Duty Calls

March 17, 2011 by

Duty Calls

As Japan faces a long, costly road to recovery, battles continue to rage across the Middle East, the American economy continues to flounder and Democrats are beginning to threaten active violence against their opponents—including death threats against Wisconsin’s governor and legislators and Tea Party leaders who have committed the unpardonable sin of standing up to the Democrat Party’s union thug accomplices.

That menu of misery ought to provide enough to keep any chief executive busy for two or even three whole days.  Certainly, one might expect an engaged President of the United States to be putting in a solid couple of hours of work per week.  There are those across the fruited plain who would certainly clear their calendar of social, mundane or just plain silly scheduling conflicts to give their full attention to matters which require intense scrutiny.

Then, there’s President Barack Obama.

During the eight years of George W Bush’s Presidency, Democrats and their flacks in the corporate media mercilessly flogged the nation’s 43rd President every time he scanned the sports section.  In fact, in August of 2005, The Washington Post devoted 16 paragraphs to the President’s vacation schedule.  According to a Democrat National Committee spokespuppet:

“The White House stonewalling operation is moving to Crawford for the dog days of summer, but they can’t hide from the legitimate questions dogging the president…”

Evidently, brush-clearing in Crawford is nowhere near as worthwhile an endeavor as working out your NCAA hoops brackets for ESPN, hitting the links (for the 61st time) and getting your crunk on with your homeboys at the Gridiron Club.

It used to bother me when Bush would take extended vacations.  I knew that despite Democrat-authored complaints about his lack of connection to his duties and his constituency, he remained very much in command.  But his remoteness seemed a bit on the cavalier side.  It’s all about the appearances, kids.  And given the fact that above-cited Washington Post story was hardly unique in its scope, Bush’s summer sojourns clearly bothered the hell out of the Democrats.

Oddly, I have yet to hear a peep from the corporate media carnival about Obama’s oddly high number of non-natural disaster, economic collapse or Democrat sympathizer-issued death threat-related activities.  But they covered his congratulations to the 2010 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks.  (As a Rangers fan, I say “boo.”)

Before those of you who list too far to port start emailing my address to the SEIU’s Department of Leg-Breaking, hear me out.  I love the idea of a thoroughly detached Obama.

Play 36 instead of 18, Mr. President.  Don’t just wear the Blackhawks’ jersey with “Da Prez” emblazoned on the back—head out with the boys for their next road trip.  After you finish making out your brackets for ESPN, stick around and anchor SportsCenter for a while—you’re already familiar with the teleprompter.  Spend the rest of the week partying with your sycophant liberal “journalists” at the Gridiron Club.

The disaster in Japan, the roaring fires in the Middle East and the economic morass at home are serious business; to be dealt with by serious people.  While some of my conservative friends might suggest Obama’s soft-shoe of a schedule distracts him from serious Presidential obligations, I’d like to point out that distracting Barack Obama from serious Presidential obligations is like distracting your toddler from the power tools in the garage.

Obama has hemmed and hawed on Libya.  He’s been a ghost in recent Capitol Hill discussions regarding the economy.  And he was so dismayed by the almost cosmic-scale disaster in Japan that he… hit the links, partied with his yes-men and chose between Gonzaga and St. John’s.

And that is all fine by me.  I’d rather have an absent President than a present imbecile.  Suggesting that Barack Obama is out of his depth is like noting that Rahm Emanuel is a little bit on the creepy-looking side.  Party on, Mr. President; and don’t forget about that enormously important White House conference on bullying.  Oh, right—that was last week.

This week is his big trip to Brazil.  Play to your strengths, Mr. President.

Time: You called Edward clueless and then you go on to explain how clueless you are.I worked for a major corporation and hold shares in the company.Stockholders and employees don’t make any corporate decisions other than voting for board members at times. The reason you never heard about the Koch brothers is they didn’t want their name to be known as the corporate backers of Rove and the tea Party express. Also the Name Koch was only familiar to prisoners at Buchenwald where Karl Otto Koch( the grandaddy of the Koch brothers)was the camp kommandant and his wife was a guard that was arrested by the US and tried for mutilating prisoners and making lamp shades out of their skin. She woul especially pick out the prisoners with tattoos for her lamp shades. If my name was Koch I wouldn’t want it exposed either.

    • Patty

Jopa, he was shot by Germans and this is the party he joined:
Koch joined the National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP) in 1930. Later he became a member of the Schutz Staffeinel (SS). In 1934, Koch became a senior official in Lichtenburg Concentration Camp. Two years later he became the commandant of Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. He was a socialist, just like you are.
      http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/biography/KKoch.html
He was never in the US.

      • JeffH

Darn it Patty, why did you spoil all of the fun?

      • patty

Sorry Jeff, I think irritating them with facts is kinda fun. They are just so brain dead.

      • Eddie47d

Thanks Patty; Good information on the Koch family. That link is a gem! I’m not surprised to see that they were Right Wing Nazi collaborating bastards. They have Soros beat by a mile. Actually several miles!Looks like they were in bed with the whole Empire and even then they weren’t satisfied. That puts them at the top of the capitalist blood sucking heap.

    • Patty

Also, that party came to power because of all the promises of free healthcare, education, retirement, etc. etc. Entitlements. Do you really want this country to follow in the path of the Nazi’s?

      • JC

Which is exactly what is happening….with malls!

      • JeffH

It’s nice to know that 2+2=4…good job Patty.

    • Bob

And you hold the brothers accountable for the sins of their granfather? Sorry, that dog doesn’t hunt. What are the current “sins” of the Koch brothers? Do you hate them because they support those who want to bring America back to fiscal sanity? Do hate them for being productive? If so, you should support them because lieberals must have someone on whom to feed and you can’t feed off of union leeches and welfare cheats because they produce nothing for anyone else.

      • Patty

Just inundate Jopa and Eddie with facts. It shuts them up. They don’t contradict my posts.

      • Bob

I am surprised that they don’t deny that Hitler was a brother socialist, lieberals hate it when someone points out that Hitler was one of their own. Actually, all the genocidal maniacs of the last century were lieberals.

      • vicki

They will from time to time try to claim that the socialists in the German workers party tried to oust Hitler. So we just post some history and they become quiet on the subject for a while.

      • Eddie47d

Not hardly! The truth will set you free Vickie but I see you have also joined the right wing circus. Your tired old arguments about the Nazi’s won’t cut it. You must be a Glenn Beck fan. The master of disinformation on Nazi comparisons who is slipping everyone his poisonous pill. I’m not going to explain your last comment to you because you have heard it before. Apparently you want to remain ignorant on the subject. Are you Bozo or Clarabelle?

      • Bear

Look out folks, Eddie is on the attack again. I’ve noticed how every time you are hit with cold, hard facts, eddie, you go on the attack. That’s because the truth that will set you free, as you so eloquently put it, confronts you with what you can not refute. You and your liberal brothers can not survive on entitlements once we take them all away, and WE WILL! People must be productive to exist within a productive society. Otherwise, it is NOT a productive society and it will collapse once all of the wealth of the productive individuals have been consumed by the non-productive entitlists, which I am now sure you are.

      • JeffH

Bear, you are correct. eddies attacks are predicated on emotion and denial. He rides through the comments like Sir Lancelot and responds like the Court Jester. His aggresive nature is probably the result of a deep subconcious feeling of guilt and his unreasonable rants clearly display a deep denial.

      • Eddie47d

Jeff; Now that is some really good psychobabble! Back on the drugs again?

      • Eddie47d

Bear; More ASSUMPTIONS from the right and Jeff didn’t even catch it.Opps! The right can make ASSumptions.

      • JeffH

“The deepest honesty is found in people willing to admit to their lies, or their barely resisted temptations, and own the consequences. Not the pretense of the saints, who pretend, incomprehensibly, inhumanly, to never even have those urges at all.”
        Scott Berkun

      • http://?? Joe H.

        JeffH,
Nah it’s just that his mummy didn’t love him enough!!! He was so ugly and disagreeable that they had to tie a burger around his neck to get the dog to play with him!!
Oh and eddie? It’s OOPS!!! not OPPS

      • patty

I thought it was a pokchop? Oh no, that was what they did to his sister to get her a date. Your probably right.

  • Bob

Eddie47d: “You are so clueless and nasty on top of that.” I have worked in highway construction with union parasites for over 40 years. I forgot more about unions than a bozo like you ever knew. The nasty one is the one who lies every time he posts and that is you and the other lieberals and union bloodsuckers.

    • Bear

Me thinks you hit the nail directly upon it’s crown. After looking over most of his posts, I have this conclusion. This Eddie47d isn’t really clueless. I think he knows exactly what he is doing. He likes to stir things up and will do whatever he can to get people at each other throats. He is the scum at the bottom of the fish bowl. He is the one that would take advantage of a crisis and use it do dilute individual liberties. He is not worth our time. Have a great Bob. :)

      • Bear

oops, That should have been, Have a great DAY Bob. :)

      • Bob

        You too bear.

      • Bob

Yes, lieberals are like a monkey we used to watch at the zoo. He would play with himself, throw his feces at people, show his butt to everyone and try to urinate on them. He never was smart enough to actually hit anyone with his filth and people always went to see him to get a laugh and to gross out their friends who had never seen the monkey. Eddy47d and his lieberal, union leech friends remind me a whole lot of that monkey. Have a good day.

      • JC

Interesting analogy…unions…troop of apes. I see what you mean.

      • Eddie47d

Bob and JC ;the Goebbels brothers, propaganda ministers!

      • JC

Oooh! Sorry eddie, did I hit a nerve?
Now just you take a deep breath, pour a nice glass of Kool-Aid and set yourself down in front of the TV and get some CNN programming.
You’ll be right as rain in no time.

      • Eddie47d

JC, I have Planet of the Apes on right now and I can see you waving!

      • JC

Well don’t choke on your banana. ;)

      • Patty

JC-You look like Charlton Heston? Young version, right? COOL!

      • Jay

Bob, JC, and Eddie, that was one of the funniest exchanges i’ve heard in a long time. Thanks for making my night! lol

      • http://?? Joe H.

        eddie,
I read all of your acid speech about Wisconsin, did you go and protest or did you just sit in your lazyboy and bitch??? you say this means so much to you, DID YOU GO????

      • JeffH

Everyone, I’ve just been having a ball following the bouncing ball.
Remember the iconic words of Forrest Gump! Life is like a box of chocolates. . . FULL OF NUTS.

      • JC

From my cold dead hands Patty! LOL

      • Eddie47d

No Joe, but I did go to the local protest in support of the Wisconsin workers.

      • Patty

Eddie, is that because your Prius wouldn’t make it more than 40 miles without a charge? Or was it your gov’t. paid for mode of transportation from the Scooter Store isn’t allowed on highways?

      • http://?? Joe H.

        eddie,
The reason I sak is this. do you remember the Flight of Eagles in DC?? Do you remember that FUFonda was going to be there and gather some people there to demonstrate against it?? It meant enough to me that I took a few days off from work to BE THERE!! I was one of the guys that stopped the azzholes like you that wanted to defile the memory!!! If it means so much to you, you GO THERE TO LET THE PEOPLE KNOW!!!

      • Jay

        Still laughing!

      • Carlucci

        Me too !

      • Bear

Eddie47d, I hear your sister was an only child.

      • Patty

Bear – He is the result of a botched abortion attempt. Geez, I am being mean today. Must be because I had my taxes done yesterday.

      • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

Bear, exactly the reason I always post and write to eddie69d, 69 get it, and follow up with ” now eddie69d why don’t you be polite and go (offensive word removed) yourself where ever it fits your como se llama.

      • bob wire

        “Bob says:

Yes, lieberals are like a monkey we used to watch at the zoo. He would play with himself, throw his feces at people, show his butt to everyone and try to urinate on them. ”

It’s “liberals”, and if that is your “experience”, I’d say you came from a depraved neighborhood and more a victim of who you have been associating with and where you elected to stand. South Carolina?

You sound like a man who’s professional career might have been full of lackluster and disappointment. “They wouldn’t do what I said!”

I’m not surprised. You should have taken some management course Bob.

It’s amazing what an education can do for a person, their outlook and well being.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        bob,
this is one time you shouldn’t be so quick to correct!! take lie and combine it with liberal =LIEBERALS!!!!

      • usmadgirl

        Joe H.

        Even I knew THAT & I’m a Southern blond!

      • Eddie47d

Joe; Take CON and put it with CONservative! LOL

      • bob wire

I fail to agree with you on that Joe.

  • http://com i41

What should anyone expect from a crossbred muuslim marxist, who had a sheik sugar daddy to foot all of his costs and bills. This crossbred has never had his mind on problems in the USA. He gives speaches off of a telepromotor written by somebody else, has czars that ae radical marxist/communist pukes, cann’t make a decision quickly, no matter how ergent one is needed, too much book trained BS and no practical experience at even running a lemonade stand. Never has had a real job, just theorize and f–k off playing golf or the jb favorite, pounding pumkins and planning the next drug deal or theivery scam.

  • Deanna

Thank you! I laughed out loud when you said, “Distracting Barack Obama from serious Presidential obligations is like distracting your toddler from the power tools in the garage.” Wonderfully put, and I couldn’t agree more!

  • bobfromct

Thanks for the perspective. After thinking about it, it makes a lot of sense. If he’s playing golf he can’t be damaging the country any further. And we have learned a long time ago never to expect the msm to say anything highly critical of any democrat. Deep down they know the man is significantly flawed psychologically. Not good for blacks. Let’s get Herman Cain or Alan West in the WH or at least in a major role of leadership.

  • 45caliber

I’ve got to agree with Ben on this one.

I used to have a boss who refused to make any decisions. He told me once, “If you wait long enough the problem will go away.”

He was right. It would go away because someone else would make the decision. If it was right, he would take credit. If it was wrong, you would get the blame.

    Oblama does the same thing.

    • raw livic

First off we have an idiot for president that could not stick his finger up his own rear without a funnel..Dont trust the Clown or drink his Kool Aid

      • bob wire

That you might think such things is more of a reflection on you then him.

and yes 45, Management has a much to do with timing as well as action. You can’t be too quick or slow too react.

“O” timing has worried me on several occasions, but he always pulled it off. I wait and wait, thinking he needs to act and when it seems almost too late, he acts. He was guilty of worrying me often during his campaigning in much the same way.

I’ve come to accepted that his timing is better then mine at this point.

For example, it is now, only this evening the US is sending charter planes to extract Americans for Japan. I see this as the 12th hour of the 12th day to get our people out. ~ Done any sooner would have created panic and cast the Japanese government in a bad light and heaven knows , they got enough problems on their hands.

For example, The UN only this day has committed to enforcing a “no fly zone” over Libya. As loyal governments forces plan to launch an attack against rebels last strong hold, claiming no one shall be shown no quarter,no mercy.

“O” has done everything he could to prevent US forces from caring out someone else garbage (again), let Arab’s have a “vested interest” in any out come. The French like Libya’s special brand of light crude and buy a lot of it, let them lead the way.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        bob,
so if some of those Americans were needlessly exposed to radiation and get sick, that makes it somehow ok?? that’s right, at least the Japanese leaders didn’t get shown in a bad light!!! Boy, I’m sure THAT didn’t happen!!!

      • bob wire

no Joe! it’s not okay ~ but it is not a perfect world and not within anyone’s power to make it so.

That a building might be on fire does not mean one should race through the building shouting FIRE! FIRE!

        You know that Joe.

      • http://?? Joe H.

but if that self same building IS on fire you don’t wait to consider the consequences of yelling fire! before you do!!

  • Bitter Libertarian

Who was the Emperor who played a fiddle while Rome burned?

We are facing a serious problem, not too many flames yet, but difficult times are coming..much more difficult then we currently have.

I’m not a fan of Obama, but then I’m not much a fan of any president since Kennedy..LOL They are all guilty.

Solution? Be ready, be awake and if you have to leave to save your life, DO NOT HESITATE or LOOK BACK.

    Till then enjoy the show!

    • JIBBS

      Nero, played that fiddle.

      • raw livic

The Devil played the fiddle on top of a Hickory stump..Obama did nothing–imagine that.

  • raw livic

Remember this is the President that hired 1,600 workers after the Gulf Oil Disaster that there job was to sniff Shrimp and other seafood to determine if it was edible after spending 90 day’s swiming in Toxic Gumbo. And guess what? it was all good….Dont drink the Clowns Kool Aid

  • oldtimeyman

I guess Ovomit’s actions prove one doesn’t have to work full-time to be a competant dictator.

  • bob wire

What ever? I thought we wasn’t suppose to talk about Bush?

    • Vicki

talking about Bush is ok. Blaming Bush for Obamas problems is what we object to.

      • bob wire

Oh! I see! and we can credit Bush for what “didn’t happen” and blame “O” for what “did”! Clever! This is the kind of people I’d like to have on “MY” side!

  • JUKEBOX

I believe that this MAN/Child would be out playing golf, schmoozing with a group of pro athletes or other celebrities, or going on a foreign vacation if Washington was under a full attack by one of our enemies. I used to think Bill Clinton was a fraud when he bit his lip, but he was showing some emotion. The marionette we have sitting in the Oval Office today shows very little emotion or leadership, no matter the seriousness of the situation. It would be wonderful if he finally admitted that this job is “Beyond His Pay grade”, and tendered his immediate resignation. Joe Plugs couldn’t be any worse.

  • raw livic

The Clown is up to his usual prepairing more Kool Aid for the infidels to drink. The Prince of the Muslim Brotherhood cares less about AMERICA..

hey Karolyn Obummer IS A BUM!!!>

    • JIBBS

      LOL, buck ofama

      • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

JIBBS, don’t forget Nichelle O is the Big Bucker, what a ride that has to be.

      • Karolyn

You know, WIA, everything you have to say is offensive. Don’t you have anything intelligent to say?

      • bob wire

Karolyn, They must be coming up with there own kind of gibberish, like some hood subculture. ~

You are “kool” if you understand and considered one of the gang.

      • JeffH

bob “They must be coming up with there own kind of gibberish” OK! Seems you should be an expert at gibberish! LOL!

      • DaveH

        He’s obtuse, Jeff.

      • JeffH

        DaveH, gotcha!

      • Eddie47d

There goes Jeff again agreeing with nasty comments from the right. (It was about Michelle’s posterior) Opps! I forgot you love making fun of her too! Oh Well it must be open season for idiots! Yes Jeff we get it!

      • JC

Lonely in your twisted little world isn’t it eddie?
Why don’t you get behind the Constitution and join the patriots?
It seems a much more American thing to do than costantly endorsing anti-American communist doctrine using childish retorts that you can’t possibly back up with anything real….
        Pathetic really.

      • bob wire

Well Eddie, it’s a standard practice for the uninspired to attempt to elevate themselves at the expense of others with attempts to debase and demonize with trite character assassination, stereotyping and sweeping generalization.

It’s simple! it’s the “easiest” thing at their disposal, requiring “NO” effort while they like to call me abstruse! Haha! ~ It a reflection on those that resort to such practice and any mature, halfway intelligent person sees it for what it is, as a boom-o-rang, “return to sender”. One is left to consider the source and enjoy a good chuckle at their feebleness of mind and childish behavior.

I invite them to meet me on a playing field of factual reason any day. I don’t believe they can go toe to toe with me with anything of political substance without resorting back to their old childish ways.

      • JeffH

bob just described eddies whole persona in your first paragraph. Nice that someone like yourself would jump to eddie’s defense, if for no other than pity. And yes bob, you can be very abstruse at times. Like all of us bob, you can believe what you want but that doesn’t mean everybody else is wrong or ill informed. Your continuous backdoor jabs don’t go un-noticed but don’t always require a response…especially any type of emtional response like the liberals and progressive have a tendancy t do. As for debate, the time for debating the liberals and progressives is long gone. I’ve found it much more rewarding to just provide factual info and pass it on, then wait for the cat calls or complete silence.

  • Mike H

The person who made this statement is so full of Crap. Why bother to say anything.

  • Warrior

    Ben,

You obviously can’t appreciate how much effort is put into having to go on TV every 2-3 weeks to tell the young people everywhere to rise up!

    • JeffH

…every 2-3 weeks? How ’bout every other day! LOL!

  • Jack Taylor

I agree. The more he stays away from the daily grind, the better off we will be. This “usurper” is not even a good “faux” president.

  • Bear

    Karolyn,
Why so defensive? You think everyone should have a little time for themselves? I believe the hundreds of thousands of slave workers in africas diamond mines would agree with you. Oh, excuse me, I might be getting a bit distracted. We were talking about the President of the United States of America. True, it is not his job nor his responsibility to over react to every world wide situation or crisis and after all, we have Amrican Idol who is going to help Japan. Someone has to! How about you running out and buying a Toyota, Honda or a Nissan? I’ll see what I can do to make sure our National leader continues to duck responsibility.

    • karolyn

I’m not being defensive. As a matter of fact, right now, today, I could care less. Maybe we should all take some time off from bitching and complaining. Gee, isn’t that a novel idea? If every person who bitched and complained all stopped for one day, WOW, what a day it would be! Such peace would come over the whole world! I will continue in my campaign to be AGAINST NOTHING, but FOR those things I am for.

      • Carlucci

Ok. Good idea. Don’t forget to enjoy some green beer today – !

      • Bear

Good enough! I’ll try to express my feelings without displaying too much of my pride for America and the wonderful, hard working people who pay the bills and my personal disdain for its irresponsible, moronic leadership.

      • Eddie47d

Oh Yes Bear you have so much pride in the hard working Americans. It makes my heart leap with joy!! Don’t let that pride interfere with your bashing of workers in Wisconsin and encouraging those who call them commie parasites. Go defend your corporate crooks why the American workers pay check/job is being decimated. I can feel the rising pride of siding with the banksters who screw the average struggling American. Crank up the victory parade and see who shows up.

      • Bob

Union members are not workers, they are parasites who are dragging America down. The only hope is that they all starve once they have killed all the hosts and that something good can rise from the rubble.

      • Eddie47d

You are so clueless and nasty on top of that. Tell us what your job is so we can compare the real facts.

      • Bear

Dear Eddie47d umb azz. My communication was meant for Karolyn, not you, and your response was typical of your awkward frontal attack on anything you think you understand but don’t. My words about my pride in Americas working people meant those who actually get out of bed and contribute to the gross national product and my words about our leadership means those in positions of responsibility who shirk their duty, like those Democrat Senators who fled their state to avoid doing their job. NOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND???? Know what you are saying before you spew out more evidence of your stupidity.

      • Patty

Eddie, they are not American workers. They are gov’t. workers. The difference is that American workers produce something, gov’t. workers think they are entitled to something and produce very little for what they are paid. I will tell you what I do, I run an accounting business that I started 20 years ago. How many payrolls have you met? Better yet, how many payrolls have you skipped so that your employees benefits and wages were paid. I bet zero.

      • Vicki

        Bob says:
“Union members are not workers, they are parasites who are dragging America down.”

Well. Not exactly. In states where you HAVE to be in a union to hold a job the more accurate description would be “SLAVE” or indentured servant.

Even in right to work states where the dues collected from the members is used for political pandering the members are little more than slaves.

The parasites are the Union Bosses and the Unions themselves. Had the workers only known they could have done all that unions supposedly accomplished by themselves.

Unions did 2 things wrong. They started collecting money from their members. They indulged in violence. From that moment they became parasites.

      • Eddie47d

You commented after Carlucci so get a grip Bear and yes I was responding to your comment. You are being overly defensive after writing a cocky comment to Karolyn.

      • http://deleted Claire

Bob– Don’t call all union members parasites. My son belongs to a union, and he sure as hell is no parasite. He works hard for his living.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Claire,
then with ALL due respect to you and your son, he darn sure doesn’t work for VA!!!

      • Patty

        Music please: Kumbaya….
Can’t we all just be friends? Sure I can. Just stop trying to control others lives by mandate and taking people’s rights away to give them to others.

      • Eddie47d

Patty; How cute! How about Walkers mandate to take away from the Wisc. workers to feed the Koch Empire? Don’t you think those brothers are wealthy enough without taking from a legitimate contract. Taking away from someone to enhance your own riches. Hummm! Budget problems? Yes! Yet I still can’t see through all the smoke and lies!

      • Bob

No worse than stealing from the taxpayers to build the Sorass and Gorewhore empires.

      • Carlucci

OMG – Eddie!! Is it that time of the month? Lighten up – ! Have a Coke and a smile, or some green beer should do the trick.

        Erin go bragh!!

      • Patty

Oh, that is a laugh. Legitimate contract means that the people who accepted it agreed with it. Guess the tax payers in WI no longer agree, not that they were EVER asked. Just like Nobama care it was shoved down their throats on the guilt trip of “it is for the kids”. The silent majority has had enough and we are pushing back. Cry all you want, this is just the beginning. They read the fine print and the balloon interest payment is way too high. You want socialism, move to a socialist country, WE are taking this one back.

      • Vicki

        Eddie47d says:
“How about Walkers mandate to take away from the Wisc. workers to feed the Koch Empire?”

Take away what from Wisc workers? I am presuming you mean money. Since that money belonged to taxpayers and not the Koch Empire I do not see your point.

      • Eddie47d

You wouldn’t Vickie. Koch has many interests in Wisconsin so by giving Walker money and a heads up on going after union workers he’ll put more money in his coffers. It is funny how those wealthy will spend millions to receive more millions. What a hoot!

      • Eddie47d

Dear Patty ,responding in anger instead of a level head again? A contract is a deal between more than one party. It could be written or a handshake. Contracts have dates on them and the agreement has been made. If you to change that contract wait until the appropriate date. With union contracts they are usually every 3 years. Should I call you a Fascist for ripping a legitimate contract up just because you are angry? Is that the way you do business? Agree to something and then change the rules to benefit yourself. Most companies wouldn’t survive if they advertised a $99.00 item and then charged the customer $ 120.00. If that company can no longer sell that item for the lesser price they will raise the price in the next ad. When the next contract is up for those workers in Wisc. that would be the time to insist in cuts and explain it to the citizens. This is what has to be done for the survival of our State and this is what I want. That would be honest and easy and he didn’t do that.

      • Patty

Many contracts have laready expired since 2009. So they have been working without one. http://host.madison.com/wsj/news/local/govt-and-politics/article_6ec61ea6-4b74-11e0-976e-001cc4c002e0.html

        Eddie47d says:
“You wouldn’t Vickie. Koch has many interests in Wisconsin so by giving Walker money and a heads up on going after union workers he’ll put more money in his coffers.”

That explains why I don’t see your point. You don’t have one. The money in Kochs coffers BELONGS there. It is not that he’ll put money there it is he will KEEP his money there instead of having it stolen by big government tax and spend democrats. The bottom line for Koch is that they get to keep more of the money THEY EARNED.

OH and of those workers don’t like what the employer (Taxpayers) is paying they are free to go work somewhere else. Assuming there isn’t a union there to force them to join just to work of course.

      • bob wire

        “Sorass and Gorewhore empires.”

Hmm? what in the world is that?

      • Eddie47d

More of the right wing circus.

  • Hal Blanthorn

What ever gave anyone the idea that Mr Obama had the actual ability to lead America? Certainly, nothing in his experience. He is nothing but a front-man for a group of very insidious, and very corrupt ‘behind the scenes’ powers. Very much the poster child for communist/socialistic change.

    • usmadgirl

      Hal,

You are so right! But this has been the plan for him for God only knows how long. Like someone above mentioned, all he has to do is read the tele-prompter. They tell him what to say about everything. That’s why he stammers & stutters when he has to speak off the cuff because “he’s not a REAL boy”! He’s just the puppet with probably 50 people pulling the strings!

  • bob

He should hae never been elected in the first place. He did not and does not have the experience to hold that job. But the press had him elected two years before the election was held. I didn’t buy into the bs he was slinging on the campaign trail. For those who di vote for him, i hope you very happy with what he has donewhich is nothing!

    • Don

I disagree with that Bob, he has done plenty and none of it good.

    • usmadgirl

      Bob,

I know what you meant, but I disagree with O’Dumbo doing nothing. He’s done a multitude of things. He & the string pullers have managed to destroy in 2 years what we & our forefathers spent over 200 years to build. Makes me sad, disgusted & “un-Christian-like” angry.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        USmadgirl,
I think even God would understand your getting upset once in awhile. After all, even he got mad a couple of times and he has the patience thing all sewn up!! If he didn’t, we all wouldn’t be still here!!

      • usmadgirl

        Hey Joe H.

The problem isn’t my getting upset every now & then. Tinwarble & I work from home 95% of the time; so we have Fox News on unless the few shows we can stand to watch are on at night; so I’m screaming at the progressive Dumbocrap idiots ALL DAY & MOST OF THE NIGHT! Sometimes we just have to put a movie on to get away from it all, BUT I don’t want to bury my head in the sand like our goofy neighbors. I want to be aware of what’s going on, but I can’t stand knowing either!

I can’t believe O’Dicktater just thinks he can bypass Congress on EVERYTHING & give his Executive Orders like gun bans & gun control. We’re ALLOWING a man that most likely isn’t even qualified to be president to just plain & simply RUIN us. Voting in the Republican majority to the House was only a drop in the bucket to what we needed to reverse this fiasco.

This administration has just made me a person that I don’t want to be. I used to be happy all the time & love & care about everybody! Now, I’m just pissed off & want to be as far away from people as I can…especially progressives.

      • karolyn

USMADGIRL – Souns like you have a real problem if you can’t live your life without allowing others to affect it so much.

      • usmadgirl

        Karolyn,

I don’t remember tugging your chain! I was writing to my friend Joe H.

I’m not the one who has a problem! If you don’t feel the way I do or aren’t affected by where we’re headed or by those taking us down the path of collapse then you have no clue what’s happening to our country or just don’t give a rosy red rat’s @$$. I’ve become accustomed to Liberty, not Tyranny. I love the constitution, & our capitalist Republic & hate watching it INTENTIONALLY being shoved down the toilet & turned into a third world country by a handful of radical, left over hippie, drug-induced-brain-damaged, criminal leaders who have no idea what the results of their “Global Social Justice” & NWO will look like anymore than we do. It’s all about their GREED, POWER & CONTROL!

All my life, I trusted my government to do the right thing…even the Dumbocraps in office. The previous administrations have made mistakes, but this administration has done irreparable damage & should be tried for treason. I will once again give the definition of treason:

        trea•son – noun
        1. the offense of acting to overthrow one’s government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
        2. a violation of allegiance to one’s sovereign or to one’s state.
3 the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

You & people like you are the very reason for my attitude change for mankind (“manevil”) with your ignorance of what’s truly going on in the world around you. Those who voted for the very ones who are hell bent on “transforming” our great country into something NONE of us are going to like HAVE affected my life. My only consolation is that even the ones who voted these Communists into office are going to be suffering the consequences right along with those of us who DIDN’T vote for them.

You rarely have anything significant to say. All you do is make irritating comments to annoy people. Now go back to your “land of OZ” & leave me alone.

      • karolyn

God doesn’t get mad! the Bible lies!

      • Kate8

karolyn – And thou hast made another proclamation about God, eh?

God, indeed, has His Wrath. It’s called KHARMA. It’s HIS LAW. And it’s unfailing.

Just watch what’s about to happen.

  • karolyn

Speaking of creepy-looking, have you looked in the mirror lately?

  • karolyn

So what would you have him do about Japan? He is not superman. He has told the Japanese govt. that we will do all we can. He has people to handle that. He has a Secretary of State; he has other Department Heads to handle things. Do you really think he is not constantly plugged in? I was never one to disparage a President for taking vacations. Life is short. I don’t care who you are, everyone needs to take time for himself. It’s not like they ever totally disconnect. And why does Personal Liberty think it is fitting to have two articles about he President’s being absent from his job when there are so many other things to write about?

    • http://www.wewanttotakeamericaback.com DavidF

Poor karolyn – she just doesn’t get it. I do agree with her though – Obama needs to take more vacations. “I’d like to point out that distracting Barack Obama from serious Presidential obligations is like distracting your toddler from the power tools in the garage.” Go Ben

      • Carlucci

Karolyn doesn’t get it. She seldom ever gets it, because she’s one of this blog’s lovable lunkheads from the looney left. But, hey – it’s an open forum and our resident libtards keep things stirred up.

Hope everyone will take some time off today and go drink some green beer.

Happy St. Patty’s Day, everyone – ! Erin go bragh and kiss the Blarney Stone!!

      • Eddie47d

Maybe Carlucci is the one who doesn’t get it? It’s funny how no one wants George Bush’s name brought up. The horror of it all! Yet that is exactly what Ben Crystal did and in another childish article. Bush chose to take a full month at his ranch in Crawford and while world events were happening every day. Was he a buffoon for doing that? Were government duties still performed? Now you all get your knickers in a bunch because Obama played a game of hoops. How long did that take? Maybe 1 hour and maybe 1/2 hour for clean up. I think some of you bloggers need to get out and play golf or a game of hoops to distress. You have become trivial and a little bonkers. Get out and take in some fresh air so you can clear the fog that you can’t seem to shake loose.

      • Carlucci

Eddie47d – What do you mean I don’t “get it”? Who gives a rat’s patootie about Bush? I don’t. Never liked the man or his dad, either.
And I don’t recall ever saying that I did. I don’t like or trust any politico from either party because I am a Libertarian. I think I’ve only said that on this blog about one hundred times. Where have you been?

      • bobfromct

Eddie you fool- Why do you ignore the fact that he has played 61 rounds of golf (to date)? 17% of the population hasn’t got a job and he’s filling out NCAA brackets on TV? Isn’t it clear to you that this guy is enjoying himself big time at our expense? Bush is history, forget about it. You bring him up as a weak defense of what you know is Obama’s pathetic job performance and because you know it will rile some posters here. Really wish you would go away as you bring nothing to this table other than proving to conservatives here that the left is rife with fools.

      • Eddie47d

Bobfromat; It was Ben who brought up Bush- Get it! He was making the comparison so apparently he isn’t old news.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Carlucci,
Here we have more unrest and fighting in the world than we have had in 40 years and where does nobummer go?? Playing!!! golf, basketball and probably playing at something else!!!

      • karolyn

Carlucci – I don’t mind the “lovable” part, but the “Lunkhead” I could do without! :-) Hey, I say the same about most of you guys – “You just don’t get it.”

      • Carlucci

Ok. “Lunkhead” is more of a term of endearment in my family. When I was growing up, sometimes my dad used to call my sisters and our friends “lunkheads”,”chuckleheads”, or “knuckleheads”. I’m not trying to be mean or rude when I say it, so please don’t take it that way.
I look forward to, and enjoy reading what everyone has to say on this blog, even though I don’t agree with some of the opinions and ideas.

      • Karolyn

        No offense taken, Carlucci! :-)

      • JeffH

        ROFLMAO!

E says “Maybe Carlucci is the one who doesn’t get it? It’s funny how no one wants George Bush’s name brought up.”

        Now that’s funny…still LMAO!

    • s c

K, you missed the point. Both you and der Obummer are not grounded in reality. In Obummer’s case, it’s worse. He surrounds himself with losers, sociopaths, wannabe criminals and pathetic souls who haven’t a clue and dont want one, and yet he’s supposedly got what it takes to get results on any given topic.
He’s doing the same thing that you’d gleefully accuse GB of doing via Katrina. Should he go to Japan? Yes. Can he find his way there? Not unless the military does it for him.
Will he know what to say? I doubt it. Your White House god, on his BEST day, is a self-made poser, k. He’s hot stuff in that Big Tent, but when it comes to reality and the real world, he’s out of his element.
He’s a liability because fantasy and reality CAN’T co-exist in the same place at the same time. I’m tempted to bring up the idea of putting lipstick on a pig, but I won’t. Maybe it’s more like doling out integrity to an overpaid, under-worked lobbyist.

      • Eddie47d

Poor SC; Did you fall out of bed today? Why would Obama or anyone else take a trip to Japan or any other hot zone. Why don’t you take a vacation in Chernobyl and tell us how swell it was. If he did fly to Japan you would have been the first to accuse him of a publicity stunt and wasting taxpayer money on fuel and military personel. You always want to be the bridesmaid who catches the bouquet but keep coming out the lonely flower girl (hypocrite).

      • JIBBS

      • Eddie47d

        I was right on target!

      • JC

You may be right eddie…Obama should just go to Kenya, and visit his family.

      • Kate8

s c – With Obama’s total lack of experience (or any kind of background that would qualify him for world leader), I’m sure he was told by those putting him there that he needn’t worry his empty little head about making tough decisions. All he has to do is read well.

He just parties and plays until they call him up for a photo-op press conference to deliver a prepared message from the PTB. They don’t take vacations, because manipulating world events IS their entertainment.

      • JeffH

K8, one of Alinsky’s shortfalls was that he could teach a person to be a top notch Marxist community organizer, he just couldn’t teach them how to lead…with anything more than a staff and a flute.

      • Eddie47d

That’s is all our early Patriot’s had.

      • Kate8

I don’t think so, eddie. In those days men were still men.

They won this country the old-fashioned way: by defending their new nation with everything they had (and they all carried firearms), right down to their last breath.

    • Patty

      Karolyn,
Obama knows the names of the coaches of the NCAA better than his own cabinet of which he has not met with several of them since his presidency started.
      http://michellemalkin.com/2011/01/25/obama-cabinet/
He is a total disgrace. And why are you attacking people personally? Grow up a little bit yourself. Look in a mirror? How 9 year oldish is that? People like you make comments like that because you have already lost the argument based on facts.

    • Patty

A Secretary of State who just announced, she won’t be any part of a Nobama administration after this term. Even like minded people can’t stand him.

One of their many industries is pollution control. http://www.kochind.com/IndustryAreas/process.aspx
Why are you so based on name calling? Because you really don’t have a base to argue from. Death party? It is the liberals who want to keep late term abortions. Personally, if they think like you, they should keep it. Abort your voter base. See if I care. The only tradgey that happened in WI is the leadership that kicked the can down the road for the past 30 years until it ran out of road. I am not a big corporate backer. That is why I have a small business. But the fact that you think the democrats are not in the pocket of big business is just ridiculous. What, you don’t think that the unions aren’t big business?? http://forum.slowtwitch.com/forum/Slowtwitch_Forums_C1/Lavender_Room_F4/Unions_are_BIG_Business_P3246172/

    • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

karolyn, the reason your Big O is not taking swift action to aid the Japanese People is because they are not African, Haitians, Africans or Muslims Brotherhood and they are not from Chicago, I just wonder how you Blacks/ Negroes, African-Americans or what ever else you want to label yourselves as, can live here in our Republic and yet not see your acknowledge BIGOTRY.

  • Donald

Crystal took more timer to write his column than it took Obama to fill out his NCAA brackets

    • karolyn

So what’s that supposed to mean???

      • lkar

Could be that Donald had better picks for his brackets and thinks the president scamped and zipped all the #1 seeds to the final four. That seems like an easy pick without much thought. Oh, wait, that is business as usual for this administration.

  • skippy

I am so ready for him to get a new job. Please America, get this guy out in 2012!!!

    • wandamurline

The POTUS is going to Brazil to see how they are spending 8 billion of our tax dollars on offshore drilling so they can sell the oil to China when they finish. Of course, he has stopped all offshore drilling here in the US. What a guy…I keep hoping his plane goes down with Michelle on it, and everyone gets out but him and his ugly wife. I know that is so mean spirited, but I ask forgiveness for thinking this every day…I just cannot help myself.

      • Patty
      • professor

You should be ashamed! I know you are talking about “Gorilla Woman!”

      • JC

You mean how “HIM” and Soros are spending our money to build rigs to supply China with oil? We get the bill and they get the profits…cute trick huh?

      • karolyn

Waa – That’s more than mean-spirited. That’s just plain evil and low to wish a horrible death on ANYBODY! And Michelle Obama is not ugly! Are you drop-dead gorgeous? Even if you are, that doesn’t give you the right to call somebody else ugly – a word I haven’t used since I was a teenager.

      • karolyn

The above was supposed to say “Wanda”. There’s something wrong with my keyboard.

      • Kate8

karolyn – Once again, ugly is as ugly does. Michelle might be somewhat attractive if she weren’t an evil control freak.

I wouldn’t wish suffering on anyone, yet Barrrraaaack and Michelle are part of an agenda that is bringing unspeakable suffering on America and the rest of the world. To me, that is far worse than wanting something to happen that would put a chink in this evil plan.

BTW, those two, like the Clintons, have no problem with ordering people eliminated if it serves their purpose.

It’s called KHARMA, it’s fair and just.

Many of us secretly wish a bolt of lightning would strike a number of high-profile targets. Mean? No. It would remove the source of a great deal of suffering.

      • DaveH

Yeah, we should be nice to the people who are robbing us blind. How inconsiderate of us.

      • JC

Michelle has her role to play…especially when they “visit Barack’s homeland” (Kenya), I loved her for saying that. LOL

      • Eddie47d

JC; Doesn’t take much to turn you on does it. My grandmother and grandfather were born in Sweden so that is considered our ancestral homeland. Never been there but maybe some day. You are too spiteful for your own good.

      • JC

But Kenya IS barack’s homeland…that’s what she was saying.
There’s no spite in that eddie boy, just a statement of fact…now chill out and have a banana. :)

      • Patty

Eddie-Maybe you should move back to your homeland of Sweden. Not as socialist as they use to be though, even they are getting smart. Now they call themselves a Socialist Democracy. But, maybe you can get them to swing back the other way.

      • Eddie47d

Too many clowns on this right wing circus and JC is leading the merry-go-round.

      • JC

        Leading the merry go round?
Good come back eddie, what an incomparable wit you’ve become.
You obviously don’t like me or my views….so I must be doing something right, what with you being a communist sheep and all.
        Thanks for the endorsement. ;)

      • (WIA) Wild Indian in Action

karolyn. referring to Michelle O as a Gorilla is an insult to the Gorilla, She’s just plain UGLY! and Big butt ed.

    • Bob

I hope that Maobama’s next stop is prison for treason. He doesn’t deserve another job unless it is making liscence plates.

      • Kate8

Bob – The penalty for treason is much stiffer than prison.

Actually, since O is not American but a usurper, I suppose he can’t be guilty of treason. But we’ve got a whole House of Congress and an administration who are, and they need to be held to account.

O? He’s a foreign agent, and must be dealt with as such.

      • Carlucci

Speaking of that, did anyone see Donald Trump on tv today? He was questioning B.O.’s past, and where he was born. Good on ya, the Donald!

      • Kate8

Carlucci – I did see that.

Amazing, isn’t it? Those who blindly accept O’s unsubstantiated assertions of Hawaiian birth, even though he’s made seeing proof of that (or anything else in his life) impossible, are considered sane and rational, and those who quesion his sealed records and his very costly efforts to keep them hidden are called crazy.

It’s a strange, strange world we live in…da da da.

      • JeffH

        Carlucci and kate8, ya!

(CNN) – Donald Trump, the business mogul who continues to claim he is seriously interested in mounting a bid for the White House, says he has doubts about whether President Obama was born in the United States.

  • The Insurgent

That’s very simple what Republicats must dop against any democRAT who use death threats. Since it is a felony, just report it to police and arrests will be made. Soon, there will be no more democRAT or commie to fight with. They will be all in jails.

Down with democRATS, death to communism!

    • Eddie47d

Insurgent; So we have another proud member of the Republican Party spouting off. Are you the Party Chairman? Yes there was a letter sent in Madison,Wisc. and it was a dangerous kind of letter. The kind of letter/E-Mail that upsets thousands and shocks the senses. Who sent it? Do you really know? Could it be an anonymous fruitcake/nutjob hell bent on shock and awe. It sure did stir up passions but was it a Democrat or an undercover righty like James O’Keefe? He’s known for infiltrating and causing collateral damages. Get back with me when you can provide a few more clues on the subject.

      • Patty
      • Eddie47d

Patty; That had nothing to do with the E-Mail sent last week and doesn’t answer my question. Now this Rep. Hintz should make a full public apology in front of the assembly even though the other Rep has accepted his apology. That is how it is done in my state no matter who says it. Obviously the public get’s to know who says what whether Republican or Democrat. The E-Mail I was referring to was from a conservative blogger on this site who brought the issue up. He said a threatening Letter/E-Mail was sent to all the Reps and the Governor.I believe that is what Insurgent was referring to.

      • Patty

I think he is referring to the civility issue that the libs are spouting, and this is how they show their civility.
        Insurgent, what say ye?

      • Eddie47d

Patty; There are many uncivil comments made by supposedly conservative posters right here so do you call them out? How about James Russell a Republican of NY who said on religious backgrounds.”That any large number of free-thinking Jews would be undesirable”. or Tom Traficant an Independent of Ohio. “The Jews have involved us in wars in which we have no interest, they control the media and commerce of this country and they own Congress”. Only extremists make radical statements like that and they are more on the uncivil side. Maybe Ryan Murdough R-NH.” In celebration of black history month I am going to recognize what they do best;commit crime and spread aids”. There are thoughtless folks on each side who say or make foolish comments. Where they made in anger or do they mean what they say.

      • Patty

That is the 1st time I agreed with you. Both sides do it and accomplish nothing but finger pointing. I believe that most of the people posting on this sight don’t post maliciously. The others, I ignore. They are sounding out from frustration.

      • Patty

Insurgent doesn’t mention ANYTHING about an email in the above post.
As usual, you are misrepresenting the post.

      • Eddie47d

Insurgent didn’t elaborate on who made the death threats and only threw out ridiculous statements. I only pointed out what was said from another poster about those death threats. You are right, maybe he can clear this up.

      • Patty

Ya. And I threw out a FACT which you conveniently ignored and tried to dismiss on the subject.

      • JeffH

Patty, it’s very easy to see who is the aggressor where eddie is concerned…like a good liberal, attack and deny!

      • JIBBS

Hey troll, ever heard of, IP address, and if it came from a public place, there are always camera’s to look at.

      • Bob

Do you deny that unions are violent and that democrats (or their dependants in the underclass) are the most violent segment of American society? If so, you are either totally ignorant or a liar.

      • Eddie47d

BOB; Not even close. Unions in Wisconsin are giving up pay and pension for the good of the state. How much blood are you willing to draw? I would put government officials who allow thousands of our young men to die in unnecessary wars to be far more reckless and violent. I would put Hedge Fund Managers who manipulate numbers and who destroy economies and then lay waste to millions of workers jobs as far more dangerous. I would put banksters who suck money out of peoples wallets and cause them to loose their homes while giving themselves bonuses far more dangerous. I would even say the KKK are even more wicked in slowly draining the dignity out of peoples lives. Even with what they do it can’t compare with the damages and hurt that Big Pharma put upon our health and financial stability. Charging outrageous prices that are up to 10,000 times the price of a generic product. Those kinds of people/companies are the ones that you should look out for. How about CEO salaries and pensions that that are out of sight? What about their sweetheart deals? They are promoting themselves and taking more and more out of America. You and all the other “thugs” need to go after the real culprits who do real damage to our well being and health of our nation. Now that would be an eye opener.

      • Laura

The KKK is aligned with the democratic party

      • Bob

Your rant is right out of the lieberal playbook. If it were not for these evil capitalists, leeches like you would have no blood to suck. I work around unions and dems – I know they are nothing more than the bottom of the human barrel.

      • Patty

Eddie, Eddie, Eddie. Hedge fund managers, like Geo. Soros who has taken down 4-5 countries economies? You are right about the drug companies. So, what have you done about it? I was on a prescription with a $30/mo co-pay. Suddenly, it went to $685.00 becuase my insurance carrier would only cover generic drugs, which this does not come in generic form. What did I do? I wrote them both and let them know what I thought. I also went on line and got the same drugs from Canada Drugs.com for 75 cents a piece. Less than my original co-pay. I didn’t look for the gov’t. to subsidize me, I took care of it myself. Welcome to free enterprise.

      • TIME

So Edwardo your talking about George Soro’s and the Rothschilds afterall they are both what you just noted in your post.
“People who manipulate markets, and governments,” so how about that Barry Soetoro, aka Baaah ObamAaaaa the puppet of the two noted above?

Na I guess thats where the BUCK stops with you.
Yea, your as fair and balanced as well, a flee hitting a BUS.
{JFTR} your the BUS – the TRUTH is the Flee, just so we are 100% clear on that.

      • Eddie47d

        Laura; Not anymore sweetie!

      • Eddie47d

Bob; Your eyes are still closed.

      • Eddie47d

patty; If Soros had anything to do with the collaspe knock yourself out and blame him.Greed from foreign or domestic Hedge Fund Managers need to be reigned in. Now those drugs that you bought from Canada are the same drugs sold here in America. Welcome to America gouging! You may be getting a deal but those same companies are making a killing here. That’s like buying Chinese goods and wondering where American jobs went. We’d all be better off standing against these pharmaceutical companies but it’s hard to get anybody who’s interested. It’s too much time and work which could be the new American motto. I really don’t blame you for buying from Canada but that only partially helps the issue.

      • Eddie47d

Time; Your statement was ridiculous. A pile of gibberish

      • bob wire

        “Laura says:
        March 17, 2011 at 11:36 am

The KKK is aligned with the democratic party”

well maybe, a long long time ago in a galaxy far,far away.

But they now favor the GOP, not being peachy keen with pacifist, swishy boys, girly men and tree huggers! It’s bad for their macho image.

It’s is a current event forum. If you wish to digress, identify it as so.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        eddie,
government officials? you mean like Nobamma is doing right now???

      • Patty

They are not willingly giving up anything. They are screaming, ranting, raving, defacing the capitol and making threats to people’s lives who they don’t agree with.

      • bob wire

You speak of Tea Party backed politicians?

      • Patty

No. I am talking about the union workers and their temper tantrums.

      • Kate8

eddie – Soros ADMITTED how much he enjoyed taking down governments and watching the people scramble. He even said he enjoyed being a god.

Of course, your left-wing sources won’t show you this, but it’s all on video, with him speaking his own words. He also spoke of his unfolding plans to continue his hobby of destruction.

      • bob wire

“Soros ADMITTED how much he enjoyed taking down governments and watching the people scramble. He even said he enjoyed being a god.”

where can we find this sound bite kate?

      • Patty
      • Kate8

I’ll have to keep looking for the video clip. Wouldn’t expect it to stay up long, and it’s been awhile back.

I did find this blurb. But search yourself. You might find something. Like I’ve said before, the ones who care have seen it, and those who don’t won’t look for it.

Sounds like another businessman with and ego complex. They all demand golden parachutes and bonuses that drain their companies. Then look back and say “it ran well when I was in charge” or “I Can’t figure out why they are broke”! Why are such top guys such bottom feeders?

      • DaveH

You just don’t get it, do you Eddie? The corporate officers are making those aggreements voluntarily with their own money and the approval of the Company owners. That’s a far cry from the money that Unionists extort with coercion and the threat of violence.

    • DaveH

      Insurgent,
Nice sentiment, but unlikely to be applied in the real world. The Police are mostly Unionized. That is a slight conflict of interest when it comes to Law Enforcement against Union members:

      http://www.bls.gov/news.release/union2.nr0.htm

      • DaveH

Here is a table that gives the percentages for more narrow categories of workers. Note that it is 1997, but I doubt seriously that the percentage of police belonging to unions has decreased since then. Meanwhile I will look for a more current listing:
        http://www.bls.gov/opub/cwc/tables/cm20030623ar01t3.htm

      • Eddie47d

Not necessarily Dave; Now at least they will think twice before busting our heads if that situation arose. In the early days it was the cops who the companies hired to do the beatings.

      • DaveH

Eddie, as usual you are spouting misinformation. It is the Union Thugs who have always started the confrontations. But the police used to enforce the laws.

      • JeffH

DaveH, I think eddie gets his information from the movies. F.I.S.T. with Stallone was just on the other day and I think the company hired thugs and cops s their thugs. Sounds real good anyway…LOL!

      • Eddie47d

Never saw FIST Jeff. Dave H is always in denial in what company officials can and will do. To their workers and company funds.Dave likes to put these officials and CEOs on a pedestal like they are Gods. Well that makes sense since he is an atheist.

      • JC

My Lord edddie but you are twisted…DaveH wants to put CEO’s on a pedestal like they are God’s…because he is an athiest?
This somehow makes sense to you?

FYI eddie boy…DaveH is a Libertarian and I doubt very much that he would hand CEO’s unlimited power. That’s what the Government is doing already.

We Libertarians advocate free enterprise under a system of justice.
Three concepts in one sentence that are entirely over your head.

      • JeffH

JC, you must first realize that those were eddie’s words. That in itself fully explains why he says what he says.

  • http://?? Joe H.

At least he’s not in Washington taking more of our rights away!!!

    • DaveH
      • TIME

        Dave,

        Your 100% dead on target!

Look people this guy, Barry Soetoro is a 100% total figure head.

Look more at people like Cass Sunstine, the EPA, the FCC, the DOJ, and other government units who Barry has working every hour of every day to STRIP you of your remaining few FREEDOMS away.

Oh and lets not forget the Union leader thugs who are out beating the drums of WAR over people of this nation being exposed to the years of hidden deals that no one even knew what was going on where UNION Leaders and Rotten Politicians have cut at the TAX Payers peril.

Also lets not forget the compliant paid off Media who is pumping out so much rhetoric daily that its a beyond me how anyone can say they have a clue whats going on.
TRUTH has been supplanted with 100% TOTAL BULL Sh*!. And then toss in all the bent spin media from wacked out Left wingnuts, and what we have left is utter “MINDLESS BUFFOONERY.”

      • Eddie47d

Time; You always leave out important information so I’d say you are a wee bit biased. Aren’t we all? You forgot the hidden deals that corporates make in their board rooms which effect our economy. Can you say corporate thuggery and hidden deals? How about the deal making between the Koch’s and Gov. Walker. How sweet it is to control so much power and still leave a negative landscape for working America. So Time how many rotten politicians are the Koch Brothers in bed with? I will agree that the media is 24/7 but that includes distortions from Fox and MSNBC. So spin away Time and keep licking that lopsided lollipop.

      • TIME

        Ewdardo,

You are truly clueless, most all “major corporation” are owned by the “STOCK HOLDERS” thus they can’t make any KILLER DEALS with out first letting the STOCK HOLDERS know whats going on.

As to the Kock Bro’s I don’t know them nor have I ever heard of them until wacked out hacks who are all left wingnuts noted them up.

YET just how strange is it that these same Left wingnuts never have any ILL WORDS about the Rothschilds nor George Soro’s nor even the Kennedys, the Duponts, etc.. Or about MARXIST Ideology that people like Soro’s and his puppet Barry Soetoro, Cass Sunstien spout.

As well how odd that these Left Wingnuts all seem to never have no clear objective, its allways vague ramblings with that feel goodie Do Do Bull crap on a stick ideas that have ZERO MERIT, as well that will never work in practice.

But thanks for pointing out that I missed a detail.
        Seems you did also.

      • lkar

Not to mention GM, Freddie and Fannie, and Chrysler. Or how about the sweet deals that GE gets. How much did they contibute to the election of Dems?
Don’t get me wrong. I think big business cripples the little guy with the full sanctioning of government entities (local, state, and federal). But it is both sides! So Eddie, try and point out all the bad deals and not just the one’s that fit your ideology.

      • JIBBS

Trolling, trolling, trolling, find a left wingnut site, so you can chat with your buddies, or take off the blinders that your union gave you, and wake up. I’m so tired of your [word removed], your nothing but a f@&%in crybaby! Don’t go away mad, just go away troll. Why don’t you stop and think about what you left out or forgot to include. Your a leach that thinks you and the welfare bloodsuckers are owed everything, if you like spending money, spend your own, not mine or anyone else’s.

      • Denniso

Are there really people who still believe that stockholders have any real control of giant corporations? Wow!

Where’s the compassion and pity for the disaster in Japan? And how many rightwingers still believe that nuclear power is safe and ‘clean’? Have the corporate lobbyists done nothing to convince the people and gov’t that we have to have it? Has the nuclear industry done nothing to thwart most attempts at getting the gov’t to pursue cleaner energy? Have the oil and auto and road construction industries helped keep us from developing alternative energies and mass transit?

      • bobfromct

You are an uninformed fool. If you actually took the time to listen to the tapes of the conversation you would know no deals were made. Walker never met the Koch bros and only knew of them. Your paranoia of the right is exceeded only by your naivete and stupidity.

      • Eddie47d

It’s Eddie D Mr Time; Apparently you are not paying as much attention as you think.I’ve known about the Koch Brothers for a couple of years now and also the Chamber of Commerce for several years. Now if you were really informed you would know that those left “wingnuts” do attack the NWO and the Rothchilds and the Bilderburgs quite often. So where have you been smart azz? Maybe you are the clueless one Mr Name Caller. So does that make you nothing more than a rightwing nut job? You seem to think so with anybody on the other side.

      • Eddie47d

JIBBS; You are so wrong but that was touching none the less. What a schmuck you are and I was very generous in that.

      • Eddie47d

Ikar; I’m always pointing out both side which is alot more than I can say about others.

      • TIME

        DennisO,
Yes even the low life stock holder has some say in whats done, its called a VOTE, if you owned Stocks you would know that.
Thus it clearly displays you don’t own stocks, nor know what your talking about.

I get letters evey day from companies I have invested in.
Oh and by the way I only invest in companies who’s products I use.
And its a fact if you own 10 shares or 50,000 shares they do send you intel to vote on. Why would you invest in anything if you know nothing about it, nor how the biz is run. OMG dude get bloody real.

      • Vicki

        Eddie47d says:
“Ikar; I’m always pointing out both side which is alot more than I can say about others.”

There really isn’t a “both sides” Eddie points at “evil” corporations and insists that the force of government is needed to control them. The truth is only corporations that go to government to force people are evil. All those “evil” deals Eddie blames on Corporations are actually the evil deals made between government and (some) corporations.

The fault is Government. Corporations have no power to force us to do or buy anything without Government force. Thus you see Government IS the problem so having government “control” corporations is about the same as hiring the fox to guard the hen house.

        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sSg0xjzIec

      • karolyn

Time – Do the largest stockholders get more votes or does each stockholder’s vote count the same?

      • Eddie47d

Vickie; You make me dizzy with your spin. I would say you are partially right.

      • independant thinker

karolyn you get one vote for each share of stock you own.

      • DaveH

The problem is, Time, that Denniso just doesn’t get the concept that the people with the most skin in the game should and do get the most votes when it comes to share ownership. He’s spoiled on the one man, one vote concept where people with nothing invested can decide how the money will be spent.

      • JeffH

TIME, I see the board harpy is making his usual hypocritically ingenuous comments again. Nice to see that you can handle the pressure of the brain dead. I hope, OK, I know you didn’t have to work up a sweat thinking because it is a simple process of normal people.

Vicki, I do love the way you go about your business around here.

      • Jana

        Eddie,
You say you are ALWAYS pointing out other sides. More likely RARELY pointing out other sides, but I have seen you do it at least once. You seem so stuck on the Koch brothers while leaving out Soros who is a much bigger threat.
Biased? Go look in the mirror. Yes, we are all biased to our beliefs and standards. We must have standards.

      • Patty

“A man who stands for nothing will fall for everything.”

      • Eddie47d

Jana; I have pointed out (in earlier posts) that I don’t care anymore for Soros’s money than anybody elses. It all depends on how a person earns that money and who did they screw to get it. That could involved those of any political persuasion. That includes Shell and Chevron who have destroyed part of the Nigerian landscape to retrieve their oil. Yet this county still has a dictator who gives little of the oil wealth to his people. It’s called morality and taking responsibility for what you do. The Koch’s are also big polluters but I haven’t heard whether Soros is or not.

      • Vicki

        Eddie47D writes:
“That includes Shell and Chevron who have destroyed part of the Nigerian landscape to retrieve their oil. Yet this county still has a dictator who gives little of the oil wealth to his people. ”

Are you saying that Shell and Cheveron should depose the dictator who is letting them get oil from “his” land?

Isn’t it liberals who constantly complain about the US when they just happen to depose dictators from time to time? And you want Corporations to do it?

      • Eddie47d

More spin from Vickie; They should have Some integrity and not do business with them. They do negotiate with these dictators to get the oil deals.

      • Vigilant

        Eddie,

It’s a fact of life that if we dealt only with democratic governments in countries with oil, we would have little to no oil. Aside from Canada, how many oil supplying countries meet the high standards of “morality?”

However dictators in those countries decide to dispose of their oil profits is no business of ours. We paid for it in a legal business transaction, end of story.

      • DaveH

The ironic thing here is that Eddie claims to be anti-dictator, yet sticks up for Obama who is a wanna-be dictator but just doesn’t have the power to pull it off.

      • JeffH

        Hear Hear!

      • Eddie47d

That’s a good one you all; Then I guess we should be doing business with Iran and stop the boycotts. As Vickie and company says we can’t pick and choose which dictators we deal with. More people are being killed in Nigeria than Iran and most of those being killed are Christians. There never is much concern over African Christians being killed unless they were white Christians in the Southern half. Obama has faults Dave H. and we have to keep an eye on his policies but he is no dictator. Some of you (yup, yes you DaveH.) call everyone you disagree with a commie,Nazi and now a dictator. I’m not sure if you would know the real thing if it snuck up on you. Keep stirring the pot and maybe someday you might get it right.

      • JeffH

eddie, I just can’t recall DaveH calling anybody a “commie Nazi” but I have seen him correctly state that some of you are “ignorant liberals”. It must hit a nerve with you though. You seem to take it personally…a little guilt perhaps?

      • Al Sieber

Thanks for the link Dave, I heard about this a month ago. I already e-mailed this article to a bunch of people, yeah what is next? jeez, I have a M-1 Carbine, does that mean I have to turn it in to be safe?

      • Dan az

        Hey Al
I think you may half to hide the ammo from the M1 you never know what its thinking.

      • JeffH

Al, dan and DaveH. It has been reported the Obama has had discussions abot using executive orders to circumvent the 2nd Amendment. I’ll even use the Huff-N-Toke link so I’m just to be “fair and balanced”.

WASHINGTON — Faced with a Congress hostile to even slight restrictions of Second Amendment rights, the Obama administration is exploring potential changes to gun laws that can be secured strictly through executive action, administration officials say.

      • Kate8

JeffH – I read this somewhere else, too. This guy is out of control. The PTB want us disarmed, and they don’t care how it’s done.

There must be a way to stop his overstepping authority.

      • JeffH

Kate8, there are two ways to stop it…
        1. the rule of law shall prevail
        2. self preservation through lethal force

Lets hope it doesn’t come to #2, but make no bones about it…Americans are prepared either one.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        JeffH,
There is one other way, as well. hopefully it will be exercised in 2012!! Get rid of all the gun hating lieberal progressives!!!

I’m sure O’Dumbo will find a way to implement an “Executive Order” by twitter or face book. He doesn’t HAVE to be in the WH to take away our liberties. He’d probably do it from the golf course if he thought of some new idea to screw us. This dictator will do whatever it takes to complete his agenda no matter where he is.
