Taxes Will Go Up

Sneaking a tax increase into law. The word out of Washington is that the so-called “super committee” of Congress, which was granted extraordinary (and unConstitutional) powers to “resolve” the debt crisis, will approve several new revenue enhancers. Please note it will not use the dreaded phrase “tax increase.” No, instead it plans to disallow many deductions taxpayers have enjoyed for years. The result, of course, will be to increase the taxes you and I pay.

Another stinking welfare program. Believe it or not, a U.S. lawmaker from Connecticut wants the government to provide free diapers to poor families. Representative Rosa DeLauro is sponsoring the Diaper Investment and Aid to Promote Economic Recovery Act, aka the DIAPER Act. This certainly puts a new spin on the “cradle” part of cradle-to-grave welfare.

The truth no one mentions about Jon Corzine. The media are treating the collapse of MF Global as another example of a big financial institution run amuck. What it doesn’t mention are the impeccable liberal credentials of Jon Corzine, the man who headed the firm. Corzine made millions at Goldman Sachs. Then, he bought himself a seat in the Senate and later the governorship of New Jersey. Over the years, he made major contributions to the Democratic National Committee, the Clintons, Barack Obama and numerous left-wing causes. Have you seen any of that in the media reports?

Blame the Democrats for this one, Mr. President. Are you getting as tired as I am of hearing Barack Obama blame Republicans in Congress for not passing his so-called “jobs bill?” What he never mentions, of course — and what the pundits of the press never chide him about — is that a major bottleneck is the Democrat-controlled Senate. It seems Harry Reid refuses to bring the legislation up for a vote because he knows it won’t pass. Why? Several Democratic Senators also oppose it.

EVERY PERSON if they would join in would send a CLEAR message and it would not cost you anything. The effort would keep your money in your own pocket for a while longer. There is NO WAY that anyone would be effected if everyone would UNITE. but the message would be understood ….
    >>WE are not jumping to your bidding any longer! The message would also tell the status quo to GO HOME,,, their fabricated government job and its importance is no longer needed…. So, close the doors and bar the gate!

    Super Committee indeed !!! This is the way the chinese, and russian and other communists make and enforce policy, its called the politburo rule of the state. Your money will be first , then guns, then your personal property and then your real estate and savings. Welcome to Berock 0bummers world of third world communist. Its too late now fools, you have sit on your hands and let the lunatics out of the asylum and coddled them and give them aid and comfort. Enjoy your brave new world order.     Taxes will up for ordinary people. Congress (both Houses)is owned by big monied interests (corporations, Wall Street and such). Because the county needs to pay its bills to the rich, (incredible war costs on borrowed money and other costs), those interests will allow Congress to raise taxes on ordinary citizens so that big monied interests will not have to pay their share. They don’t want to go back to the rates they used to pay. Ordinary citizens don’t count any more. The country is not a democracy. It is a plutocracy. The key is to get money out of politics. Only then will government become one with the people again. Government is supposed to be the people’s instrument for keeping balance and fair play.

    Remember that throught most of history that the taxman had to go about his work with armed guards. We may be seeing this again soon.

    It may be time to vote out all politicians in Washington. You know they all will be crooked given a chance. So just replace them with someone who is not a millionaire on the dole. They really shouldn’t get their golden parachute for a one term job. It was never meant to be a career.

    Seems as though we seniors and people living on or below the proverty line will be the most people this will hurt. We did not get a cola last year but yet we had to take a reduction in our annuity due to rising cost of medical insurance, etc.

    May our Lord/God continue to bless America and our political and legal systems. Our good methods of elections and lawsuits clearly allow “we the people” to input good ideas into our system so that all of us can benefit fully.

    The sheeple are only permitted to watch their TV’s and be programmed to be happy watching the government dictated “news” and all the great shows; Dancing, singing, sports, biggest loser, cop shows promoting the coming poice state and constant liberal messages. Remember taxes are patriotic, so says our alcoholic VP Biden. The more they tax us, the more they will need tomorrow.
