What sickens me is that Arizona falls into the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which I dub as the “Ninth Circus Court”, which is the most liberal based in San Francisco above all places where the cradle of liberalism is found and where many fruit-and-nut job cases reside. It’s time to get Arizona and Nevada out of the Ninth Circuit Court system by petitioning to be part of another circuit court system – our own!!!

This is not a new problem for our country. It’s been going on for years. According the the law Section 8 USC (a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii),Obama, Pelosi, Reed and the rest of Congress, who have refused to enforce this law, should be impeached for knowingly harboring criminal illegal immigrants, a FEDERAL FELONY, be tried, convicted with submitted evidence, and imprisoned. These people are NOT above the laws of our land. They are citizens and, by law, are required to live by the law, just like the rest of us. Look it up. Eisenhower, as president, did a better job eliminating the illegal immigrants of his day, deporting millions in a very short period of time, and causing many to self deport because they knew the Federal Government agents were coming. Several times in our history, this has been a problem. The biggest problem came from taking American jobs. It’s all a repeat. Unemployment has risen to unsustainable levels because the jobs are filled by illegals willing to work for cheaper levels. Lyndon Johnson, as a Congressman, fought against Eisenhower’s eviction, because he was receiving kick backs from the wealthy farmers in TX who used cheap mexican labor. Even during the great DEPRESSION, when the national unemployment rate was 25%, 70% of all jobs in the Dust Bowl area were held by ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS! It’s history, and it’s repeating itself, because we Americans never make a PERMANENT SOLUTION to this problem. We can, we must, secure our borders and enforce the LAWS WE ALREADY HAVE ON THE BOOKS! Federal offense to harbor illegal immigrants. Today, they have taken yet ANOTHER path to crime by stealing people’s identity in order to have fake documentation.

How can she say they have rights as Legal Alien Residents? They are here ILLEGAL!!!! What rights do they deserve????

I know a JUDGE would never use their power to help out a POLITICAL Party that had given them their position.

It will be VERY hard for an appeal by Arizona to be Judged fairly in U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco.

Since,
San Francisco is a self proclaimed Sanctuary (ILLEGAL under Federal Law) City.

Most present day rulings are against the American people and the Constitution anyway. The judges and attorneys in our country are worthless and we need a NATIONWIDE fight against them.

Governor Brewer, you better get it to the supreme court before Kagen gets put in place!!! The State of Arizona should also countersue the federal government for NOT enforcing laws already on the books that would have not made it necessary for Arizona to go to such extremes.

The Section 287(g) program is a means by which state and local law enforcement agencies may cooperate with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to enforce our immigration laws. It was established by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 so that officers may receive training from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in functions such as identification, processing, and detention of immigration offenders. This training provides state and local police with additional tools they can use to prosecute crimes committed by aliens, especially gang violence and document fraud, while reducing the impact of illegal immigration on local communities and making it less likely that terrorists will be able to operate with impunity in the United States.

Any state or political subdivision may initiate a 287(g) agreement on behalf of its law enforcement officers by contacting ICE. Once a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the state or locality and the Department of Homeland Security is signed, the state or local officers participate in a four- to five-week course on immigration law and enforcement. Once the officers are certified, they can count on the assistance of ICE agents as they perform the immigration functions for which they were trained.

The utility of this program is borne out by its documented success to date. As of August 21, 2007, 23 state and local law-enforcement agencies have struck agreements with ICE, and about 75 others have submitted applications. Most agreements were signed in the prior 18 months. To date, ICE has trained 416 officers, who, in turn, have made over 22,000 arrests in conjunction with Federal law enforcement officials.

Several large, urban counties – including Los Angeles and San Bernadino Counties in California and Mecklenburg County in North Carolina – participate in the 287(g) program. Mecklenburg County’s participation has been so successful, in fact, that the Criminal Justice, Drug Policy and Human Resources Subcommittee of the House Government Reform Committee held a hearing in the county in 2006 specifically to discuss that jurisdiction’s experiences with the program.

Maybe the judge is confused. If the judge is on speaking terms with the Constitution and knows what a prez can and can’t do, then it seems very curious that a state could be wrong to try and compensate for an administration that caters to illegals, and selectively enforces laws it likes and ignores laws it doesn’t like.
Is that judge required to defend a decision, or is the judge so intelligent that we must bow and scrape while the prez ignores an invasion? Once again, something stinks, and it’s coming from Washington and yet another classic, rogue activist judge.
