Obama Is A Loser

Nobody loves Obama? In her Wall Street Journal column last Sunday, Peggy Noonan pointed out “something I’ve never seen in national politics.” The lady has seen a ton of stuff (and read about more) since her stint as speechwriter for Ronald Reagan. So what is it that’s surprised her now? “It is that nobody loves Obama.” Oh sure, he’s got plenty of supporters. Even some fanatical loyalists. But they’re all grim about it. What’s going on? Peggy’s conclusion: “He is a loser. And this is America, where nobody loves a loser.” Let’s hope she’s proven correct next November.

We need more people who pay taxes. Note I didn’t say who pay more taxes.  Not at all. I’m talking about the 52 million Americans who filed a tax return in 2008 (the most recent year for which data are available) but paid not a penny in taxes. In fact, thanks to various tax credits and giveaways, many of them actually received money from Uncle Sam. This incredible situation is making me more sympathetic to abolishing the income tax — and replacing it with a national sales tax. But please note, I’m saying instead of, not in addition to.

What’s in a rating? Representative Ron Paul mentioned that losing its AAA rating would mean the government would have to pay more to issue new debt. But he then pointed out: “This is not altogether a bad thing. Higher borrowing costs will ensure that the government cannot continue the same old spending policies.” Way to look for the silver lining, Ron.

    The system that is controling this GREAT NATION, its citizens, and its destiny is obviously broken! It is failing to fulfill its obligations. Not only to those it is supposed to be serving, (its constituants) the people of this country,all those brave souls that willingly gave their lives for freedom in the establishment of this country from English rule,those who gave their lives in battle for US millitary for FREEDOM and LIBERTY, and others…But we are now doing it to our creditors in other countries (and have been doing so for a long time)! The system is broken!!! Why cant anyone see that??? All we are doing is prolonging the pain. At this point we cant blame alot of our elected officials because they are all a bunch of money grabbers who are trying to hold on as long as possible, so they can fill their pockets as much as they can while US still has cloutin world theater.But they must all be accountable for own actions!! The REAL QUESTION is this: How do we REFORM our own GOVERNMENT and impliment our new government? And in such a way as not to cause worldwide panic, or a worse financial catastrophe than we currently are experiencing? That is what ALL citiens of this country should be thinking about right now!!! We simply cannot continue on our current road. It dosent make any sense at all! After all if the concept of HONESTY was ?introduced? to the current method of opperation of government, the whole system would crumble!! I for one am opposed to a government that cannot opperate under the concept of honesty (barring National security ofcoarse), one that WILLNOT be honest to its citiens and keeps “growing” the lie to them, and many other tyranical activities! I honestly fear this country that once stood for freedom and liberty will fall under a massively more corrupt leadership (of some kind,one world order,etc.) Who will openly and faithfuly oppress those of “lower class” (nonbillionaires)! I truely see this comming our way very soon! We still have a chance to do something as citizens to change this dark future that is looming in front of us! But we must GET TOGEATHER NOW to decide how WE want to do this… Time is quickly running out on freedom!! Heck, if the liberals had their way two thirds of our population would be on government payroll, and the other one third would be in prison!!! IT IS OUR DUTY TO CHANGE WHATS WRONG WITH OUR COUNTRY AND GOVERNMENT. IF WE FAIL TO DO SO, IT WILL BE TAKEN FROM US FOREVER!!!!!

I am a former teacher, organized two banks, corporations,did community work, have contributed to a book, “From Crayons to Condoms”,donated time and money to help Hispanics develop a medical clinic, (I’m Hispanic), served on two Federated Women Republican Boards and attended three Republican National Conventions in my life time and Served as an Alternate. In one, I sold a product. I had the pleasure of having worked for the Reagan Govornor and Presidential campaigns. He would be turning in his grave if he saw your favorable writing of Obama.

    Five years ago, I saw this financial disaster comming so I got out of the stock market and invested in sound global markets. Now I pray for those who have lost their jobs, homes and have lost their hope in America. You misinformed the public, Peggy. What were you thinking?

    The wall Street Journal could save us time by not having to waste their space with RINOS like you, Peggy. I pity those who do not take the time to understand the free enterprise system and what it costs to maintain it well balanced. Take time to be well informed!

    Advise to all you RINOs,(Republicans in Name Only), donate all your wealth to help us pay the natiional debt. I saw him as a spender and a liar when he was running. I don’t waste my time reading what you write, Peggy.

    Obama doesn’t care ,nor ever has cared what America is all about , Obama only cares and has always only cared about Obama . The treasonous b—–ds that put him in office knew that but were only interested in the fact that they could control him because the depth of his intellectual capacity was so shallow and because any opposition could be labeled rascist . No one in the history of America has done more harm to this country than Obama and his masters .

    Obama got elected through voter registration fraud and now he’s pushing to give illegal aliens the same rights as citizens, that’s how he’ll get reelected. He buys votes with promises of jobs. He did it once and he’ll do it again. Who wouldn’t vote for someone in exchange for entitlements? Romney is a joke! Look to Ron Paul, check out his track record. And big brother is here.     Unfortunately, I keep hearing people talk about Romney as if he is different from all the others we’ve suffered through…he has flip flopped on issues over the years and let’s not forget his wonderful Romneycare. Why in the world would Americans think he is an improvement? The way I see it, this is probably the best environment I’ve seen in a long time for third party candidates to get out there and show us they can be strong contenders. Right now, if we are looking at Romney vs. Obama, the choices stink.

    The Republicans and Democrats can’t agree on tax cuts. It’s very simple, the job producers should get tax cuts. Those that don’t produce jobs should not get tax cuts. If you are making a large profit you should hire more employees that pay into the system and grow your business. We have a president that is destroying jobs through the NLRB because they are not union jobs. The sooner Obama is out of the white house, the sooner this country will recover. The Tea Party are not terrorist, they are patriots that just want to save this country from mismanagement.

    Know president has ever been elected when unemployment was over 6%. So unless Obama can poop out 20 million jobs in a year he has no chance. He can’t even keep up with the rate of population growth, thats creating 250,000 jobs a month, today the job report was, 117,000
    new jobs. Wow his a little shy. So say good bye to the empty suit, no amount of money can get him in office. Lies wont put food on the table of families. And real America’s wont settle for welfare, but real jobs. And Obama has never had a real job in his life. Last I heard Obama thought a Job was a rolling paper.

      He’s done a gteat job at producing new jobs. As a small, independent oil producer I’ve had to hire (2) new people, and keep my accountants and lawyers working overtime, just to keep up with all the new rules, regs, and paperwork. Want a job ? Just become a professional paper shuffler.

    Obama has a plan, build 100 billion dollar train system nobody will use. In fact not one Amtrac,Metra have ever made a profit. The goverment gives subsitites to these companies to keep running. In fact a Metra train ticket to work might only cost you a few dollars,little unknown fact evey commuter ticket sold the goverment pays 23.00 dollars, it’s a scam, go green take a train,trains produce more pollution than cars, they are never full, and run empty or not, trains were made for one thing freight. So why does Obama want us all on trains? It’s control, limit our mobility, you can not go anywhere unless the goverment trains let you. Take your cars away and take your freedom away. Do you want the goverment tracking every where you are going? There doing it now with your I Pass for tolls, your cell phones, we need to bring this all to a halt, goverment is way to big, now they think they are all little gods. This is not how this country was ment to be, goverment was always ment to be small. Now it’s hunger has destroyed our way of life.

    The national sales tax seems like a good idea but it will hurt the seniors and poor living on a fixed income. Social Security dependents have not received a cola for two years while congress has received a $3,000 raise the past two years. Social Security is not an entitlement, the people have paid into it all their working lifes and it’s not the governments money to waste on wars of choice. Our defense budget is more than Russia and China’s combined and we can’t even defend our own borders.

      Clinton also did it on the back of the military. He defunded our armed services to a pre-WW2 level; opening the door to the terrorist threats we now face. I’d rather have the debt than see America weakened as our enemies get stronger.

    Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. With the UN in the US, we don’t have to spend so much money to keep tabs on them. The Constitution is the law of our land and our government needs to remember that. The UN should have no power over us as a nation. Just like our government has exceeded its constitutional mandate, the Indicted Nations has exceeded its original mandate.

    How is this for a kicker… defund the grants and payments to the UN.

      Common platitudes that have many general valid applications can be misleading in others. There really are no substantial benefits to keeping the enemy closer in this case.

      Actually, the UN has not exceeded its original mandate; it has been successfully advancing it for years. The UN was founded by Communists (Alger Hiss, etc) to promote communism and bring the US more fully under the control of the conspiracy to do so. The original mandate of the UN is not “world peace” or “international communication and cooperation” or any other seemingly good goal that the prostitute press has been claiming for years. The mandate is a one-world government that would be the antithesis of individual freedom. Same old crap — drudgery and submission for the masses, with priviledge for the elitists at the top. The whole fundatmental tenet of the UN is that government is the creator of rights, doling out those rights to the masses that it sees fit. Our American system is based on the principle that rights naturally exist, and that the only justification for government is to try to provide a civilized way for a codification of justice, with the purpose of making it easier for individuals to protect their rights and properties.

    I think it is more important to stop funding the UN. We must stay in it to know what they are up to! Unless others step up to fund it, it will probably fall apart. We need to think before we act. We still carry a large veto vote there.
    Obama doesn’t care what America is about. He has a different vision, progressive, socialism, communism, leftist, whatever, it is all about the same to me and I don’t like any of it!!!!!!!

      Yes, stopping the funding would be very effective. We need to remember, however, that there can easily be ways that the enemy could continue our funding of the UN in indirect ways. And we couldn’t rely on the prostitute press to report it honestly. So the best thing to do is disavow it and withdraw totally. Each year, Ron Paul introduces legislation to defund and withdraw from the UN. Unfortunately, he will not be running for reelection to Congress in 2012, so we need to find a new champion to continue introducing such legislation. Maybe I could ask John Forbes Kerry-Heinz and Fidel McGovern. (Obviouslly, that last sentence was satirically facetious.)

THIS is why the president has to be a NATURAL BORN citizen, someone who grew up with American values, not foriegn values and, back then communist/socialist/islamic values were either not around or were not considered an enemy….

        And what? Replace them with other neo’s waiting in line to do and continue the same dread? I say eliminate contributions altogether, mandate that they use the dollars contributed on tax forms (split up) and the rest (up to a reasonable limit) must come out of their own pockets.. Bet that would make the turtles go back into their bunker.. Open the run to everybody (not just the elite) and play the true elimination game where at the end there will only be two who come out the most capable (and I’m betting neither will be dem or rep) then eliminate the electrocal college (that became antiquated shortly after the industrial revolution) and allow the citizens decide who gets in via popular vote THEN place a ryder that if they can’t do their job FOR the people then out they go and we’ll rule ourselves until next election.. Of course this is fiction, anything resembling truth, justice and the American way is purely coincidental according to the current (and probably future) mogul rulers..

      But, Charles, he does understand what America is all about…he just hates it. He and many others who hate the values America USED to represent want to destroy those same values. Unlike many people who think Obama is stupid, I think he is smart and shrewd. I don’t believe he is the brains behind the agenda, but I do think he knows exactly how to bring about the agenda. So far, he has been outstandingly successful. Had we been better at guarding against enemies–foreign and DOMESTIC–these last 60 years or so, someone like Obama would not have been able to bring about such catastrophic changes in such a short time. Apathetic Americans have themselves to blame. Vote, but do so intelligently.

      Charles, I am beginning to think it won’t matter much who gets in, with the new Super Congress though it’s unconstitutional, acting in a DICTATORSHIP capacity, can pass tax bills, take away our weapons, to enslave us…that IS the reason!! Pass any bill they wish, and no one can contest it!! We must stop this incredible nonsense!!!
