Washington. Bring our military forces HOME!
