The Mouse Was Swallowed Whole

August 24, 2009 by

The Mouse Was Swallowed Whole

The mouse was no match for the three dragons. Facing the ever-full money sacks of three branches of the Federal Government (the dragons) and a team of government attorneys, businessman Robert Kahre (the mouse) was convicted August 15 of 57 felony counts of tax evasion, real estate fraud and failing to withhold taxes from worker’s wages, according to press reports.

We recently detailed Kahre’s battle with the government behemoths in two stories, U.S. Attorney Wants Newspaper to Name Names and Three Dragons Battle a Mouse Over Value of Money.

Now Kahre faces 296 years in prison and fines of up $14 million. “Your honor, this last 17 years of my life has been to get my issues,” aired about taxation and the importance of the gold standard to back U.S. currency, Kahre told the judge, as reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. And that’s why the big government boys and girls came down so hard on him.

They don’t want the fraud of their fiat money system exposed and they don’t like it when the peons get uppity and try to call their hands. So the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Federal Reserve and Justice Department pooled their resources to put him in his place.

To sum up: Kahre ran a contracting business and he paid those who worked for him as independent contractors. In doing this, Kahre was required to file a form 1099 when payments exceeded $600, but he wasn’t required to withhold payroll taxes. He paid his subcontractors in silver and gold coins and reported the face value of the coins for tax purposes.

He then allowed those he paid—but didn’t require it—to exchange their gold and silver coins for fiat cash.

The gold and silver coins he used were issued by the U.S. Mint and are considered legal tender. But government boys and girls didn’t like it that he was shining light on their sham monetary system and wasn’t paying payroll taxes like a good little subject.

Kahre’s error, it seems from the limited press accounts of the trial’s details, came from the fact that he tried to have it both ways when it came to his dealings in gold and silver. At times he used the face value of the coins for reporting purposes. Other times he used the actual value. He chose whichever method benefitted him financially.

That this further exposes the fraud in the system was apparently lost on the jury, which took only a day and a half to reach a verdict after three months of trial. Other defendants in the case were convicted of most of the charges against them. They included Kahre’s sister Lori and his long-time girlfriend Danille Cline, with whom he has four children.

He and his co-defendants will remain out of jail until their sentencing hearing Nov. 17.

His defense lawyers plan to appeal, for what it’s worth. But don’t expect much relief there as the judges and justices that’ll hear his case are a part of the fraud system themselves.

One thing in Kahre’s favor, the Ponzi scheme that is the United States monetary system—and probably the whole system of government—is going to collapse long before his 296 years are up.

Let’s just hope he hid some of those gold and silver coins in a jar so they can’t be found by government snoops. That way, when it all collapses, maybe he’ll get one last laugh.

Wake up people the noose is tightening. The biderbergers and the U.N. are fixing to rock your world. Just wait in your near future we will have an american union. Its coming just think how Nafta, the rise of illegal imigration and the goverments turning their heads, as well as in some states back those people getting assistance with morgages. They get health care and are popping kids out as fast as they can. Just think, our country is in trouble and those who have and are sticking their heads in the sand will pay as we all will. I dont want to be a sheep or like alot of poor people under hitlers boot, just marching off to me death. God please help us all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • American Citizen

Well, thanks to Obama and his cohorts, we are now owned by China and Russia.

      • Normal Guy

Right, the last eight years of debt to China Obama did that.

You might just want to take a look at the Russia claim – very little debt held there but who dids facts. Its all about communism right.

      • American Citizen

Who do you think has bought all this debt Obama is piling on us? China and Russia. It’s true, China has bought most of it, Russia some. China has now said, because of the falling dollar, it will not take on any more of our debt. So who is Obama going to go to next, Cuba?

      • eyeswideopen

I hate to burst your bubble, however we financed Russia when it fell, and they still owe us money….as far as China goes, well the party in power made those trade agreements. Did you contact your congressman to complain? I am truly amazed that you think that within six months, Obama caused this whole financial mess, who do you think has been running this country? How do you think we got here? Do you think that this man had power prior to the election? Our CONGRESS caused this wonderfull debacle. Give credit to whom it is due.

  • eyeswideopen

OMG!! I think I have been reading about threats against Americans by Americans, what in the hell is going on?? Bin Laden was right, he doesn’t have to strike this country again, we will self destruct with all this hate. All he had to do was inflict economic strife, which he did with the billion dollar a month war, and we would destroy our country from the inside out. If our ememies are reading these blogs, they will be adding fuel to this fire and I can see that our demise may be coming sooner than anyone thought.

    • DaveH

Yes, I’m sure glad that Obama’s bringing us all together. Maybe, I got that phrase wrong; maybe what he really wanted is to get us closer to him so he could pick our pockets more easily.

    • DaveH

Only a billion dollars a month? Just a drop in the bucket to the 3.9 billion dollars a day that the National Debt is currently growing.

      • eyeswideopen

Come on Dave, you know who drove the debt up that high!!! You just want the people on this site to like you, so you won’t put it in black and white, that it was the Republicans. With your understanding of economics I know damn well you know how the deficit got this high. We took a surplus given to us by Clinton and drove it into the ground.
You want to be respected for your opinions and then you make statements that are obviously contrived.

      • American Citizen

Eyes, this is not George Bush’s economy, it’s been Obama’s for months. He’s tripled the debt since he came into office. It’s time to stop looking backwards and see what can be done now. So far, everything Obama has done has made everything worse. Your bias is showing.

Interesting comment made on rerun of tv show this morning:

“What is the difference between government and politics?”

“Government is the law and politics is how you break the law.”

  • Les Wood

Normal Guy is obviously not so normal. All of this 1933 creation of “Fiet Money Debt” and illegal Federal Reserve Act get very tiresome to listen to. It may be true, but some things are just too set in motion to change, at least for now.

One thing that can be changed is happening right now. The people for the first time are speaking up at town hall meetings at TEA parties and through our hero’s on Fox Balanced News programs. The people are not just angry; they are ready for some big changes. The Wash. D.C. crowd is more than just a little worried. Look for a more direct assault on the 2nd Amendments in the near future. Look for Obama to surround himself with a “Private “SS” group, and look for dissenters to be “harranged” and possibly even charged with false crimes.

These people really mean business, and the more they push, the more angry the “real normal” people get. It is not treason to be angry. It is treason to use the government to control the people. There may have been only 2000 French Men who fought in the resistance, but I honestly believe that millions of patriots are riled up and angry. Freedom in America will not go down unchallenged!

    • Normal Guy

A definition for the “patriots” on this thread:

Treason, sedition mean disloyalty or treachery to one’s country or its government. Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one’s government. Sedition is any act, writing, speech, etc., directed unlawfully against state authority, the government, or constitution, or calculated to bring it into contempt or to incite others to hostility, ill will or disaffection; it does not amount to treason and therefore is not a capital offense.

What do you think you are patriots or traitors? I will tell you that my loyalties always stay with the legitimately elected representatives of this great country.

I hate doing this but George Washington states, in his farewell letter:To promote the strength of the Union he urges,” the people to place their indentity as Americans above their idenities as members of a state, city or region, and to focus their efforts and affection on the country above all othe local interests. He asks the people to look beyond any differences between them in religion, manners, habits, and political principles and place their INDEPENDENCE AND LIBERTY above all else.” That said I hope the hate will be toned down on this blog site. We are all Americans first and political parties second.

      • DaveH

By that definition, there are a lot of treasonous politicians.
George Washington was a traitor. So were most or all of our founding fathers. Treason is one of those buzz words that people in power (no matter how they usurp that power) use to manipulate or eliminate those who oppose their power.

      • Normal Guy

        What?

How were Washington and the founding fathers traitors to the USA?

      • American Citizen

Duh, they were traitors to England.

      • Normal Guy

No kidding, thanks for the enlightenment.

      • DaveH

To avoid the abuses of English law, the forefathers incorporated
Article III Section 3 which delineates treason as follows:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

      • James

Normal Guy, your go-along-to-get-along stance is, unfortunately, pervasive. However, i would suggest that one’s loyalty should be to the U.S. Constitution, not to “elected representatives.” Art. VI, Sec. 3 requires that “Senators and Representatives…shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” And Art. IV, Sec. 4 requires that the United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.” If one doesn’t know what a Republican government is, how would he ever know if his representatives had violated their Oath of Office?

  • EJLima

Remember this BHObama, “John knows he is going to lose if we talk about the economy……so we are going to talk about the economy.”

Let freedom ring for “WE THE PEOPLE…..

…go read the rest for yourself and go figure!

Lets get the We the people part back in the right spirit.

Love and worship of money is the evil spirit of the USA.

Oh where to begin? Normal Guy is about as normal as a two headed snake. We have not had our original “Constitutional” form of government since “1871″. That is when the U.S. became a corporation, registered in Great Britain. They {The International Bankers} control the whole world, through their ” Fiat Money” {Debt} system. Now, they just use the”Computer” to create “Digital” entrys, which are then printed by our corrupt U.S. Treasury. Pesident Woodrow Wilson, began this “Fraud” in “1913″ when he signed the unconstitutional “Federal Reserve Act”. In “1933″ “FDR” continued, this “Banker’s Fraud” when the “Congress” passed “House Joint Resolution 192″. This put the”U.S.” into “Chapter 11 Bankruptcy”, which it is still in today. Since “1933″ all “Birth Certificates” are used as their collateral {All Future Earnings} against our Gov’t {CORPORATION} Borrowing from the “FEDERAL RESERVE”. This whole “BAIL OUT” SCHEME is nothing, but a huge “PONZI SCAM”, BUILT ON “FIAT MONEY” {DEBT}. Look at any paper currency, & read the top. They are all “NOTES” . This is crazy, we are all paying “DEBT” with more “DEBT”. Look at your “Driver’s License”. It is all capitalized, because they made us all a “Corporation” in “1933″. Under “HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 192″ they , no longer pay “DEBTS”, they “DISCHARGE” them. Anyone can research and prove all of this. Our website is a good place to start. You can go & sign up for our free newsletter. Just use my name, & email as your referrer.

Oh look – Freedom Club USA – more conspiracy theories based on misconstrued, misunderstood bits and bytes that lead to false conclusions and conspirators hiding around every corner, more fundamental religion, more opinionated and unsupported garbage that is nothing but self sustaining rhetoric.

My guess is that you probably run around in a little tin hat and won’t go outside because of all the spy satellites.

I enjoyed your web site, very funny. You might want to do some verification on your “facts”. The conclusions that you draw regarding the “weakening” of the country over the last 90 years seems to me to be a bit off the mark. Lets see, dominant economic power, dominant military power, leader of the free world, leader of technological innovation, we put men on the moon, we have created the greatest prosperity the world has ever seen. People like you are the problem; you live in the solution, the USA and look for a problem to bring her down. Crawl back in your box fear monger, go try to raise some more money on your web site, I’m sure none of it goes in your pocket.

  • Ray

What we all had best be doing is, getting ready for a system collaspe. It will not be to long off. I am. Silver, Long term food storage, pay ff what you can. Goods to barter with. Good Luck to all.

    • DaveH

Bury that silver well, Ray. If Roosevelt had the nerve to order all gold to be turned in to the government, then we sure can’t trust Obama not to do the same and more.

  • Ron Foreman

Remember this: THERE WERE 50 MILLION FRENCHMEN IN FRANCE DURING WORLD WAR TWO.. ONLY 2000 FOUGHT WITH THE RESISTANCE; OUT OF 300 MILLION CITIZENS AND NON CITIZENS AND MOSLIMS IN THE US, HOW MANY DO YOU THINK WOULD FIGHT THE GOVERNMENT? HERE IS ONE MAN WHO TRIED… THE MINUTEMEN IN MONTANA TRIED,, BUT HAD NO BACKING FROM THE 300 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE US, WHY? MOSTLY COWARDS. MOST HAVE NOT KILLED FOR THEIR COUNTRY NOR BEEN SHOT AT IN ITS DEFENCE, COWARDS I SAY..

    • Normal Guy

Most Americans think that you are the problem.

Most love this country and would never take up arms agaist her, treason is not patriotism and most americans think the extremists with guns claiming that they are looking out for the country are dangerous and delusional.

Don’t be a terrorist in this country like Timothy Mcveigh.

      • Paul Trood

Normal Guy you got that right because most Americans are sheep.

    • DaveH

      Ron,
I have seen estimates that 30%-40% of the population was on the side of the American revolutionaries. I think that it would be much harder to get anywhere near that percentage in modern times. And if there were anywhere near that number of people that were fed up by Big Government, it would be wiser, I think, to get off our duff, and get educated about the benefits of Limited Government, and then exercise our voting rights. The Constitution is there for a guide; I think that once people realize the beauty of that document, it would be a slam-dunk to put politicians in office who would enforce it.
I know, it is frustrating that most of our leaders are just ignoring the document they swear to uphold, but rather than resort to violence we should make every effort to educate ourselves and our fellow citizens and vote those usurpers out of office. Violence should always be a last resort, and should be used only if our leaders refuse to step down upon demand by the voters. Revolutions rarely end with good results. Almost always they just result in another form of dictatorship.

      • Normal Guy

        Well said.

      • American Citizen

Exactly. Too many politicians are using the Constitution for toilet paper.

  • Goldchaser

As far as term limits are concerned. Senators should be allowed one term only since they are elected for 6 years. Congressmen sever for 2 years I believe, so they should have their term increased to 6 the same as the senate. That 6 year term should be it and no golden retirement benefits. Or make it 4 year terms across the board. One single term and they are out. To make sure that there are people there with experience, they should be elected on alternating 2 years. Half elected then two years later, another batch elected so that there will always be those in office who arent brand spanking new and can guide the new electies. But the fraud and the cronyism and crookedness will cease once those guys cant be career politicians and stay there for 40 years, nor can they then recieve that permanet golden retirement after serving one term like they can now.

This way, serving in government will once more be considered a priveliedge and not a career.

    • DaveH

      Sorry Goldchaser and Mark,
But I respectfully disagree on the term limit issue. I do think they shouldn’t be allowed to serve more than 2 terms though. As far as jailing those who blatantly break the law (the Constitution), it is a nice sentiment, but I don’t think it will ever happen.

    • Paul Trood

Totally agree with you, it is the only way to combat entrenched corruption.

  • mark dodge

Never Vote For An Incumbent . Term limits , that just trying to be nice , who can afford to have a government official gain power and influence . One term and they leave and if they screw up in office prosecute them and impeach them and fine them and jail them . The Constitution provides for this and the Constitution is what they must follow . Otherwise goodbye . Only a fool votes for an incumbent and never vote for a lawyer ; their’s is a conflict of interest ; corruption just waiting to be born .

    • s c

You understand the problem, Mark. NO politician can be granted consecutive terms. The permanent elimination of consecutive terms will prove that we do not labor for tyrants.
Our elected criminals in Washington will never have the courage to ‘police’ themselves and go home willingly. They have a long, proven track record of betrayal. They are useless.
To be treated like fools by those we elect is one thing. To
think like fools and not have standards for power-mad monsters justifies the Washingtonian criminal mentality that is obsessed with enslaving America.
      NO CONSECUTIVE TERMS!

      • Normal Guy

The same list as provided above, again the opinion about lawyers is uninformed.

Lawyers who signed the Declaration of Independance:

Caesar Rodney, Edward Rutledge, Francis Hopkinson, George Read, George Ross, George Walton, George Wythe, James Smith, James Wilson, John Adams, John Penn, Richard Henry Lee, Richard Stockton, Roger Sherman, Samuel Chase, Samuel Huntington, Thomas Heyward, Jr., Thomas Lynch, Jr., Thomas McKean, Thomas Stone, William Hooper, William Paca

Lawyers who signed the US Constitution:

Alexander Hamilton, Gouverneur Morris, James Wilson, Charles Pinckney, John Rutledge, Roger Sherman, William Samuel Johnson, George Read, Richard Bassett, Rufus King, Jonathan Dayton, William Livingston, William Paterson, Jared Ingersoll, Gunning Bedford, David Brearly, John Dickinson, John Blair,

    • James

Mark dodge, I agree but I would limit Senate terms to two 6-year terms and Representatives to ten 2-year terms. That would require an amendment to the U.S. Constitution which, now, doesn’t limit terms. Senator Edward Kennedy (1932-2009) took his brother’s (John Kennedy) Senate seat in 1962, thus he was a Senator for 47 years (all of his adult life) and sponsored over 2500 socialist laws – that’s too long for anyone to be a congressman.

  • George Holcomb

Untill people decides to stand up against them, there will be notting any body can do.For it will take an army of men ,for 1 just can.t do anything.

  • Normal Guy

I think that the guy got exactly what he deserved. He tried to get cute and the courts, with a jury by the way not some conspiracy of politicians, nailed him.

All the talk of conspiracy the Fed, Bilderberg, fiat currency is paranoid delusion. People that think that everyone in elected office is part of an evil conspiracy are living in a paranoid delusion.

The USA is the greatest nation in the world; it has moved into that position over the last century, the standard of living is higher today than at any time in history. We live in a democracy and the reality is that anyone can participate; I know some politicians and they are not part of a secret sect trying to subjugate the world.

People who talk of revolution should be charged with sedition and exposed as traitors to this great nation. Paranoid delusions fuelled by right wing extremists and media slime like Limbaugh, Hannity etc. are dangerous to the vast majority of Americans and should be exposed for the cancer that they are.

There are lots of ways to implement change in this country, violence is not acceptable.

    • jbird

You are obviously a product of public education. The U.S. is not a democracy, it is a representative republic. It’s a big difference. The Federal Reserve is not constitutional and we were warned by our founders against a central bank. Fiat currency is stealing your wealth and you don’t even know it. You need to crack open a few books and wise up.

      • Normal Guy

You are obviously the product of the mass media and a lack of education.

“I read it so it must be true” no sorry you would be “I saw Fox news it must be true”.

Try education it will help you out, or maybe you did try but just flunked out, oh well.

      • Normal Guy

Again nonsense regarding the constitution, clearly you know nothing but talking points and sound bites. In no part does it use the term representative republic; in no legitimate literature on the forms of government is that term used. It is a right wing term that has no foundation in any academic publication. If you read about the signatories of the constitution and the conflicts regarding government power, there is much about the protection of the minority against the majority and the requirement to have an overriding law in place to protect the minority position; thus the constitution and the term constitutional democracy. Not my term, the proper academic term.

The two most common terms that are used to describe the US form of government is liberal democracy, or constitutional democracy. You people need to come out of your ultra right wing ultra patriotic caves and live in the real world. It is nowhere near as scary as you all think.

I travel all over the world and do business in the US, Canada, Australia and England. I have met numerous politicians in the US and Canada, do business with a number of global corporations and have done battle with lots of bureaucrats. There is no great force trying to take over the world, there is a great big growing, changing challenging wonderful world. Your global conspiracy theories are a joke; the opportunities in this world are limitless.

      • American Citizen

No, it is not in the Constitution that we are a representative republic. But one of the writers did say, “There, we have given you a republic if you can keep it.” I fear we are in danger of losing it.

      • Normal Guy

Of course the USA is a republic. That is the structure, it functions as a constitutional democracy. All you folks trying to tell us how we should stay true to the constitution don’t even seem to know anything about our nation and the political structure.

Just for fun, here is another piece of meat for the blinkered right wingers. The constitution is a living document. That is why we can have amendments; the reason is that it was forged in controversy and compromise, the ability to allow it to adapt was part of the brilliance. There were many disagreements but compromise created what is arguably one of the greatest documents in history. This attitude that it is holy and untouchable would disgust those that brought it into existence.

      • eyeswideopen

See the point of sheep? You read that, someone you respected used representative republic, you bought it and repeated it… It is not a representative republic, it is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.

      • eyeswideopen

American citizen, I didn’t mean to yell at you in the previous msg, about Constitutional Republic, but this is how things get messed up. Some one who we respect tells us something wrong and we just pass it on. Really, there is no such thing as a Representative Republic.

      • DaveH

Have you ever Pledged Allegiance to the Flag, Normal? “And to the Republic for which it stands”.
Our founding fathers, such as James Madison defined republic in terms of a “representative democracy” as opposed to a “direct democracy” whereby the raw majority of citizens rule. It should be obvious that direct democracy wouldn’t work as it is quite easy to get the raw majority of people whipped into frenzy, so the laws would be changing constantly. This would result in an inability to plan effectively which would devastate the economy. Key to any well-run company is the ability to plan for the future. And it’s not good for individuals either to be unable to plan for the long term.
Your misinformation, name-calling, condescension, and ridicule are nauseating to me. You are constantly in attack mode and have no tolerance for legitimate discourse. These are all weapons of choice for liberals who see the world as they want it to be, rather than what it is, and are therefore incapable of making cordial and factual responses to their opposition.

      • Normal Guy

At no time did the fathers of our constitution refer to the US as a representative republic. If you can find that reference show me, it does not exist.

Apparently you have some comprehension problems so here is a clip of what I wrote above:

“If you read about the signatories of the constitution and the conflicts regarding government power, there is much about the protection of the minority against the majority and the requirement to have an overriding law in place to protect the minority position”

If that is not clear enough for you what it means is that the founders did not want a pure democracy they wanted a Constitutional democracy one that was balanced with an overriding law – The Constitution.

I find the talk of revolution etc on this thread disgusting so you are right I am in attack mode. The misinformed, simplistic, propaganda driven drivel suggesting that people should take arms against this country that I love and admire gets under my skin. All those that have made reference to violence against this country are in my opinion below contempt.

Conspiracy garbage that is designed to justify the position that “patriots” (what a distortion of this concept) should conduct violence against those legitimately elected officials of this nation, this democracy, is a cancer. Wake up sheep this country deserves respect not sedition

      • eyeswideopen

        Normal, and Dave,
Well you both were confusing me, so for two hours, I went researching and you both are wrong.
Here goes: REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY: involves the selection of government officials by the people being representated. If the head of State is also democratically elected it is also called a democratic republic.
LIBERAL DEMOCRACY: is representative democrcy in which the ability of the elected representatives to exercise decision making power is subject to the RULE OF LAW, and usually moderated by a Constitution that emphasizes the protection of the right and freedoms of individuals, and which places constraints on the leaders and on the extent to which the will of the majority can be exercised against the rights of the minority.
We are a Constitutional Republic: a state where the head of state and other officials are elected as representative of the people, and must govern according to existing constitutional law that limits the governments power over citizens. In a constitutional republic, executive, legislative and judicial powers are separated into distinct branches and the will of the majority of the population is tempered by protections for the individual rights so that no individual or group has absolute power. The fact that a constitution exists that limits the government’s power makes the state constitutional. That the head(s) of state and othe officials are chosen by election, rather than inheriting their positions, and that their decisions are subject to judicial review makes a state republican.
So, in other words, we are a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC which functions as a LIBERAL DEMOCRACY. A Liberal Democracy can guarantee the individual liberties of its citizens and prevent the development of a dictatorship. In the United States, some of our states function as a Direct Democracy.

James Madison meant a Direct Democracy in the Federalist NO.10. when he was talking about democracy.John Adams insisted that the government be bound by “fixed laws, which the people have a voice in making, and a right to defend. He defined a constitutional republic as “a government of laws, and not of men” Our founding fathers did not want us to be a direct democracy, and that is why they set us up as a liberal democracy.

I want to thank you both, for forcing me to re-educate myself, as through the years, I have changed those definiations in my mind. Or maybe I didn’t learn it well enough as a kid. My brother -in -law keeps telling me that we aren’t a democracy and untill today, I didn’t have a good refute…THANKS AGAIN,,,,

      • eyeswideopen

Navcat, I forgot to include you…we are not a representative republic, as you stated.

    • Goldchaser

      To “Normal Guy”
You sound like the typical mindnumbed obomanite sheep who stopped thinking for themselves at the age of 2. As someone else here said. Typical product of the current school system in this country. This country used to be great. Until the current crop of liberals and eletists took control thanks to the sheep. Those speaking out now are patriots who want our country back. Its liberals like you who are destroying our country and are the ones who should be locked up or better yet, given your own section of the country that you can then run yourselves into the ground trying to give everything to everyone from cradle to grave.

      • Normal Guy

        Treason is not patriotism.

      • Mike B.

There is no treason in these remarks these people are just exercising their constitutional right to express themselves. You though are obviously a socialist bordering on communism.

      • NavCat

The only one speaking treason here is you. you speak of a democracy. as has been mentioned here we where founded as a representative republic. Only traitors to the Republic are now referring to this Country as a democracy and only because they have brainwashed by a corrupt educational system. I pity your ignorance and your naive thought process, The Constitution isn’t really that hard to understand but first you have read it. The Constitution is really a fascinating document.

      • Normal Guy

I have studied the constitution, your misinformed opinion clearly shows that your understanding of the document and the events surrounding its development are limited to what you have seen or heard about it in right wing blog sites and Fox news. See my previous response regarding “representative republic”.

      • eyeswideopen

NavCat, I went and dug up a dictionary dated 1977, just so you would know that this nothing new: the definiation states: Republic: 1.Any political order that is not a monarchy.2. a constitutional form of government especially a democratic one. We were founded under a Republic and function as a democracy. Why are you fighting so hard about us being a democracy….?

      • eyeswideopen

Well, let me tell you that in Florida, a Republican state, Obama didn’t control it. We have a non-graduation rate of 41%. Yep, there are only four other states worse than us. Worse yet, we ran out of money and had to take 3.8 Billion from the Feds. to keep our schools open. How long do you think Obama, has had control?? Our kids, went to school prior to his being elected, so I think our failure was not his. This state didn’t control growth and spent money we didn’t have. Our education should have been covered by the lottery, but no, they redirected those funds had to use them somewhere else to balance the budget. Did I mention that Jeb Bush ran this state prior to Charlie Christ? Charlie, hasn’t had time to govern, he was so busy during an 18 mth election cycle that barely ever made it to his office. And now, he isn’t running for re-election, he wants to be a life -long US Senator. Yep, this is the same state that had Mel Martinez quit before his term was up.

    • DaveH

If you’re Normal, then we are indeed in trouble. Name-calling and ridicule are the hallmarks of those whose arguments bear no weight. Sure, we are all supposed to obey the laws that are leaders ignore. Though shalt not steal, unless you’re in the government. Though shalt not kill, unless you’re in the government. A good leader leads by example. “Do as I say, and not as I do” just doesn’t cut it with me.

    • Paul Trood

The system just loves people like you, ignorant, blinded by media propaganda, and easily led. You are the perfect citizen in an Orwellian world.

      • American Citizen

Why do you think that just because we don’t agree with everything the government wants to do we are sheep blinded by Fox News, etc. Give us some credit for being able to think for ourselves. I’ve seen both sides and truly, the ideas coming from the left scare me to death.

As for being a democracy, we are not a true democracy. They lead to anarchy. We are, as some have said, a people (republic) who have those in Congress who are supposed to represent us. Emphasis on the word supposed.

know who said that? amazing adolf hitler hmmmmmmm.
Wake Up America, kick out the bums (tax cheats, liars, corrupt politicians (one and the same), spenders), let’s take this country back.

I think I should stop paying taxes, then ask for a job in the government, think that would work.

  • Robin from Indiana

There was a time in America that when men and women took positions of elected office that a trust was in place and that they would represent their voters to the best of their ability. Somehow, somewhere, this has all been lost. Elected officials are now corrupt, beyond the long arm of the law, and self-serving. The current administration has opened the eyes of so many, that hopefully now people are more aware of who they are voting for and what is at stake. It’s the only good thing that has happened since they took office!

I still maintain that the Fair Tax needs to become law. It could solve a lot of problems, along with voting out the bad seeds that are in office!

    • http://donthaveone Beberoni

It all got lost and went askew when it all developed into lawyers being politicians. Now its where you have to have been a lawyer to get into a higher office, and we all know how corrupt the law and penal system is in America, all because of lawyers. Aint that right John Edwards.

      Robin,
I think there always have been a small percentage of politicians who could be trusted to represent the people. That’s why our forefathers in their acquired wisdom (having suffered at the hands of the English nobility) went to great pains to set up a Constitution to protect us from Big Government. Unfortunately, there is always the temptation amongst leaders to better their own lives first, so it is unlikely that they would police themselves. It is up to a well-informed electorate to make sure the elected officials live up to their pledges to uphold the Constitution.

Your right, but then along comes Reagan and convinced us that government was the problem instead of repairing its defects, he started giving its governmental powers over to the big corporations by eliminating regulations that has since diminished the power and trust people once had in government and of course with conservative power so high the last 30 years who have continued these polices and still preach that gospel today have given us the economic mess we have today and thus the lack of trust. Government used to be by the people, and for the people today it is by the corporations for the corporations and conservatives still trust these thieves. Corporate welfare today far exceeds the cost of all other welfare but of course conservatives don’t call it that. Hardly a free capitalist system when they get so much of our money for nothing,

Kahre and his lawyers are making a fundamental error. They have failed to properly research the Law. Thousands of us, Do Not Pay this Federal Income Tax, as we exercise our legal option to Not Volunteer to pay. If you don’t understand this — you believe the IRS’s propaganda and you Pay. There is plenty of evidence supporting the facts and obliging the IRS to Obey the Law. In court, if you don’t understand the Law and state it properly, neither will a jury understand. Unfortunately few lawyers are versed in this specialty either, and millions of people are convinced that they have an obligation to pay this tax. The Constitution and the Supreme Court say otherwise. See http://www.ideas-wanted.com if you want to start learning the truth.

    • Normal Guy

      Your link site is laughable.

The reference in their first couple of paragraphs referring to the definition of and employee and the reason why you don’t have to pay tax is entirely out of context. The reference to chapter 24 is the part of the code dealing with federal employees it is not the exclusive definition of an employee.

Laughable and pathetic, more self fulfilling garbage. It is the law, if you don’t like it make it an issue in an election and work to get it changed. The entire world lives in systems that utilize tax to sustain the public good so you will probably be laughed off, that is the beauty of democracy, the fringe stays on the fringe.

      • Paul Trood

Democracy you say. What is democratic about 50.1% of people telling 49.9% what to do. Democracy is a farce perpetuated on society.

      • Normal Guy

That is democracy. If you don’t like it move to a dictatorship or some banana republic where some narrowminded, might is right, dictator controls without the democratic process. To paraphrase Churchill Democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others.

They may consider moving all protestors to California and close the border. Lord knows how they can continue to cover up their hideous behavor?

    • DaveH

      John,
How I wish that 90% of us were aware. Unfortunately, I don’t think the number is anywhere close to that. Therein lays the problem. How do we educate a couple hundred million people who have been propagandized for most of their youth by the public school system and a sycophantic media? Sure they will waken after the country collapses, but that’s a little late.
I do believe that if 70% or more were aware that the wool had been pulled over their eyes by Big Government, we would prevail.

It is literally disgusting that a few pirates that met on Jekyll Island in 1910 can control the entire people of the United States of America and decimate “could be” otherwise healthy economies around the globe with their war mongering, deceitful and satanic Machiavellian greed. The creature from Jekyll Island should be a must read in every high school in America, Canada, and the entire world. Look at the people these mephitic parasites have taken out. President Garfield took on Wall Streets corrupt inner circle; what happened to him? Dead! In 1913 Charles Lindberg Sr. stated that if the Federal Reserve act is passed the Banks will control inflation etc. at their whim, what happened to his grandson? Dead! President Lincoln printed real US people owned greenbacks to circumvent the Banks; what happened to him? Dead! JFK printed real US money circumventing the Federal Reserve; what happened to him? Dead! Jimmy Hoffa said he would never be on the take again if re-elected; what happened to him? Dead! The author of “War is a racket”, USMC General Smedley Butler was campaigning against America joining in the war in 1940 stating that in his 34 year career in the army, all he did was essentially fight for the banks and oil barons; what happened to him? Dead before Pearl Harbour. Princess Di who had the inside track on Prince Charley and the machinations of the House of Windsor and the Bilderbergs; what happened to her? Dead! The list is endless. The constitution is dead, Habeas Corpus is dead, the charter of rights is dead and the same hydra which has plagued humanity since Judas kissed Jesus is alive and well because they don’t care who they murder, torture, rob, pillage, bomb, burn and sacrifice in the name of control and their Midas God. They are the odious cult of the new world order and the architects of the pyramid with its all seeing eye on the US dollar bill. As a previous writer expressed, paraphrasing, “all you need to do to witness the abuse and violation of the constitution is to go into any court house in America for a day.” The Patriot Act, what a joke, it’s a euphemism for “give the bankers and Industrialists, in essence, the cult which will destroy America, sweeping powers to even trump the President which they own in any case…. You’ve got Greenspan and Kissinger as Obimo’s advisors so do you really think that this guy would be victorious challenging the murderous IRS, CFR, Federal Reserve, Stanford Institute, Manhattan and the House of Windsor blah..blah..blah? He’ll probably die of a gastronomical ailment, that’s one of their favorites or an aneurysm. Get ready for your FEMA concentration camps. Like this guy is guilty and Cheney shoots a man in the face while drunk, doesn’t report it for 24 hours and isn’t charged for anything, Bush lies through his teeth about Iraq and isn’t impeached. Constitution? Yeah right. We must just pray that the armed forces in the US can’t be turned against their civilian brethren before the cult deliberately start a nuclear holocaust or an international plague somewhere, I’m sure they can almost taste it. In God I trust!

    • CathieO

Wow did you speak a mouthful of truth! I wish I had more people in my
personal circle who really understood that, instead of just dismissing everything as “Conspiracy Theory.” Sadly the Creature Book will NEVER be in the public schools. The system is deliberately trying to dumb people down, if not with worthless studies, then with garbage vaccinated into their blood so they can be formed into worker drones who can’t think anymore. Unfortunately, they seem to be succeeding. Mark Twain once said, “Never let schooling interfere with your education.” Jesus once said (paraphrasing), “Satan isn’t going to cast out Satan.” We have to cast out the demons of lies & ignorance at least for ourselves, even if fools refuse to listen. You are among the salt of the earth. May God bless you.

The present rate of debt vs spending is going to dictate the fall of the U.S. dollar and we cannot sustain this incredible spending spree and borrow at this pace, there is going to be a huge price to pay and soon. There is much talk of the Amero a currency consisting of Mx., Can. and the U.S. all of which are in serious debt problem, like the euro this curency will not be backed by gold either but again by commodity and industrial growth, so if one of the participants fails to produce and maintain it’s contribution the burden falls on the remaining nations to bolster the value of this combined effort. Huge welfare scheme and major depreciation of quality for all concerned, industrial slavery and the feudal system is about to be the new reign of government in the americas…..feel like warlords and ring kissing are close at hand?

Witness the inability to sustain the SS system, the fed leadership will continue to suck your blood, live well and dictate the terms of your existence and good luck with that health care problem, it will be one of your least problems and probably a distant memory.

    • Sharon

      Your are SO RIGHT!!!!!

      • Simpleton

This is just talk. No one will be doing any rebellion. I know that people like to let off steam and frustration by saying they are going to bring down the system and get justice, but the Federal government has the guns and the personnel and the power. Change no longer happens from the bottom up. Everyone will just wait to be told what to do from the top and anyone who gets the reins of power will want to keep them and will want those taxes to hold on to as many offices as they can. The people of America are flaccid and fat and have let themselves become wage slaves and they will continue to be slaves to pay for their ever mounting debt, which now can never be payed down. You may claim that you love liberty and justice, but that is a theoretical love that is inside your heads only. It is not the same practical, fierce and determined love that went into the now dead document that was the constitution. You all hope there are some patriots that will set you free, but they are not you, and as every day goes by and more and more new people who know nothing of the struggle to make America enter into her and suck at her ever shriveling teat, the numbers of people who remember what America was diminishes, until there are none that will stand up for her. They will suck everything out of her until she is just a dried up old husk. You think maybe soldiers, police, Federal agents will turn and bite the hand that feeds it. They will not. Just like you they are slaves to their wages.

        Huh Duh

The system has kept us free for over two hundred years and need not be over thrown, but the two corporate political partys and those who have sponsered and bought their alligence have betrayed the trust of the People’s Government.the financial war and robbery where the first wave, more wave’s of communist control agenda to be implimented, they must and will follow up, they have announced their intentions and intent, no backing up room for them now that they have come out of the closet.

Solution to the problem, solved by Constitutional mandate.

“…all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” —Declaration of Independence

It’s the Cloward-Piven Strategy he learned at Columbia. Cloward and Piven were Columbia professors. The way to get radical change is to create chaos (I’m paraphrasing) in the U.S. and enact “quick” change in the name of saving the country, all the while bringing it to it’s knees.

It wouldn’t surprise me to find out he (Obama) wants a crisis to instill some kind of martial law and then sign into law all sorts of draconian control measures, without Congress’ authority and confiscate property and individual’s rights all in the name of “saving” the country.

Excutive orders, one man can control the other departments of government. If I understand that correctly it was put into law during the democrat roosevelts, emergency war powers act, should have been cancelled after the war and emergency was over, allows power of one man to control the people and declare martial law etc.

Wonder who my be behind this change of status of the United States.

The biggest economic expansion of the last 100 years is radically reshaping the WORLD in ways the average investor can hardly imagine…

It’s so large… all encompassing… and inevitable – that few theory-bound economists can see it…
Yet, our team of specialists (real world money makers all) reckons this new economic expansion will generate a STAGGERING $300 TRILLION in NEW investment…in just the next few years alone.
That record amount is 23 times larger than the entire U.S. economy, sitting at $13 trillion. Imagine an economic force 23 times larger than the U.S., with profit opportunities spilling in every direction.
        It’s really that simple.

The problems of the are U.S.are being ochestrated, manufactured. The communist china super power, may I present the orchestrators Britain, Germany and the rest of the G7 are actually SPEEDING the rise of this $300 trillion juggernaut!

They have exposed themselves and their intent.

Large military force, cheap labor, new industrial infrastucture little are no cost, those who demand your alligence are the consequences?
