On the other hand I know firsthand experience that if a US Citizen is living outside the United States and has a child that child immediately gets citizenship. My kids have, a “Counsular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America.” (Just because I took a job working overseas don’t mean I gave up my rights or my children’s rights to US Citizenship.)

Unless, Obama’s slutty Mama gave up her citizenship, he has the same rights as if he was born in the United States.

I don’t know why he never showed a Birth Certificate or at least a proof of citizenship like the one I mentioned.

I do know that George Romney was allowed to run for president in 1968 and he showed his proof of citizenship. He was born in Mexico and there was no problem.

The way I understand the argument is Oabama’s Mama was only 17 and barely that when she had him in Kenya. In order to be classified a citizen of the US having a baby outside the US you must be of adult legal age which is 18! Therefore he is not a US citizen! If I were him I’ wouldn’t show my birth certificate either and I would make sure my grandma in Hawaii didn’t suffer if you get my drift!

Not quite right, Scouter … if an individual is born outside the United States that persons parents must BOTH be citizens of this Country for he or she to be eligible to be President. That is not the case with Obama.

Obama’s mother gave up her U.S. citizenship when she lived in Indonesia after marrying an Indonesian (Obama’s stepfather). At the time, Indonesia was throwing out noncitizens, such as the Dutch who had colonialized that country. In order to get Obama in school, she changed her citizenship to Indonesian and in Obama’s school records, he is registered as an Indonesian citizen. She also had a daughter with that Indonesian and that is Obama’s half sister, Maya. No one ever talks about her and she is one who knows the exact truth as she was probably in school with him.

Better reread the constitution. What you are referring to is the way Mccain was found to be a citizen, both parents have to be be American citizens. And also the parents should live so many years after their 18th birthday, for that to apply. Bho admits that he used another name when he was adpoted by his stepfather.
And if you remember or go back and read some of the stories from the chicago newspapers when he was running for senator, he was listed as born in Kenya and he did not deny it then.
I can’t understand why Mccain was investigated to the fullest about his legal status as citizen, when his father was serving in the military at the time he was born, and both of his parents were citizens.
