Let’s just get out of denial and tell it like it is: The United States is not longer a Constitutional Republic, but has been taken over by global financial corporations. Congress and the Judiciary now work for THEM, not us.

These people do not honor the Constitution, therefore it is not operational. If anyone doubts this, just observe how many violations are occuring every day, with no recourse for the citizenry.

The United States is officially a corporation, and Obama has been installed as CEO. He needn’t meet any qualifications to hold this post other than the approval of the corporation, which has chosen him. They do not care what we want or think.

The media is the PR branch for the corporations. They decide what we are to think. They will only allow candidates for office who are their chosen members, the corporatist on the Left or the one on the Right. Left/Right is just what they use to keep us busy thinking we have a choice.

If you have been paying attention, you will have heard that other countries are now being placed under leadership appointed by the global corporations. They no longer even bother to have elections, which are only a formality, anyway.

The question is, what can we do about it.

Joe H. – You may be right. I have read conflicting accounts of what went on and why, so we may never know the truth.

Maybe they thought, like so many think today, that they could hold them off with reason, or, if necessary, their firepower, if it came to that. I would not have expected them to assault children, either.

To remove them from the compound would have meant that the children would be put into the very system they abhorred. Perhaps they felt that that would be a fate worse than death, and preferred to all stay together, come what may.

I am not defending them, necessarily, because I don’t know enough. I’m just trying to imagine how they were thinking.

All I know is that we, in America, haven’t been free for a long time.

Thanks Kate8. It will take some time to check these out. It appears from a quick read that, especially the ones refering to the health care reform haven’t been decided yet. Although 3 out of 4 lower courts have said that the health care reform is Constitutional it has still to be decided by the, so called, Supreme Court.

As has been explained before, the mandate to buy health insurance is in there to protect the insurance companies. Because of the mandate that insurance companies cannot turn down an applicant because of a pre-existing condition, people could just wait until they are sick to apply for health insurance and that would, surely, put the insurance companies out of business.

The health care reform also says that insurance companies must spend 80% of the income from policies on health care and not on bonuses for themselves. Could that be unconstitutional too?

Some of those 10 reasons are esoteric, iffy or appear to be reaching. They will take some time to check out.

Just trying to find the truth among so much bullbleep out there.

Of the the 10 Constitutional violations by Obama here’s what I’ve found so far on 5 of them:

3. From what I’ve read on the fly, the IPAB is supposed to control costs but that sounds a bit iffy. 8. Suspicion of a violation and a violation of the Constitution are not the same thing. Hard to fact check suspicion.

9.Still to be decided by the courts.

Still checking on the other 5 but it’s very time consuming.

You play on thin ice when you assume the courts are always right, or have upholding the Constitution as their first mandate. They don’t.
