Reports of ballot problems and possible election fraud are already beginning to surface as the elected elites do all they can to maintain a grip on their power.

In Nevada, where the Service Employees International Union holds a lot of sway and SEIU goons maintain the ballot machines, there are complaints that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s name comes pre-checked on the ballot. In Chicago there are reports that absentee ballots are going through a clearing house before being sent along to their proper court or city clerk. And in Pennsylvania there are claims that candidates are flooding the county voter registration offices with fraudulent applications for absentee ballots.

In previous elections — Minnesota Senator Al Franken and Washington Senator Patty Murray to name two — the elites used multiple and selected recounts to skew the results until the outcome fell in their favor. Expect it to happen again.

As you go to the polls, whether it’s in the next few days in early voting or on election Tuesday, watch carefully for irregularities or signs of intimidation. If you see any, report them to an election official or law enforcement. The elites will stop at nothing to hold onto their power.

    I know my children and neices and nephews are wondering if the dems are going to way lay the votes from them, while stationed away from home? Should it surprise anyone the dems have being doing this for decades, clear back to just after the Civil War, stealing ballot boxes, destroying ballots and voter intimadation.

    I thought America was supposed to be a civilised, 1st World country!! I lived through election fraud in Zimbabwe – year after year. The USA leadership was very vocal about their disgust at Mugabe and his goons antics. This current administration in the Whitehouse seems to be totally at one with Africa and other 3rd World buffoonery. Thieves and liars. How on earth did we ever get to this place? Standards have dropped to the lowest of the low. Truly, the world has become evil. God help the next generation.

    The apparent widespread voter fraud that is going on is completely unacceptable in this country. Have we already gone the way of third world elections in that the outcome is known before the vote? We should DEMAND of elected officials that before any other legistlation is considered, that the sanctity of an honest election be first and foremost on their plates. We will not survive as a Republic if our elections are fraudulent! We must put TEETH into laws to prevent this from ever again happening. This should be a felony and subject to many years in prison. I wonder how many of the ruling elite in power today could be indicted by these tougher laws? Many I’m afraid.

    The first thing that has to be done in order to have a fair election is to require all voters to show an ID with a picture as proof that they live in that district. This will eliminate a large portion of voter fraud. After that Paper ballots should be counted by hand and there should be a Democrat, a Republican and an Independent all counting the same ballots. This way if there counts don’t match they count them again until they all match. This would be a start.

    Even worse than vote counting fraud is illegally keeping candidates off the Ballot, so that the voters don’t even have the opportunity to vote for them. It happens frequently in Taxachusetts. And the Establishment socialists also cheat by putting their candidates on the Ballot even when they fail to meet the qualifications. Once, even the Speaker of the House was fraudulently elected.

    Diebold:
    The call–from election watchdog BlackBoxVoting.org–described a critical vulnerability in Diebold Election Systems’ touchscreen voting systems that could allow any person with access to a voting terminal the ability to completely change the system code or ballot file on the system. As a professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University and adviser to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on electronic voting, Shamos realized that, at the very least, a workaround for the flaw needed to be in place by Pennsylvania’s next election–at the time, less than three weeks away.

    “This one is so bad, that we can’t do just nothing,” Shamos told the state’s election officials at the time. “Any losing candidate could challenge the election by saying, ‘How do I know that the software on the machine is the software certified by the state?’”

    Late Thursday, BlackBoxVoting published a redacted version of a paper describing the design flaw in Diebold AccuVote TSX and TS6 touchscreen election systems. Because of the seriousness of the flaw, the full report detailing the issue has only been distributed to a limited group of computer scientists, state and federal election officials, and security groups.

    “We have elections every single week this month, and there is no way to do meaningful remediation at this point,” said Bev Harris, founder of BlackBoxVoting.

        NORTH CANTON, Ohio (AP)6/8/2004 — Diebold, criticized last year for selling voting machines while its chairman raised money for Republican political candidates, has banned its senior executives from making such donations.

        The new policy applies to the company’s CEO, president, chief financial officer and others responsible for oversight of McKinney, Texas-based Diebold Elections Systems, the subsidiary that deals directly with the voting machines, according to the filing.

        The policy places the same restriction on all employees of Diebold Elections Systems. Diebold spokesman Mike Jacobsen said Sunday it doesn’t apply to people who work for other divisions of the company. He said neither O’Dell nor the company has made any political contributions since October of last year and that O’Dell spearheaded the policy change.

    I voted early in Miami-Dade County Wednesday. You fill out a paper ballot and after you’re done you place into a machine that records your vote.

    I asked the poll worker, if I could I get a print-out that shows that this machine accurately recorded my vote, I was concerned about fraud or inconsistencies in the tabulating process and she said no, they had no way to print it out.

    I for one would back an all paper ballot, no machine voting method because the only time they will check my paper ballot is in the case of a recount. Well there would be no requirement for a recount if 80% of the vote goes to a Demonrat because the machines were tampered with, there would not be a slim margin of victory, so the request for a recount would look like sour grapes, or may even not be available by law.

    Personally I think the sanctity of the vote should be held in such high esteem as to make it a capital offense to tamper with the process. Anyone caught destroying, altering, or attempting to change an existing ballot to favor one elected official over another should be given a death sentence, with a maximum wait time on death row of one year. The appeal process would terminate 6 months after sentencing. No parole, no sentence reductions.

    what did happen to truth, itegrity, doing the right thing? what happend morals and ethics? yes it is hard sometimes, but I thought that is what you were supposed to do. you know treat people the way you would like to be treated. it seems like half the liberals are standing in line demanding a handout because for some reason they think it is owed to them and the other half are lying, cheating, and screwing their neighbor in order maintain somekind of power of them. where exactly did we go wrong and why in God’s name do people not see this!

    Yes we need to start up the firing squads once again. Our nation continues to be overthrown by criminals, ie: Obammy boy, Holder, Napolitano, Reid, Pelosi, Axlerod, etc. I live in Minnesota and watched how these same criminals fixed the last election in Minnesota, so another crook could win: Al Frankenstein. They stole the vote from a very good, hunble, and honest man: Norm Coleman. Of course not one of the rest of the liberal democrats in Minnesota did anything to try to stop the crimes from happening. So we must vote out of office, the next time elections are held for the following Minnesota liberal democrats: Amy Klobuchar, Keith Ellison, Al Franken, Mark Richie, James Oberstar, to name a few bad ones. And let us not forget that all across America, there are numerous movements to demand the removal of many Judges that have seen fit to take the law in their own hands by rubber stamping what radical liberal democrats want to do wrong and wreck the great U S of America. Vote out of office all liberal democratic Judges too!

    This country cannot be truly healed until we do TWO very important things:
    1. END THE FED – replace with sound money (Fed is the source of out-of-control Govt. spending)
    2. Outlaw electronic voting (rigged elections), and go to paper ballots, with full citizen access to counting!

    If we can do these two things, then we have a chance to get our Republic back.

    After that: term limits, one-subject-at-a-time legislation, enumerated powers, balanced budget, CUT ENTITLEMENTS – and really start rolling back the socialism (communism) that we have adopted for the last 100 years.

      Paper ballots aren’t the answer. Remember, when Patty Murphy was losing in WA, suddenly several boxes of uncounted boxes of ballots were found. the final vote count in King Co turned out to exceed the number of registered voters. Tom Daschle got a higher number of Indians voting for him than lived in the state in his last successful election.

      What could be effective would be highly public prosecution of anyone tampering with the process and maximum sentences given. In addition, picture ID issued by a government agency should be required at polling stations.

        Beberoni,You are only partially right but more wrong than correct. You kill me with all the blame the Democrats on everything!Now here are the facts.Neither the Democratic Party or the Republican Party MAILs out the ballots. That is done by the Election Commission of each county or State. Many wanna be politicians try to get their names on the ballot at the last minute and this delays printing. So sometimes ballots are delayed in mailing. Now with overseas military;they have to request a ballot like everyone else and they sometimes make those request to close to election time for their ballot to get to them on time. Once their ballots arrive they have to be mailed in immediately.They have a full two weeks After the election to have their ballots counted. So no one is left out even if they are in a war zone. So Al Gore still won the most votes but not the election. Another thing overseas troops can do is download a ballot and have it E-Mailed instantly. As an example in Illinois in 2000. 1,832 ballots were mailed out to overseas military and 6,329 were mailed out to non-military overseas. Only 106 of those ballots were never returned and all the rest were counted. That is pretty darn good.

        The packages originated in Yemin and came through England, Milborne airport. They caught a package that had a cylinder with wires sticking out of it and white powder. They are surmising a possible dry run before the real thing.

      Votes in WA are hand counted. We vote by mail and they are hand counted. The problem is that the western part of the state is progressive and all the rest is not. However, when the ballots are counted, at the very last, when the progressives find they’re losing, Lo and Behold a “last box” of ballots magically appears that was overlooked. And then the election is deemed finished.

        The “last” box of ballots in the Minnesota general gave the election to Al Franken. They forgot to mention that these 300+ votes came from incarcerated felons who had relinquished their right to vote.

        To this day, I don’t know why Norm Coleman dropped the court suit.

        Only 22 of those 300+ have been found to be fraudulent. Felons are given probation and once that probation is over then they are allowed to vote. County and state records don’t always reflect that the felon is off of probation and done serving his time. It’s kind of like dead voters going to the polls. Once again, county and state records are sometimes two years behind in record keeping. So absentee ballots are still sent out to hundreds. Few are returned but I’m sure someone in the family sends their ballot in. Most of it comes down to poor record keeping not some conspiracy.

Most States keep voting machines for years and this was brought up a few years ago when there was a buying spurt on voting machines. All the new machines were traced back to companies who’s CEO admitted they were in favor of the Republicans.So if there was or is any voter fraud from many of these machines you need to look no further than who had them made. These companies were in the news during the 2000 and 2004 elections and they interviewed their CEO’s.Election Systems and Software of Omaha,Sequoia and Shoup.They had the same problems with their machines that is going on in Nevada. During the Jeb Bush vs. McBride race several Democrats complained that when they touched the screen and voted for McBride it registered as a vote for Bush. Bush won even with all the computer problems in the software. That could mean nothing, except failed voting machines and that would be the responsibility of the manufacturer. You’re snide remark about Christmas was uncalled for also but you seem to relish it. I send out about 75 Christmas cards out every year and never sign any with Merry X-Mas or Happy Holidays so you’re assumptions are rather bent. Maybe it’s just another Republican talking point that gets passed around and is accepted as fact.

        That being said, history has shown that by a large margin, the Dems have been engaged in widespread voter registration fraud (ACORN, et. al.), poll intimidation (Black Panthers) and other irregularities (Washington State, Illinois, and more ) to a much greater extent than the Repubs would have dreamed of.

        But for fun lets have a little history lesson on our differences.

        istory Lesson

        Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic
        hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and
        would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter.

        The two most important events in all of history were the invention of beer
        and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the
        beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the
        catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups:

        1. Liberals; and
        2. Conservatives.

        Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the beginning of
        agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so
        while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them to be invented,
        they just stayed close to the brewery. That’s how villages were formed.

        Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night
        while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as
        the Conservative movement.

        Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off
        the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q’s and doing the
        sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal
        movement.

        Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became
        known as girliemen.

        Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the
        invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of Democratic voting
        to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided.

        Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most
        powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the
        jackass.

        Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white
        wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well
        done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare.

        Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have higher
        testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury
        attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are
        liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn’t
        fair to make the pitcher also bat.

        Conservatives drink domestic beer. They eat red meat and still provide for
        their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks,
        construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate
        executives, athletes, Marines, and generally anyone who works productively.
        Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work
        for a living.

        Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and
        decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more
        enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in
        Europe when conservatives were coming to America. They crept in after the
        Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get more for
        nothing.

        Here ends today’s lesson in world history: It should be noted that a Liberal
        may have a momentary urge to angrily respond to the above before forwarding
        it. A Conservative will simply laugh and be so convinced of the absolute
        truth of this history that it will be forwarded immediately to other true
        believers and to more liberals just to piss them off.

      I always worry about those voters who vote based on a very narrow set of reasons and never consider the larger problems that affect the entire nation. Larger problems like the type of government we will be forced to live under and will we be forced to redistribute our income around the world. Even these voters will be affected by the national calamity that their votes will bring on

        I am one of those evil narrow issue voters. What is the candidates stand on the 2nd amendment and its application. Then I want to know their stand on the 9th, 10th and 1st in that order.

        So far I have not found a dud. Any politician who stands up for our ability to toss them out is a statesman and is upholding the Constitution. No tyrant would ever allow the slaves to be armed.

        This brings up something that occurred to me recently. A politician’s stand on an issue should be moot, it seems to me, because we elect them to represent us…the taxpayer. They should vote according to how a mojority of the voting public feels, shouldn’t they?? I thought that was the whole idea of why we put them in office. I think a lot of people would be a lot less angry if they voted the way they are SUPPOSED to vote instead of according to their own whims and feelings. Or according to who donates the most money!

      The saddest part of all of this is my buddies nephew works as a correctional officer and is voting for Brown based solely on job security and and a couple of other friends that are voting Brown just because they are registered as Democrats. Needless to say, I send every email piece I can about Whitman and Fiorina and try to get them to see that Brown and Boxer are a huge part of the problem, not a part of the solution.

        I live in Nevada. The deputy registrar of voters has said if someone accidentally brushed against the screen with his or her sample ballot, it could register a vote. The candidates for US Senate are on the first screen when you start the process, and Harry’s name is at the bottom of the list right near the tabletop where it would have the greatest liklihood of being bumped. There are also complaints from voters who claimed they voted for Angle but the printout said Reid.
