What Now?

Over the past several months, we have seen rioting in some Arab and European countries. The riots were sparked by the high costs of food, government austerity measures and government oppression.

We have some of the same dynamic going on in the United States. But through a system of bribery, the U.S. government has succeeded, at least temporarily, in preventing Americans from rioting in the streets.

The number of Americans now on food stamps is 44,082,324 as of December 2010, up 13.1 percent from a year ago. This is more than 14 percent of the U.S. population. Unemployment is at 9 percent, and President Barack Obama and Congress have extended unemployment benefits to 99 weeks.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average stands at about 12,700. It first hit this mark in late 2007 — more than four years ago. Of course, because of the bursting of the housing bubble, the Dow could be much worse. It dropped to 7,063 in December of 2008. But the political elites threw money at the Dow in order to prop it up, to give America a sense that things were alright. After all, a rising Dow means prosperity… right?

But Americans are too busy and distracted playing with their iPad 2s and gossiping on Twitter about Charlie Sheen’s rants to have any time to protest in Washington, D.C.

As a result of QE2, the Federal Reserve is now “buying” 70 percent of U.S. Treasuries. You can believe it or not as you wish, but the U.S. government is in a state of collapse.

Precious few are prepared. You are warned: We have alerted you for many months. Now this is a flashing red alert.

Please remember that in the coming inflation, food stamps and all U.S. entitlement programs will come to a complete halt.

For those millions on Social Security and/or other entitlements, I do not believe that these will be stopped or cut per se. But the same effect would come about through inflation of the currency. My friends, you will get your money, but it will be so worthless that it won’t buy anything.

So what’s new? We have experienced this for years.

We have warned for years to buy silver and gold and store food and water. Ha, doesn’t sound so way out now, does it?

Please keep your gold and silver and food in your personal possession. It amazes me how quickly people will trust someone else with their gold and silver. Don’t do it!

Is it too late to buy gold and silver? The answer is “No, no and no!” As the Fed destroys the U.S. dollar, you will look back at how cheap gold and silver are now.

Stocks? Yes, gold and silver stocks and energy stocks — concentrate mostly on oil stocks.

Buying gold and silver and oil stocks and storing food and water are the only ways Americans can survive the chaos we are now in.

You ain’t seen nothing yet. Be alert!!

Should you sell your gold and silver as it corrects down? Never! If you do, you will be painfully sorry. Do you think you are smart enough to sell and buy back in at a lower price?

You aren’t; you will lose your shirt. Stay with the trend. This guarantees your bull-market position all the way to the top.

What will happen at the top? Stay with us, as we stay in tune with the markets.

Be reminded that gold and silver and food will outrun the collapse of the dollar. If the U.S. dollar goes, as it surely will, you can begin bartering with your most valuable assets.

Some suggest that a new dollar will appear, backed by silver or gold. I don’t know, but I expect that or some quasi-gold monetary system. (Steve Forbes predicted last week that the U.S. would return to the gold standard within five years.)

Are the U.S. government and Federal Reserve system collapsing? I can easily answer that with this question: Is the U.S. dollar collapsing? A currency that is being depreciated or inflated is, by all definitions, collapsing. This fact has nothing to do with whether we believe it.

Can it be stopped short of collapse? If stopped now, it would cause a collapse even sooner. What do we mean? We mean we have passed the point of no return. Too much fraud and too much debt exist in the U.S. They must be washed away.

What currencies will be left standing? We believe the Swiss franc and the Canadian dollar, but these will have to return to gold backing finally.

Keep in mind that most of the American people are totally oblivious to what you read here at Personal Liberty Digest™. Life in the near future will be very, very hard for them.

How long do we have? It appears to me that we are very close to economic and social collapse. But times can yet wobble along for months or even a few years. It is certain things will get visibly worse in many ways, especially now that the endgame is here.

One of the prominent events of the endgame is more war. The U.S. has wars going on in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, the later begun under the pretext of humanitarianism and to end the oppression of the Libyan people. Another war, this time with Pakistan, is brewing following America’s incursion into that country to execute Osama bin Laden. We are firing missiles at suspected terrorists in Yemen.

It is all a pretext to hide the collapse of the American empire, along with a desperation to control the world’s oil. It proves the foxes are still in charge of the henhouse, and the henhouse is on fire!

    So, if we are supposed to buy gold, where do you buy it?? So many commercials, so little time. And, once you have it and times get really bad, how do you keep it safe once someone finds out that you have it?? I don’t believe I’d be alive very long!

    I must agree that nearly all things in the U.S.A. seem to be in question and there appears to be much to be concerned about.
    This weak dollar has been coming at us for a quite a while now and it all started with Richard M. Nixon.

    Our dollar is no longer backed by Gold & Silver and is instead supposedly only worth what the Government says it is worth, but in truth is only paper that can easily become totally worthless.
    Nearly 4,000 paper currencies have come and gone in the history of civilization, ending up as nothing more than a heap of garbage in the currency graveyard.

    It is only a matter of time before a dollar collapse.
    I don’t know just when it will happen, but the American Dollar will also bite the dust, unless it somehow can return to a Gold Standard.
    Our forefathers understood that we should never go to a Fiat Money System, but for many years now our Government hasn’t paid them much attention.

Like I have said again, and again, if the American People would only watch, and study, their politicians half as much as they watched their favorite sports, we would all be better off economically than we are now. We all know this has been going on now for many, many years. Look at Charlie Rangel, a man who wrote the rules and regulations and head of the tax dept. He did not pay his own taxes. He gets a slap on the wrist, gets voted back in office again for a full term. Does this tell you something about the minset of the people electorate? It tells that the American electorate is a bunch of fools.

      Sharon, we need to get Obama out, along with his entire administration, AND clean the entire Congress out, along with him. We also need to start over with the judicial system, as well. Granted, there are some that are good judges, congresspeople, etc., but they’re tainted by the system now. We need to clean house and just start anew.

    Well__ as the saying goes, we can lead a horse to water, but can’t make them drink. Same goes for info, you can put news out there, but ya can’t force people to believe it.
    Its hard to imagine that Progressive sheep refuse to see whats before them, such as the elections, It’s not rocket science, that no matter who (we vote in) (I use the term loosely)goes into office, that nothing changes. Progressive sheep remind of a Muslim, they hang to the belief, all is well and go down for the agenda or die for they’re cause, they’ll get their 72 virgins. I hope in the end they get what they want. BUT, It’s my guess, when the TPTB get through using them for their “Cause”, they’ll end up like the rest of us, as slaves.

        We could end the controversy right now, by getting Government out of our Marketplaces. Let the airlines decide what security measures to implement, and let the passengers decide which airlines to choose.
        I would pick the airline that allowed licensed passengers to carry on the plane. Yes, it might get bloody sometimes, but at least there wouldn’t be planes flying into buildings loaded with disarmed and helpless victims.
        Those wimps who are afraid of any possibility of danger could choose Cavity Search Airlines whose motto is “There is no place too dark for us to go”.

      I had heard something like this about the Taxes and the IRS years ago, but didn’t know what to make of it… and haven’t heard much again until now.

        I exempted myself out of paying federal and state income taxes. Only taxes that come out of my paycheck is social security and medicare. Can’t get those to stop. My husband’s employer is a state legislator, and he doesn’t even deduct for federal and state income taxes out of my husband’s checks, and says he or his wife don’t pay them, either, and his wife is a CPA/attorney. If enough people stop paying into the scam, it will strangle the government even more. Think about this… the federal employees are supposedly paid out of private sector income taxes, right? Yet, they get federal and state income taxes deducted from their own paychecks? Who benefits from that? One big huge scam.

        The income tax is all about control. It does not support the infrastucture of the usa. The Grace Commission did a report for Ronald Reagan back in the eighties regarding where all the money goes from income taxes collected. Their findings said it went to pay off the INTEREST on the national debt – not the national debt itself.

        I met ex-IRS agents Sherry Peel Jackson and Joe Banister about ten years ago at a We the People event in D.C. They are both very courageous people who exposed their former employer for the colossal fraud that is the income tax. Mrs. Jackson was particularly gutsy and a breath of fresh air. If you can find it in your hearts to help her at this difficult time, I know she will understand that the time she served in federal prison wasn’t for nothing.

        That is exactly why we’re in the mess we’re in right now. Too many busybodies concerning themselves with other peoples’ choices. If we want our Freedom to choose, then we must respect other peoples’ Freedom to choose.
        Please don’t make my post all my drug links, I’m feeling kind of lazy right now. But I will say that 4 times as many people die each year from Alcohol usage, and 25 times as many from tobacco usage. Is it really worth $15,000,000,000 a year to vainly try to stop the drug usage?

        You do-gooders have caused more problems than existed before the Drug Wars were launched. I was in my mid-twenties when the drug wars started in earnest. I can tell you from experience that there were far fewer teens doing drugs before the drug wars than after the drug wars. Teens are rebellious by nature, and the drug warriors handed them a new tool to be rebellious with.
        About 90% of the drug-related crimes are a result of the high prices of drugs, which in turn are a result of the illegality of the drugs. We are enriching the worst segment of society (the drug lords) and as we all know — money is power. As an example when California tried to legalize Marijuana last year, there is strong evidence that illegal pot growers were contributing to the opposition. Why? Because they know that the secretive places they now grow wouldn’t stand a chance in competition with legal growers on fertile farm land, and they make big money now. Prices would plummet with legalization.
        Without the Drug Wars, most of the violence would cease, as there would no longer be a need to protect one’s turf with violence. Instead the legal growers would adjucate their cases in courts. Look at the mess we’ve created in Mexico with our misguided drug wars.
        And many innocent people get caught in the middle between the drug warriors and the drug lords. You have no idea how many raids are going on these days at a huge cost of taxpayer money and a huge cost to our Constitutional rights, not to mention the victims’ lives.         My daughter hung out with guys and gals who dropped acid, and did many other drugs. She didn’t, because I just taught her well, and let her make her own decisions. She had nobody to rebel against, so she did her own thinking. Both of my best friends as young adults did drugs. I didn’t, because I thought for myself, as my parents gave me lots of rope. Many of the people that I worked with in a secured facility were doing Cocaine, Alcohol, and other drugs.
        Perhaps if you had not been so authoritarian, your daughter would have been better adjusted.
        It’s funny that you would tell me I don’t know what the hell I am talking about when I had no problem with my kids, yet you did.
        It’s kind of like when the Liberals tell me Free Markets caused our current problems when there have been no Free Markets.

        I hate to say this,but I have to agree w/ DaveH…if repression and criminalization worked then prohibition of alcohol would have worked,but it didn’t. Same w/ prostitution,it has always existed and always will,unless we institute the hardest of police states,like say Iran,or Saudi Arabia. Most liberals favor legalization of drugs to get away from the horrendous enforcement problems we have as a result of the drug war,and realize that people will use drugs despite the laws and we should push for voluntary treatment. It’s also an issue of freedom,a word that Repubs often use but seldom act upon. For the gov’t to tell me that I can’t smoke or eat a weed is the height of absurdity. Tougher drugs become more problematic because they can be so harmful,but we should err on the side of freedom and liberty when possible.

    In the early history of the nation of Israel, the people kept crying out to God to allow them to have a king. He finally allowed them to have what they wanted; all the while knowing they would be sorry later, but they insisted on being like the other nations. For the most part, their kings were evil and the blessings of God departed the nation. Hezekiah was the last good king of Judah and the people prospered and were at peace during His reign . Manasseh would follow and was evil; thus Jerusalem was overrun by the Babylonians and were taken into captivity for 70 years by King Nebuchadrezzar. They had been warned by the prophets 100 years before but they, like America today, would not listen Sad to say that,

      Very relevant, Henry. There are those who think that doesn’t apply to us, but that is God’s way of telling us… history repeats itself to those that don’t learn from their mistakes. We, as a nation, turned our backs on God long ago, and we have been reaping the consequences of that action, just like the Israelites of the Old Testament. This nation was formed on a God-fearing foundation, a Christian nation (unlike those who would want to think otherwise), so we were to reap the blessings of God, much like He desired to bless Israel. A lot of people want to believe that the US replaced Israel in God’s blessings, but that simply is not true. Israel has ALWAYS been, and ALWAYS will be the apple of His eye. However, the US was formed to be a protector of Israel, and a place for His people to find shelter in, until He determined that the time had come to bring them home from the Diaspora (the scattering of the nation of Israel, as a result of their disobedience to Him). Now that Israel has formed from the valley of bones (as in Ezekiel 37:1-14), the US is collapsing from her own disobedience to Him. A lot of Jews do not want to leave the US, because of their blessings received here, but now, they’re looking to leave, because it’s getting so hard here.     I occasionallylisten to a fella named bob Brinker on the radio on Sunday afternoon. He has an investment show. About one month ago I heard him in a converstion with a caller concerning inflation. The caller was worried about the ever increasing rate of inflation. Brinker told him there was no inflation! I thought the caller was gonna go balistic as he queried if Bob ever bought groceries or gas, or did he have that done for him? Brinker assured him that he did indeed do his own shopping and had witnessed NO inflation. At that point I began to lose confidence in Mr. Brinker.

    The price of gound beef has almost tripled in the last six months! So, in March I bought a cow, kept half and split the other half with two other people. Total cost was $2.40 / pound for all of it. A WHOLE lot cheaper than even hamburger in the store.

    I have been following your alerts for about a year and wish I had been here MUCH longer. I have been “prepping” since last Fall thanks to you Bob.

    As I have stated in other posts here – people think I’m a little crazier than they used to think I was, but as the saying goes: “He who laughs last, laughs best”.

    Thanks again Bob. Hope you have gotten everything back together since “the big wind” in April.

      Buying a cow and spliting with my brother is next on our list. We are pretty lucky that we have made good friends with our realitor that sold us are home last Oct. when we left the communist Chicago area for rural Missouri. He’s like minded and raises some beef cattle, chickens and goats. We even trade off work with each other so we can save money for other things needed. He takes the hay from are field and lowers the beef price also. There are still good people left out there.

        When I first inquired about buying the cow in January my friend quoted $1.04 / pound. By fMarch when I was able to get it into the processor it was $1.83 / pound, and rising.

    Some just don’t get it, Egyptians was paying 80% of their earnings for food and fuel. The haves wants the have nots to have less. It is a world where you continue to push people over the cliff and then wonder why they come out and fight.       This article in the paper today said that a few people want to sell off the gold in Ft Knox.(About $220 billion). I thought that was shortsighted since that would only cover about 3 months of government function. Chris Edwards of the Libertarian Cato Institute is one who is wanting to sell our assets. Ron Utt of the Heritage Foundation is another who wants to sell our gold. Bob Livingston says we should buy gold and hang on to it. So shouldn’t the government hang on to whatever is left? Steve Forbes says we should get back to the gold standard yet how can this be done if it is sold off. Too many mixed signals from the same side of the political spectrum. Maybe Bob can clarify.         Well Eddie47d, back at the Ranch, I bought a Berkey water filter w/extra filters, planted the garden with heirloom seeds, canning jars, stored canned food, dry goods, small grain mill, sealed storage containers. Also bought some sealed food from Provident Living( it will keep for 25years)
        We went to a sustainable living fair yesterday, and came away with a wealth of free info. and some news friends. I can’t spend alot, but I spend some each week.         jibbs, I’m glad you brought up the Berkey water filter. I was just looking at their website and cannot figure out which one would be best to buy for me. I’m pretty much all by myself most of the time, but if/WTSHTF, and family members came to stay, I would want to have enough water. A friend came to stay for a few months when their home was destroyed by IKE in 2008. I’m going to buy two Water Bobs at Cheaper Than Dirt, http://www.cheaperthandirt.com. I also have a swimming pool.

        Since you have a Berkey, which one did you buy and is it working well for you? I have looked at their website and they have so many to choose from, it is confusing.

        We bought the Berkey Royal, I give it 5 stars. With 2 filters it can make 4 gals. per hour. It’s just the two of us and our two dogs, on average we use 2 to 3 gallons per day depending on what we cook, and we both drink a lot of water. It seems like a big unit, but if the SHTF, you can always barter with water and build up your own back up supply. It’s been about six weeks and I love it, two filters are good for about 6000 gals. I was also gonna purchance 2 extra filter just so I have them on hand. We paid $275.00 with a free base stand.

        Carlucci – I bought the Berkey Light over 2 years ago (Berkey Royal couldn’t ship to CA), and I love it. It got so that I had such a craving for pure, fresh water to drink that I HAD to have it, and Berkey was a great choice.

        One thing I like about the B.Light is that you can see how much water is in it. The downside is that, after a year, it developed a crack in the plastic at the spout, and I had to have the bottom jar replaced.

I am used to drinking bottled spring water (Ozarka) because I don’t care for the way our tap water tastes (I’m in a MUD). How does the water taste once it has gone through the Berkey filtering process? I would love it if it made the water taste as good as Ozarka, as I would save a lot of money not having to buy bottled water.

        A Water Bob is a food grade plastic bladder you put in the bathtub and fill up with water. You use it for emergencies like when storms are predicted and the power goes out.     Depends what you believe of what you read. I think it is possible that our President is not an American. I know the government has about $3 Trillion Dollars in debt. It has the $14 Trillion Dollar National Debt that costs about $500 Billion dollars every year in interest payments.

    I hope the Republicans in the House stop any increase in the National Debt since they can. This it is said will bring on the Failed Government phase which it is for sure!

    i read a lot of this and it’s all well and good. america is falling and what not. what i don’t read is how people are going to communicate when the event brings in martial law. what about the foreign troop agreements and how should people handle that when it is engaged by a failing government desperate to regain control over the population? the elites have been planning this for many decades now (20, 50, 200?) and they’re not stupid. it’s a rush for them since they have plenty of money and can just do whatever they feel like. the end game is a game to control while the people never know what is going on. this is biblical – our fight isn’t even with the elites on earth, it’s with evil in high places. so what is the comms plan when the events begin to go south? the people have the numbers, but they don’t have the organization.

      I was looking at some two-way radios for my neighbors and us(not too over priced, and a couple small solar panels for recharging the two-way and cell phones(again, not to over pried) . Hand crank radio/lights. Like I said before, find like minded people near you that you pool togeather with and trust.

        Exactly, jibbs. Only problem is, a lot of us are too unsure to trust anyone. If we speak up, then we’re looked at as conspiracy-theorists. My problem is, I know what is happening, and I’m an “outsider” because I just moved to North Dakota, in the rural area. I don’t speak too much about how bad things are going to get, because the people here are already isolationists… they’re content to go about their business, and leave everyone else to themselves. Only they also are reliant on being able to go to the big city to get the things they want, and expect it to be there when they go to town. Unfortunately, it won’t be long, that their reliant supplies are dried up, and they’ll be too fearful to go to town, because of the criminal element that will flare up. So, what are they going to do? That’s why I’m content in my little house, with a full basement, a large enough yard to grow my garden, get a few chickens and rabbits, hunt the deer that is abundant here, etc. Just need to find my connections for my dairy and eggs, etc.

        I know what you mean about being an outsider, we just moved here about seven months ago. I was lucky to have a good realitor and somehow we hit it off and have remained good friends. I guess I should have stated him and my brother as the one’s I trust so far. I did find a few people yesterday at the Sustainable Livivg Fair, but will have to get to know them better. I also found 3 people near by on GOOOH.com I don’t even trust the local cops(flunkies) very little training, @ $12.00hr. They fired one that was scared to turn the lights off at the baseball fields in the park by herself…I’m glad we are served by the Sheriffs Dept.

    It is all very frightening! What if one doesn’t have the “money” to invest in silver or gold? Those who are barely surviving now? I’ve tried to tell my husband about what’s going on and what’s happening to our country but he doesn’t believe anything I say! He won’t even read the material I’ve given him and if he does he still doesn’t believe it. People are either blind, stupid, or just don’t want to believe it (like my husband)! I live out in the middle of no where and have no place to store things – that won’t freeze,that is i.e. water. I hate to say it, but my husband will believe it when it’s too late!

      Learn as much as you can, Mary, and just keep politely informing your husband as days go on. Eventually, his blinders will come off. But you must be careful not to make it a matter of pride on his part, or he will shut his mind to your words of wisdom.
      Some excellent books to read for a real eye opener into just how much we have all been propagandized to love Big Government were written by Thomas DiLorenzo (“The Real Lincoln”, “Lincoln Unmasked”, “Hamilton’s Curse”). If you can get a copy of any of the three, and somehow gently persuade your husband to read it, it would go a long way towards lifting the blinders from his eyes.

      Mary, I’m right there with you. My husband does see the trouble coming, but for some reason, he doesn’t realize the severity of what is coming. He thinks we’ll get through it okay, but I keep telling him, the Bible says that these times will be so bad, it will take a day’s wages to buy a loaf of bread. In biblical times, that was only enough money to buy enough food for one person, let alone a family of 4. People just don’t realize what these things mean, and the context in which they were said in. They want to cherry-pick, they want to ignore the full picture. That’s my husband. He’s got tunnel-vision. He says he’s a true believer, but he is in denial of Bible prophecy. I can see how everything is tied together, the economics, the interaction of the different nations, politically, economically, all the way down to the weather effects on our ability to produce food. I live in a rural area, too (North Dakota). We had the 3rd worst winter in a very long time here, and it’s affecting the entire country, with the melting, and believe it or not, it was actually snowing again Friday night here, in the middle of May! The state has 40 counties in national disaster declarations because of all the flooding, and it’s slowing down our planting season, so we won’t be able to product the amount of food that this area is notorious for. With the grain being produced going to unviable products like ethanol, instead of food, because they can sell it for more money, and the rest of it being sold off to countries like China, there is no food for the people of America. We’re choking ourselves off, literally.

      I have a full, unfinished basement, so I’ve got the storage area for keeping my stores of food and water, survival supplies, etc., secure from raiders. Can you grow a garden? Can you learn to can your produce, so you don’t have to worry about it freezing? It won’t be long, you’ll be going to your neighbors for the dairy, eggs, etc., and trading and bartering. You’ll be in a better position to do that, than the people living in urban areas, unless they have converted part of their yards to chicken coops, etc. So, that is something you can do, and your husband won’t think twice about what you’re doing. Just tell him that you’re wanting to live the country life to the hilt! Get some chickens, to have for meat, eggs. Raise rabbits for meat. Just suggestions and ideas. I know, I’m doing it.

But aren’t we told in the Bible over and over again, 365 times I believe, to not be afraid. It’s good to be prepared, stock up on food, water, gold and silver if you can buy it, but the main thing you better do is trust in God. If you let yourself be over run in fear, you are playing right into the enemies hand instead of trusting in letting the Lord lead you into the things you need to do to survive here. Bob truly needs to have his eyes opened regarding Israel. Are they perfect? No, but then neither are we or any country in the world, but they are the only democracy in the Middle East and the only country over there that will “Warn” the citizens of the surrounding country to leave if they plan on a retaliation attack to keep from being bombed off the map.     Yes it is and I hope that we have inspired many more people to get ready for this. People we are not just wisteling Dixie ! It is way past time to open your eyes and prepare. No matter what your political views are, this goes beyond politic. The recent happenings that are going to add to this problem is High gass prices and the flooding of the Mississippi river. When they flood farm land it takes that land out of use for at least a year. This flooding was caused from snow and ice melting up north, now if there is another bad winter with a lot of snow this coming winter, it may do the same thing next year and where will you be ? There is going to be shortages of food stuffs and the only way to get more is to import it from China and other countries. They will get the highest price they can get for it, due to supply and demand. There are also famins in many countries all over the world so there may not be a big supply available for us. I am begging you all to stock up now on as much as you can. It will never go to waste because you can always eat it !
    Please do not waste any more time putting this off !

        It’s called “Normalcy Bias.” People don’t believe anything that bad will actually happen so they dismiss it. A recent example is Katrina. People were warned it was going to be bad, but most stayed anyway because they didn’t believe it would get that bad until it was too late. The Jews went through the same in Germany during the Holocaust. Porter Stansberry covered it well in a message that has since gone viral, heard by millions of people. I think it would do Jovi some good to give it a listen. Hopefully it will change his mind about the current state of affairs.

      Granny Mae, it’s because we are of an older generation, who grew up straddling the two economic periods of the Great Depression (our parents affected us by their frugality, having living through that period), as well as the current Great Prosperity age that is now crashing down around us. We know what is coming, because we know better what the economic conditions are, how the weather affects the growing season, the overall cause and effect of events. We were taught by the old school of teachers who taught us well how things work together, why we are here as a nation. The progressives/revisionists have dumbed down the generations after us so that they can continue their charade, and those that are learning the lies, do not know any better, because they haven’t been through the hard times before. All they think is America is the greatest nation, and that life has always been good for us.

      Thank God for my teachers in school, Mr. Frey, Mr. Fredgren, et al, all who have passed on, but taught the truth! If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have the knowledge to question what is going on.

        Obama’s plan for redistrubuting wealth is not to take from him and his cronies but any wealthy not of his same mind set. Besides he is too stupid to realize that you can’t take from one to raise up another because what you are really doing is lowering the one you took from to maintain the sorry good for nothing you give it to. You maintain the low income and drop the middle income to the lower level. That makes the majority of people at the same level (low level) and much easier to control. The higher incomes are always going to be higher and so you will have a two class society. High income and low income. That is why Marxism doesn’t work. It always sounds good and apeals to the lower income level, but it doesn’t work the way they think. There always has been and always will be people that want something for nothing and really don’t want to work for anything. They could get out of poverty if they wanted to study and apply themselves in school and then be willing to work hard when they get out of school. Problem is the first thing most of them do when they get some money is buy a big fancy car. You can’t eat it, you can’t for the most part sleep in it for long, and you sure can’t pay your other bills with it, so what good is it to you? Too many people have their priorities screwed up now days.

        I think Obama’s Master Plan is to accelerate our country’s destruction, so that when people actually are rioting in the streets because of lack of food (and no Government assistance because the Government will be bankrupt), he will have an excuse to declare Martial Law and suspend elections “until the country is once again stable”. He knows that he’s so unpopular he hasn’t a chance of being elected, so he needs to make this happen before November of next year. Everything he’s done lately is calculated to this end. For example, virtually telling the Border Patrol to stand down and let the illegals in, so as to increase the number of people asking for Government handouts….. Trying to bully Israel into giving back Palestinian lands, increasing social unrest and public outrage….. Spending, spending, spending faster and faster, to ensure our country goes bankrupt sooner….. Etc. Analyze it yourselves; can you think of other explanations for his actions?

        Tazio2013, all I can say is I hope and pray your wrong in your prediction. I don’t think this country can stand another 4 more years of a dictator, like Obama. In fact we will be lucky if we will ever recover from his first 4 years. If people will just get serious and start studying Obama on how he has screwed up this economy, creating high gasoline prices which are also effecting all consumer prices, printing more money to keep the economy struggling along, they will not vote for him again. I feel we are heading in the direction of Argentina. It is as plain as the nose on a persons face. People just need to open their eyes and look to see what is happening. My prediction is if the economy stays at the current rate, unemployment rate stays high as it is, gasoline prices high, Obama will lose by a marginal rate. This goverment has to stop borrowing, printing more money, and start paying the bills. Giving foreign aid to countries like Pakistan has also got to stop. They cut social security benefits to the those on social security and give money away to our enemies. Giving Brazil 2.5 billion to drill over there does not make much sense to me either. Obama told Brazil we would be one of their berst customers by buying oil from them. What in the world is Obama thinking???? How could any sane man, or woman, vote for a man like Obama? I sure couldn’t. Of course, I keep my eyes open, and I have analyzed Obama for what he really is. He is a man with a lot of rhetoric, (hot air) that can fool folks who does not look behind the scenes at what is going on.

        Don’t be so pessimistic guys. I think things can turn on a dime in this country. What we have going for us is a history of Freedom and some very wise forefathers to learn from. Also, we do have a very educated populace. True they are severely propagandized, but the fact, that they have spent the effort in the past, tells me that they can learn reality. And they are going to get a big wakeup call soon (if they haven’t had enough already).

        DaveH… one word… PHOOEY! Polls can be, and are, skewed to reflect the rosiness of the situation. That’s why so many people are looking at us “onepercenters” as being lunatics. They don’t want to open their eyes and see the truth, open their ears and hear the truth. As Time says… Monkeys? See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

        Even my own husband refuses to speak of the truth, choosing instead to look for the short-term, rather than the long-term. I’m the one getting my plants started for my garden, stocking food up, etc, while he’s gorging himself on it, thinking of only the here and now. That’s one of the reasons why I’m moving on without him. I can’t afford his short-sightedness for my OWN survival, and I’ll be damned if I allow him to drag me down, because he refuses to think of anyone past himself.

        This is the problem with the majority of the American public. They’re too busy enjoying the “good life” to realize that the situation is dire!

        I also think you should have your spouse read this artilce by Bob Livingston… it is clear that a collapse of our dollar and frankly Constitutional America is inevitable, and there is not much one can do to refute the truth… America IS broke and the gov’t can not keep this facade going too much longer… millions of people have lost their jobs, businesses have been run out of America, and the gov’t is assuaging the joblessness numbers (and it way higher than 9%) by paying unemployment checks to be unemployeed, and shuting-up non-producers by entitling them our hard-working Americans paychecks through Taxes while the FED and the Ruling Class STEAL our WEALTH and Redistribute it elsewhere.

        If your spouse doesn’t believe that then atleast he should recognize inflation is raising prices and you guys should stock up as hard times have come to our doorstep… food prices, energy prices (gasoline) and products have risen, too. Just take him shopping! If he never goes -take him- and write down the prices of some of the things you buy… can soup, milk, meat per pound, cereal, pasta, bread, drinks… then compare again in a month or two and see the increase… YOU can open his eyes with TRUTH.

        Good for you, Kodster5. Everyone must take the current situation seriously. I went through some of the depression back in the late 30′s. We lived on a farm, and were more lucky than those who had to beg for their food through the soup kitchens. I can’t for the sake of me understand why people are not getting this. This can happen again. It will be worse this time as we are the consumer nation, not the producer nation. Through the 40′s, 50′ and 60′s we were the country that produced the worlds goods. We are in a different time now, folks. If these Liberals we have on this forum had to go a 10 year depression, I am sure they would think differently than they do now. This is why I feel sorry for them as they don’t under what it is like to live through a depression.

        Christine, believe it or not, I pointed that out to him over the weekend! I told him that he doesn’t go shopping with me, so he doesn’t have a clue as to how much I pay for our food, durable goods, etc, and how much it’s going up. He just keeps using and spending like he doesn’t have a care in the world, and I’m sitting here, watching our money burn up and wondering, when is it going to hit him, when we’ve got nothing left? And then he’s going to blame it on me for not managing our money. I am not allowing it to happen.

        I see Time is back with his Monkey talk and still thinks he’s the cat’s meow. Mix a little truth with a lot of BS and you have instant fear and paranoia. Reminds me of Mr Campy who owns Family Radio (140 stations).He’s the one who is predicting the end of the earth this Saturday(May 21st) at 6pm. He calls it Judgement Day and 43% of Americans interviewed said it would happen. 67% of Evangelical Christians agree with his view (from a poll). He says this will be a partial end on Saturday and total destruction within 5 months (Oct21st). He made the same prediction for Sept 1994 based on Dan.12:9 and Rev. 22:10. It’s hard to believe anyone since we have all these end of the world predictions for 2012. There is this business, Vivos Group who is reaping wealth off these predictions.He is the bunker builder who will build you a shelter for $25-400,000.

        As far as 12/21/2012 is concerned lets get it right people. The Mayans did not predict the end of the world on that date The end of their calender is the end of the age and the start of a new age. Given what we know of their beliefs they expected great upheavel and possibly natural disasters but not the end of the world.

        MOST Christians know that we always have the doomsdayers trying to make themselves sound so important by telling us they know when the end of times will be. As Old Henry said, Only God knows. Meanwhile we are to be watchmen and about our Father’s business.
        We are also to be wise, and I am thankful we have people like Bob Livingston and Personal Liberty Digest to help wake us up to some of our personal responsiblities and give us tips on how to go about these responsibilities.

        LOL!! maybe the Mayan’s ran out of rock, or maybe their wise star reader and calendar keeper prematurely kicked the bucket. I don’t know, but I do agree that we are in the right season, the generation of the fig tree, and we are not to know the day or time. There are too many events still to take place before the 7th Trump when our Lord returns. So we must be prepared as Bob is trying to warn. What he know about is Gold and Silver, this is his area of expertee and he is trying to help people by passing on his knowlege on the subject. Another, thing I am slowly investing in is seeds and agriculture equipment and practicing working the land with my crops which right now is a portion of my back yard, so that I can at least know how to feed and clothe my family. And having my granddaughter with me on a daily basis I am passing a few skills to her. Just an added thought here.

        Who knows about the May 21st scenario. I’ve read all the literature on Camping’s website, and he makes a good case, with all of his calculations and all. Who knows whether it will pan out. Camping, himself, has never impressed me much, but what do I know.

        I do feel that there are some big surprises in store for this year forward. Government doesn’t purchase billions in emergeny rations and build multi-billion dollar detention camps for no reason, stocking them with tens of millions of plastic coffins and body bags. Hitler did it, and he definitely had reasons.

        Also, millions of Americans and Europeans are fleeing to South America, including many elites. GWB bought a huge plot in Paraguay, Soros bought another mass of land in one of those countries. South American is supposedly one of the safer places to be.

        Obama’s arrogance (and Congress’ as well) is shocking, and can only portend that they aren’t concerned about the people. I heard on the radio last night that, of those who choose to remain in America, 90% of us will perish in the next 5 – 15 years. Sobering thought.

        If you are looking to put a whole lot of people out of business at one time that is a good way to do it ! When you consider you have Florida , Texas, Alabama, New Mexico,and California all involved you talking a lot of people laid off and these places are not small by any means, These places are small to medium sized towns in their right and they employ people from 40 mile radius’s around them and some even more. Not only are we talking about these people that work there being unemployed but also venders that supply these bases with products of every kind that keeps them running. Everything from hardware manufacturers, to chemical supplier’s to food venders for cafiterias, to soft drink companies, security companies, and the list goes on. Obama did the new world order a big favor that time ! Not so much though for the US of A ! When you are told about unemployment or new jobs. Read between the lines and tell the guy that believes all those ploes to get a real life !

Instead of companies helping their employees take responsibility for their retirement they are dumping it on the government.         To date (and I have been around a while) I have never seen a business put a gun to my head and order me to buy their product. Yet as we speak the US Government has started to implement a plan to force me, at gunpoint, to buy a specific product. And it is not the first time. It is the first time where the government says buy this rather than saying you can’t buy that.

        Government forces me to buy products all the time by making other products illegal thus forcing me to choose from what is left and they call it freedom of choice or, more commonly, “protecting the consumer”.

        Government uses guns to insist. There is your theft of savings. Government. Was the problem. Still is.

        Now since the liberal is always accusing us of not having solutions I will rebut with a solution to the above problem. To protect consumers the government should ONLY tell us what its scientists think is good or bad about a product and why. Nothing more. Let the consumer decide if they want to buy it or not. (Even that may be too much for government to be doing as we already have quite workable private industry solutions to that very same problem.)

        First, it’s the federal plans that Geithner says they’ll be tapping into, as early as this coming Monday, not company pension plans. And the only reason why the private sector pension plans were dropped is because those companies had to cut expenses, because of the high taxes imposed on them. They couldn’t cut the tax bill, but other disposables, like pension plans. BTW, wasn’t it Bush who said it was a good idea for individuals to take care of their own retirement plans, like IRAs, etc? So, why would the companies want to take on the responsibility, since employee turnover was so high, MOST employees were never around long enough to become vested in those retirement plans. With IRAs, they went with the individual. So, Eddie, your argument is out the window, as well.

        You bring up Governor Walker’s cuts? Believe it or not, I was FOR him, not against him. I’m one that says cut out ALL the entitlements… you can’t cherry-pick which ones stay and which ones go. They ALL need to be pared down to the bare bones, or eliminated altogether. Yes, that’s going to hurt everyone, but you gotta do what you gotta do to survive. Right now, they’re squabbling over who gets cut and who gets left alone. I say, they ALL gotta go! Because MOST, if not all, are unnecessary.

If you or I put money into a company pension fund and that company defaults on that fund leaving you with nothing then there is a problem.         DaveH that’s pretty silly. My post didn’t defend the theft of our money in any way, shape, or form.
        Once a good economy falls for free trade, privatization, and deregulation the result is hyperinflation. It happens for the same reason as we are seeing. A hard lesson learned during the great depression created banking and speculation laws that were deregulated, free trade destroyed our base, the money makers know the end is in sight and steal all they can. What they can’t outright steal or get taxpayers to cover they take through inflation.

        Richard, you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. Inflation is simply a monetary phenomenon. The Central Bank creates too much money, so there is more money chasing fewer goods, and the prices go up.
        Deregulation would lower prices, because companies wouldn’t have Government bureaucrats throwing monkey wrenches in their works, so they can produce more product, thus lower their prices.

        Inflation, including hyperinflation” is caused by one and only one thing. The mass production of whatever script is being used to represent money.

        Simple example: Some hypothetical economy, having eschewed the false promise of fiat money, use diamonds for their currency. I invent a way to turn carbon powder into carbon crystals using very little energy. I can create millions of diamonds every day. I flood the market with these diamonds cause I buy lots and lots of stuff (Kinda like the US Government does now :) )

        The law of supply/demand which affects EVERYTHING including what is used for “money” causes the value of the diamonds to fall like a rock. Pretty soon a loaf of bread which used to cost 1 piece of diamond dust now costs a whole caret diamond.

        Let us choose gold for the example since there is talk of returning to the gold standard. The value of each “gold” dollar will remain fairly stable until I find a way to transmute lead into gold (without much effort). Then hyperinflation will occur cause I would spend all that lead-now-gold to get things I want.

        Now back to the fiat dollar. The Government decides to greatly increase the (fiat) money supply. They can print this script called dollar with very little effort. They print and spend huge amounts of it. Inflation and possibly hyperinflation is the only possible result.

        The Law of Supply/Demand is as hard to avoid as is the Law of Gravity.

The government steals from the successful free market who create the most jobs and pay the most taxes already, so the gov can distribute the wealth to the ones who want a hand out and have never paid taxes; results to rob insintive and dignity from as many as they can. Then they claim that gov is the only answer, in place of God. They had to remove God and understanding of the Bible and the Constitution out of our schools in order to make that happen. And it was the little church houses where schools were first held and Bibles were the text books. Ironic, hmmmmm.

        I know of a family that the parents have had to help the son take care of his family all his life and they still are. He never is able to get food stamps because he does have a job but what he does get from the government is a refund on his taxes that he never paid in. Every dime he ever paid in taxes is given back to him plus (erned income credit ) ! How many people do you know that are getting that? I know of at least a handful right off the bat! That is one place the government could cut back. These people are getting thousands of dollars back that they never paid in and some of them are getting food stamps and medicade too. I am so sick of that program I could spit !

        I was very surprised when I first read how industrious and advanced Argentina was many generations ago, almost on a par with the USA before WWII and even in some way more advanced than Europe. In recent years many Europeans have moved to escape the growing Muslim problem in Europe that their politicians wouldn’t face because it wasn’t politically correct. Some rich Americans have moved there too. Sadly, that country is no longer as free as it once was. It was their nationalization of 401 K accounts that give the Democrats the idea of doing the same thing here and it’s why many stopped putting money into them two years ago when this first leaked out. No, it hasn’t happened yet, but remember Democrats never met a tax they didn’t like, and both Gingrich and Romney support an Obama like healthcare program that will add fuel to the fire of our collapsing economy. The Democrats and their bureaucrats in the EPA wouldn’t let us drill for our own oil in the past and they are still stalling, so $3 oil is a thing of the past. I find it hard to believe that the liberal progressives are that incredibly naive or stupid so I can only conclude that they are spiritually blinded, like those in religious cults. The ‘blind leading the blind’ as Jesus called it in his day. They aren’t necessarily evil. Some are, of course, if you consider socialism and it’s replacement of the God of the Universe with the god of government, but others are just misled. In “THE LAST DAYS OF THE LATE GREAT UNITED STATES and the Great Famine that Followed” I told of the 20,000 army troops (according to Army Times) that are being trained to quell the riots that will be the result of all this wasteful spending by congress that causes the inevitable inflation THAT IT MUST and, eventually, even food shortages! To me this proves that someone in the government knows what is going on, and everyone who reads here has seen more than enough to convince them of what they must do to survive, unless they too, are completely blinded. Sadly, even some in my own family, cannot conceive of all that is going to happen. The vast majority of Americans are not thinkers and are simply followers of the status quo. We will likely muddle through the next few years with the eventual tripling of prices but it is the time after that when WWIII really flares up and famine becomes a world wide reality that concerns me as it will someday concern all who refused to vote or do anything to prepare. By the way I’ve been told that the word survive does not exist in the Bible. Don’t know if that is absolutely true but I do know that the word prosper is commonly mentioned. It is my belief that unless we return to the spiritual values that this nation was founded upon, the values, not the various church denominations, but the Judeo-Christian values of the Bible, that this nation may not survive. In any event it will surely not prosper if we don’t. Believer’s need to pray and vote, and everyone else needs to be active politically and vote. OBAMA doesn’t have to be automatically elected in 2012. If he is then it will be because God has decided we need a lesson that we will believe and we will all be affected by it. Simply replacing him with a like minded Republican will change little. We don’t need just a Republican because McCain or Gingrich or Romney, while nice people personally, are not that different in their non-Constitutional beliefs on where the USA should go. What we need to concentrate on is replacing the congress who continually refuses to do the job we pay them to do (it is now estimated that over 50,000 non-Hispanic illegal aliens came in through our drug cartel-controlled border just last year!) and a hundred other things they are ignoring. We can replace them! Don’t give up until we change congress once again. It is less than 18 months till elections! May God help us and all who read this!

I also had one that showed a wagon drawn by two horses that was stuck in the mud and it said something about companies solution to more production.         Mike in MI – In truth, Yeshua WAS a Jew, and His words to us were that we are to “take up our cross and follow Him”. (I have always found His reference to the “cross” interesting here, as He had not yet made the “cross” significant. In early times, the cross was a reference to life, or life in the body.) His early followers were practicing Jews, as well.

        The “Jews” you refer to are the Pharasees. We have many Pharasees today, just as then, who believe in the letter of the Law but are devoid of the spirit. Do not lose sight of the fact that His early followers were Jewish, and they reached out to the Gentiles. Even today we have Messianic Jews. Beyond that, God has promised to remove the veil from the eyes of the Jewish people (the faithful ones) and bring together Jew and Gentile, creating “One New Man”.

        When the papacy was established, Christianity became something very unlike what Yeshua taught, changing Gods Laws and precepts, and Christianity today is descended from that institution devised by man for his own purposes of power and control of the masses. While there have been many devout and sincere men who have attempted to “reform” this institution, they have still based their doctrine on that of Constantine and the papacy, which was instituted for control of minds.

        There are some today claiming to be the true “remnant” of the Apostles, but I suspect that any organized group has been corrupted. I believe the true remnant are people who know Christ in their hearts, and are known only unto themselves and to God.

He was born a jew, raised a jew and practiced and followed all the holey days of obligation of the jews. He said the sanhedrin and others of the rulling parties were a brood of vipers because of the way they had corrupted the laws . He also said he did not come to change the laws but to fullfill the law. The Jews have had their problems with the father that is for sure but they still remain his chosen people. We as the believers in Christ have been adopted in to the chosen family. Why he would want us is a mystery to me but he gave us his oath and he will not go back on it. He told us those who bless Israel I will bless and those who curse Israel I will curse ! As for our judeo christian living being used as the blue print and structure of this country, it is a pretty darn good set up ! It requires us to be civilized in our dealings with each other. The problem is we have allowed too many people come into this country and try to change it !       DaveH, the Liberals on this forum thinks we have a Saint in the White House. I really believe that the government is keeping this economy propped up with borrowed money from the Chinese. When this well dries up,I think the American People will be in for a big surprise. This administration has spent around 3.7 trillion dollars in the last 2 years which I think may have kept us afloat. What happens when the Chinese cuts our supply of money. If it is going to happen I hope it happens under Obama’s administratiion s the folks will know who is responsible for this screwed up economy, and government, we currently have.

        According to Wikipedia, the Chinese hold about $1.1 Trillion of our $14+ Trillion National Debt (so about 8%). Foreigners in total hold about 32% of our debt. But the Federal Reserve and other Government agencies hold close to half of our National Debt. See here:

Take out the Fed, don’t raise the debt ceiling, curtail spending to the social programs, increase the Reagonomics of redistributing wealth from the Middle Class to the Upper wealthy classes and powerful. Fill the streets with indigent and poor, increase envy and hate horizontally in racial and ethinc bases. Lower wages and strip the working man of his freedom to barter his asset of labor and skill. If that occurs, then the article fulfills itself in prophecy. (takes away the wonder whose side the TP leadershp is on doesn’t it?).

      But as the eacked right and TP crowd are seen more and more as what they are…snake oil salesmen … the hue and cry from the back of the wagon will change. Next year or maybe sooner…the pitch will be the 20 year “gee whiz” charts selectively created showing gold and silver to have been sound investments. As people look to their “investments” and wonder why they lost out on what they are now being told was a great time in investment history for gold and silver.

      There is far more substance to the curent fad of the world ending in June 2012 as forecast by the Mayan calendar than any pitch made in the article. If you have that much of a disconnection from reality, then why bother at all? (heck, sell me your property and investments at 10 cents to the dollar and I’ll take the risk of losing it all. I’ll pay in gold and silver at that price…heck yeah!).

Our system of wages is way out of balance where some are making way to much and some don’t make enough to scrape by every week. Who’s next Los Angeles or Memphis or whoever? I see a redistribution of wealth and it’s from the top down.That is driving folks to food stamps.

Since all these private companies jumped on the bandwagon and made huge profits at the expense of the consumer then they are all guilty of theft and bribery. It became too hard to differentiate between any of them. Now remember the the CEO of United Healthcare retired 2 years ago with that 1 billion 400 million pension. To say that doesn’t effect the health of a company and what the public has to pay is more than naive. They were the main architects of high medical premiums along with Big Pharma. So you can lambast liberals all you want when the facts are 2 feet in front of your nose.

Let’s see — 7% a year means that your savings will buy half of what they could buy now in just 10 years. So even if Jovianus’s low WAG was correct, your savings would suffer tremendously.
        Now for some reality. Look at the money supply chart in this article. See where we were in 2008, and see where we are now. Bear in mind that a 100% increase in the money supply means that if the quantity of goods and services stays the same, there will be twice as many dollars chasing them, so eventually when the money comes out of hiding, your savings will buy half as much as they do now. That could be tomorrow. That could be 2 years from now. Nobody can say exactly when. But everybody who is paying attention to food and energy prices can see that it’s already starting to happen:

        It is possible that there would be the same IP address for multiple computers that are behind a router, but that would mean the posters all came from the same private network, such as a corporation, or a Government Agency.
        So what are the odds that all those Liberal Posters work at the same company, or perhaps the same college? I say college because Jeremy claims to be a student. So, even if Jovianus isn’t really Jeremy or HFlashman, it would be a good indication that they are part of a group of individuals who are purposely trying to disrupt Personal Liberty.

        If someone is clever enough and have the resources, they can fool most people or if the same computer is used by different people working together.

        Multiple computers might access the Internet though the same router, only one public address is shown on the Net. When those computers access the same website, such server knows two different ‘sources’ are connecting to it, though it doesn’t necessarily assume it’s two computers, as you could use two different web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox) on one computer to access the same website and it will be same effect as two different computers accessing the same website.

Since the latter hasn’t been around for the past few months, I’ve been considering that he took on another name. Both of them have brought up the “success” of Oregon and my mind is made up : they are one and the same.

        Over 40 million on food stamps and over 9% unemployment. I would say the author backed up his case. Also Detroit is relevant as it is the prototype of leftest policies and give away programs. Leftest policies cannot survive on produvtivity. They must borrow and print mony to survive-hence gold and silver for preservation of wealth and survival. It is not so hard to figure out unless you work for the government or receive their handouts. In those cases you do not want to figure it out.

        Anybody can do the study and see what makes sense — Keynes theory that Government can create prosperity by printing excess money, or Misean theory that every extra dollar printed makes the outstanding money worth less and does nothing to better the economy.
        To grasp the former, one has to ask himself, what is keeping every poor country from just printing extra money and buying prosperity?
        Of course, the lying Jovianus would like us to suspend all reason and accept the former, because the Political Class benefits from inflation at our expense, and Jovianus is obviously benefitting from propagandizing the ignorant people.
