Thus anyone with a GOD complex I can not support as a world leader.

While this doesn’t do anything for the Dr. bill, everyone knows the biggest part of a emergency room visit is the hospital bill! A lady just down the street from me had 2000 dollars written off by the hospital as she couldn’t pay after being laid off!!
