Conservatives Pick Tea Party Candidate To Run Against Harry Reid In November

June 14, 2010 by

Conservatives pick Tea Party candidate to run against Harry Reid in NovemberLast week’s Republican primary for the Senate race in Nevada was closely watched by both parties, as the Majority Leader Harry Reid’s grip on his seat has been considered uncertain due to his close association with the Obama administration’s policies. However, the outcome of the vote does not seem to clarify much at this point.

The state’s Republican voters picked a little-known Tea Party activist Sharron Angle to take on Reid. According to media reports, the 60-year-old Angle is fiercely committed to small-government, and has been seen as a "low-tax crusader."

Fiscally conservative supporters are excited and Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Steele promised that Angle would get the support from the national party to defeat Reid, but some are concerned because throughout the campaign she cast herself as an anti-establishment candidate.

"She has pretty well defined herself as a niche candidate. How does she break out of that mold to a broader audience?" asked University of Nevada political scientist David DaMore, quoted by The Associated Press (AP).

By contrast, Reid may lack charisma and be unpopular in the state with nearly 14 percent unemployment, but he has lots of money and the backing of some powerful allies, including President Obama himself, according to the news source.

In the end, some commentators say independent voters will be key in deciding the outcome of the November election. ADNFCR-1961-ID-19828658-ADNFCR

Clean her up and bring her on!

But I had hoped you’d done better and a little disappointed with your selection.

Talk about sweet sorrow, ~ you folks remind me of a old hound that like to roll around in cow pies and expect to be petted.

Has anyone noticed the resemblance to woody allen?.I wonder if he notices. Could be why he looks on the defencive all the time. Good grief when he wakes up in the morning it wii all be the same. MEHpensacola,fl.

Woody Allen; ” the world is ran by the people that bother to show up”

So you would also dump your wife to marry your own daughter? Gee, shows what kind of person you are.

  • JCfromDC

Oh, wait! the world is going to END in 2012, isn’t it? ISN’T IT??? LOL

  • JCfromDC

I find it very amusing that the true conservatives most unabashedly voicing themselves and showing any BALLS are the WOMEN! If they politically (sic, on purpose) castreate a few male Democrats in 2010, I canna WAIT for 2012! The next two years are going to be a real treat for pundits. I’ll probably die laughing.

  • Nancy

Dirty Harry has to be defeated!!!

  • chuck b

its going to be tough, with all the seiu, acorn and the illegals plus the regular die hard demos. it kind of reminds you of the problem the rest of the country faces!

  • Roylyn08

We are seling out in Arizona and re-locating to Reno. My fondest dream is to get an “AMERICAN” that takes over and gets rid of D*****(oops, no name calling) Reid. The combination of the three in power is well known as the “AXIS OF TAXES” and we absolutely MUST destroy the Axis. We must get rid of the socialist/communist thinking that we were infected with in 2008. Strange, but it is a rarity to find someone that will admit they voted for osama anymore. He is considered a cancer.

    • Bob Wire

taxes are at the lowest point in history ! so think up something else to justify your sour attitude.

      • http://naver samurai

Taxes are the lowest in history due to the 2 Bush tax cuts. By the way, the first round of tax cuts is due to expire next year. Do you think that Reid and the dems will continue them for another 10 years?

      • Bob Wire

Don’t forget Reagan’s tax cuts ~ and no, these tax cuts have been promised to expire. The opinion for renewing them passed under 43′s final tenure as I understand it.

        >>”Strange, but it is a rarity to find someone that will admit they voted for osama (you mean Obama?)anymore. He is considered a cancer.”<<

I'd say that tells us more about the people you share conversation with and their willingness to share with you then anything else.

You statement reminds me of the vet from Greenteeth Texas that claimed everyone in "his" VFW Hall shared the same opinions of Obama. There's validation for your twisted views EVERWHERE you go! But where do you go?

You call for a second amendment solution finding yourselves lacking! What are you going to do when that fails as well? Bury your dead and move?

You guys really need to get out more!

      • http://naver samurai

Bob, you really need to get a life and off of that crack you’ve been smoking. It’s frying your brain!

  • Jim K.

Nevada your best opportunity to get rid of H. Reid is coming up this November. Don’t let this chance go by as the socialist policies of H. Reid are not only disastrous to Nevada these polices are bad for all of us citizens in America. Good luck in winning over Reid!!!!!

    • Bob Wire

how about a cup of tea?

  • marvin

people we have a great chance to kick reid and boxer out of office less not blow it the tea party is not running for office we are backing who we think will best suit the needs of the we the legal citizen, and sometimes that is not the one that the republican party backs and some like charle crist of fla that would reather let a dumbocrat win by spliting the vote between the ind and repubican the voter said no to him on the ballet and yes to rubio so all you voter in fla if you like your dembocrat sen vote for crist if not vote rubio

  • ONTIME

It will be my fondest hope that Hairy Reed has road rash and bruises on his crooked little butt when he finally is booted from office.

    • Bob Wire

      dream on king fish.

  • Palin12

I live in Nevada too, and am chomping at the bit to see Reid and his son Rory go down in flames in November. 63% of Nevadans opposed Obamacare, but Harry thinks he knows what’s best for us with his crooked backroom deals. We’ll always remember Dirty Harry’s remarks that “you can smell the stench of tourists in Washington in the summer” and that then-Senator Obama was “electable because he’s a light-skinned black man that does not speak with a Negro accent, unless he wants to”. It’s been reported that Harry has an 8% favorability rating in Nevada. Lots of Dump Reid signs out here.

    • marvin

Palin12 if you live in nev get out and help put up signs make calls do all you can for you and only you and your fellow registered nev voters can kick reid out of office, we can help but you can vote go door to door if you have to do what ever it takes but get out there an let people know the truth about the back stabbing reid

      • Palin12

You betcha, marvin. I even have a “Dump Reid” sign on my car that I got at the Tea Party in Searchlight. The most recent Rassmussen poll has Angle 50%, Reid 39%. We cannot become complacent with that though. Harry supposedly has a $15 million warchest to spend on attack ads, mostly from SEIU thugs.

    • Airangel

It’s going to take all of us to counteract the millions Reid and Pelosi have to run…I read somewhere they are smug because they have some surprise campaigns up their sleeve. They are planning on propaganda and more lies to win…we MUST defeat them and educate everywhere we can

      • Bob Wire

educate all of us? ~ oh ! %^*^_&+! there’s not enough time!

        we’re doomed!

      • Palin12

It was just reported that Pigosi has a new office in Frisco which is costing us taxpayers $18,000 a month, far more than any other congresspeople.

  • Bill

I live in Nevada; Reid is the biggest liar of any politician I have ever heard of. I will give you just one example to show how he does not care for this state. Nevada has two major east west interstate hiways the 15 in Las Vegas and the 80 that runs through Reno. The only north south road not hiway that connects the two interstates is 95; it is hundreds and hundreds of miles of very dangerous two lane hiway that trucks travel by the thousands. This shows you how much this long long term senator cares about his state…NOT!!! This only
one example of how when he gets elected and goes back to Washington how he conveniently forgets us. Oh he shows one project on tv about a solar plant wow what an accomplishment for so many years.

  • Jim H.

Norm, We don’t care who the Tea Baggers run. We do watch the TEA PARTY though.

    • Norm

      Jim H.
      Not much difference.

      • Jim H.

Norm, If all your tea bagger buddies are as witty as you, we Tea PARTY movement people don’t have to worry.

  • Earl, QUEENS, NY

As for Sharron Angle, yes she’s better than Dingy Harry Reid!! If she wants to privatize social security….GOOD!! CONgress is bankrupting it!! If these democraps were executives of privatized social security companies, they’d spend the rest of their lives with Bernie Madoff!! Get rid of the federal Dept. of Education? YES!! All it does is indoctrinate youth in our failing public school system. Let me add – get rid of the EPA too!! The EPA’s not about clean air, water, etc. IT IS a monster whose agenda is Marxism and destroying America as we’ve known it for over 2 centuries!!

  • Raggs

Angle has a very hard road ahead.
Of course obama and his union army will support Reid throwing millions of dollars in the kitty. The same will happen for Pelosi.

I just hope that Nevada has more common sence than to the listen to the liars in the white house.

    • gary

Yeah the same common sense that got the bastard elected in the first place. He will get re-elected. People like to spout off, but when it comes “right down to it”, they will vote like they always do and the same as they did to get us into this mess. They will believe the lies from the professional liars in Washington.

    • Norm

I don’t think Nevadans(or anybody else) are going to buy into the banning of booze, much less the destruction of social security. The woman is way out of line.
If tea baggers keep running idiots, even guys like Harry will get reelected.

      • Palin12

        Norm
Teabaggers are what you do with your homosexual boyfriend.

      • JC

Norm likely already knows that and it’s probably just a Freudian slip.

      • Bob Wire

        Talk and laugh?

      • marvin

Norm you keep calling us tea party member homosexuals you may find it amuseing but i do not,you must be a homosexual to know about teabagging but we are haveing a discussion about this great country of america and whom we want running, it is not about gays and lisbos like you that can not think for your self you need a obombo or some liberal to give you, your goverment handout

      • Norm

This the first time I’ve heard teabagger associated with homesexuals. Obviously you have knoeledge in that regard. Now I feel as though I’ve offended homosexuals.

      • JC

        First time…sure! ;)

      • http://?? Joe H.

        JC,
you have to remember that normie has selective memory. He remembers what supports his cause and nothing else!!!

      • http://naver samurai

Have we forgotten the days of prohibition? You know when drinking alcohol was illegal, people killed for it, and the Kennedy’s amassed their fortune? I don’t know about social security, but we need to end the self destructive welfare state now.

      • Bob Wire

YES! we must end it NOW! ~ I’m sorry , I don’t mean to single you out!

I know your heart is in the “right” place.

      • http://www.realcolorwheel.com/ DonJ

        Hi Bob Wire,
Right, stop the give-a-ways put into place to bring us down. But don’t mess with S/S. It always was in heathy shape and more than paid for itself until Johnson took over and moved the account.

  • Bill Hatley

Folks our Country is in trouble led by a group of Parasites in love
with themselves. It would be intresting to see the oath they took and
what Country they agreed to serve.Regardless I’m convinced it was not
we the people of America. It seems both parties have misplaced their
compass and the desire for the constitution.
A good house keeper is needed to scrub both houses and the main
    office.

    Bill H

  • Joe’s Grandma

To Mark and Norm: And you don’t find the politics of Harry, Nancy, Barbara, and Barack hateful, biased, and venomous? How about deceitful, with hidden agendas, and just plain stupid? Have they done any good for anyone other than those whose pockets get lined…such as the union thugs and their political cronies? Are you better off with that “hopey-changey” thing? We’re certainly not. I think Angle is refreshing and at least honest and is thinking what most of us are thinking. Why should the minority rule? That’s not the way the government was set up and never should be run. If you don’t like it here, move somewhere else!

    • gary

What scares me, is I think we(conservatives) are the minority. May god help us.

      • Dagney

Nope. Conservatives are the silent MAJORITY. However, they are waking up!

Too many people don’t pay enough attention to the elections. They get disgusted with all the hype and just vote based on lies touted in the MSM.

In fact more people who thought they were liberal, thanks to Barak Obama, are learning what liberal actually means and they are leaving the Democrat party in droves! Have hope! Most people in this country love what it stands for. And, the communists are the minority. However, their allies in the media and Hollywood amplify their filth making it seem they are a major force. They cannot win if people educate themselves. Keep on educating everyone you know!

      • JT Nevada

I am from Nevada, Las Vegas, specifically. Reid is nearly universally disliked here. Angle has the rural and Northern Nevada vote. The key is Clark County (Las Vegas). When the Tea Party held its first rally of the tour earlier this year, 20,000 people showed up in Searchlight, Harry’s home, to hear Sarah Palin and other conservatives. When Harry gathered at the one local casino in Searchlight to announce his candidacy for reelection a week later, a whole 100 people showed up. When the first lady was here last week before the primary, she and Harry had 1500 people show up in Reno. When they went to Las Vegas, another 100 showed up. Harry’s son Rory is runnng for Governor. Neither Harry nor Rory has campaigned or even mentioned the other. Nevada is weary of the Reid family. It is the pudits from outside of Nevada who are trying to convince themselves that Sharron Angle could not possibly beat Harry. In the primary, Sharron did not just beat her two top competitors by a few percentage points. She got 40%+ while the other two got 20%+ each. So we Nevadans hear the calls for Reid’s rejection and are most happy to accomodate.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        JT Nevada,
Well keep them awake!! When it comes time to vote and the turn out is 38%, that’s pitiful!!! that is the percentage in some precincts and it shows that the people are either asleep or brain dead! the people that don’t vote deserve exactly every bad thing they get from the government and don’t have the right to complain!!!

  • Rob Alexander

Well one thing is for sure – if the Republican establishment DOESN’T fully support Angle, the Republican candidate, against Reid, one of the liberals Republicans would most like to see gone, it will be telling of the party’s true motivations…

    • http://www.realcolorwheel.com/ DonJ

It’s not going to happen that way Rob. We are voting for people and their stand on issues. Party doesn’t matter. Soon both sides will be on our side.

  • Buddy

When Lyndon Johnson put all the Social Security funds into the general US Treasury (rather than leaving those funds in a separate Social Security account), he put Social Security on a path to extinction. Privatizing Social Security could save it.

    • http://www.realcolorwheel.com/ DonJ

Thanks Buddy, 1st I forgot that it was that lying back shooting VP that got us into Vet Name, stopped what Pres. Kennedy was going to do with the Fed AND stole our gold from a money making account.

      While I’m here..

I agree Save America Susie, two parties is all the good Dr. ordered so that’s the Tea Party stance as far as I am concerned.
Bob C. said, “You are voting issues, not just people.” Well I don’t think that applies to 3 people running, it could be three different issues.

But Voting for Issues instead of People is the only direct way to vote. We could still have very short term Congress and Senate people to tell us their opinion of each issue, but we do the voting ourselves. One phone, one vote, your paper trail recite comes with your bill. The issues, bills and vote codes can be printed in a Tea Party section of our local paper for us to decide on.

We need a constitutional reform Convention like Road Island is voting on to protect us from corporate industry money being able to buy Judicial decisions.
Good eye Bob from Socal, he’s the Norm Fruitcake plant to go with the Reid Nut Job.

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Don J,
while I agree that we should vote for a person on the issues, we also need to research their background as well. Just because they voice support for your issues now doesn’t mean they will remember their promise when elected. Check their past and see if they supported these issues then! If not, then I don’t believe that they will when elected!!!

  • Dagney

Sorry, but moderation is what got this country in the current mess it is in. This country has been taken over by hard-core leftists who ran over all the wishy-washy moderates in both parties. Hard core Conservatism is what wins. You go moderate and wishy washy and you lose to the communists in this country. This is a battle for the soul of this country and moderation will not win. Sharron Angle is just what we need and if the Repulicans don’t “man-up”, the conservative women (Bachmann, Palin, Brewer, Angle, to name just a few) in the party will do it for them.

    • s c

Dagney, a moderate is someone who hates having any standards (Specter). A moderate is also someone who hates to make a decision when it’s needed (McCain).
A moderate has no use for common sense (Waxman). A moderate spits in the face of morality and fiscal responsibility (Fwank).
Becoming a moderate is the first step in becoming a progressive (Specter, McCain, Waxman, Fwank and a host of others). It truly IS a mental problem, and only time and the threat of punishment can deter it.
Hopefully, America will rise up and act like patriots before it’s too late to remove that damned, living cancer from our midst.

      • Dagney

        Agreed.

      • JeffH

s c, a moderate sits on the fence and goes in the direction of it’s lean.

  • Jim H.

David DaMore, The political scientist at the University of Nevada say’s, ” She has pretty well defined herself as a niche candidate. How does she break out of that mold to a broader audience?” Answer: She doesn’t. She WON the primary, by voicing what HER stand on the issues are. Why change a winning formula? She got this far by being refreshingly honest, if you start changing now, you turn into just another politician. GO ANGLE!

  • s c

What Reid lacks is a functioning conscience and a working brain. He’d make a great substitute leader in Iran. What’s going on in California and Arkansas
pales in comparison when it comes to Nevada.
Reid is a hardcore LOSER, people. HOW can you not get it? He despises Americans who go to Washington to vacation there. He does a remarkable job of acting like a Faustian charcter who gladly sold his soul so he stay in Washington and ‘play the game’ with the big boys.
He’s as useful as a drug addict in a drug warehouse. He’s as productive as another Benedict Arnold. Reid is as intellectual as a mutated pasture muffin. Nevadans, GET RID of that retard, and act as though you’re a part of America!

    • http://?? Joe H.

Wasn’t it reid that said you can always tell when it’s tourist season in D.C. by the smell of the tourists??

  • Mark

correct…not all Republicians are conservative. Many find the spin of Rush, Laura, Sean, Lars, Beck and O’Reily very offensive!

    • Norm

      Mark
In many cases the spin is biased, unproven, venomous, and hateful.

      • JC

Much like many of your comments Norm, which is why I generally disregard both.

      • Norm

        JC
Some people, like you, have problems with truth and reality. Sorry.

      • JC

Of the two of us, I’m the one advocating truth and reality.
You on the other hand are peddling spin.

      • JeffH

JC, having watched ole Normy for all of this time, your perspective seems to be right on…speaking of bias, how’s Madcow and Oberego doing these days as their ratings plummet into the depths of hades?
I do believe bias was the downfall of the lefts Air America radio wasn’t it?

      • TIME

      • http://?? Joe H.

        Norm,
Truth be known, you wouldn’t know truth and reality if it walked up to you and slapped you in the face!!!!

      • Norm

      • http://naver samurai

Abnorm, thank you very much for descibing Hillary, Osama, and JB for us. They are so busy pointing fingers, spinning, etc., that they have produced more spin than the ones you have said since 2009! If you want truth, look up the Constitution and see what they are doing to it. 1st, 2nd, and 10th Amendments are all under attack by this administration and its high time we put a stop to it!

    • Roy

Mark you are correct. All republicans are not conservative. Indeed some republicans are democrats.

      • Save America Susie

        My point exactly!

    • Roylyn08

While other people look only to them in order to get at least some of the truth that is out there. Almost no-one any more continues to drink the White House cool-aid.

    • dale

bet you hate your mon and apple pie also?

  • Norm

Sharron Angle, the Republican nominee to challenge embattled Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid for his seat in Nevada, could be a gift from the political gods for Reid’s campaign.

Angle, a favorite of the Tea Party, is a political fruitcake who believes fluoridation of water is a Communist plot, booze should be outlawed, mothers should stay home and take care of their families and the BP oil spill is no big deal.

Democrats are already chomping at the bit to expose Angle as a right-wing hack job with views so extreme that voters will be more than willing to stick with the lackluster Reid.

Angle supports a constitutional amendment to define marriage as only a union between a man and woman and once proposed a bill that would require doctors to advise women seeking an abortion that the procedure could lead to breast cancer — a controversial and dis-proven medical theory.

Other of her more controversial positions, include abolishing the Department of Education, getting the United States out of the United Nations, and privatizing and/or phasing out social security.

    • JC

      Go Angle! :)

    • Bob from Socal

      Hello Norm,

Before you criticize someone’s opinion on a matter, you should probably do a little research considering their position. I can tell you don’t know much about Sodium Fluoride. Why don’t you research this chemical and get back to us. It is a deadly poison. Mix enough of it in a cup of water and you will die. It was originally used in prison camps to subdue the population. It was found to have a calming affect. Long term the effects are not so good. So don’t just call someone a conspiracy theorist before you know what you are talking about. This leads me to believe that you are just out to smear Angle.

      • Norm
      • Kristine

Yes, fluoride is a poison. It is given to sheep (the American public). Look on the toothpaste tube and you’ll find a warning. Oh sure, the dentists of the country REALLY care that fluoride supposedly helps tooth decay. Yes, the government cares about your teeth friends; but they will kill babies and not blink an eye.

    • marvin

Norm, she may be a fruit cake but i will take a fruit cake over a back stabing reid any time that you can not trust and the truth an,t in him with his back room deals and foot in mouth and anyone obumer is for i am aginst, i would ruther vote from franks or rangel or pelosie or boxer or schumer and that an,t happening

    • JCfromDC

Not to be confused with the other JC….
Norm, your last three reasons for NOT voting for Angle are actually the BEST reasons FOR giving her the nod:
Get out of the UN, move it to Brussels and let THEM pay for it (Good Idea)
Abolish the Dept. of (Socialized) Education, a thinly disguised government union, which educates no one (even Better Idea), and
Privatizing Social Security, which is bleeding red ink already, and which should have been done after WWII (An Idea whose time came long ago)
People have been screaming for these things for DECADES!

      • JC

        I would agree with that.

      • Airangel

To both JC’s – RIGHT ON! Too bad people get voted in based on financial contribution. Hopefully the Republicans will get behind Angle

      • Norm

        JCfromDC

Privatizing Social Security is a bad idea for 2 reasons:
        1. Administrative costs will be much higher if handled by the private sector. In Britain, Poland, and other countries this typically as high as 20%.
        2. If the private sector has meltdowns, as now, the government will wind up absorbing the costs. We don’t let people starve in the US.

While Medicare is in dire financial straits, SS can be saved with a few relativly minor changes.

    • Roylyn08

Most people seem to agree that even if the elected official was no longer breathing, he or she would STILL be a better choice over Reid.

    • Jerry Clark

      Norm,

The united Nations was formed by Communist, and will be the governing government if the New world Order succeeds, They believe in Destoying this Government and the Constitution, so that their One World Government Controls the World, this is a Communist/ Socialist takeover of all countries, the devil is at it’s core. Obama Supports the New World Order as does George Bush Jr. and Senior, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Jimmy Carter, John McCain and even Scott Brown who so many thought was someone who would help the Republican Party, Progressives are in both Parties, that way they can’t loose, unless we all wake up.

      • Norm

        Jerry Clark
        Get a grip!
If Satan is running the show, pray. Surely God is stronger than the big red guy.

      • Airangel

Norm, God is the Alpha, the Omega, the beginning and the end and as you put it “much stronger than Satan”, HOWEVER, this “One Nation Under God” has soured and turned our back on God by being complacent and not fighting for the right things. We have allowed evil and greed to get a stronghold over us and became very selfish with a me, me me attitude. We have allowed a handful of Atheist and Bible bashers to get their way by taking God and prayer out of our lives, our relationships, schools, etc….in turning our backs on the Almighty, he has chosen to turn his back on us. We all need to pray for his forgiveness and mercy and draw our strength from him for what is to come. You can’t say you believe and then live and act differently. You can’t be a man of the cloth and then preach hate and lies. You cannot profess to be a Christian and then not live by God’s law (The Ten Commandments)..Actions speak louder than words. God will have his vengence, I believe he is giving us one more chance to get it right before closing the doors forever.

We should stop referring to the Republican Party as “Conservatives.” There is now a bonafide Conservative Party which uses that name and referring to Republicans as such only confuses us further. You can find their website at http://www.conservativepartyusa.com .

So sorry, but this is a two-party country. The Conservatives need to stop splitting the vote and letting communists take over the country. The conservatives need to take over the Republican party as they did in the late 1970′s when they got Ronald Reagan elected. The conservatives need to stand up for what they believe in within the Republican party. There will be no need to kick out the socialist infiltrators like Snowe, McCain, etc. They will switch party on their own. When have you even seen a socialist split the Democrat vote and allow a conservative win? Doesn’t happen.

Glen & Dagney….I can see the point to both your arguments here….
I am a lifelong Republican that has not always voted the party ticket, because sometimes I vote for the person instead–What they stand for. But I don’t think I am willing to take that HUGE RISK on a three party vote this next time in 2012; I can’t take another BO term! That would really finish America off! Just “Remember the Alamo!”: Clinton won because of a third party being involved–Perot split the ticket and Clinton WON by much less % than McCain LOST!! (I think: Clinton’s was 42% compared McCain’s 48%). Just because of that 3rd party. If there is nothing major on the line, it doesn’t matter so much, but we have EVERYTHING to lose here. Can’t take a chance this time. Maybe another time. I think I agree with you Dagney; The conservatives need to take over the Republican party again to win against the left’s socialist agenda.

This is what you guys are needing, it put equal power into the type of government you want along with the person you want.

It seems complicated at first, but it really is pretty simple after you grasp the idea.
In the Clinton /Bush/Perot, Bush would have won, because you voted for a second choice if your guy doesn’t have the votes to win, your vote will still count because your second choice goes into effect, I feel most Perot voters would have chosen Bush as their second choice, so Bush would have had all of his votes, and most of Perot votes, easily beating Clinton, other countries are using this with good results
Bottom line, no more split vote, if two guys stand for the same thing, and the third guy is a jerk, the jerk doesn’t win because there was 2 good guys running.
You are voting issues, not just people.
Oh, and Reagan was no a conservative, he borrowed more money then any other president in his time, (or before his time), this made him look good, but in reality, he was stealing from your grand kids to make you happy with him, that’s not conservative.
