Look To Soybeans For Protein Needs
Soybeans are a great source of lean protein. Natural sources can be found in soymilk, edamame—or baby soybean pods—and organic tofu. Another popular soy product is tempeh, or fermented soybeans prepared in a cake form. Tempeh can be a great substitute in meat dishes because of its firm texture and strong flavor. Plus, it’s loaded with fiber and B vitamins!
