      No march; work! Nobody will give Rights to you. They will, however attempt to take them. Your Rights come directly from God, and you can not give them away even if you wanted to. You do need to protect them, which is Government’s ONLY purpose in being, but not by asking nicely on the off-chance that it is in their interest to do so.

      Our problem is: radicals are people who are hell-bent to do exactly what they want to do and force everybody to join them. We, the Christians, or say we are, will not not fight for our GOD, nor will most of us, fight for our selves. We have been steeped with, don’t judge, if they want to kill you, don’t fight back. This judging belief, is rather idiotic because the Bible tells us we will be judged with the same judgment with we judge, which means if I see homosexuality being practiced and accept it, we have judged that it is alright. Is this fair judgment when GOD says in HIS WORD that it is an abomination? In HIS WORD we find,” Thou shall not kill, yet we are accepting it, millions of babies have lost their lives in this country. We are sitting back and not saying a word, at least most of us are. To me, this is saying, “It is alright”. If this is not correct, how on earth have these evils gotten completely out control, in what we consider a Christian nation. We are supposed to be GOD’S disciples and we are sitting back with our hands crossed in our laps and our lips sealed. Some disciples! IF THIS IS ALL WE CAN DO FOR HIM, HOW IS IT WE EXPECT GREAT THINGS IN THE HERE-AFTER, FROM HIM. IT SURE BEATS ME. HE SAYS IN HIS WORD IF YOU ARE ASHAMED OF ME I WILL BE ASHAMED OF YOU. It seems to me we are saying to GOD, “You look out for yourself and I will look out for myself. I won’t put MY NECK on the chopping block”. This is one time when I wish I was wrong.

But if that doesn’t work through fraudulent voting areas, then force will be necessary…:)

Take it seriously because our country is moving in exactly the direction that those at the helm want and designed it to go. I’m so afraid that it’s so far gone that there’s no way to repair the damage already inflicted on the Republic without immediate “Divine Intervention”!

    Over 40,000 new laws and regulations were inacted in one day lone: 1-1-10. Unknown amount of laws were pushed through by the government, but despite pleasantly sounding names of the bills 100% of them boil down to 2 things: to grab more power from the people and to grab more money from the people. it is physically impossible to revisit and fix all millions of these laws, mandates and regulations. The bureaucracy at all levels (the feds level is the worst one because they have virtually no feed back from the people) keeps moving on this one-way road, nibbling away more and more people’s freedom and their hard-earned money in order to embezzle it right away.The only way to stop this is to introduce a “TWO TERM CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT” that would not only limit to 2 terms public service at any level (Prezident, Congress, state legislatures, municipal governments and un-elected bureaucrats) but, the most important, would make automatically expire 100% of the laws, mandates and regulations (the Constitution excepted, naturally) in 8 years. If the bureaucrats want to extend the law- first they must prove that the benefits fo the laws oveerweigh inevitable un-intended consequences, and they must revisit one law at a time, no bundles, no packages. This way only the acceptable laws (which is, probably, less than 1% of the laws) will survive, and the rest (over 99%) that are just the government power and money grabs, will find their long overdue grave.

      Term limits are already in place in the form of elections. As much as I agree with you that we shouldn’t have a ‘political class’, we shouldn’t need to codify this as being beneath the law. Let’s vote the buggers out regularly! There is nobody so necessary that we need to keep him in office, especially if he becomes comfortable there.

      Rarely does a law get repealed and there are lots that should.
      In addition to the laws, we need to get rid of the Federal Reserve, IRS, EPA, OSHA, EEOC and thousands of others.

      Of course, if you got rid of the laws that greated these agencies you would in effect get rid of them.

It’s amazes me how far and wide this this bunch of idiots will go to control us. We have certainly been apathetic to what’s been going on.     The title is Quite funny really too. You really gotta love the term “Constitutional Scholar,” Thats almost like saying an idiot is as dumb as a box of rocks.

    Is it not interesting that the Constitution as well as the BILL of RIGHTS were both written so that the “Common Man” could understand them. As in – “Ignorance of the LAW is no excuse.”

    But then again it was in the ealy 1900′s we went from Justice, to the rule of Law’s, and now we have only Court.
    Now talk about twisting the laws to fit a square peg in to a round hole. Don’t you just love Progressive thinking, man its just so advanced.

    So now I guess that with the word Scholar added in after the word Constitution some how that now means that only “HarVARD” Grads can understand what these Doucments mean.

    So how happy are we all that the DC belt way has so many “HarVARD” Grads working there to aid all us simple minded Americans who went to others lesser schools than “HarVARD” Oh how special………..

    There is one very important and power thing that Obama has done. It has gotten many of us off the coach and called us to action. The american people have been long asleep for far to long. Many are still asleep and will problem wonder what happened way to late. Ben you are a strong voice and a humorous side of this pathetic situation the country is in under the Obama/Socialist administration. Keep up the good fight and motivate more people to wake up, learn the truth, know the constitution and act. Great job!

      Your comment convinced me that there are still some Americans with their thinking caps on. We’ve been taught to ride on feelings instead of being rational. That is why people felt the word “CHANGE” without understanding the underlying premises of the word during the campaign rheotoric.     Ben’s top eight takes me back to 1967, when I was part of George Wallace’s Presidential Campaign. George referred to these people as pseudo intellectuals, or put another way, they are simply educated beyond their intelligence level. My Grandfather, in the 1940′s called them “EDUCATED FOOLS”. All of these descriptions fit the Progressives today.

        Steve; Help is coming, but undermining the Constitution to fix this short-term problem will cause longer-term problems. Be patient and work to protect what is still good in this country. Obama is only the tip of this iceberg. He was elected legally and fairly, though his machinery promoted deception itself. He is unworthy of office in every way to be sure. The larger issue is that we must not destroy ourselves while removing him. Know that you are not alone; we are most of 80% of this country now, and growing. We can not be rash; we have to rein in the anger. We must be overwhelming, methodical, and LEGAL when we do this, or be without any basis.

        When this is over and done with, Obama and his people will be shamed throughout history, and we will have stood for principle, perhaps giving us our ‘finest hour’. Be patient and strong with the rest of us. We will figure this out together.

        Therer is an old saying by tzun Su in the Art of War: “Know Thine Enemy” Unfortunately as is evidenced in Egypt, Libya, and here they are popping up everywhere because the issues have been forced by us (The U.S.A.) and unless we continue to force the ideals and benefits of Freedom we will be sent to the top shelf and out of sight. It has NOTHING to do with allegiance, but everything to do with tradition, history and identity. Irish Americans, Italian Americans, Native Americans, etc. all have rich traditions that have both served as foundations for and enrichments to our national identity. To suggest that African Americans as a group are less American, less patriotic because of their identifier, that they fight because of their heritage, what else can you call such ideas but racist?

        Yep, Wallace was a Democrat and Lincoln was a Republican. Neither party much resembles what they were even 50 years ago. A brief look at the history of the Parties will show you that, following the civl rights movement of the 60s the Democratic party was becoming more liberal and sensitive to racial issues, prompting most of the more racially charged members of the party to leave, retire or accept the changes. At the same time, the Republican party was seeing a shift towards a more conservative ideology, a move that attracted many of the more conservative Democrats. Factor in the Nixon era and the “Southern Strategy” and it’s clear that the party ideologies have shifted greatly over the decades.

        My point? Trying to discount the progress that today’s Democrats have made in civil rights by pointing back to the pre 70s party is akin to discounting Reagan’s ability to lead the right by pointing out that he was a Liberal Democrat for the first 50 years of his life.

    Obama Constitutioal Scholar???If he is a scholar he has flunked the course. His score is minus 100. He has twisted it to suit his purposes, he has totally ignored it.

    To become the President of the USA he had to place his signature promising he would honor it. He has lied about most everything that he has said or promised. My mother used to say, “Your promise is like pie crust, easy to break.” This describes his promises/oaths.

    A production-comment, if I may:

    It sounds as though the laugh-tracks in this clip (“Obama The Constitutional Scholar”) are canned, present the wrong kind of “audience laugh” — the introductory-laugh seems from a large mixed audience, but thereafter the laughs sound as though they’re all from a small group of college girls giggling or beyond ecstatic –, and also, in several instances, the laughs seem to me to neither match the satirical points that you’ve made nor have been properly placed.

    Consequently, in my view, this laugh-track and how it’s used detracts from your presentation rather than enhances it.

    May I suggest, therefore, that unless you actually have a real, live, present, audience, you might find it useful to employ a laugh-track that sounds much more robust, a blend of male & female adult laughs, and that the track be placed with a more realistic sensitivity as to the “where” and the “when” its placements would match the relevant points in your script?

    Just some observations from a fellow media person. ;-)

But what can we do to stop these thugs and reverse the damages they are creating. without using the same tactics they use. Is there something that can be done prior to 2012 elections. Is it Possible to get Congress to move toward impeaching obama and hoping that biden isn’t smart enough to do as much damage.

      If the House of Representatives let it be known that the candidates for the presidency will be vetted instead of a free pass like the last time, it may not be an issue at all. They are not going to find a birth certificate in Hawaii because it doesn’t exist. It will be interesting to see what happens when the time draws near. My bet is they will be pushing Hilary toward the White House as it is her turn now and Obama will not seek another term.

      Mark: By the time 2012 rolls around, the unions will be on the run and the Governor’s of many states will be getting their voting system straightened out where elections cannot be stolen. I personally do not care if it is a democrat or a republican who wins the presidency as long as it isn’t a Socialist Democrat. Their record in Congress over the last few years should tell you something.

        Ah, yes! Get rid of the Unions. They’re the ones who provided the workforce with safe working conditions, as well as 40 hour work-weeks, vacations, reasonable pay, overtime, and a complaint department. We’ll go back to slave shops, and some communities are well on their way. But the manufacturing sector needn’t worry. The Large Corporations have driven unions out and shipped their manufacturing overseas, anyway.

      I’ll give Ben a break since It’s obvious he doesn’t have a writing staff like the Late Night greats, but give us a break on the laugh track. If I were inclined to laugh (and not one of the “gems” in this video even caused a smile) that cheap laugh track would stop a chuckle dead.
