Do The Democrats Have A Reason To Cheer Tea Party Victory?

September 17, 2010 by

Do the Democrats have a reason to cheer Tea Party victory? On Sept. 14, the last big round of this year’s primaries was held from the District of Columbia to Wisconsin. It appears that, once again, ultra-conservatives managed to trump mainstream Republicans in many states, but some commentators fear this may be good news for the Democrats.

Among the most closely watched elections were those held in Delaware and New York. In the first, a relative newcomer Christine O’Donnell, backed by the Tea Party, upset a nine-term congressman Mike Castle. In the second, Carl Paladino, also supported by the grassroots movement, defeated GOP favorite Rick Lazio in the gubernatorial race, and will run against Democrat Andrew Cuomo, the son of a former governor.

Initial reactions from mainstream Republicans — including former George W. Bush strategist Karl Rove — suggest the party may seek alternative candidates to support.

Rove told Fox News that O’Donnell has said too many "nutty things" that "simply don’t add up," and expressed his opinion that " this is not a race we’re going to be able to win."

However, in her victory speech the newly minted Senate nominee was upbeat.

"A lot of people said we can’t win the general election; yes we can!" she said, adding — in a thinly veiled reference to mainstream Republicans — that "it will be hard work, but we can win if those same people who fought against me work just as hard for me."ADNFCR-1961-ID-19940755-ADNFCR

WELL: this year is pay back time, all the american people that have been used by the fast talking lying folks on every level of government, may be getting their pink slips in this election, the tea party is the tiny tip of a massive iceberg that will throw out every liberal neo-com pro communist self serving crook out of americas bussiness. it seems the american citizen in both parties will wake up to the hard facts ,that when a governing body like washington has more money to throw around at every nation in the world and gave the economy away via (NAFTA) ,and has been trampling the american CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS into the ground, guess what? yes it time to change, but little did the boys and girls in government realize that the american sleeping giant, has woken up and is wanting heads this year, for while asleep his house was robbed blind and the old gal, lady liberty got sold into slavery ,and the house burnt to the ground, premiditated arson by the very folks in his employment,so i think it is more about this nations citizens seeing that these losers in government have robbed the house blind and think of the american voter as a mindless slave to all their wants,i think the tea party is the real nature of all the american people, but they just forgot, that they are the true power of this great (REPUBLIC)and they came from every land in the whole world leagally,to build a life in a land that had the promise of liberty blessed upon it by the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS ,and that is the great american inheritance that all free americans share in common trust, but for far to long the generations since the great depression 1929yr. have been dupted into hearing the word democracy, and its not it all our rights to be free men and women and to control these folks that have betrayed the very people that employed them and gave them the very best of everything from americas great dinner table, while we the people worked to show our thanks to them for being our elected public servants, and how has the american citizen been repayed, being disarmed by the boys and girls in power, look at cailfornia ,the model of the furture nature of americas socialist police state thanks, nancy pelosi and senator diane feinstien,WHY? because look at the very nature of the beast, the more fire, the more smoke and that much more cover to complete your agenda, the total overthrow of the GREATESS REPUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THIS WORLD without one shot being fired.and look who has made this evil closely, its been the very public servants from both parties that have knowingly let this happen, but in thruth maybe a small group in washington have done their best to fight for the american voters rights, the point of this point is look at the mess this nation is in and you be your own judge,is it bad or will it get better?myself the tea party is the american peoples only choice, for at least we can put in honest people instead of left wing communist, and this one is for all the dumocrats, tell everyone in america, why you think your votes count?when in fact a small group of people super delegates worth 976 votes each, really choose who the democratic party will back.so much for your say in government, when in thruth most those folks are left wing socialist.time to smell the cofee, both parties have been corrupted.vote out all the traitors in government, this election no matter who or what, time to sweep out the vermin, before its to late.MAY GOD BLESS ALL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ALWAYS,FOR IN GOD WE TRUST.

Kinetic 1Palin was for the Bridge to Nowhere and then she was against it when she figured she could save the government millions by issuing one seahorse to each family on the other side of the channel and thus no need for a bridge.

  • dan az

I feel like we are being tag teamed here, who is next flashman? What I feel is funny is that they think they can sway our decisions that all progressives and liberals are nothing but sad people that voted for such a loser that they come here to defend there mistakes.LOSERS!

  • DaveM

They are upset that O’Donnel got in because of all the worms who have been paying kickback money for the old guard politico’s are left out of the loop. Elections are a huge business and outsiders are considered a greater threat than even the opposition parties are.

To sum it up, she was not chosen by the elite power brokers.

      Dave, Dude you got it!
Good now everyone else read his post, thats the base of the problem.

      The poll speaks for itself.

      • TIME

Polls are kind of like used TP its been stained and can’t be used again. As well it has a target market, and only that target market ever gets stained.

I hope I have helped you learn a little somethng about POLLS. They have “ZERO VALUE.”

who do you say is to blame???? and please explain, don’t make some snide remark and run like most of the liberals who post here. please tell me starting with the democratic takeover in 2007. at the same time tell me what bills did barry vote on while in the senate.when you find out tell me who all these so called idiots are.

your explanation on sarah palin’s past is nothing but msm trash talk. if that is all you’ve got you lose. she left alaska with a budget surplus and

Per capita Alaska gets more federal dollars than any state in the US. Despite it’s oil revenues, Alaska sucks up those checks from Washington.

norm: so what has that to do with anything. that’s supposed to be palins fault?. i am more concerned over barry and michelle over indulging in foreign travel and excessive use of air force 1 for campaign trips at $100,000 per hour. how about michelles last trip to spain? a total waste of our money.

Who is most to blame for America’s current economic crisis?
64% voted: Obama and the Democrats in Congress
Took this poll on this site, now I understand why there are so many idiots on it.

      Centerist,
And I know you were looking at yourself in the mirror when you said that!

  • chuck b

centerist, you are not serious are you? her past??

    • Centerist

Yes I’m serious, do you see anything commendable in her past? She didn’t even serve out her term as Governor. That in itself would kill her chances and would label her a quitter. The “bridge to nowhere” lie (on film) would only show a single percent of her incompetency. Please vote for Sarah, the Democrats will love you for it.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        centerist,
If you had half a brain, you would know she sacrificed her governorship to save the people of Alaska from the continual costs of defending her against the trumped up charges of the liberal media! she couldn’t fully serve as she was always in court defending herself!! You might also note she was found innocent of all charges except one minor misdemeanor!!! could any of your dem heroes do that?? Half of them would go to jail if they ever had to defend against any charges!!

      • Norm

        Joe H.
She quit the governorship of Alaska to make money.
She had someone write a book for her and she went on a teabagger speaking tour. Like all extremists and half-wits, she draws quite a crowd. It’s like a freak show at the carnival.

      • TIME

So Norm, we grasp you don’t like any woman, we really do get it!
So you can move to MassIchewsits and vote for your lover Barry Franks and you then can do all the tea bagging you wish.

Take that race card and shove it where the sun don’t shine!!!!

      • http://naver samurai

        If that’s you Joe H., I’m sorry!

  • chuck b

claire: we have one, she’s called sarah palin. the liberal left and the republican hierarchy fear her. why do you think the msm is constantly deriding her! the old guard republicans who are seeking the nomination, romney, huckabee and gingrich are shaking in their boots. if you want an honest conservative choose her, if you want to go back to the same old comprimising moderate republicans, then vote for romney ,huckabee or gingrich. in a way i hope the democrats keep control of the congress by a very slim margin, by the time the 2012 elections come up, the people will be sending barry & company back to kenya, if the repubs get in and halfway straighten out the country then the bleeding hearts will give barry another four years. we can’t stand that. if the repubs get control, boehner and mcconnell will not touch healthcare. and will compromise on everything else.

    • Centerist

Why would you waste your time, she would be crucified in the media over her past. If she ran she would only serve as a spoiler like Ralph Nader was for Democrats.

      • DaveH

        Keep hoping and wishing, Centerist.

    • Claire

Romney, Huckabee are two that I would never consider. Ever. Gingrich? He is nuts. I am keeping my eye on Sarah. But she should be careful who she endorses. That is what concerns me. What about Duncan Hunter? My husband likes him. The problem with Hunter is that he doesn’t have the money. This is another point I want to make–it seems like the decent people don’t have the money to run for office and we are losing some good people because of this.

      • Claire

Another issue that honks me off is the MSM. Like it or not, we are being swayed by the MSM in many ways. I will listen to them, but they sure as hell will not sway me into thinking the way they do, nor will they “make up my mind” for me. I’ll do what I want.

      • Jana

        Claire,
SAme here. I listen to the MSM and it makes me so mad to hear them. I see where and how Norm gets led astray.
The thing is if we like a person then we need to send them some campaign contributions. Even $10. is ten dollars more than they had. Plus, don’t forget we have mouths and fingers to talk and type with to work for our candidate of choice. Prayer is another tool we have.

      • Claire

Jana–I know. These are crazy times and they are getting crazier. Sometimes I cannot believe what I am hearing. Prayer? Jana you are right. This is about all we have. Our faith–may God grant us mercy in these troubled times.

      • Jana

        Claire,
        And wisdom :)

    • Claire

Forget Boehner–he is out for himself. He could give a rat’s rump about any of the issues that plague America. He only cares about his fake tan, his looks, and mumbling a few words every now and then. He says he is “for” middle-class tax cuts. Of course he will say this, election time is around the corner. They all will say things they think will “help” their party out. We will hear more and more during the next month and a half.

      • DaveH

Tax cuts do no good without corresponding spending cuts.

      • Claire

DaveH– Agreed-it has to be “across the board.”

    • Claire

chuck b–Mitch McConnell is another one that needs to go.

      • http://naver samurai

Sorry Claire, it isn’t me. It is some fool lib, gay lover, baby killing, marxist fool trying to get people sidetracked by using my name. How can you point to Sarah Palin as an example of an honest politician?

After running for Governor on a platform of “build the bridge” and criticizing those who referred to the project as the “Bridge to Nowhere”, she cancelled construction under pressure from Republicans in Congress. She claimed that Congress did not give her enough funds and kept the $223 million from the feds anyway. Then she has the nerve to say “I told the Congress ‘thanks, but no thanks,’ for that Bridge to Nowhere.” claiming she was against earmarks. What a pinnacle of truth!

Palin claimed that Alaska was responsible for producing 20% of America’s energy. When called on the facts, Palin corrected herself by claiming that she had meant Oil and Gas production. the Energy Information Administration (EIA) contradicted her claim, saying that Alaska accounted for only 7.4 percent of total U.S. oil and gas production in 2005. Since Oil production in Alaska FELL from 2005 to 2008, I’d say her fact meter may be a little off.

Palin claims she is a fiscal conservative who cut taxes as Mayor of Wasilla, but she increased the city budget by 33%, spent $50,000 to redecorate the Mayor’s office without approval from the City Council, and she raised local taxes 25% to pay for a new sports center. A Reagan conservative? You Betcha!

Is this really your idea of an honest leader?

      • Jana

        Kinetic1.
And your idea of an honest leader is Obama? Wow.

      • Kinetic1

I didn’t make any claims about Obama, nor did I hold him up as an example.

      • http://naver samurai

Don’t claim Carter or the Clintons either!

      • Kinetic1

        Samurai,
Note that I did not hold ANYONE up as an example. I never said this was a right/left Rep/Dem issue, just that it is ridiculous to point to Palin as an example of an honest politician. We could go on and on making a list of politicians we don’t trust on both sides, but it changes nothing. When it comes to American political personalities, evidence shows that Palin is as big a lier, if not more so than average. Why the right continues to buy into her folksy BS and hold her up as the standard barer is a real mystery.

      • Jana

Here comes the HATE talk already.

      • http://naver samurai

Then why do the libs hold Obama bin Laden as a “messiah” figure?

      • DaveH

According to the EIA website, combined oil and gas production from Alaska was 2% of the total in 2008 (but they do account for about 12% of the oil production). So what? She slipped her decimal point one place to the right. All that proves is that Government can’t be all things to everybody. We need to get them back to their original intended duties of protecting us from the force of others. They should butt out of most everything else.

Personally I still am looking for an honest candidate.

    • Centerist

I think most of them honestly try to live up to their campaign promises, right up to the point that it could interfere with reelection.

      • eddie47d

Sarah’s pal Christine O’Donnell was on Bill O’Reilly’s show and made a bizarre statement. ” American scientists are cross breeding humans animals and coming up with mice with fully functioning human brains”. Considering the size of a mouse and a humans brain that would seem unlikely.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        edduhhh
Looked in a mirror lately?!?!?! Dam! I guess it IS possible!!!!

      • Kinetic1

        Cute, Joe H.
The point is that the Tea Party does not seem to be vetting their candidates beyond a few core ideals. O’Donnell says all the right things about small government and fiscal responsibility nd suddenly she’s the next Sarah P. Then we hear that she has spent the last 5 years living off campaign donations! Video footage shows here extolling the dangers of spreading AIDS with condoms and the importance of telling the truth, even as she contradicts herself. And now the Human, mouse hybrids?

It’s one thing to be surprised by some hard to find skeletons, but O’Donnell’s are out dancing on her front lawn while the Tea Party looks right passed them. As Marko Rubio said when asked about how he was chosen, “”If there’s a formal vetting process, I’m not aware of it.”

      • Jana

        Kinetic1,
This just shows there is no “organization” of the TEA Party. They are just a group of people that wants their country back, and then there are the rest of us who are happy to see the ones who have the ability and the time to get on out there and let their and our wishes be known. We support them in their right to do just that, and for standing for what is right in America! They and we are sick and tired of our elected officials disregarding what the mainstream public wants.
Of course there is no vetting because this is not an official party. This is more of a cause that they are out there doing these things and I say HOORAY AND GOOD FOR THEM!
I know this scares the daylights out of the liberal leftists that we have finally found our voices and have finally decided to fight back, and are being heard. WOO HOO!!!

      • DaveH

NewsFlash, Kinetic. They are all just people. Which is exactly why we need to shrink Government and get them out of our personal choices and out of our wallet.

      • Kinetic1

First, your delusional if you think that the Tea Party is a honest grass roots phenomenon. With direction from political insiders like Dick Army and funds coming from the likes of the Koch brothers, it’s hard to claim that this is “just folks.” There’s a delicate balance game going on here and some mistakes will be allowed to promote the image of a populous uprising, but in the end I doubt you’ll see a new congress of everyday Americans taking over. My bet is that the Tea Party is being used for the long game goal of pushing the Republican party back to the far right. Give people the idea that a majority wants to be lead by conservatives, then show them that they can not do it on their own. Now, present a group of more extreme right wing Republican candidates and your home free. I’m not certain about this, but it’s a working theory.

Now, back to the issue of throwing your support behind “just plain folks” without any vetting. How electable would a candidate be if they had once been involved in Witchcraft? Well, that’s the latest from candidate O’Donnell! No, it’s not some rumor from a frightened left, it’s unaired footage from her days on “Politically Incorrect” Sure, the conservative Christian right may decide to forgive this indiscretion, and others may ignore her claims of lab mice with human brains, but eventually these odd bits of her past are going to add up and, God willing will lead to her being trounced at the polls. That’s what you can expect when you throw your support behind “the ones who have the ability and the time to get on out there and let their and our wishes be known.” Anyone can espouse your ideals and get on the ballot, but without some sort of vetting you run the risk of running a candidate better suited for Americas Funniest Videos.

The Tea Party takes it’s name from, and claims fidelity to the ideals of our founding fathers. Do you honestly expect me to believe that candidates like O’Donnell have ANYTHING in common with our founders? Are you really asking me to believe that our constitution was written by uneducated conspiracy nuts? If this is the kind of candidate we can expect from the “unorganized Americans who are fed up with Washington”, then my only fear is that we would ever have to count on the Tea Party to make an intelligent decision about our nations’ future. Maybe they can ask those human brained mice for advice?

      • eddie47d

Thanks Kinectic, I Believe Joe H. has lost his ability to think and has become just another bad mouther like Jeff H.

      • Claire

I just don’t happen to approve of politicians not paying their taxes. I have to pay mine. What the hell is the difference? Why do some come out smelling like a rose and yet they still elected? And the ones already in office that are in trouble over taxes. What is wrong with this picture? Exactly WHO are people voting for? Do we want more of the same corruption? The same old game playing? There is no way in hell I would have voted for McDonnell. No Way. And I will add Michelle Bachmann to my list. Plus Sharron Angle. I want some common sense, some people with some brains, damn it. I am tired of the same old crap.

      • Claire

I am tired of the stupid lies. Why do they think they have to lie about their background? They lie about their education, their military record, and naything else they can think of. What gets me is, don’t they have enough sense to know they will get caught in their lies? Truth prevails–eventually. The problem is that they lie and still get elected. If they lie beforehand they sure as hell will lie afterwards.

      • Claire

      • Claire

dan az–Rangel should have been run out of town on a rail. If Waters is guilty she should be thrown out too. Now we have upcoming people that have been elected in the primaries that have their own albatrosses. I think we should be careful. We may very well be adding more corruption to our government. Once a liar, always a liar? Once a thief, always a thief? Something to think about.

      • Jana

        Claire,
Unfortunately, we are all human and are going to have made mistakes. What we have to do is make sure we don’t vote the same ones back into office that we KNOW are corrupt and have shown their true colors. Sure, maybe some of the new ones that have been chosen to run will have baggage (who doesn’t?) and when they are voted in we will be watching them. If they don’t pay attention to their constituents and vote right, then we will have to get someone else, but the point is, we keep trying. We don’t give up. We need fresh blood and fresh ideas in congress as well as mainstream people that have lived out on the economy, and know what its like.
Right now we have a group of people in congress that feel they are an elite group, untouchable, and oh so much better than the rest of us. We need to let them know WHO they answer to.
I would rather get a person in Congress who will listen to the people and respond to the people especially if they aren’t lawyers or judges or all uppity and high and mighty. I want some everyday folks in Government. Then we will at least have a fighting chance.

      • Claire

Jana–I see your point, however, I will not vote for people that pull the same stunts as the ones already in office. Sure, humans make mistakes, and perhaps should be forgiven (once, not twice) but since they have done these things, I cannot be positive that they will NOT do it in office. I am from the old school, a person’s reputation counts in a lot of ways. I probably sound hard-nose, but this is what I think. And no, I am not perfect, but I am honest. I expect any government official to be honest. If they are not honest, throw them out. All of them if the situation warrants it. I expect honesty, not debatable character. Is this too much to ask for? If a person wants to run for any office in the United States Government, they should make sure they have the honesty and credentials to back themselves. This is serious business. Too many have gotten by with their devious ways, and this is not right. It is not fair to America or Americans. The politicians of this great country need to be taught a lesson–a lesson in honesty and character.

      • Jana

        Claire,
I certainly agree with you about the honesty part. We don’t need dishonest people running our Gov’t. What I am saying is if they made a mistake and come clean about it, then maybe we CAN trust them and we need to watch them closely.
Actually, we need to watch them closely at all times.

      • DaveH

Why do they lie? Because no human knows what is best for the rest of us. So they have to pretend and lie. Government has bitten off more than they can chew.

      • Claire

We need to focus on what needs to be done to put our Country on the right path. Arguing with people like Norm is like talking to a brick wall—- they aren’t interested in having a civil discussion- it’s about demonizing and degrading anyone who has a different belief. They aren’t worth the time as the rhetoric is always the same—- racism, blame Bush and now they will focus on blame the Republicans. Don’t give them the oppurtunity to stir anger- they aren’t worth it.

  • 2WarAbnVet

The Republican establishment seems to think the best tactic is to nominate pseudo-liberals to combat liberals. These “Socialism, but a little slower please” RINOs who primarily are concerned with their own power should be kicked out of office along with the Demoncrat/Socialists.

    Hey Norm,

Please invite me to your home the night of November 2nd. We can watch the election returns together! The look on your face will be worth the trip. Call the Tea Party any names you want. You might as well be pissing into the wind. You see, Normy, Americans….True Americans are fed up with the Status Quo in Washington DC. We are not going to let Marxists, Muslims, or any Anti-American Chicago Thugs destroy the sovereignty of this nation in favor of a “One World Government.”

We believe in the Constitution of the United States of America and the basis upon which this nation was founded. You don’t seem to grasp that. Sorry, Normy…we are tired of your condescension and frankly find you boring. Have a nice day!

Banking is a criminal enterprise and should be illegal. Who gets
elected won’t make any difference just so long as a cabal controls
the purse strings. The national debt is a pretense; we don’t owe
the Federal Reserve squat for outsourcing the American economy, yea,
and all the Congressmen & Senators who abetted them.

    • s c

Germeten, you pretty well covered it. Enduring the presence of the Fed is the same as aiding and abetting. And when it comes to people in Congress who are willing Fed slaves, a short stint in front of a firing squad is too good for them. May all of them get exactly what they have tried to force on us.

Hey, Dan in AZ, I will take a Senator O’Donnell over a Senator Franken any day. Talk about clueless radicals…

Maybe Rove has made a brilliant move, taking a cue from Bubba Clinton, by getting the Democrat strategists to focus on meaningless issues in Christine O’Donnell’s past, so that when the Democrat attack ads come out, ranting about her “unpaid school loans,” the issue will be old news.

By the way, has the O’Bummer paid off his student loans?

HILLARY IS A STUDENT OF SAUL ALINSKY AND IS FAR TO THE LEFT OF ANY DEMOCRAT. SHE AND BILL HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN TOO MANY SCANDALS. CHECK OUT WHO GIVES RE-ELECTION FUNDS AND HOW CORRUPT THAT MESS SMELLS. THEY MAY BE POPULAR BUT THEY ARE PROBABLY THE RICHEST COUPLE IN HISTORY WHO HAVE NEVER PASSED UP A DONATION NO MATTER WHERE IT CAME FROM. DIRTY MONEY FROM CORRUPT HANDS.

  • Mark

No one should be cheering. Hillary Clinton (or any other idiot far left extremist) does not speak for me. I do not care what she is secretary of, I did not vote for her and she does not speak for me. What all you politicians have to do is oppose this UN Treaty manure on small arms. When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns, and it cannot be explained any easier than that. Only a blind fool would think any different. If this small arms treaty goes through it will not prevent terrorism and crime, what it will do is start a war on American soil that will be a blood bath on both sides. Sides ???, the U.N. troops charged with confiscating our firearms and the People of the United States of America. You would purposely title well over half of the People criminals for fighting for our freedom ? I think not, or you should be willing to foot the consequences. You folks better start serving the people instead of yourselves or you are going to have a war on your hands. If We the People become criminals and terrorists because some lame blonde idiot signs a U.N. small arms treaty agreement, then you, our representatives, will become targets. That small arms crap is just one example, this unconstitutional healthcare crap is another, and then there is the social engineering crap to confiscate our property so they can pay off China when the call to even up is made. Politicians only understand one language, it is not the language of voting because they can purchase anyone they want, but I guarantee you they will understand the language of elimination. All you politicians regardless of party better start serving the people and not yourselves. Personally I think we should start a beer party, tea parties are boring.

Thank you Robin, for being of strong will and mind.

Robin, ‘Nerm” has an obvious estrogen problem. He tries to maintain a delicate balance between being amoral and immoral. He prefers fantasy to reality. He looks up to losers like Bubba and Hillary.
Hillary wears the pants in that family, and if she had a blood test, she’d be found to be the one who has a lot more testosterone than Bubba.
‘Nerm’ proves what computer types have always known. That is, garbage in, garbage out. His elevator never went to the top.
The ‘light’ may be on, but nobody’s home. He’s many bricks short of a full load, and he’s proud of it. What can you say about a progressive who dares to call himself a “moderate” Republican?

      • Norm

        Robin from Arcadia, IN
        I disagree.

        Norm,
That definition fits you perfectly. Glad to know you are in the minority.

RINOs, like retarded progressives, will never “get it.” This is a battle for America’s soul, and I don’t give a damn about the way ‘Dems’ or progressives feel. If people like Rove are comfy with acting like retarded RINOs, then let THEM deal with it.
Conservatism is the cure for RINOitis and progressive rot. Either we convince people to read, watch, compare notes and ‘see the light’ while they can, or America as we know it will be gone forever. This is the freedom’s last stand, and we can’t afford to ‘wait’ for the touchy-feely crowd to grow spines and brains. Be an American and act like one, or be gone!

  • dan az

What amazes me is that the rino’s just dont get it!

The Progressive Liberal Communist have not honor, no god, and the cause they persue is evil to it core – power to enslave the people of the United states.

The stuggle for American is an epic struggle of good vs evil, and if America falls to evil, so shall the world. Literally the fate of mankind will be decided in America, but will it be decided by Americans?

Great post, fellow patriot! I love it! FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

      • Jana

Actually I think the Dems have a reason to FEAR the TEA Party victory. The TEA Party stands for all thats good and honest and decent in this country, opposite of what most Dems and RINO’s stand for.
They need to fear the fact that finally and I do mean FINALLY middle and mainstream America have found their voices and have finally realized the power of their vote.
We are tired of these stupid politicians getting into office for life, and when they move to Washington they forget what day to day living in America is all about.
Washington DC has a lifestyle of its own with an elitest attitude. They seem to think they have suddenly become better than the rest of us and should dictate to us how we are to act, feel and think.
They are so enamored with their power that they forget who it is that they work for, in fact they think we are around to serve them. This is evident even in the salary that they have given themselves. These people have someone to drive them around and have that same someone fill up their gas tanks. They don’t get to a grocery store any more, or go shopping so they really have no clue what its like to live a normal life.
Why should they have a budget? They have us as their servants provide more and more money for their whims and wishes.
Yep, its time for them to fear us as we are tired of this nonsense, and we aren’t going away!

Freedom Fighter… Great Post! The RINO’s are now having their eyes opened. They had their ears closed to what America was telling them, so we have to do the next step. The Republican party will do well in Nov. It isn’t left vs. right, it’s right vs. wrong. The sooner politicians understand this, the quicker this country will turn around and get back to it’s roots. We need to vote all the bad blood and those who are taking the tax payers for all their worth. Accountability! The Dems promised transparency, but then they promised a lot of things, didn’t they?

    • Norm

      dan az
Then again, maybe the teabaggers don’t get it. Supporting clueless radicals is the quickest way to lose your freedoms.

      • Susan

Yeah, electing radicals like Obama and the democrats have proven to be the quickest route to the loss of freedom! More fees (taxes), higher health care costs, more tax money going to programs to support those who don’t pay a dime into the system. We will soon be working just to support stupid politicians and welfare leeches.

      • Michael J.

        Hey Normie Babie, You said:

“Supporting clueless radicals is the quickest way to lose your freedoms.”

I think most of us conservatives here would consider that an ironic (maybe moronic)statement coming from the same lefties who supported our bogus potus in the run up to the 2008 election. I guess that proves you don’t have to be brainless/clueless to be an Obambie Zombie, but it helps.
