Every State in this Union needs to pass a similar law/or start using the Federal Law and enforce it!If Congress is not willing to go along,then we need to replace our congressional persons.If the President is unwilling to go with this,replace the President.Impeachment is long and not satisfactory,but they are not doing the sworn duty of protecting this Country!

Isn’t this law basically a copy of existing federal law? Obviously the people of Arizona are alarmed at the rate of illegal immigrants that are spilling over their border with Mexico into the state. So what are they to do? Just sit back while the whole state implodes? It is clear the feds have no intention of honoring their duty to secure the border. So Arizona has to take these measures. Since Arizona is a right to work state, this could backfire on them and may help the illegal immigration problem. Companies who have hired illegals (yes, also penalized by the Arizona law) would now have to consider if they really want to deal with union representation. If not, guess who won’t be hired – the illegals.

In theory, a labor union could serve a purpose. I fact, unions tend to be over-rated, and serve very little purpose (other than putting themselves before America). A prime example of an unnecessary and nasty, festering pimple on society’s arse is the NEA.
In this case, the SEIU has an advantage over the NEA, as it is more identified with Obummerbama. It goes looking for anti-labor bias even when there is none to be found. It seeks to make SEIU members part of a protected status group (via a steady supply of illegals), and in the process proves once again that without having continual access to the Washington hog trough of money and power (and easy votes), groups like the SEIU would fade away and disappear.
