And by next year thats January 2011 there will be 25% more on top of that number, plus the case will not even get to court perhaps even until 2012 on the early side, and by the time it dose, the State count in the noted Law Suit may be 45 if not all.

There was a meat packing plant in Georgia raided a couple of years ago and a goodly number of illegals busted and deported. these workers were making an average of 12.00 an hour. Now remember if you can, that average means some were making more. within one week, all the jobs had been filled by U.S. citizens!!! Yea what about that, people have to do this to pay their property TAXS. Again – thats crazy, average taxs around the North Shore are $30K per year and three and four times that amount in many places on the North shore.

There are many Mexicans living in these appartments, as many as 6 or 10 in 800 SQft.
Where do they work local restaurants, stores, gas stations, and they work for “CASH only,” they don’t want to be legal.

This saves the owners money by not paying – Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, Health Insurance, and IRS Tax’s, just to name a few, so whos being exploited.

I have a Mexican friend there who is citizen of the US and has been for twenty years, he can’t get a job due to his being a US citizen nor can any of his other Mexican friends that are legal.
He came to me with a strong business plan, I gave him money to start up his Restaurant – I am happy to say – he is doing very well.

American Liberal, President Reagan did no such thing. He may have favored amnesty but he didn’t grant it. Our presidents are not kings, the Executive Branch of government simply executes the laws of the Legislative Branch (Congress). The only way illegal aliens could get amnesty, is for Congress to amend our immigration laws and create an exception, in it, for them. However, even this would be an unconstitutional retroactive law.

Since the government won’t do anything for the unemployed or underployed Americans, the individual needs to ask for verification thay they are here legally, or not hire the individual or boycott the company that hires them. I, for one, would not hire them, or use a company that does. (i.e. roofing, cement work, etc). I saw what happened when a bunch was hired to reroof homes after an ice storm. They have no idea how to reroof a house. The insurance companies will not pay a second or third time, that I KNOW.
