One thing we all need to be mindful of is that the words Conservative and Liberal mean different things to different people. Both words have many different meanings.
When I speak of a Conservative, I speak of somebody who embraces the principles that our country was founded on as embodied by the intent of the Framers of our Constitution.
When I speak of a Liberal, I speak of somebody who casts aside the Freedom and Limited Government that was advocated by the Framers.
Anybody who disdains the Freedom of people to control their own bodies and property free of Government busybodies, in my book, is a Liberal.
So, by my definition, many Republicans are Liberal.
And, I suppose there might be some Democrats who I would define as Conservative, though I haven’t met any.

FYI, I’m not much on party affiliations the same way I’m not much into religeous affiliations, ie Babtist, Catholic etc., but I do believe in freedom and liberty for all. I’ve evolved quite a bit over the last few years, but my patriotism and beliefs remain steadfast. Constitutional conservative or Libertarian…both work just fine for me.

What separates Libertarians from the other political parties besides a much stronger grasp of the term Freedom, is that to Libertarians life is much more serious than a football game. I sent this article to a friend of mine who is a CPA. He said if money is owed to the feds, whether it is in the form of taxes or loans, failure to pay or repay is considered to be a criminal offense. He said student loans are not considered to be entitlements, but a contract. He also said that he read an article recently about debtors prisons making a comeback. Since the prison system is one of the largest industries in America, the possibility of this would not surprise me.

So, in a nutshell, the youth of America has been played all along by the PTB, using one Barack Obama to lead them down the primrose path to destruction. Our youth will be vilified and accused of not being “patriotic” if they balk at being drafted.

I saw on three different news programs today that a LARGE majority are against Nobummers treatment of the economy. He doesn’t show a lot of common sense by releasing fuel from the reserve when we are mired in three different wars and might need it. Drilling here, releasing a couple of permits for the building of refineries, and pushing for more research into a more productive way of extracting shale oil would lower the price of oil better than releasing less than a weeks worth of consuption!

The real irony of Alex’s dream of One World Government is the reality that since the United States is still the wealthiest country in the world, we can only stand to lose as the wealth is distributed to the poor nations of the world. Even Alex’s meager earnings will fall well within the envious eyes of World citizens, making 1/10 of Alex’s annual income, who will be eager to split Alex’s “wealth” among themselves.

The surrender of Syria would mean that Washington and its allies would control these energy routes. It would also mean that the large natural gas fields off the Lebanese and Syrian coastline in the Eastern Mediterranean would be out of reach for China and would instead go to the E.U., Israel, and the U.S.

The Eastern Mediterranean gas fields have been the subject of negotiations between the E.U., Turkey, Iran, Syria, and Lebanon. Aside from the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Pipeline, the existence of the Levantine natural gas fields is also the reason why the Kremlin has created a military foothold in Syria for the Russian Federation. This has been done by upgrading Soviet-era naval facilities in Syria. Moreover, it has been Iran that has agreed to explore and help develop these natural gas fields off the Levantine coast for Beirut and Damascus.
Know this is just one of the countries that is now being readied for an attack.They are considering a small nuke that was just developed and want to test it.By the way clinton almost used it but was to preoccupied with his cigars.

It’s all an effing con game. People think that they have a choice in voting for who becomes president. It’s all an illusion to think such a thing. I disagree with a couple of your statements. The media hated Bush and publicized that hatred until it seemed like everyone was against the war. They can’t criticize Obama for anything so even tho many people disagree with the war the media is mum on the issue, giving the impression that the people are OK with it.
Obama has to keep those troops employed overseas at least until the election next year because 90% of the military will vote against him and until he gets his Americorps (that’s with a silent P Berry) army together to confront the real military he has to find ways to keep the soldiers out of the country. Reminiscent of the story 1984.

When I started looking around I found that we may use nukes on Iran its been on the books for a while and now they are talking about using them again because of bio and chemical threats that are being reported on by the pentagon.They now have them small enough that they can use them in bunker bombs and keep the radiation levels down to a min.Scary stuff it looks like the russians are in syria trying to hold ground and they will be in the mix of things.Sounds like to me we are on the verge of world war three.

Turkey has agreed that NATO can turn its airbase in Turkey into a base for ground operations into Syria.

The country will become the main base in the area for the US-led military alliance’s ground forces.

NATO’s Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has said the alliance will transfer the bulk of its ground forces from a military base in the city of Heidelberg in southwestern Germany.

Other troops will arrive from Spain to be placed at the Izmir Air Station in western Turkey, which will now become the centre for ground troops.

Turkey has recently toughened its opinion on neighbouring Syria, where unprecedented civilian unrest has led to the deaths of many people.

Ankara has already created its own military bases close to the common border with Syria.

Even as the Obama administration prepares to launch a full ground war in Libya while expanding its drone attacks inside Yemen and Pakistan, US warships are being moved towards the Mediterrenean coast of Syria, precisely in line with forecasts that the Bilderberg Group intended to launch a massive new war in the Middle East, with Syria being its prime target.

In addition to information received by Infowars from military sources at Ft. Hood who tell us that troops are being readied for a full-scale U.S.-led ground invasion of Libya by October, the Obama administration is simultaneously considering opening up yet another front, by moving the USS Bataan amphibian air carrier strike vessel, along with 2,000 marines, 6 war planes, and 15 attack helicopters to a location just off the Syrian coast.

“This huge concentration of naval missile interceptor units looks like preparations by Washington for the contingency of Iran, Syria and Hizballah letting loose with surface missiles against US and Israeli targets in the event of US military intervention to stop the anti-opposition slaughter underway in Syria,” reports DebkaFile.

Another indication that the US is planning an intervention in Syria is the fact that Hizballah has moved its rockets from northern Lebanon to areas in the center of the country, acting on a warning from Iranian intelligence to move the weaponry “out of range of a possible American operation in Syria”.

Veteran reporter Jim Tucker’s warning, provided to him by his routinely accurate inside sources, that the powerful Bilderberg Group was planning a gargantuan new war in the Middle East to outstrip anything taking place in Libya, is now moving forward.
