The prosecutor stated that the video tapes that were broadcast on TV were not authentic but had been altered. Thus, what actually happened was not one and the same as was presented in the clips shown on TV.

It seems that if you are interested in the truth then you would not be jumping to conclusions about the prosecutor’s ethics but instead demanding that the original tapes be released to the public so that anyone could view them along with the clips played on TV so you could know for sure whether the prosecutor was wrong or the film maker committed a fraud against all of us.

If the original tapes are not released, I guess we will have to wait and see what the outcome of Acorn’s suit against the film maker.

Acorn is required BY LAW to submit ALL voter registration forms no matter how many Mickey Mouses are in there. Besides, if you read any of the reports, Acorn submitted them in the “possible fraudulent” pile of submitted forms.

Voter registration is were you fill out a form with false information and submit it to a register.

Voter fraud is were you knowingly vote with a fraudulent voter card out of district, with false information on election day. Ann Coulter was guilty of this in 2004 in FL and received no penalty…

Election fraud is what went on in FL in 200 and Ohio in 2004.

I wonder why a 5 month long investigation was needed when the video clearly showed what the ACORN employees were doing. If what they were doing wasn’t wrong, then there is no difference between right and wrong. The Brooklyn DA should be tarred and feathered and run out of town.
