Ted Poe exposed the incompetent administration in the White House. I am a law enforcement officer that has dealt with the crime associated with illegal immigrants. I have worked the serial murders and rapes committed by some of the illegal immigrants. I have former staff members working the border and seen the pictures of car loads of headless people killed by the drug cartels, decapitating these citizens to send a message. We in law enforcement know the real story. We are in a war in this country with a well funded narco-terroist organizations that has infilterated every section of our country. It is the duty of the office of President to protect the American People from foreign invaders. Neglect of duty is grounds for impeachment. Why is it that we can impeach a president for lying about an affair but can’t impeach a president for refusing to protect America. Somebody please answer that!

Notice comments made by Mr. William E. Hudson, who correctly points out that Mr. Eric Holder, U.S.Attorney General, claims he has not read the Federal Statute and that Holder has not conferred with the panel of commentators who expect to develop a position on the subject of “whether” Arizona State Law regarding immigration is equally constitutional as Federal law regarding the same subject.

It is useful to point out here that Mr. Holder’s “lack of knowledge”
regarding whether Arizona law is or is not constitutional, and Holder’s “lack of knowledge” regarding whether “the application” of the Federal law at the (Arizona) State level is appropriate are both very good excuses for stalling for time in order to come up with some peculiar interpretation that will fit Obama’s usual politically
correct version of American law.

It is probably the case that Mr. Holder HAS READ both the Arizona State immigration law (recently passed by Arizona) and he HAS READ the appropriate Federal Statutes related to the recent enactment of Arizona immigration law. However, Holder is shrewd enough to claim that he has not yet read the particular Federal statute upon which the Arizona law has been modeled, and which mirrors the Federal statute. By claiming lack of first hand knowledge of the Federal statute, Holder is buying time to allow himself to come up with a future interpretation of the Federal statute that is in line with Obama’s peculiar twist on the Federal law to make it politically correct.

It is clear that commentator, Mr. Hudson, has a keen appreciation of
State and Federal law, and his comments are well honed, and his
tone is civil but incisive. He certainly reveals the absurdity of
Eric Holder’s failure to have read the appropriate Federal law, and
Holder’s lack of professional depth in his particular craft, for which
he was chosen by Obama, supposedly for his “expertise”. Holder
clearly reveals that he is not prepared at all on this major area
of Federal law. Holder’s unwillingness to commit himself on these
area of State and Federal law boxes him into the position of declaring himself professionally unprepared for the task itself of
explaining this area of law to American citizens. He probably has another trick to play in the near future, so watch his next moves carefully.

Anyone who contributes commentary to this posting of comments should
refrain from name calling. There is good vocabulary enough to
carefully describe the mechanism and the characteristics of Obama’s
operatives, including Mr. Eric Holder. There is positively no
glory in resorting to name calling. Suffice it to say that Mr. Holder
is not performing his job in a professional manner and he is not
any asset to the Obama administration. The American people are not
stupid. They realize that their Constitutional liberties are being
undermined by the Obama Administration. American citizens realize that some of the same Democrats who were screaming bloody blue-
murder at George Bush for having “compromised Constitutional liberties” as a result of several key sections of the Patriot Act, which allow the Federal government to mine for data in the attempt to find and capture terrorists who would blow up New York City again if they got the opportunity. Interestingly, as a result of columnist Nat Hentoff’s careful study of the Patriot Act (for the purpose of arresting true terrorists), Nat Hentoff has changed his position on the subject of Patriot Act’s going too far on constitutional liberties. Hentoff today does not believe that the Patriot Act went too far. The Patriot Act is a wartime document, intended to address a wartime issue. The Patriot Act is not nearly as radical as Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s suspension of civil liberties of naturalized Japanese-American citizens and American-born Japanese- American citizens by corralling them in interment camps during the Second World War. Roosevelt even corralled Japanese-Americans into race tracks on the West Coast, all in the name of suppressing Japanese ethnic residents, citizens or not. How do you like
Roosevelt’s quaint concepts which undermined civil liberties?

The Obama Administration still has a few tricks to foist upon the
American people in the coming two years before the General Election.
Be certain that these tricks will be played out. Mr. Eric Holder is
devious, but crazy like a fox. He has his stealth purposes to carry
out, in his own time. Obama is also crazy like a fox. Don’t underestimate the two of them. They are a pair.

In order to counteract these tricks which the Obama Administration
will certainly play, American citizens need to become even better
informed, read, study, investigate and share information in order
that our frail democracy not be further undermined by the likes of
Obama’s radical organization. There is a old saying that the
thief always claims that he is being robbed. Obama is doing exactly
that: he is claiming that Tea Party and and other protesting citizens who disagree with him “are radicals”, whereas Obama is the true radical and he should never hear the end of it, all year every year until that message of his radicalism echoes from coast to coast and from sea to shining sea.

One more suggestion: if you have friends who have skills in writing
and editing, submit your unedited writing to such persons who can
give you important feedback, so that before you publish your comments, you should have some professional feedback, in order to
make your comments more effective. Just a suggestion. Also, it is
bad form to resort to name calling. There are plenty of words to
nail the Obama Administration for the disaster that it has become.

I welcome your comments and I also encourage Mr. William E. Hudson to comment on subsequent Obama developments. It is refreshing to hear a well reasoned argument.

Our American Constitution is worth fighting for. Our democracy can
be eroded if we allow the wrong people to take advantage from

My daughter is a teacher and most of the kids in the class are illegal, they go back too Mexico every weekend but they are living with a realative here in the U.S.A so they can go to school. The relative can get foster care for the kids and also they get free meals at school and a lot of other perks.
