Is Barack Obama The Manchurian Candidate For The Muslim Brotherhood?

Is Barack Obama The Manchurian Candidate For The Muslim Brotherhood?

”The Americans love Pepsi-Cola, we love death.”– Maulana Inyadullah, al-Qaida leader, September 2001.

The extremists may soon hold the reins in Egypt. Islam marches forward while former President Hosni Mubarak is in hiding. Thirty years ago Iran was toppled. Then fell Afghanistan. And just last week it was Egypt, the jewel of the Nile, the Arab gateway to the world.

Never mind what former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara proclaimed about Vietnam. The real threat to freedom both in America and abroad is much more dangerous today than any domino theory manufactured by Pentagon think tanks in the 1960s. It turned out Communism was soulless. Islam has a soul; a very dark one that wants to engulf the world. It may have just swallowed Egypt.

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) demanded and got the resignation of President Hosni Mubarak. Today the military controls power in Egypt but soon the MB may institute its own brazen rule. After all they helped force Mubarak’s full and unconditional surrender. This has created a huge vacuum in Egypt, the outcome that the MB was gunning for.

Before fleeing, Mubarak slammed Egypt’s MB as a "dangerous" and “duplicitous” movement. Egypt’s president feared MB because of its close relationship with Hamas and radical groups in Jordan, Kuwait and farther afield.

Before Mubarak’s departure, Egypt’s Director of Intelligence Omar Soliman stated that the MB is:"Neither a religious organization, nor a social organization, nor a political party, but a combination of all three."

The principal danger Soliman warned, is the group’s exploitation of religion to influence and mobilize the public. Soliman asserts that the MB has spawned, "Eleven different Islamic extremist organizations," most notably the Egyptian Islamic Jihad and the al-Gama’a al-Islamiyya.

Soliman termed the MB’s recent success in the parliamentary elections as "unfortunate," adding his view that although the group was technically illegal, existing Egyptian laws were insufficient to keep the MB in check.

What Are Obama’s Real Ambitions?
The real question is why President Barack Obama wasn’t willing to keep MB at check, to help see Mubarak’s government into a peaceful transition. Certainly history called out for this course of action from the White House.

Consider the writings of Edmund Burke, one of the fathers of Conservatism who lived in the 18th Century. Burke wrote extensively about the French Revolution and proclaimed that it was a massive social experiment doomed to fail because it presumed to start a society over from scratch.

“Good order is the foundation of all things,” Burke wrote. The terror that followed the revolution saw the execution of 40,000 French citizens.

In my lifetime something similar happened in Iran. Yet Obama doesn’t seem to have learned anything from history going so far as to ignore pleas by U.S. allies to use Mubarak to help with a peaceful transition towards democracy in Egypt.

Obama, it seems, is either ignorant of the problems posed by an Islamist Egypt or worse, he embraces them.

The MB threatens not just Egypt and the Suez but puts a noose around the most important oil producer in the world, Saudi Arabia. Could it be that for either personal or pragmatic reasons, Obama wants to see the price of oil soar? A death grip around Egypt and Saudi Arabia is a perfect prescription for $150 per barrel oil. Those prices suddenly make green energy a viable alternative.

The American Thinker believes that Obama is not like President Jimmy Carter, a deer caught in the headlights. Instead it says, Obama understands exactly what he is doing in muckraking radical Islam:

“From his notorious Cairo speech to the present, President Obama speaks, and disaster follows.

“Some commentators believe that President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton are so utterly naïve as to make themselves unable to understand what will happen in Egypt as a result of their undermining of the Mubarak regime. The question is justifiably asked: Do they truly believe that the next regime that comes to power will have the interests of the U.S. and the West at heart?

“My fear is that Obama is not naïve at all, but he instead knows only too well what he is doing, for he is eagerly promoting Islamic power in the world while diminishing the West and Israel, however much innocent blood will flow as a result.

“Inevitably, sooner or later, the Muslim Brotherhood will take power, usher in a barbaric Islamist power in Egypt that will control the Suez Canal, and show no mercy to its own people or its perceived foes.

“So now we see what the present incumbent in the White House has wrought.”

Fact #1: If MB gains control of Egypt, it will dictate the use of the world’s most important water transits. Nearly 2 million barrels of oil per day, most of it destined for Europe, could be cut off without notice even as that continent is in the midst of its worst economic crisis in 70 years.

Fact #2: If the MB wrestles control of Egypt, that sets up Saudi Arabia as Islam’s next target. The House of Saud pumps 8 million barrels of crude per day. If they collapse, a petro-based world collapses. There is not enough oil in the world to compensate for the current petroleum production coming from Saudi Arabia. (Before you write me about the pie-in-the-sky project in the Dakotas, do a bit of research — the U.S. is currently pumping less than 5 million barrels of oil per day, or about what we produced when Truman was in office while oil production for North Dakota will take well over a decade to develop.)

Fact #3: New green technologies only work if oil prices are well above $100 per barrel. If MB rules Egypt radical Islam will set its sights on Saudi Arabia.

That would give Obama’s Green Revolution a lot of traction. In fact, the President’s view of the world as it “should be” can only happen if he instigates a price contagion upon petroleum. Only then can he sit back and say: “Green energy. Mission accomplished!”

I don’t know what is going through the President’s mind, but I do know we have a President very different from George W. Bush. Bush wanted to protect America from Arab oil shocks. Obama seems to be inviting them.

Is it out of Muslim loyalty or Green ambitions? In the end, does it even matter? What matters is that America has a President that is putting his personal goals ahead of the nation. First and foremost for this man is his re-election, with all of his grandiose ambitions that will follow.

The Muslim Brotherhood has only ONE goal in mind. It is the same as the ONE and only goal of Islam. That is to perform Jihad on the entire world, drag it into the religion of Islam and install Sharia Law as the world’s governing law. Additionally, Islam is not a peaceful religion. Men are allowed free reign to murder and rape their daughters. That does not sound peaceful to me. Finally, when is someone going to actually say the truth about Obama. His cards have been on the table for quite some time now. It should be obvious that he is a Muslim, and all of his actions to date are his own personal Jihad on the United States. ALL of his actions are designed to destroy our Constitution and our beloved country. The USA is in the middle of a Coup and we are being taken over without one shot being fired, just like Nikita Khrushchev said they would do when he declared “We will bury you!” 99% of the public is going about their daily business and have not one clue about what is happening right now. By the time they figure it out it will be way too late.

    • Carlucci

Exactly – ! I think everything that is transpiring now has been orchestrated behind the scenes for years. Think about it. Obama came out of nowhere. Nobody had ever really heard of him before. All of his records have been sealed. He is like the wolf in sheep’s clothing – pretending to be something that he’s not. His name is Islamic. If he looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, he’s a MUSLIM.

As far as what is happening in Egypt, this is also part of the big plan. I have been there. Like the article states, if the Suez canal is taken over and shut down by the Muslim Brotherhood in order to stop oil exportation, the world is screwed. We all will be reduced to riding bicycles. The tree huggers will love that.

      • 45caliber

It might affect Europe some but not the US. Supertankers are too large to go through the Suez Canal. Most European oil is pumped through Jordan to ships already in the Meditteraenian (sp) Sea. The Suez is used mainly to ship finished goods and food.

    • Sam

You are correct Dennis. I am certain that each and every day Obama must think, “I never dreaned it would be so easy…”

  • Ron

Mr. John, So happy; in fact elated that finally the truth is out! I have waited and tried to write that this leopard cannot change his spots! As I watched this unfold I marveled at the media and the democrats at their total ignorance! Gross stupidity! Are the mines in such a mundane set that they don’t realize that if this keeps up the very same thing could happen in America and these idiots would not be spared! Someone I was listening to spoke of Obama calling up a paramilitary army, his army, given to him in Obamacare, to stop any civil disturbance and I think that army would be made up of UN soldiers who are against America one way or another! And I see him now speaking of democracy when he is want to be a world leader of the Muslim world! And NO ONE IN CONGRESS IS SAYING A DAMNED WORD!

I hope people will read what you have written! God help us and that is the final upper hand. We who know Jesus will be spared but I care for all Americans! I will pray that God will let us have a great revival and wake the people up!

The real Obama lovers can`t see two feet in front of them.Thank God,
people are starting to wake up to Obama and what he stands up for.
The election of 2010 showed this. Some people will never learn. If he told them it was dark outside at high noon, they would believe him.
What realy hurts Obama and the Muslin Brotherwood, is who they surround themselves with. This dictates what they think and what their policies are. They don`t really have to do the dirty work most of the time. They,( Obama and the MB ) can spend their time trying
to smooth talk the people, while the people working for them do the
dirty work. They spin their polices altogether different from what
    they are really up to.

I am sure you have said the truth in this message. We have a President who is not what he says he is,and America is going to pay dearly for his actions. We have always been a great and Godly nation. It is slipping away quickly. I am amazed that more people can’t see what is happening. Thank you for writing your articles.

The goal is Ialamic domination of North Africa and the Middle East. As long as Mubarak, corrupt as he was, took our billions and kept the radical Muslims in check the Suez was safe and his neighbors were secure. Once Obama turned his back on Israel the tide turned and his lack of action when Egypt needed help was the green light for the Islamists to take all of North Africa. A repeat of President Carter’s give away Of Iran. They hide under various names and make multiple claims, but the goal is always the same.

As for the koran the very first sentence identifies who allah is…It says allah is the god of the worlds…Note it says worlds plural..Allah is the ancient astrology god named sin, aka satan, who was the god of the astrlogy worlds and king over all the astrology gods…His name was allah in Arabia…Mohammed dubbed him the God of Abraham.. but Mohammed was a liar, not a prophet…
Anyone who thinks god is a liar and a killer like the allah beast does not know anything about god…Anyone who thinks mohammed was a prophet knows nothing about the bible…
Allah is also apparently schiatophrenic…He says in the koran kill, then he says don’t kill…He says Don’t lie but deceive unbeleivers,,, etc..

    • Wake Up

Ruth, I was raise in a catholic family and began to question my religion when the nuns told us to bring our non-catholic friends to mass but don’t you dare go to theirs. Religions are crap…man made. The bible was written by man, supposedly inspired by god. where is the proof? It’s not that i don’t believe in a higher being. If there is only one God, what’s with all the man made religious sects? Anyone can become a minister and start a church. Why do you think there are so many churches, could it all be about money, power and control?

      One God one religious belief.

      • S.C.Murf

Careful wake-up, satan is a higher power. If you are going to pray to God then you had better call Him by his rightful name Yahweh, the living God.

Well, Ruth, dd you know that the story of Christ’s birth was copied from writings made centuries before his birth about previous holy births? I don’t have the info here, but I do have it at home and can back it up later if you want. Why is it that Christians have no answers to these phenomena?

        Karolyn,

Tell Ruth the Bible itself is a plagiarize verison of pagan myths.
        Here is a few.

        1:Creation Myth: Babylon
2:The flood myth: Greek myth,Egyptian myth and Mesopotamian myth, not counting others.
3: Battle of Jericho: Greek Trogan war
        4:The story of David;Egyptian
        5:Psalms 23;Egyptian
6 Crucifixtion myth.Over a one hundred pagan sources.

        This is just few.

“The Bible story of Jesus is a contradictory and confusing account. The Bible shows that this Jesus fellow spoke and taught many absurd and foolish things, and often believed he was having a conversation with devils. If one will read the entire Bible, one will find tales of ignorance, murder, sexual perversions, mass insanity, idiotic laws, and even cannibalism and human sacrifice. It staggers the imagination how anyone in his right mind could read the Bible and believe that it was written by a wise, just, and loving god. Christians have found biblical scriptures telling them to burn people at the stake, to justify slavery, to oppress and persecute others, and to kill and commit war in the name of their God. Unfortunately, there are some even today who would have us return to the teachings and laws found in the Bible”. American Atheist

Whats wrong with you people? Do you and the rest of the Left have one track minds.Did you ever try to find out the real truth? Do you think these people ( Muslin Brotherhood ) are going to come out and talk
violent. They know that dosen`t work. They know what the people want
to hear. When they have taken over, only then, will you see just how
violent they are. I don`t care if they speak English or puta-puta.
Just look at the groups they back,Humas for one. There are to many
terror groups to mention. You can find out who they are if you do your homework. I`m not going to do it for you, because you would`nt believe

Barack Hussein Obama was born a Muslim and has never renounced his Islamic religion. Virtually everything Obama has done since becoming president has been designed to assist the Muslim destruction of the United States and protect his Muslim brothers at every opportunity.
Americans may be too ignorant to grasp what is happening so they will never be able to react with force of arms to remove Obama and save America from becoming a slave to Islam.
Muslims engineered and carried out 9/11 which should be sufficient to wake America from its sleep, but that was not to be. Even the idiot Bush tip-toed around in Mosques kowtowing to Islamic thugs and then announcing on national TV that Islam is a “peaceful” religion. Only the insane and totally ignorant could fall for that Bush nonsense.
    Better wake up America!

    • Wake Up

Don, Of course you have proof that Obama was born a muslim, right?

Must be nice to think you are the smartest person in the room and have all the answers……………Wrong!

I did not make a claim. You are like all the others that believe this nonsence. You’re narrow minded and just believe what others think witthout any proof and hope hope if you say it long and loud enough it will stick.

Personally, I think for those of you that believe this crap, is the new n word, in saying he is a muslin your really saying he is a N.

Besides, religion is man made, it’s all about power, control and money. Who started all these various religions………….man. You don’t need to go to a building to worship god. In the beginning, weren’t the converts just called christians. Religion is bullshit, a cruch. Faith is something else.

Wake up, I hope ya feel better after venting,_-Now in regards to your post, __I would assume You happen to be a man if not then at least human, and since man created everything and is causing all the problems, why then_ would I listen to you?___

  • Eric Bischoff

I am sorry Mr Myers I disagree with you.
    You say:
” The extremists may soon hold the reins in Egypt. Islam marches forward while former President [ http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/hosni-mubarak ]Hosni Mubarak is in hiding.”

As usual you are spreading conservative paranoiac unfounded fear. You just can’t face the fact that these Arabs are going to figure it out on their own and they may actually get it right. And the reason they will probably succeed where we have miserable failed is that, unlike us, they are a young and highly educated multi lingual society hungry for something better. You are wrong, the Muslim brotherhood will not rule that country, they will merely provide their valid viewpoint as members of that society who, while the rich and powerful were robbing the country blind and oppressing the ciizens, were providing charitable services.

I will add that I think the only way they can fail is if western governments keep covertly meddling in their sovereign affairs.

    • Jeep

Sure, MB’s “valid viewpoint”, such as the assassination of al-Sadat. Which, of course, brought Mubarak to power.

    • http://! Angel Wannabe

      Imagine that, you disagree…..

    • Daughter of Scotland

Already, the Muslim Brotherhood is forming as a political party which will be part of a newly formed government……Just watch….Iran 1979 all over again.

    • Delores Smith

      ERIC BISCHOFF,
Obama sent invitations to the Muslim Brotherhood to hear his talk in Cairo, and they attended. Obama has stated several times that “all factions of people must be included in the new government of Egypt.” Obama means..”The Muslim Brotherhood.” Obama has become delusional…he thinks he owns Egypt..but his friendship with the Brotherhood won’t help him. How dare you tell John Myers that he doesn’t know what he is talking about? John Myers has every truth down pat. Eric, it was the Muslim Brotherhood that stirred up the protests in Egypt and other Muslim countries. Don’t look now, but you are seeing the New World Order (which should be renamed the New World Disorder). Obama and Soros are SO transparent. The government of Egypt could not understand why Obama was not working in the best intesests of America. They purchased 20 copies of Manchurian President by Aaron Klein. Buy a copy for yourself or go to the library and learn.
      Delores Smith Delores109@cox.net

      • Eric Bischoff

Sorry Delores you are the one who is misinformed and paranoid.

This for once was a real grass roots uprising. The MB was just as surprised and unprepared as were most western governments who are complicit and partly responsible for supporting a dictator for 30 years mainly because he would do what we wanted in respect to Israel as long as we kept giving him $2B/year in aid for weaponry. This was bound to backfire some day and it did.

Muslims showed their true religion when they gang raped and beat the AMerican jouralist last Friday in Egypt.. I do not normally ask God for vengence, though in this case it would be justice….for those slimy excuses of men but I hope God sends them to the hell they belong in and remind them it is justice for the reporter….Just think, America is being flooded with these peaceful rapist murderers…Annie get you gun…

    • Another Voice

Rape is no more the Muslims’ “true religion” than sodomy is the Christians’ “true religion.” There are thugs and perverts in both camps.

      • JC

So what’s your point? That it’s ok?

      • Another Voice

My point is that it is stupid to make a generalization like that.

      • Lewis Munn

Read the Qur’an on morality, and conduct with women. Read the Christian Bible on the same subjects.

See any differences? If not perhaps you need to get a real Bible and a real Qur’an!

Or, take courses in how to read!

      • JC

        Well, Ok Then…
Quite specifically: Sharia Law is barbaric and so are the kind of people it breeds. That, and it relegates women to the status of herd animal.
You ok with that Mr. Voice?

      • karolyn

The Koran does not advocate rape. It does advocate, as does the Bible, the submission of women.

      • 45caliber

        Karolyn:

It does advocate submission of women in both books. But …

Neither the Bible nor the Christian religion advocates raping a woman who is walking down the street without a male guardian. Islam does – whether it is in the Koran or not. Neither the Bible nor the Christian religion advocates punishment of males for a crime by raping their sister, etc. Islam does.

      • Kate8

karolyn – In Islam, if a woman is raped, she is blamed for it and not the males. She is also considered worthless, and if she is not killed, she is thrown into the streets.

      • JC

Here ya go Karolyn…and on American soil too.

A New Jersey family court judge’s decision not to grant a restraining order to a woman who was sexually abused by her Moroccan husband and forced repeatedly to have sex with him is sounding the alarm for advocates of laws designed to ban Shariah in America.

Judge Joseph Charles, in denying the restraining order to the woman after her divorce, ruled that her ex-husband felt he had behaved according to his Muslim beliefs — and that he did not have “criminal desire to or intent to sexually assault” his wife…

“However, a husband was forbidden to approach his wife ‘like any animal.’ … he acknowledged that New Jersey law considered coerced sex between married people to be rape.”

        http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/08/05/advocates-anti-shariah-measures-alarmed-judges-ruling/

      • JC

And Saudi courts have convicted women of “being raped” and apparently part of the punishment for being raped is…being raped.
Now you’ll ask me to back that up right?
No time right now, but I intend to dig up the article. It’s about two years old and I’ll have to do some hunting.

Wonderful article.. At last someone who sees the real truth about BO..
He is also behind the unrest in Egypt… His legions caused it… Bill Ayers, Jodie Evans and code pink visited Egypt about a half a dozen times last year…
And the betrayal plot thickens.. Last year the Gulf oil disaster which I think was a deliberate act caused all drilling in the Gulf to cease despite the judge’s orders that it resume…Put that together with the left’s refusal to drill for oil in all of USA and loss of Oil from Saudi because of the Suez Canal and it will cause disaster in USA…
I also think the domino effect in the middle east is orchestrated by Obama and Co….He has called himself world president from the beginning..All he needed was for muslims in the world to be able to vote… America and the world is in serious trouble…designed by Obama and allah….

Excellent article by John Myers. I would add additional reasons including distracting the USA opposition to Obama, defusing that opposition, even confusing the opposition, building Obummer’s reputation by “showing him as making Democracy Revolutions” (as misinterpreted by his News Mafia) for the November 2012 Election. In addition, Obummer is only the tip of the iceberg that is the Liberal Billionaire-Govt Frankenstein alliance (BGFA for short) and which, although very deeply into oil and also gold and staple foods as well as staple drinks, is never seriously endangered by oil events since everybody except the Public knows who the real Power Behind the Throne is.

Karolyn, MB is the mother group of Hamas, quoted from David Horwitz, with in a discussion with a mulism activitisy. Who’s mother is on the board of Ciaro, and how all the muslim groups are tied togetjer. There was 2 other poeple in the discussion and this muslim was raised in Kalifornia. If you would actually dig for information instead of listion or reading the WH media amd progressive liberial crap. I have read part of the Koran, i41 and also some writings about it. The main message of the Koran is to help others and to be honest upstanding citizens. Also, I am not an atheist but have a different view of God than Christians and Muslims do.

You might have read the water down version of the Quran. Much of it was changed to make it more palpable to unsuspecting English speaking possible converts. see the accurate translation http://www.thestraightway.org/Quran.asp

      • Lewis Munn

        Karolyn,

So strange. I was in a discussion with a convinced Islaamic person, actually on science, and not only is their science in basic opposition in many places to the West’s science, but I ran into the repeated orders to kill all those who cannot be converted or enslaved. Over and Over.

I had a friend, a Muslim by family tradition, and her Qur’an said the same things. But every year she almost kills herself with fasting and so on and trying to keep the busy pace of a Westernized office!

I wonder if you have actually gotten a full Qur’an, and read it carefully. The one I bought, and my friend’s, both read the same way!

      • Lastmanstanding

Lewis. You get a gold star!!! If you are not a muslim, you must die is the main point in the Koran. (My spelling) Not to mention the sharia crap. We need to nip this multi-culturalism bs in the bud now!

The Brits and even the wussy french are crying about it. The intent of radical muslims is to kill us. Isn’t it amazing that suddenly, they are all over the world in country after country starting revolutions. They are just getting started.

      • Rose

Having also read the Qu’ran, you must have just skipped over the obvious “kill anyone who is not a member of Islam” which is very clearly stated therein. Yes, their stated purpose is supposedly to help others, but it is actually the way they help themselves. From day one of founding, their cult leader fought (and the women did too) and have continued to fight. My feeling is sad that Spain doesn’t have the leadership to overcome Islam again, and Europe is lost to them as well. If you don’t value what America’s founding fathers set up for us, I invite you and others to migrate to those “wonderful Islam-helping countries” today. I prefer to help myself as a Constitutional American and thereby help everyone with my efforts. Please reread the Qu’ran again and be truly informed. (Don’t read the shortened version, but the whole and complete version if you really want to know the truth of the cult (it is not a religion of any sort, no matter what they say – I see them related to Jones and his milieu.))

Here is some disturbing stats which has occurred between 2009 & 2011. Liberals, this has happened under your President, Nobama’s watch. Please take notice. This is what we folks with common sense have been telling you Liberals all along, but your just too stupid to get it. Nobama is ruining our country. The first number is what the price was in 2009, and the 2nd number reflects todays price. The 3rd number is the percntage of change in the incease over the last 2 years. The 4th is the source where this information had came from. Now Liberals, can you tell me that we are better off today than we were just two years ago? I don’t think so.

Revelation of some very interesting numbers: CHANGE

Two years ago today, Barack Obama was inaugurated as president of the United States . Are you better off today than you were two years ago? Numbers don’t lie, and here are the data on the impact he has had on the lives of Americans:

The big winner here is energy companies. They get to use LIFO accounting…which means that if the world price goes up, they charge the new price without increasing their costs. Some “old oil” has a “lifting costa” of $8.00 to $9.00. They should be moved to a FIFO system where the cost of the resource has at least some influence on price. Their representatives say that they need the profits to fund exploration. I think that this is a something which needs thorough examination—unlikely given congressional ignorance and campaign funds.

What is wrong with this picture? We anguish about Foreign countries whose choices are none of our business, while at the same time Muslims are pushing their unFree ways right here in our own country, like in Dearborn, Michigan:
    http://www.jihadwatch.org/2010/06/is-this-america-christian-activists-arrested-in-dearborn.html

    • DaveH

From my perspective, we have created our own energy shortages by allowing Government to meddle in our energy markets. Rather than whine about what other countries might do with their own oil, we need to concentrate on what we can do right here to increase our own oil production. Freeing ANWAR from the grips of Government and their ‘Green’ cronys would be a good start.

      • Ed H

You are so right DaveH. We need to be drilling in ANWR and the Dakotas and lift the moratorium in the Gulf.

      • Richr

You don’t seriously think the muslim will allow that ?

    • Lewis Munn

Thanks, Dave H, for the Dearborne reference. Other channels I have mentioned the school systems were being purged of any Christian or other non-Islaamic influences of any sort.

Thats because of political correctness, we arent allowed to say anything about blacks, hispanics or middle eastern terrorists. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton can yell and curse and call everyone from every race vile and racist names, and thats ok, but dont say a bad word about them, or your a racist. Illegal aliens flood in here, key word, illegal, and have fouled up budgets of states all over the country paying for the medical, housing, food and countless babies being born, but dont try to stop it, like Arizona has, your your a racist. And dont profile middle eastern terrorists who have been caught trying to kill us, and have vowed to kill us, because thats racist. Yet it is open season on Christians, Catholics and Jews. You can attack these 3 all you want, but dont you dare say a word about anyone else. Simply amazing.

(2-12-11) In 2008, the Alliance of Youth Movements held its inaugural summit in New York City. Attending this summit was a combination of State Department staff, Council on Foreign Relations members, former National Security staff, Department of Homeland Security advisers, and a myriad of representatives from American corporations and mass media organizations including AT&T, Google, Facebook, NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and MTV.(pdf).
One might suspect such a meeting of representatives involved in US economic, domestic and foreign policy, along with the shapers of public opinion in the mass media would be convening to talk about America’s future and how to facilitate it. Joining these policy makers, was an army of “grassroots” activists that would “help” this facilitation.
Among them was a then little known group called “April 6″ from Egypt. These Facebook “savvy” Egyptians would later meet US International Crisis Group trustee Mohamed ElBaradei at the Cairo airport in Februrary 2010 and spend the next year campaigning and protesting on his behalf in his bid to overthrow the government of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
The Alliance of Youth Movements mission statement claims it is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping grassroots activists to build their capacity and make a greater impact on the world. While this sounds fairly innocuous at first, even perhaps positive, upon examining those involved in “Movements.org,” a dark agenda is revealed of such nefarious intent it is almost difficult to believe.
Movement.org is officially partnered with the US Department of State and Columbia Law School. Its corporate sponsors include Google, Pepsi, and the Omnicon Group, all listed as members of the globocrat Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
CBS News is a sponsor and listed on the globocrat Chatham House’s corporate membership list.
Other sponsors include Facebook, YouTube, Meetup, Howcast, National Geographic, MSNBC, GenNext, and the Edelman public relations firm.
Movement.org’s “team” includes Co-Founder Jared Cohen, a CFR member, Director of Google Ideas, and a former State Department planning staff member under both Condoleezza Rice and Hilary Clinton.
Founding Movements.org with Cohen is Jason Liebman of Howcast Media which works with mega-corporate conglomerates like Proctor & Gamble, Kodak, Staples, Ford, and government agencies such as the US State Department and the US Defense Department, to create “custom branded entertainment, innovative social media, and tardeted rich-media campaigns.” He was also with Google for 4 years where he worked to partner with Time Warner (CFR), News Corporation (FoxNews, CFR) Viacom, Warner Music, Sony Pictures, Reuters, the New York Times, and the Washington Post Company.
Roman Sunder is also credited with co-founding Movements.org. He founded Access 360 Media, a mass advertising company, and he also organized the PTTOW! Summit which brought together 35 top executives from companies like AT&T (CFR), Quicksilver, Activison, Facebook, HP, YouTube, Pepsi (CFR), and the US Government to discuss the future of the “youth industry.” He is also a board member of Gen Next, another non-profit organization focused on “affecting change for the next generation.”
It is hard, considering these men’s affiliations, to believe that the change they want to see is anything less than a generation that drinks more Pepsi, buys more consumerist junk, and believes the United States government every time they purvey their lies to us via their corporate owned media.
While the activists attending the Movements.org summit adhere to the philosophies of “left-leaning” liberalism, the very men behind the summit, funding it, and prodding the agenda of these activists are American’s mega-corporate combine.
These are the very big-businesses that have violated human rights worldwide, destroyed the environment, sell shoddy, overseas manufactured goods produced by workers living in slave conditions, and pursue an agenda of greed and perpetual expansion at any cost.
The hypocrisy is astounding unless of course you understand that their nefarious, self-serving agenda could only be accomplished under the guise of genuine concern for humanity, buried under mountains of feel-good rhetoric, and helped along by an army of exploited, naive youth.
What we see is not a foundation from which all activists can work from, but a foundation that has a very selective group of activists working on “problem spots” the US State Department would like to see “changed.” Sudan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Eastern Europe, Venezuela, and even Thailand – where ever protesters and movements are working to undermine governments non-conducive to corporate America’s agenda, you will find Movements.org supporting their efforts.
The April 6 Movement of Egypt is one of them, and their role in the apparent success of the US ousting of Hosni Mubarak that may see their man Mohamed ElBaradei in office is a perfect example of how this new army of prodded youth will be deployed. It is color revolution 2.0, run directly out of the US State Department with the support of corporate America.
It would be strongly recommended that readers go to Movements.org themselves and explore the website, in particular the 3 summits they have held and those that were in attendance. Everyone from the RAND Corporation to the Council on Foreign Relations comes to “prod.”
Movements.org truly is a new tentacle for manipulating and undermining the sovereignty of foreign nations.

The American people would do well to REMEMBER what our fearless leader said about the Muslim Brotherhood. According to The Obummer, the M B is just a bunch of fun-loving bubbas who wouldn’t hurt a flea. In fact, the truth is much closer to Hitler and his Brown Shirts (or SS, if you want to get technical).
NEVER forget that Muslims backed Hitler in WWII. And they have NEVER tried to distance themselves from that HISTORICAL, PROVEN FACT.

    • karolyn

Where is all this information coming from on the MB? I have certainly heard just the opposite from most resources.

      • http://! Angel Wannabe

K, your only relying on sources in side your own box_look around!

      • s c

Angel, if you read K’s comments made at 8:46 and 8:47 and you compare them, it’s painfully obvious that she has contradicted herself in ways that only a progressive could do it.
She is, utterly without a clue. In another situation, it would be hilarious. This, however, is beyond sad.

      • Kinetic1

What contradictions would those be, sc. Are you suggesting that MB is a group of Mubarak supporters? Please, spell it out for us poor, confused progressives.

      • karolyn

        I see no contradiction SC.

      • http://! Angel Wannabe

sc, I get it_she claims looking at both sides, but grasps at straws & leans a definite left. A little digging does reveal, and its why I get irritated when the lefties ask for sources about a post, I figure, if ya want the info, then don’t be so damn lazy and go look for it!

      • Kinetic1

Give me a break Angel. Do you know how many times I’ve had to provide the source for the “righties” (to use your parlance) on this site? I’ve never dealt with such a lazy bunch. Forget giving source references, some of these folks won’t even bother to use punctuation! If you’re wiling to take the time to look up information and substantiate your claims, then it should not be a problem for you to point to your source. Otherwise, you should not be surprised when your “facts” are questioned.

      • Vigilant

        Kinetic,

I think we should allow karolyn a little sabbatical to bone up on hard sources of information about the MB, including direct quotes from that group.

I’m afraid I have to agree with you, so many posters here seem to spend all their waking time listening to or watching the media without ever looking into background source material. I’ll compliment you by saying that you’re normally pretty good at it, as is Angel.

      • http://! Angel Wannabe

Kinectic_-I do my homework__rarely do I ever ask for proof from and opinion or a post__even if I did, I would take anyones word for it, I’d go and google it, to get all sides of the story_ and find my own truths.

      • Kinetic1

        Angel,
I’m glad you do your homework, and I do mine as well. My point is that having done the work, it’s only reasonable to provide the source used to back up the claim. I could leave it to the reader to search out my quotes, but it’s a pain (and I have had to do that myself on several occasions). Odd thing is, on those occasions where the writer was not willing to provide the information, I usually found that the source was either a) a very biased site with questionable integrity, in which case I find it easy to locate solid opinions that conflict, or b) the quote is cherry picked from someone who doesn’t even agree with them. So, rather than attacking those who ask for source, I think we should encourage everyone to do as we do and look before they write.

      • WayneT

Apparently your reading the liberal blogs and not getting the complete story, Carolyn.

      • karolyn

I do not confine what I hear and read to any specific sources, favoring sampling from different places. I surf the news and online and listen to NPR. (Oh, no!)

      • Vigilant

        karolyn,

PLEASE understand that I’m not trying to be flip about this, but I really want to know how much backup research you do from independent sources in print or on the internet. I admit there’s a lot of dross in both of those sources, but at least look at the positions stated by the MB, in their own words. If you do, I think you would change your mind about them.

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

Karolyn: Read Jihad & Jew Hatred: Islamism, Nazism & the roots of 9-11 by Matthais Kuntzel. That will tell you some things about them.

      • karolyn

Actually, Wayne, I never read liberal blogs. Well, maybe once in a blue moon. I have more things to spend my time on than this.

    • Sonja

People have wondered exactly what Obummer doesn’t want us to know that is in his “documents” that he has ordered “kept secret”. Many people think it has to do with his place of birth, “not a U S Citizen, which clearly may be, but I think his records may just also show that he is & has been for many years “A MEMBER OF THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD” among many other documents which would prove his HATE FOR AMERICA AND ISRAEL.

  • JeffH

Something else that’s really fishy… has anyone wondered why the rioters in Egypt have carried out so many attacks on journalists?
Harming journalists is counter to a storyline that “the Egyptian people want Democracy.” If these were ordinary citizens of Egypt rising up for a new and better form of government, wouldn’t they welcome reporting of their plight? Instill fear in journalists and the questions won’t be asked and answered and we won’t learn the truth about who these rioters really are and who organized them.

Aside from Obama’s inclusion of Muslim Brotherhood members here in America, are there any other connections that bring us to Egypt with a connection to Soros? Yes, there are.

Soros and Obama have an influential, ground-engaged connection in Egypt – Saad Eddin Ibrahim

Human rights activist Saad Eddin Ibrahim sought funding from Soros’ Open Society Institute (OSI) in May of 2003 and OSI’s website contains a summary of their OSI Forum: “The Battle for Civil Society in Egypt – Freed Reformist Sees Hope for Islamic Democracies”

Nearly a year ago (May of 2010), Saad Ibrahim called for defiance and civil disobedience in Egypt as the means to achieve transformation. Ibrahim expressed disappointment that President Obama had not yet followed through with the transformation in Egypt. Ibrahim voiced his support for ElBaradei and Muslim rule in Egypt.

The fall of Egypt into the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood would almost ensure war with Israel and would place America at risk. Is this the outcome Obama and his pal George Soros seek?

When the UN (Judge Goldstone) issued a report alleging war crimes against Israel, a September 30, 2010 Washington Times article states, “Benjamin Netanyahu, famously said last year that Israel faces three major threats — “the Iranian nuclear program, rockets aimed at our civilians, and Goldstone”.

Judge Goldstone was involved with George Soros and OSI. J-Street and NAF receive funds from Soros’ OSI also. All three organizations associated with Judge Goldstone‘s visit to Washington — J Street, NAF and OSI — receive substantial funding from the Nazi collaberator billionaire George Soros, who is also a fierce critic of AIPAC and Israeli policies.

Summing it up, George Soros is connected to President Obama, Saad Ibrahim, Judge Goldstone and America’s far-left anti-Israel and anti-American organizations. It appears the violent revolutionaries in Egypt may be nothing short of radical Muslims organized by America’s far-left, supported by Obama and Soros and who are on a mission to destroy Israel and increase harm to the United States of America.

No sir, they are pigs. They treat their women worse than animals, like something they own, and that is pig treatment. We are commanded to love our wives, as Christ loved the church, which He gave His life up for. They believe women are a possession, and treat them like dirt. If that wife isnt working out, they just kill them, and get another one, and call it an honor killing, and it is accepted in the muslim way, because it is run by all men, where women are dogs to them. Yes, all muslim men are pigs, and it has nothing to do with racism. Wake up pal.

  • JeffH

First things first, Obama hasn’t a clue about anything…he’s “Lost in Space”. There are a lot of things happening behind the scene that you won’t hear or see from the lamestream media.

It’s important to understand that Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt have active support from Code Pink, who has been on the ground in Cairo since the beginning of the uprising. Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorhn, both of the Weatherman Underground terrorists, joined Code Pink’s Jodie Evans in Cairo to provoke the riots against Mubarak and help raise funds for the Muslim Brotherhood. Code Pink’s Evans, Ayers and Dohrn were also behind the so-called Gaza Freedom March in December. They’re also activly promoting the uprisings of Plaestinians in Gaza against the Israelis. Philip Weiss wrote of witnessing Ayers and Dohrn getting caught up in the debate over whether to accept Egypt’s offer for a small number of activists entry to Gaza.

Code Pink is the same organization that was funded by the Obama/Joyce Foundation. When Code Pink last visited Hamas in June, they were given a letter addressed to President Obama from Hamas.

Hamas, Code Pink, Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Jodie Evans and Barack Obama. Quite a witches brew. And the Huffington Post and Politico wonder why Americans doubt Obama’s committment to win the war on terror.

Code Pink says it is a 501-c3 tax exempt organization. Who knew funding the overthrow of U.S. allies was a tax exempt charitable act?

Let us just hope that the Egyptian people can have a smooth transition to a democracy, one that can stand for peace without the influence of these terrorist organizations.

    • JeffH

…Forgot to mention that the Marxist organization Code Pink has a long and storied history with the anti-American global left. Code Pink was not shy about its support for Hamas. The group bragged that Hamas terrorists guaranteed their safety in Gaza.

        JeffH – Good work.

Did you happen to see the interview on O’Reilly with the CodePink woman from Berkeley? The Berkeley city council, backed by CodePink, has extended welcome to the (soon to be) released GITMO detainees.

        Heck, that’s our backyard!

These people are truly nuts. The woman being interviewed definitely seemed several cards short of a full deck.

      • JeffH

Kate8, having been raised just a few miles north of Berkley(6mi)and having friends that still live there I was really interested in that interview…that woman was a deck short of a full deck. She’s never had a clue about anything if that interview was any indiator. I would have thought it was a SNL comedy skit had I not known better.
Berkley has no say in the matter anyway, that’s how rediculous it was.

      • SEscott

i went to High School in Berkeley (Bizurkly to locals….) i was also reared in a small town about 10 mi north of there. this lady that was on O’Reilly is typical of the nuts that live there. Not much has changed there since the 1960s…..

      • Vigilant

I saw the interview last night, and I only wish Bill had allowed her to speak more than the ACLJ commentator. Given enough rope, I think she would have “blowed up real good.”

      • JeffH

SEscott, I was raised in El Sobrante.

      • JeffH

        Vigilant, you mean Hannity.

      • Vigilant

I stand corrected Jeff. The ACLJ guy was really good, but neither he nor Hannity gave her enough time to make a total fool of herself. Truth is, I felt a little sorry for her. She was obviously unprepared.

Kate8, it’s your fault! (:-) You started with O’Reilly and I just kept on without thinking (yes, even I have brain hiccups sometimes).

      • JeffH

Vigilant, it don’t really matter who did the interview.LOL!
The ACLJ guy was pretty sharp but what he was saying just didn’t compute with the Code Pink loon. She looked like a fish out of water and her eyes had tha “deer in a headlite” look to them. She was almost surreal.

      • Granny Mae

        Vigilant,

Oh now go ahead and blame it all on poor little Kate8 ! LOL !

When has Berkeley ever had common sense? Never. I have lived in CA for more than 50 years and I still cannot understand the mentality in that city or even why it is still in existence. Seems as tho San Francisco is not the only fruit, nuts and berries city in our state. CA is suffering from such liberal and social ideas and wonder why it cannot pay its bills and support stupidity at the same time. Somehow you often wonder if everyone you know here is smoking something because their brains are on full stop. I see Texas as my bolt hole because there is not much left in this state to attract nor keep we who have brains and use them. Muslims are here. They have literally taken over some cities with their population uncontrol and they have not stepped up to the plate to declare the wrongs of other Muslims here or elsewhere in the world which tells me they are like “uncover” Islamists just awaiting the moment, but with people like those in Berkeley and San Francisco, their heads are definitely in the sand and spout PC as though it were a religion rather than a bunch of hot air and stupidity and ignorance of humankind. I became a Tea Partier to fight for America, and I invite others to do likewise or at least get off their duffs and stop the complaints and responses here and do something proactive. Words are just words, but actions speak louder than words!

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Rose,
The problem with Texas is there’s too many dam illegals!!!

      • Sonja

I also saw the interview with the Code Pink person, when she opened her mouth & spoke, it was CLEAR she doesn’t have both oars in the water. SERIOUSLY, SHE DOESN’T. When she stated she had a room in her house all ready for someone from GITMO to come live at her house, I thought to myself, “doesn’t that woman realize “they” would “cut off her head” in a heartbeat”? I could just see the story in the newspapers of this happening. SO SAD, SO MANY “FEEBLEMINDED” PEOPLE THINKING THE WAY THEY DO. GOD HELP OUR COUNTRY.

      • Granny Mae

        Sonja,

Your right and when this person get’s killed by some idiot from Gitmo, then the law will come out with more of their ban guns , or knives or machetty’s or maybe even hands because this poor innocent air head was killed ! Idiot’s !!!!

      • JeffH

Kate8, the interview was on Hannity…

      • Kate8

JeffH – Hannity – whatever. I only watch snippets of them on occasion, and forget which said what.

I missed the part where she talked about having a room ready. Geez, doesn’t she realize that, to a Muslim man, that would be a deadly offense against Islam, unless he married her?

I’d love an update on that one.

      • JeffH

Kate8, the who really isn’t important anyway. Hannity actually let her speak because the more she opened her mouth, the more her lack of knowledge in the matter of why these people were in GITMO and why they are dangerous became even more evident. She was a genuine nut case. Honestly, she appeared to be mentally deficient and was certainly mentally challenged..

She actually said she had a spare bedroom, ready right now, for one or more of them to move in. Shae had no clue whatsoever about the Obama or his administration.

      • Vigilant

Did anyone notice that when Hannity made some remark about being an Obama supporter, she looked like she was going to deny it, but was overridden by the conversation? Wonder who she voted for? Are the mentally challenged eligible to vote? (I take that back, they must be eligible; that’s the only way Obama got elected).

    • WayneT

If this is a fact, and it can be proven, then the criminals who are doing this should be tried, and put in prison for a long, long time.

Wayne, The only ones that will see that done is “WE THE PEOPLE”

    • eddie47d

You made your point Jeff. Why is there still a blockade by Israel against Gaza. No country should be denied food and necessities and if Israel feels that weapons are being smuggled in then international inspectors should handle the cargo. Deliberately causing people to suffer is not good politics or humanitarian. Weapons can be brought in from across the deserts so their blockade is senseless. The CIA also has a long history of fermenting trouble, torturing people and starting wars. That is just in the Middle East yet you continue to emphasise low grade ex “terrorists” and make it seem like they started the whole mess. NOT by a long shot! Go read Teresa’s column in the other thread on Egypt today. You’ll find out who the real culprits are in shaping our world. That includes Eric Holder if that peaks you interest.

      • JeffH

eddie, nice to see you acknowledge that I made my point clear to you.
Israel’s blockade hasn’t stopped food and necessities from going to Gaza…it’s there to stop “WEAPONS” from going to Gaza. I also read Teresa’s comments and what is in it is no surprise and only confirms that there are a lot of organizations involved in the Egyptian situation. Dig deep enough and you’ll see that in one way or another they have common connections.

      • JeffH

…If you want to know why there is a blockade in the first place, sent an email or a letter to Israel and ask them. I’m quite sure they could give you a far more detailed answer.

      • JeffH

eddie says “Weapons can be brought in from across the deserts so their blockade is senseless.” I’m pretty sure that the anti-Israeli Terrorists have tried without success but would support your idea that a blockade against weapons is senseless.

  • Jeremy Leochner

With terrorists its difficult to determine where to draw the line of too much and too little security. A principle issue I have in this debate and I think the President is considering is the issue of foreign interference. I believe the President desires democracy to come to Egypt. Unfortunatly in terms of terrorism democracy requires the choice of the people. If a democracy or a democratic system is made by, built by, or influenced by direct or perhaps even indirect influence from others the system ultimatly does not work because the people can not and will not accept it as representing them rather than others. Unfortunalty if the people are scared, angered or inflammed by extremism it runs the risk of allowing extremism into power by the choice of the people against their better instincts. Yet as I said a system provided by or made by another with anothers influence presents an equally grim picture. All in all I personally feel we must do everything in our power to support a new democratic system however we must allow the Egyptian people to decide for themselves what they want or we cannot call ourselves a democracy or a republic. Personally I believe the majority of Egyptians and Muslims are good people who dont fall victim to extremism and if the Muslim Brotherhood really is the violent extremist group I’ve heard it to be I think the majority of the people wont be tempted to support them if given hope, the truth, and support.

    • karolyn

I don’t know why, but everything I’ve been hearing about the MB is that they are NOT extremist or violent and say they do not want to make Egypt an Islamic state. Every member I have heard interviewed has been very articulate (obviously English or American-educated) in saying that they are for freedom, including of religion. I guess it depends on who you listen to, but there are two extremely opposite ivews of this organization. Of course, they would have ties to other Islamic groups, why wouldn’t they? That does not mean that they operate the same way. In fact, they have not, have they? As an organization formed in the 40s that has not stood out as extremists or terrorists, how can one say they are?

      • 2WarAbnVet

In 2007 the Muslim Brotherhood stated the following U.S. goals

“The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions,”

They sound like a “moderate” outfit to me.

      • JC

The chances of this turning into a shooting war between a 7th century religious dogma and 21st century sovereignty and freedom are pretty damned good. I don’t mean the so called war on terror either. I mean the fight for survival which is likely to occur right here on American soil.
If the Globalists and their Meat Puppet Kenyan get their way…

      • Bob from Calif.

According to Webster Tarpley, the Muslim Brotherhood was established by British Intelligence early last century. What role they are playing is still to be seen. Kissinger who is in bed with the New World Order, said that” this is just the first act of the play”. Something bigger is going on here. We need to figure out what all of the pieces on the board are doing. The New World Order believes that they will create order out of chaos. Its possible that they are just getting their pieces placed where they want them on the board.

      • denniso

Do you mean a shooting war between a 7th century dogma and a 1st century dogma? Isn’t our country dominated by the 1st century dogma?

John Meyers should be ashamed of even the title of his article…linking Obama to a radical Muslim movement that wants to take over the world is just plain stupid, and plays into the foggy minds of the conspiracy theorists. And, if Obama wanted to destroy the oil industry for hte sake of ‘green energy’,he would certainly not be looking at getting reelected in 2012. If oil doubled in price the economy would be crippled overnight and his election chances would be over. Come on Meyers,do some thinking and quit baiting the wackos w/ such baloney.

      • eddie47d

…and if the House of Saud falls the new owners will have to make money to survive and that means to sell oil. We need to get ahead of the game or get out.

I guess you need to be reminded that Christians have shot and killed medical doctors? I wonder if you have forgotten that there are Christian men who believe they have the right to ‘marry’ underage girls? That means rape under our secular laws. These ‘Christians’ are trying to force their beliefs on society w/ lethal force and upon little girls w/ force and coersion. Their beliefs are founded on 1st century and older dogma, living in a 21st century society.

It would be the same as if you were diagnosed with colon cancer in its early stages BUT you didn’t want to hear that, so you went from doctor to doctor until you finally heard what you wanted to hear. Then your colon cancer passed the point of no return and you died when it could have been removed in its early stages and you would have had a complete recovery. But you didn’t want to do that because you didn’t want to be a cancer hater and only wanted to see the good in everything.

Glad to hear the weather is going to be good. I’m sure there were some very nice weather days at Dachua as well.
And it’s fine to dwell on the good more than the bad…but not to the point of the imagined over the real. One does not have to be naieve to miss what’s going on…
One merely has to be unable to see it. Many of us are (knowingly or unknowingly) able to shut out that which we don’t want to see or that which scares the hell out of us.

If that is your situation, fine. But there is no point, none, in trying to convince those of us with the knowledge of the situation and fortitude to face it head on…that all is well.
        It isn’t.

      • Vigilant

        Kinetic,

Life’s a bitch and that doesn’t change whether your an optimist or a pessimist. A person needs be neither full of fear and hatred, nor optimistic to recognize reality head on.

      • http://Yahoo Leonard W. Giddens Jr.

What? The sound of a person that is willing to bet his life. I am glad you are in the manority.

      • Dan Burke

Pessimist: People are too stupid to wake up to the threat = we are all doomed. Death and misery to any able to see the truth. Just make the best of what time I have.

Optimist: If the MB is waging war against the US, Israel, and religious freedom, perhaps them getting this far will excite them so much that they will reveal themselves and the people of the world will wake up to the danger and actually put forth a resistance while we still can. There is hope for freedom. It may cost blood, but hope is there.

Note, in this scenario, the pessimist in this scenario is the person who “sticks their head in the sand” denying that there is possibility of hope. Just ignoring a problem does not by default define the optimist. The optimist sees hope. If you are an optimist, then you should be able to face the facts and still come out saying there is light, even if it is at the end of the tunnel. And by so saying, if you put forth the effort, that light can become reality. That is an optimist as I understand it. When the rest of us see a dark tunnel with no light, they can see the light all around us.

Now it is possible that the Muslim Brotherhood is peaceful, etc.. Unfortunately, as peaceful as the revolution in Egypt has appeared, the pessimist in me says that history shows good reason to be wary, very wary.

Ironic that as the world seems to be “going to hell in a hand basket,” the more motivated I feel to participate and stand up for God, freedom, and peace. I am no true optimist. I could be wrong about that, but I have trouble seeing the Light.

Is there a place for people who only see the positive and tells us to ignore the negative? YES!!! It is far too easy to focus on the negative, and if we focus on the negative then the negative is what we will get in our life. If you focus on the positive, then you will get positive. Personally, I would gladly be surrounded by people who see only the positive, as long as we are not ignorant of the real world and are founded on truth. For I see it as positive bliss that leads to tyranny. For what is progressivism but a view that you can change a man into perfection using force and manipulation. Is this not the ultimate in positive dreams? To believe man can replace God and create that which we have never accomplished as mortals? To believe that using corruption will not result in corruption?

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

Hey Karolyn, I agree with you. It doesnt matter how corrupt the world is, I dont have to be. I dont care how corrupt our government is, I dont have to follow them. I do what I can do, show love and kindness to others, and do what I can do to help others live’s be better, and go about my life. I dont fear any man or government. They make think they are in control, but they arent. God is in control of it all, and though at times, a lot of times anymore, we all question as to why this happens and why that happens, but there is a reason and it isnt all about “me”, as so many people think. I enjoy life, I laugh, I love, and I have fun. And no one is going to take that away. They cannot take that away, unless I let them. Even the prophet Paul, when in prison, astonished those around him as they heard him singing in joyous praise. This world and all in it are fading and perishing, that is a fact. We all will die and leave it one day, both good and bad. But the word of God will live forever. That is why I can smile, live and love, and enjoy life. Without it , one has nothing.

      • karolyn

Wow! You guys are all over the place and don’t get IT at all! I know you never will, more’s the pity; but, hey, we live in America and can believe ANYTHING we want. Yes, I have always been an optimist; and despite having lived what I will call an “interesting and varied” life filled at times with danger, fear, and sorrow on the “bad” side, everything has always worked out; and here I am. Why would I not take that world view? Everything always works out. I have a universal view of everything that in essence says that que sera sera. All the moaning, bitching and complaining in the world is only going towards making things worse. I DO see what’s going on in the world and understand and even agree with some of what all the pessimists say; but I refuse to give in to fear. No matter what happens, I am fine. Should I die, that’s wonderful because I will be freed from this cumberson body. My wish is that more people could feel as I do. I knew a guy whose favorite saying was “How important is it?” And when you think about anything in proper perspective, nothing is important enough to interfere with my feeling good and wishing that for anyone I come into contact with.

      • karolyn

Hey, Beberoni, I remember having had this conversation not too long ago with you! I remember you mentioning Paul, and I remember all the people who could not get the concept.

      • Kate8

karolyn – What I’ve been trying to say is that when you say you refuse to give in to fear, you imply that the fear is there, but you are in denial of it, or are repressing it.

You are into natural healing, so you must know that repressed emotion lurks within us and, eventually, manifests physically. To deny a repressed emotion, you still polarize with it, giving it energy. You mentally create that which is “I” and “not I”. What we resist, sooner or later, magnifies.

To really heal of any condition, we look for the cause, most often repressed emotion. Rather than resisting it, we allow it, we experience the pain and walk through it, and come out the other side.
There is, then, no longer a polarization, because we realize that ALL things are included within the I, as God has no opposite. We can be free to live each moment as we choose, even while observing the play of duality existence, seeing clearly, but staying in peace.

The world is the projected manifestation of human inner darkness and sense of separation, that is, our own pain. We heal it, also, by shining light on it and understanding our part in its creation. If we reject it as “not I”, it will persist. Healing comes through a return to wholeness, to the center point, for opposites are always the same, only differing in degree.

To Frank – Karolyn and I have disagreed much on many posts, but I will put her knowledge and wisdom far, far above your hateful attacks on her. Just because she has a good outlook, doesnt mean she is naive. I feel the same way, and I am fully aware of the evil in the world and the mess it is in, and the mess of our government. Doesnt mean we still cant take the time to enjoy the blessings we have now, does it? If you feel that way, Id say your pretty naive to the truth.

      • Bruce D.

Karolyn has a liberal progressive outlook which she tries to advance with optimism and she needs plenty of it. The only way you can promote that kind of ideology is to ignore history and ignore facts. To make the kind of quote she did about the Muslim Brotherhood is just more evidence she does both.

      • http://deleted Claire

Beberoni–I am inclined to agree with your post.

      • s c

Robin, it’s a waste of time trying to figure out what’s is so wrong with progressives. When it comes to their incredibly childish outlook on the M B, I’m tempted to conclude that progressives take a blood oath, and for the rest of their lives worship stupidity and hate common sense.
I recommend that Bob Livingston include as part of his ‘books to read’ list a small work called Icon of Evil [Dalin and Rothmann, Random House, '08]. The first 100 pages will so infuriate progressives that they’ll probably have to be medicated. The M B can trace its roots back to 1928 and a spectacular wacko named Haj Amin al-Husseini.
If Obama could read, I’d recommend it to him. If K and her peers are able to read on their own, they would increase their collective IQs a great deal in one day by reading that book. Trying to educate progressives is worse than trying to whiz up a redwood, but someone has to try.

      • Jeremy Leochner

S C as a progressive I can assure you I never took any blood oath. Also I assure you I am willing to listen to rationale arguments and am willing to change my views and beliefs if I feel evidence requires it. On matters of the Muslim Brotherhood I am unsure. I have heard some claim with certainty that they are terrorists and extremists. Yet I have heard others proclaim just as strongly that they are not. I dont know which to believe since I am no expert on Islam or Islamic groups. All I want is to try and not call someone a terrorist who isnt a terrorist or call someone innocent when they are not. Both are incorrect and both do more harm than good.

      • Vigilant

Jeremy, you’ve proven the point. You have ignored an earlier posting by 2WarAbnVet that quotes directly from the goals of the MB and you persist in saying you haven’t made up your mind.

Tell me, just what DOES it take to convince a progressive? And for that matter, why do you listen to what the media says and not do some research for yourself on the history and aims of the MB, from the horse’s mouth, so to speak? There are numerous internet sources.

      • http://Yahoo Leonard W. Giddens Jr.

It is clear to me religion is a dangerous thing.People no longer think for themselves, they rely on a book or a person to think for them. A book that’s filled with riddles that no person on this earth has any idea what the answers are. Every group think they have the answers and think they are the chosen people. More people are killed every day, by or because of this religion than any other crimes comitted in the entire world. How can anybody beleave in something that causes the amount of death and destruction as this con does?

leonard, you hit a home run. the governments of the world are going to shut down and destroy all religion thru the U.N. however this is mention in the bible at revelation 17 and 18. god is going to put it into their minds to do this rev17;17. so the so called book you refer to does somthing man doesn’t do and that is it tells the truth. read it and you will learn a thing or two

Note to Jeremy – Please go to your local Muslim Brotherhood, and inform them that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour, and see how moderate they are. You just might find out something about them.

Interesting how God is failing in our current world. What is behind the lack of faith?
Read the following and research for yourself.

The Conspiracy Is Against God; Ask God What to Do by Henry Makow, PhD (Jan.4, 2004)

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

To Void: God is not failing in our current world. The world is telling Him He is not needed, so He, not being a forceful God, is backing off, and slowing removing His hand from the United States, whom He has blessed all these years and given us so much more than the rest of the world, being that we held Him in high esteem here.
But as we turn away from Him, be assured He will turn away from us also, and give us the desires of our hearts. And when we get perverted and decadent enough, just like the empires before us,the Babylonian Empire, the Greek Empire, The Medo Persian Empire and the Roman Empire, we will be handed over to a lesser enemy. If you dont learn from History, your doomed to repeat it. Evidently, we didnt learn.

      • http://! Angel Wannabe

Right Beberoni, we’ve been telling God to get out of everything for years, now he has__lefties can’t see it, or they’re afraid we’re right, and act as if it isn’t happening!?

      • Jeremy Leochner

Vigilant I suppose your correct. I guess I just want to listen to everyside first. On the matter of progressives I dont know. As a person I know there are arguments that could convince me of certain ideas or theories. However I dont know how being a progressive effects my capacity to listen to rational arguments. As such I can not comment on other progressives. If you present me with a good evidence based argument I will listen, try to present my side if I disagree and if in the end your argument is convincing I will acknowledge it. Being a progressive dosen’t factor into it.

      • Bruce D.

Jeremy, a person’s ideology always factors into the way in which he views data. Progressives push for big government and redistribution of money from those who have it also from people who do not have it (example Cap and Trade). Conservatives push for a smaller limited government that has less say in your life and less focus on your paycheck. Both sides will support the arguments that further their beliefs.

      • Jeremy Leochner

Your right Bruce however at the end of the day if a convincing argument is given or one you agree with or cant disprove you must admit that regardless of your own views. If you dont know you dont know. The argument I posted against seemed to suggest that ones political views affects their ability to admit when their wrong or to accept evidence that they cannot contradict. While I admit ones views can make one subjective in and of itself they dont determine a persons capacity to know right from wrong or truth from untruth if presented with concrete physical evidence. If someone presents a rational argument or says something I agree with and I dont say anything or I dont admit when im wrong, or if I dont listen to evidence I cant contradict or provide any argument against it, its not because im a prgressive. Its because im either stubborn, delusional, ignorant, arrogant, naieve, some combination of them or maybe I just do not know the full story. Either im willing to admit when im wrong, acknowledge when I have nothing to counter it, agree to disagree or simply try to not judge other people based solely on what I think of them or their argument, or I am not willing to do any. My personality, attitude, perhaps age and experience, mental health and emotional stability factor into such matters. But my political ideology does not.

      • Bruce D.

I am not going to disagree with anything you said. There are also those who choose not to look.

Might be a good idea for those unsure of the intentions of M B to do some of your own research so you will know for sure. Look them up on the internet and in the library and check it out for yourself. If you can’t do that much then you must accept the opinion of anyone else and their opinion , good or bad is their opinion and not in my opinion, worth repeating as my own. I must know for myself ! If a person is too lazy to research for themselves then what they say about any matter is not worth noting ! s c. I agree with you !

Hey, since we’re talking about origins of organizations that most Americans know nothing about…

…did you all know that the Tea Party was founded by a family (the Koch’s) who helped form Communism…?

Yes, folks, you read that right.

Your tea-bagging buddies were in bed with Stalin and his filthy communist comrades.

So, yeah…let that sink in for a moment…and then apply it to Sarah (God Only Knows Who’s Nailin’) Palin, and Michele Bachmann (Turner Over’n'Driver)…yes, your supposed saviors/air-heads.

hahahaha…yeah…you guys are *oh so wise* to US Alinsky-ites…

        *eyeroll*

Oh, the irony is delicious, isn’t it…?

Beberoni, he’s also “logic-free” but can’t see it.

        (1) As a communist, Dogma-Laden should celebrate the Tea Party but doesn’t.

        (2) As a person challenged by pristine logic, he thinks the positions espoused by the Tea Party are pro-communist, i.e., restoring the Constitution and protecting the rights (and differences) of the individual.

        Go figure.

Ken: The KKK now want to put their name on Missouri license plates. Considering their devious past and sometimes in the present should that be allowed? I doubt if all KKK members are evil or that all Muslim Brotherhood members are evil. Should both groups take a loyalty oath? Should certain citizens who belong to such a group be excluded from voting or by government?

      • Vigilant

“Considering their devious past and sometimes in the present should that be allowed?”

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the Democrats.

      • Granny Mae

        eddie47d,

I disagree. Would you join a group without knowing what they thought or believed and without agreeing with all of it? I sure wouldn’t. Everyone knows what the KKK stands for and people that align themselves with that group can be assumed to agree with all they stand for ! I would not give any member of the KKK a free pass as to being a good boy! You have to take part in their activities and their activities speak for themselves ! It is a feel good mentality to think that every body is good no matter what group they align themselves with but in reality it is a lie ! KKK is KKK. MB is MB. Don’t loose your head over some feel good desired belief !

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

Let me tell you something eddie, so pay attention please. I am what they call a white anglo saxon protestant, the type the Klan wants to be made up of. They consider this to be better than all people, and would like nothing more than to exterminate all that arent like them. I would never join any group, that considers themselves to be supreme over others, and especially those who resort to violence to do it. Yes, to join any group which centers only on themselves and outcasts all others, is evil in itself, so your assertation that they are all evil is dead on correct. That they would hate someone because of the color of their skin, is straight from the bowels of satan himself. So yes, as the Muslim Brotherhood hates all who dont think like they do, the Klan hates all that dont look like they do. Both evil, from satan himself.

      • Steve

Please, pull your head out of your ass. The mistake will be your’s if you believe that the muslims are peacefull people. Me, I would not have a problem if law’s were made to not let muslims on planes, trains, cars and never let a muslim in the United States for any reason. The muslims are trying to take over the world. Wake the F$ck up. We can’t get anyone to do their job in America and the world is laughing at us. Try Vetting the muslim in the white house. Let’s see, so far he has shown one piece of paper that is his certificate of birth, not a birth certificate. The certificate of birth has a smugged out numbers in the top right hand corner, no state seal, no physician signature, different format than the 1961 birth certificate’s of 1961 Hawaii’s Hospitals and were lazor cut, which no lazor cuts were made in 1961. If I did not do my job, I would be fired the day I did not do my job, but congress, house of represenitives, senate can not only not do nothing, then they get to retire on 15,000 a month with a different health plan than yours. All I can say is keep sitting on your hands, soon your head will be cut off. Idiots.

When the muslims allow me to walk down the streets of Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Somalia and places like that, reading my Bible and preaching about Jesus Christ freely, then I just might consider them a peaceful people. But since they would willingly and knowingly take me aside and cut my head off for it, I have to think that gee, these guys are a very peaceful bunch. But what do I know, I just live in the truth.

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

Sorry, that should read, “these guys are not a peaceful bunch”.

People with Karolyn’s mentality will never wake up. I don’t care how rational a post is, Karolyn will argue against it. I know that we need to fire Nobama and a lot of his cohorts in 2012 so we can protect folks like Carolyn. I see very clearly what Nobama is doing to this country, and I sure as hell don’t like it.

      • Another Voice

It’s people like Karolyn who just might save us from total collapse someday. I hope that she and her like-minded Americans keep voting!

      • Theron Leland

Well folks as a Korean vet. I know one thing. If you see a man coming at you with a gun and starts to aim it at you, you don’t ask him what his intentions are, you kill him before he kills you, any other action is suicide. The time to argue what his intentions were is afterward or would you rather see your loved ones laying on the ground lifeless and bloody. The time to stop a killer is before he kills and if you misunderstood his actions , tough, he should not have been there in the first place. So to all Muslims, be sure that when you are around me you don’ give the the wrong indications and I’ll do the same. That brings up one more thing, you can’t protect anyone without the means.

      • Vigilant

        Another Voice says:

“It’s people like Karolyn who just might save us from total collapse someday. I hope that she and her like-minded Americans keep voting!”

It has been like-minded Americans who have voted to put this country on the road to Perdition already.

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

To Theron, I believe there is coming a day, when these muslim terrorists are going to blow up one thing to many, or just plain get too proud of themselves, and its going to end up being open season on them in the streets of America, and a lot of innocent people are going to get hurt. That is why these middle eastern people need to get their crap together, and start giving up these dangerous guys now, or it is going to come back and slap them all in the face. Because I like you, will not wait until the gun is on me, I am looking for it before it gets pulled, and Im just being self defensive. Soon, many are going to go on the offense, because the American people are getting sick of the government and their political correctness, letting these anti -American’s run free and set up their little terror huts. It is going to come back and haunt them in a big way.

      • Steve

“Yes”, she says, “I just want to see the bright side of things”. Then that means you don’t see things as they really are. You just see what you want to see. That’s seems to be the problem with much of the country that many people have their own slant on the truth. We can slant the truth for many different reasons but if you do it then at least learn to see that you have a bias and either get over it or shut up about your bias worthless opinions. If you are on food stamps you are biased. If you are unemployed you are biased. If you are black you are biased, probably. If you are stupid you are biased. The rest of us republicans. Oh and there are some corrupt biased republicans but hopefully they will get voted out next time. KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE. But your bias will enslave you.

      • Bruce D.

I do not think Karolyn sees the “bright” side of things at all. She sees the leftest side and what will promote that agenda. She tries to qualify it as the bright side of things to cover up the inaccuracies in her facts, logic, and ideology.

Warning, Warning Will Robinson, Dr. Smith has hit the proverbial nail on the Head.

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

First and foremost Karylyn, when dealing with the Islamic Muslim religion, you must understand, that its very tenants, are that anyone that dares think differently than them, is an infidel and deserving only of death. Their true means, is to eliminate all Christians, Jews, Catholics, Buddhists, Mormons, and any other religion besides their false religion, which is void of Jesus Christ. If you dont have the son, Jesus Christ, you dont have the Father. Their leader Mohammed is dead and buried in the ground where worms ate his body. Jesus Christ is alive and well, and will be always. That is the difference. And while Christians around the world pray that the light may come into their darkness and give them light to see the truth, and to feel love, their false beliefs say kill anyone who is different than you, even if you have to kill yourself to do it. It is not moderate what so ever. They will not stop until we are all dead, or they die trying to kill and exterminate us. The sooner you realize that, and the sooner our supposed leaders realize that, the sooner we can make them understand, that their way is not an option.

      • S.C.Murf

The bible talks of the muslims coming to power and the evil for which they stand

      • Ruby

Even the moderate, westernized Muslims can’t get away from that.

Any Christian (any…Catholic, Evangelical, Mormon or otherwise) knows what’s really happening in the middle east. The stage is being set for the 2nd coming (as it’s referred to among Evangelical circles), and the FINAL war…more commonly referred to as the battle of Armagheddon (I may have mis-spelled this). It won’t happen for a few more years (more prophesies still to be fulfilled). Well…it may happen tomorrow.

Take a map out and look how Israel is being surrounded.

      • Chris

Hey, I’m Jewish; I’m still waiting for the first coming.

      • karolyn

According to the Bible, it can’t happen until the Word has been brought to all peoples in all corners of the earth. That may never happen, especially when you consider the fact that there are still lost tribes being found in the Amazon never mind the North Koreans.

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

Chris. Maybe you didnt read the old testament good enough. Its all in there, and it all came to pass. Just like the other millions, you missed it. How I dont know, its pretty darn clear, you know, the “He will come riding on a Colt”, and “He will come from the stump of Jesse”. And “He will tear down the temple and rebuild it in 3 days”, which was his body which rose 3 days later. The whole old testament tells about His coming, but you pictured Him coming to wipe out the Romans in vengeance and take over the world, in mans image, and when it didnt happen like that, you rejected Him. And you wonder why even to this day, that the Jewish people are being persecuted, as God allows this as their punishment for their disobediance, as He did all through the old testament. You need to hook up with some Messianic Jews, they will get you on the right path. Good luck.

        karolyn,
Hate to burst your bubble, lady, but the bible HAS been brought to N. Korea!! People have been secreting them into the country for years!! Do a little more research!

      • Kinetic1

        Beberoni,
These words from a religion that executed men who dared to study nature. A church that regularly tortured and killed those who would not accept Christ. The church that invaded the Middle East to drive out those who were not believers. Even in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan we have seen warriors, from foot soldiers to officers, even a President who saw their fight as a crusade against Islam, and you want to paint Muslims as the only problem?

The Qur’an is not the only religious text to call for the death of non-believers. Take a look in the Bible, say Deuteronomy 13:6-10
“If thy brother…. entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods… thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die.”
Maybe you prefer 2 Chronicles 15:13
“Whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.”
We’re talking a book that chronicles mass execution and the taking of lands (Numbers 21:34-35). Is this so different from the Qur’an? And listen to how you justify your hatred.
“If you dont have the son, Jesus Christ, you dont have the Father. Their leader Mohammed is dead and buried in the ground where worms ate his body. Jesus Christ is alive and well, and will be always.”
So Mohammed’s soul died with him? His spirit did not live on? Could it be anymore clear that, in your religion those who fail to accept your faith as their own are doomed? How can you be so certain of your superiority over the Muslims when you so clearly view non-Christian as lesser beings, cursed by your God.

      • Theron Leland

I do know one thing and with me it is an absolute, if anyone harms my wife,or children, they better give their soul to God because their a___ belongs to me, you’ve heard of knee capping, well that is a start, and then we go on from there.

      • Vigilant

Uh, Kinetic, pardon me, but you’re talking about things that happened hundreds or thousands of years ago. Am I to be called racist because my ancestors owned slaves?

Show me ONE Christian who still blieves in the Old Testament remedies in a literal sense (with the exception of that fanatic Ted Welland).

A great many Muslims STILL believe in carrying out the pogroms and revenges of the Koran.

Let’s please be intellectually honest and recognize the difference.

      • Vigilant

        Kinetic,

May I ask where you got the quote:

“If you don’t have the son, Jesus Christ, you don’t have the Father. Their leader Mohammed is dead and buried in the ground where worms ate his body. Jesus Christ is alive and well, and will be always.”

I think Mohammed was born over 500 years after Christ’s crucifixion. Is that quote from the Bible?

      • Proud to be a Christian

We can tell you are not a Believer. Number 1, the Old Testament continuing thru the New Testament to the middle of Acts, is for Jew only and the second coming to set up the Kingdom on Earth.Period paragraph. The Jews have to go thru the Tribulation before the second coming. Believers who believe 2 Corinthians Vs 15, one thru four will be “caught up” in the clouds before the One World Goverment etc., happens. (Referred to as the rapture) That is it case rest. Yes the bible does say what you quoted and yes the jew was to perform those things even down to killing their own children if they were disobidient because God knew if they married the non=circumsized (infidel) that they would be tempted back to idolitry which happened. Yes, the inquisition was a sad sad part of history but remember again, that was brought about by the Catholics which are NOT believers and are fake Chrtistians with their pope etc., You have to study to know the truth and the truth will set you free. Yes we are being setup for the end times with One World Currency, One World Government and One World Religion and yes the muslims are going to play a big big part against Iarael but if you are left behind, watch who comes out ahead, and believe me it will not be the muslims but tiny Israel.

      • Jovianus

So Proud to be a Chrsitian…you’re saying that you can pick and choose what parts of the Bible are true and to be followed and what parts are false and to be ignored? Is that also applying to writings from Paul, Augustine, John etc ?

Is there a list of what parts are acceptable and what I should be wary of when reading the Bible?

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

First of all, God is the one who will deliver all into death. And God over and over in the old testament, had His warriors go in and wipe people out, not Christians. You see, there were no Christians, before Christ came, so get that straight. Then, there was this period, called the Dark Ages, where people who purported themselves as Christians, did terrible terrible things that you are probably referring to, and there were totally wrong to do what they did. And see, the church went through a reformation, where it realized these folks were all wrong, and they turned away from this basically, satanic behavior. Now the muslims, they have never reformed or changed since day one. They kill and kill and kill, and kill each other all the time, the equivalency of me killing a Baptist because I go to a Missionary church, or a Methodist killing a Presbyterian. Its insane, and straight from the bowels of hell. And if you dont know why Christianity is better, then your in a bad way. Only by having Jesus Christ in your life, do you have life. This life on earth is 1 inch on a measureing tape that never ends, and after you spend that 1 inch space here on earth, you spend the rest of that time somewhere else, in Heaven or in Hell. Only by the name of Jesus are you saved. Muslims dont believe in Jesus, so figure it out. And one day, we will all bow before Him, and give account of ourselves to Him. As for myself, I have no qualms about speaking the truth, and I also pray daily for the Muslims around the world to have what I have, a relationship with Jesus Christ, and the promise of eternal life. Now, seriously, I want you to seriously answer this, how many Muslims do you think pray for all the Christians in the world to have eternal life? I will tell you, without a doubt, it is none. They seek our destruction, and if your from the United States, even though your not a Christian, your an infidel like me, and deserve nothing but death also, in their eyes. Thats is the just the truth of the matter, so you can feel all good backing them up, until they come and cut your throat, and you can attack me and all Christians who wish nothing but God’s blessings upon you, and I just hope one day you can see the light as to what you are doing. To Vigilant: Read John 5: 19-23. This is for the Father-Son part. The other part is common knowledge, they guy is in the grave.

      • Kinetic1

        Vigilant,
The quote was taken from Beberoni’s post, to which I was responding. Sorry if you missed that connection. As to history, yes it was a long time ago and most Christians do not adhere to the laws of the ld testament, unless it suits them. What you have done in your effort to highlight the difference between Christianity and Islam is point out the hypocrisy of many in the Christian faith. Accepting gays is wrong! See, it’s all right there in the old testament. We don’t follow the old rules about killing non-believers! That’s in the OLD testament. To assume that all Muslims, or even the majority of Muslims follow the Qur’an literally is as naive as suggesting that all Christians agree on the word of the Bible. Shoot, just look at “Proud to be” who believes Catholics are practicing a false religion!

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

In response to the Catholic part, many of my Christian friends, were former 20 year plus Catholics, and will tell you with more knowledge of it than I have, that they are the biggest soul catchers out there, because of their practicing the Roman Catholic Doctrine, instead of the Doctrine of Jesus Christ. I know they practice a lot of tradition, and God says, “Your traditions make me want to vomit” I know a lot of Catholic people who are kind and nice people, and they know Jesus Christ as their Saviour, and I also know a lot who havent been inside a church since they did grade school there, and they go to confession and believe they are saved. I assure you, I dont believe they are. Many believe its ok to run around on the wife, get drunk all week and be a louse, and if you sit in the pew on Sunday and go to confession, your going to heaven. I dont think so. My Bible tells me there is more to it than that. You cannot pray your way in, or have others pray your way in. You cant rosary, or Peter, Paul and Mary your way in. Thats idol worship at its best. Only by the blood of Jesus, who did all the work for us, do you attain eternal life. And if you truly believe in Him, you dont do the aforementioned things. You just dont. So I see where he got that from. Not all are missing, but many.

      • libertytrain

“Many believe its ok to run around on the wife, get drunk all week and be a louse, and if you sit in the pew on Sunday”
Gee this fits many folks I have been acquainted with over the years and they were mostly Baptists? Hmm. Perhaps all Christians and people in general slip up now and then. I don’t think it is God’s Will that we judge each other’s Christianity or lack thereof. Do you really think that’s the right thing to do?

      • Vigilant

        Kinetic,

“To assume that all Muslims, or even the majority of Muslims follow the Qur’an literally is as naive as suggesting that all Christians agree on the word of the Bible.”

First, although I don’t know for sure if you were talking about me, I didn’t use the word “majority” with respect to Muslims who follow the “word” literally. On second thought, the application of Sharia Law is advocated by a great many Muslims, and literally so, to the point of stoning to death people for any number of infractions that our society would consider as misdemeanors or possibly not even that. And that law is the law of the governing body of the state in places like Saudi Arabia and Iran.

We find no disagreement on the homosexual issue, except for the fact that I haven’t heard of any state-sanctioned murders of gays in the USA. My point is that the harsh, Sharia-like pre-Christian bibilical passages from Leviticus and Numbers are talked about in our free society more or less as just that: they’re talked about. On the other hand, the brutal state-sponsored application of Sharia Law is a reality, and many people die as a result every year.

I agree there’s fanaticism in all religion. These are the “true believers” profiled so well by Eric Hoffer in his book by the same name. I highly recommend it if you haven’t read it.

My personal philosophy as a Deist places me in a position of some aloofness to the religious discussions we find here. I see my function, if you will, as one who tries to pierce through the contradictions and BS when and where I find it, and that seems to happen on both sides of many issues.

        libertytrain,
Kinda sounds like judge not lest ye be judged!!!!

      • http://donthaveone Beberoni

To Liberty Train, think about this. Satan has planted his people in all kinds of churches, hypocrites, to keep people like you out of them. You see them, they stick out like a sore thumb, and they make you not want to go to church. When this happens, satan has accomplished his mission. False prophets are with you everywhere, even now says the Lord. They are everywhere. And as for this judging stuff. You always here people say “dont judge me”. As believers, we are supposed to hold each other accountable when we see one doing wrong, and are supposed to set each other straight. And if a church is wholly doing anti scriptural things, and one is a believer and knows what the Bible says, you better believe Im going to judge them as doing something wrong, and Im going to tell them. I have had arguments over and over with some of my buddies growing up, and a couple have come to actually pick up their Bible and read, and have found out the deceptions that have been laid on them, and changed their way of thinking. Not from me, from what God’s word says. I am just a man, and have no power. But God’s word is full of power. But so many dont understand, the Bible is the guide for believers. Its not written for the unbeliever. To them it is just words. If you dont have the Holy Spirit in you, which you get when you ask Jesus into your life, its mysteries will stay hidden from you. Such is the power of God, that those in the darkness cannot possible understand, but that those of us who have invited the light into our lives, can clearly see. So yes, if I see a church doing wrong, Ill call them out on it, but I better be prepared with what God’s word says to back up my argument, because my opinion and my thoughts on this dont matter, but God’s word does, and it will be the final judge.

      • libertytrain

      • Richard Pawley

The last president of Egypt was assassinated by the Muslim Brotherhood 30 years ago, because he wanted peace with Israel. Another president of Egypt was assassinated 32 years before that by the MB. They were founded to convert the world to their way of thinking or die trying. Those who read the Bible (Revelation) know that there is coming a great war in the Middle East, and even those who don’t may have read of Dr. Nostradamus who over four hundred years ago said that a war would be fought between the Muslim Nations and the West, that it would begin around the year 2000, and it would last 27 years. Did you see the woman on Fox News last night? She was willing to invite one of the Guantanamo terrorists into her home. Of course she lives in Berkeley. Or did you see where one of the terrorists who killed 51 people in England a few years ago has entered our witness protection program and he will be fed and clothed and housed at taxpayer expensive for the rest of his life. He served just over a month for each murder he committed. Yes, the United States was a grand experiment but our founding fathers said it would not work unless a moral people governed themselves. Morality is hardly even an issue these days. Anything goes. Taxpayers give hundred of millions to Planned Parenthood something Thomas Jefferso thought immoral (to tax people to do what they feel is immoral). Many today want the government to ‘take care of them’ which it is glad to do until the money runs out. Look up how many are turned down for every kind of operation in England if they are over 59. We have spit in the face of God and broken every law that God told ancient Israel not to break. They were punished and so will we be. Stop blaming just Obama: It is congress who passes all the country-destroying legislation. It is congress who will ultimately be responsible for food and fuel tripling in price as they squander all the money they can borrow. If this new congress doesn’t cut drastically all the waste then our dollar will be scorned as it ruins the fortunes of many. Why do you think the Chinese are trying to get rid of them? Why do you think so many rich have left the USA? New York alone has lost a million plus citizens since the last census a decade ago and New Jersey has lost many millionaires who find Texas and other states much more economically viable where they are mostly union free. Obama is an ideologue. He believes he is right but he had no real world experience and I believe that is why he was picked to run for president. As I said in one of my books the Democratic party is made up almost exclusively of lawyers whereas the Republican party and the Independent Party and the Tea Party are made up of normal people with only a few lawyers. Lawyers don’t make good leaders for the most part because they look at their group as the good guys and everyone else as the enemy. I’m afraid I’m just preaching to the choir here. Some are so blinded by their own egos they see only what they want to see and it is possible that our president is among them. I don’t know the answer to all this but if we don’t stop throwing away our money for useless government products then the dollar’s value is going to lose 2/3 and food and fuel and things you actually need will triple.

      • Lewis Munn

Good thoughts. But I am afraid all are preaching unto to the Congregation, and those outside will not hear it.

The voices crying in the wilderness are not being heard!

Anybody heard anything recent since Dearborne, Michigan went Islaamic and kicked out Christianity? Have they become a bastion of peace, progress, and good will for all? No crime, or doing things in secret??

There were also cities in Canada that have gone over to Islaam, and have not been heard of again, aside from I had heard a while back all Christians were driven out and churches closed. Anybody know anything, or has Islaamization removed them from contact with the rest of the country, and free world?

      • ConservativeCanuck

Lewis you said: “There were also cities in Canada that have gone over to Islaam, and have not been heard of again,”

As a well-traveled Canadian this statement is a bit of a shock. Which Canadian cities have been lost to Islam?

      • Kinetic1

Yes Lewis, even though it may upset Angel, do provide some sources to back up a rather amazing claim.

      • JC

Conservative Canuck, I don’t think actual cities have been lost, just the Justice system in Canada. Which I would attribute to “MultiCulturalism” in general. Nothing will divide a country more than special rights for special groups.

      • Bruce D.

I saw something on that a while back. I think he is talking about a Muslim section in one or more cities. They do not call the police to handle problems. They have their own justice system and give out fines to other Muslims who break Sharia Law. I think if you looked for the information hard enough you would find it on the internet if you have the interest, which I don’t. I do not think they try to impose it outside their section.

      • Richard Pawley

Don’t know about Canada but I saw a couple of videos about Europe and how Muslims have not become Europeans but are converting governments and their laws to their point of view. What I found fascinating was that there were over 700 places in France alone that even the police do not go into. In both my books I pointed out that you cannot win against such people who will gladly die to ‘win’ if you are just using laser guided weapons and bullets. Jesus said, “God is Love” and if he was a prophet like Muslims believe they need to question their beliefs that death is the highest goal they can achieve. Everyone dies. That is hardly news but one of the terrorists who killed so many Russian school children said, that as much as we love life, they love death more. That is brain washing on a scale we can’t comprehend. Since Canada and the US seem to have lost a good bit of their spirituality then I do not see what can keep us from going the way of Europe unless we return to our roots, and the God of our founding fathers. I know that’s not politically correct but that’s the way it is. Maybe the coming financial chaos and the several hundred percent inflation which Obama and the progressives are helping to cause by their insane spending of money we don’t have, can slow all this down.

Egypt is a predominantly Muslim country, so why shouldn’t Muslim political parties evolve and form a representative government? President Obama respects Egypt’s sovereignty and its right to self-determination. He is to be commended for this, not vilified. Just what exactly is he supposed to be doing, anyway?

Egyptians are free to choose their own leaders now, and if they decide to form a government led by the Muslim Brotherhood it will be because the MB is doing more for the general welfare of the country than any other group. And if the MB turns out to be the ‘monsters’ most of you are saying they are, then the MB will be faced with the same angry mob that ousted Hosni Mubarak.

      • LES

And they will receive the same treatment the angry mobs received in Iran. Calls for those opposed to the government to be executed.

I agree with that Les. If the Muslim Brotherhood takes control people who oppose them will be shot. The same as in Iran. They would have to gain control of the military also as in Iran to have full power. In January three more political dissenters were shot in Iran.

        Lewis:

It’s not “issues with Islam”. It’s issues with extremist religious sects. THAt’S the issues we face today. Whether it be Islamic, Christian, Hindu or whatever. People are scurrying up the MB as the latest boogie man to attack this administration. Heck..the way the attacks are framed in unrealistic notions, Obama could bring about world peace and he’d be attacked because he didn’t include the Galaxy.

I’m not stating Obama is perfect, but I am stating that there is nothing from any other wquarter that proposes any rational alternative accompanied by specifics. And to attack by saying “if” the MB does this or comes to that…c’mon, give me a break. That’s like saying if your wife stands on a street corner soliciting passerbys, I may well get VD via the 7th connection theory. It’s just not reality !

It’s worse than foolish, it’s intellectually dishonest to attempt to draw a parallel between Christian extremism and Muslim extremism. I can list a host of things done by Islamists over the past 25 years that resulted in the intended loss of innocent life.

Even if you could find one example of Christian terrorism, it would pale into insignificance when compared with the thousands of innocent lives lost due to the murderous creed of those Muslim extremists.

And no, I’m not talking about dragging out the shopworn examples of Christian intolerance from previous centuries. Let’s talk about our lifetimes.

      • Jovianus

Ok…let’s begin anytime you want. Let’s toss out 9/11 since that is an aberration of a bunch of criminals and goons getting lucky due to an incompetent adminstration.

I’ll start with the Olympics bombing and subsequent attacks on women’s health clinics. Couple of doctors dead, couple of people wounded, a few bombings etc. If you want to include 9/11…we can bring up McVey. Or how about Jim Jones? Shall we go on? Extremism exists in all religions…and none are peaceful.

      • Vigilant

Sorry, Jovianus, not even close. Your examples, as predicted, “pale into insignificance when compared to the thousands of innocent lives lost due to the murderous creed of those Muslim extremists.”

First of all, anyone who can’t admit to the truth of what I’m saying is either current-events-challenged or they live in another universe. If you want just one reference, see http://www.johnstonsarchive.net/terrorism/globalterrorism1.html for a “Map of worst terrorist attacks worldwide: 100 or more fatalities.” Duh, the overwhelming majority were Muslim terrorist actions. Doesn’t surprise me, does it surprise you?

Secondly, you have not mentioned ONE instance where any Christian church has lauded or advocated any of the incidents you list. NOT ONE!

Thirdly, you are fond of obfuscating the issue with invalid comparisons. Most interesting was your reference to the Olympics bombing at Atlanta (2 killed). Compare that with the 1972 Olympics massacre of 11 Israeli athletes and 5 Black September thugs. And by whom was Black September supported? Yasir Arafat. Can you tell me precisely which church in America funded and supported the Atlanta bombing? I didn’t think so.

Same goes for Tim McVey, and why you gave him as an example is beyond me. Abortion clinics, Jim Jones? Sorry, no cigar.

In short, you take every lone wolf who is imbalanced, and with an ax to grind, and you blame their actions on the church. Such is the dishonesty of the left wing.

As for 9/11, I won’t even begin to engage in conversation with a conspiracy theorist. Those are children’s games, and I won’t play them.

By my reckoning, the score is 100 for me, zero for you so far. You said, “Shall we go on?” Yes, by all means go on, because every time you furnish an “example” you damage your own cause.

Beberoni – The primary reason the Left and the NWO hates Christianity is because they put their faith in God before government, and they believe in preserving the family unit.

It’s the same with the Left promoting “civil rights” for blacks, gays and women, because these agendas are destructive to the trditional family. They want us to have no allegience to anyone but the State. They really care nothing about anyone’s civil rights.

This is why they also promote Islam, becaue Islam IS the State. And they don’t have family values as we know them. I mean, who’d want to live in a family where there is always the threat of being killed by your husband, father or brother for just thinking for oneself.

So let me get this straight Judas Jovianus, your allowed to attack and attack, and express your point of view, but no one else is allowed to have one. Hey, I think your a muslim. That is the exact mentality. Shame on you.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Jovianus,
First off, nobamas grandparents on his MOTHERS side were christian, on his FATHERS side they were Muslim!! He attended Muslim schools, attended Muslim religeous training and said ” there is nothing more beautiful than the Muslim call to worship!” Those are HIS words not mine!!
You, as a progressive have chosen a good screen name as jovius depended on the princes for his living!!! just like the majority of the progressives want the princes(see government) to support them!!!

Who are you trying to fool? Obummer went to school in Indonesia from ages 6-10. His school admissions document listed his religion as Islam. Then he started attending Rev. Wright’s “goddamn America” church in order to further his political career as he did not believe he could be elected if people knew he was a muslim.

      • Jovianus

Are you referring to the proven to be false claim his school admissions certificate to a CATHOLIC school had him listed as a Muslim?

        You believe that? Whoa ….

      • karolyn

        Wow, another conservative “seer”!

I think this is written by someone that is of foreign extraction and they havent quite mastered our written language. I write to an elderly woman that was born and raised in the Ukraine and her letters are the same. sometimes it takes me an hour to figure out what she is saying. This one wasn’t as bad as hers ! LOL ! Be patient.

“THE BATTLE IS NOT BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT”
In the 1960′s British-born Dr. Anthony Sutton was a Fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institute when he discovered that, in spite of the Cold War, the US was supplying the USSR with its technology, including weapons used against American soldiers in Vietnam. Sutton dug deeper and discovered that Wall Street had sponsored both the Bolshevik Revolution and the rise of Nazi Germany. The resulting books which are on line cost Dr. Sutton his academic career.
In 1983, Dr. Sutton received a list of Skull and Bones members and immediately recognized the names of many men who controlled American policy. He published a book entitled “America’s Secret Establishment: An Introduction to the Order of Skull and Bones” (1986). He updated and republished this book just before his death last June at age 77. Here are some of his conclusions.
      • “The Order” is ” a purely American phenomenon with German origin.” Dr. Sutton compares it to the Round Table, Cecil Rhodes’ secret society at Oxford also known as “The Group.” The American and British entities consist of 20-30 dynastic families each. Jewish banking interests connect them.
“The links between ‘The Order’ and Britain go through Lazard Freres and the private merchant banks… ‘The Group’ links to the Jewish equivalent through the Rothschilds in Britain… ‘The Order’ in the US links to the Guggenheim, Schiff and Warburg families.” (23)
As Dr. Sutton notes, the “Order” had definite anti Semitic tendencies but by the 1960′s, many Jewish names started to appear among the 15 annual inductees. See list of Skull and Bones members.
      • Dr. Sutton believes the “left” versus “right” split is fraudulent and used to control the debate and condition citizens to think along certain lines. Left-wing magazines like the “The Nation” and “The New Republic” and right-wing magazines like “The National Review were “artificially set up.” The former were financed by Whitney money while the latter by Buckley. Both are “The Order.”
Dr. Sutton states: “Sooner or later people will wake up. First we have to dump the trap of right and left. This is a Hegelian trap to divide and control. The battle is not between right and left; it is between us and them.”
Similarly, in the international field left and right political structures are artificially constructed and collapsed in the drive for one-world synthesis, i.e. authoritarian socialism controlled by monopoly capital.
College textbooks present war and revolution as accidental results of conflicting forces. This is nonsense, says Dr. Sutton. They are created and financed by Wall Street to create a new world order. But you won’t read this in history books.
“Our Western history is every bit as distorted, censored and largely useless as that of Hitler’s Germany or the Soviet Union or Communist China…” (122)
      • Dr. Sutton believes The Order has many weaknesses resulting from an inbred gene pool, a shallow power base and a limited worldview. In any future conflict between the authoritarian state and the individual, he believes opposition will take “a million forms.”
” No one is going to create the anti-The Order movement. That would be foolish and unnecessary. It could be infiltrated, bought off, or diverted all too easily. Why play by the rules set by the enemy?
The movement that will topple The Order will be extremely simple and most effective. It will be ten thousand or a million Americans who come to the conclusion that they don’t want the State to be boss, that they prefer to live under the protection of the Constitution. They will make their own independent decision to thwart The Order and it will take ten thousand or a million forms.” (55)
