The DOJ came in to Gibson Guitar & took their entire supply of wood, not just the rosewood. Incidentally, Gibson bought these imported woods LEGALLY & paid the import duties. Next is the fact that all imports have to be be “inspected” by the {DEA, and BATF}, thats now twice these same items have been inspected by the Federal Government.

But wait there is still step #3, Thats when these same items get placed on scale to inspect noted items for anything thats possible to be hidden within noted stock.
As noted stock has a weight value per size and content. Thus if its off by even a single ounce its inspected yet again for any possible drugs, or other illegal items contained within.

If I understand completely the stand being made by Eric Holder’s Department of Justice as it pertains to Gibson’s imported wood and the implication that it is in this country illegally VIA the Lacey Act because the wood was not finished by indigenous Madigascar artisans.

My question is, if this is so important why not go after the actual poachers they are still profiting off of their illegal acts and even if the illegal products are siezed somewhere down the supply chain the wood, animals have already been harvested and the damage done. Just check the records of who and what controlled as the major false laws (false because feds nor any other government can order about the people as we are the sovereignty, not government) were put in and enforced through domestic terrorism and out and out lies told by politicians and then supported by stinking ass judges, attorneys, and judge/attorneys.

The answer is with we people but most are too afraid to even confront an official, let alone stand against him regardless of the outcome. That takes courage. And most would rather live in fear as slaves that stand as Americans with truth on their side unafraid.

I watched a short lived democracy recently on tv.

I saw 15 people get together and vote on what to do with a truck.
They voted 14-1 to tear it apart. They then tore the truck apart.
Next they voted (14-1) to set it afire. The truck burned.
Last they voted (14-1) to beat up the driver. The driver was later taken to the hospital.

Democracy had come at last to the lands of the Pharaoh.

well said my lady. I couldn’t care less what you call it as long as it works. Socialized medicine has PROVEN to work over and over. The repubs love the chaos and death that not having it causes. It’s what they learn in church. It looks to me like congress is ther to do nothing except make sure that nothing is done. I wish I could go to the town hall meetings we have at work and tell my bosses. I MADE SURE NOTHING WAS DONE. Our rep here in the first district of Tennessee couldn’t hit his own ass with both hands. All he ever says is. I’m a doctor and I go to church and people keep telling me blah, blah. And also he says that govt doesn’t work. What an idiot!!!
