Three Dragons Battle a Mouse Over Value of Money

July 24, 2009 by

Three Dragons Battle a Mouse Over Value of Money

In the scorching Nevada heat a battle is taking place that pits, essentially, three enormous dragons against a mouse. It’s the case of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) vs. Robert Kahre, and its outcome could have an enormous impact on our nation’s money, particularly if the economy collapses and hyperinflation sets in as we expect.

But Kahre isn’t just facing the IRS. His antagonists include the Federal Reserve and U.S. Justice Department. All three entities have ever-full money sacks, giving Kahre long odds of success indeed.

We mentioned Kahre July 7 in an article about the Justice Department’s attempts to gather information on people posting comments on the Las Vegas Review-Journal website about the case. So this case is about both freedom of speech in the U.S. as well as monetary policy. But since we dealt with the freedom of speech issue last time, we’ll deal with the monetary policy now.

Kahre, a contractor, is one of four people charged in a 57-count indictment of fraud and conspiracy. What he did was expose the Fed for the fraud it is. So now he’s fighting the three behemoths, the IRS, the Fed and U.S. Justice Department.

According to the government’s case, Kahre and others concocted a fraudulent cash payroll “scheme” and then peddled it to other Las Vegan contractors. What was Kahre’s “scheme?”

He paid his subcontractors in gold and silver coins. Then, using the face value stamped on the coins, determined their payments didn’t pass the threshold for reporting to the IRS.

Appearing on a screen in the courtroom during the government’s opening trial arguments were the words, “This is a case about money, greed and fraud.” Truer words couldn’t have been spoken, and the fact that a government lawyer was uttering them is truly ironic.

For the money, greed and fraud angle falls on the heads of the three dragons. The money Kahre used to pay his subcontractors is stamped by the money creators as legal tender, with dollar denominations stating their value. The fact that their face value represents amounts far less than their actual value is evidence of the fraud the government has perpetuated on its people.

Just as junk silver coins printed prior to 1965 are worth more for their metal content than their printed face values, the gold and silver in U.S. Mint legal tender coins are too. And the reason this has occurred lies with the non-constitutional entity called the Fed, which prints fiat money backed by nothing. This has devalued our nation’s currency.

In Kahre’s defense, lawyers argue that the workers agreed to be independent contractors so he did not have to withhold taxes for them. His six businesses are in the trades of painting, drywall, tiling, plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical work. It is not at all unusual to pay this type of employee as a subcontractor without withholding taxes and sending the IRS and subcontractor IRS Form 1099 at tax time if the payment threshold is met.

By claiming the payments on the face value of the coins, that threshold was never met. So the IRS got irritated because no taxes were owed.

In essence, Kahre manipulated the government’s own laws to his and his contractors’ advantage and the big government boys and girls at Justice and IRS, and the thugs at the Fed didn’t appreciate Kahre’s imagination.

So they came down on him and his friends hard. And to put another kicker on it, it’s Kahre’s second trial on essentially the same charges. The first, last fall, ended without a conviction, so Justice lawyers dropped a few defendants, added one, and reworked their charges. Not a true case of double jeopardy, as he wasn’t acquitted the first time. But the big government boys and girls are so unhappy with him they’re taking a second shot.

When hyperinflation hits, the economy collapses and gold and silver coins are used for payments and trade, how will we be taxed? The face value of the coin? The coin’s value in dollars? Will there even be a government left to tax us? These are questions we’ll be dealing with in a few years.

And one other thing: a curious aspect of this trial is the lack of interest shown it by the media. Nothing reported in the mainstream media, and not much even from local media—just the original story and another that ran July 5 without actually covering details of the trial.

Perhaps the media is afraid big government boys and girls will target them once they’re finished feeding on the little mouse appetizer.

The Fed has been drain the life out of money since they were intiated.I’m glad the author said that hyperinflation was going to happen because it will. China will have the new currency unless we adopt a one world currency.

This will require a trip to the Supreme Court eventually. The govt can’t afford to lose
at any lower level. And this is where the strictest interpretation of the Constitution is
likely to survive. The one thing the Supreme Court justices don’t have to do is to
answer to any political party or politician because they are already in place and,
short of criminal activity, cannot be censured or removed. They can maintain a true
effort to enforce the Constitution. This may be to the chagrin of all political “patriots”
of any persuation. We may not always agree but its our last line of defense of our
civil liberties. All legal issues are subject to the agreed upon intent of the original
Constitution. It takes a Constitutional amendment to alter any such intent. Thus, this
is Democracy’s finest hour. Let us pray it remains that way. A copy of this email
should accompany any action that goes before the court to remind the justices of
the importance of their impartiality and their duty to the people of these United States
of America. God bless us all!

  • Christopher

Mr. Kahre was legal to pay his independant contractors in gold coin based on its face value as the courts have ruled these coins as legal tender.
A person would owe taxes on the coins when they exchanged the coins for paper money as then it is deemed they have made a profit. So if a person recieves coins only up to a face value of $7,200. he will not owe any taxes as this the allowed income before income taxes are due. At $50. face value thats 144 coins to equal $7,200. each coin is one ounce of gold. The key is to find people who will accept gold coin in payment and infact a couple of states are considering allowing payment for state debts in gold ie DMV, TAXES, etc.

    • azcIII

      Hi Christopher,
Which states and do you have links to any proposed statutes that I might send to my own state reps?

      Thanks!

  • Kenneth

The more I read what is happening in USA the more I wonder why you are still living there. It will become worse & worse. Come & live in Australia.

    • Guy

Great country, but they grab guns. I haven’t heard anything bad about their government healthcare but …..

      • Kenneth

Guy you can own a gun when you apply for a license for a valid reason. People are using knives etc in killing people now so it is true guns do not kill, people will kill when they are determined to do so. People for over 40 years are being brought up without a conscience. King Alcohol via Binge drinking is main reason why people kill when they deliberately & willfully cause harm to others.

      • Guy

I’ve heard after what happened ad few years ago in Tasmania Austrailia started gun grabbing big time. Here were several articels about it in the NRA. The lack of content in response to the Email I sent to thier government regarding suspected increases in personal attacks and home invasions answered my questions.

Yea people can use other weapons and what’s available to kill is obvious. You also are right the majority of the population under 40 have a warped sense of morality and are wantabe Progressives provided they are in charge. Communists control the means of production, National Socialists tell businesses what to do, Statists do both. I know them in my extended family of all stripes tortuting my father-in-law, and murdering his siblings. This is the reason the people shouId be armed. Government is supposed to serve the people, not the other way around. It is supposed to keep its big nose out of everyone’s face, business, bedroom, and child rearing.

    • Dragonaught

      Why should we chose Australia?

Your Government doesn’t even trust you with guns……….

  • Wayne

I know of someone else who has been caught up in the same sort of issue.

I friend of mine attempted to pay his debts to the State of Wisconsin using gold currency in the same manner.

Admittedly, my friend had made some earlier procedural errors in attempting to protest not only tax law but what he felt was an onerous child-support judgement by a man-hostile judge. They refused to take the gold payment for his debts saying that “it was not legal tender” – which it certainly is.

Under Wisconsin law, having made good faith effort to pay his debt with legal tender, the state officials in refusing it had legally voided his debt.

The judge presiding over the case refused to accept this legally binding state law and found my friend in contempt and in violation of the judgment and jailed him.

The judge was especially enraged that my friend had just taken an early retirement from his place of employment so as to negate his ability to continue to pay in excess of 70% of his salary to the state (in addition to taxes, Wisconsin collects and manages child-support payments).

Due to the refusal of the State to follow its own law on payments and the insistence by the judge of the penalties that he would receive if he didn’t find sufficient employment to continue to maintain his current mandated support payments, after having been bailed out my friend fled the country and can not return.

First of all, there is no such entity justifiably concerned about Joe and Jane American to deserve the title of “Gov’t”. There are only bankers and industrialists. Judges are ponds of the cabal insidiously advancing the agenda of the hydra that created fiat money on Jekyll Island at the meeting in 1910 and the FRB in 1913. The most hideous consequences have been suffered by those who challenged the FRB or Wall street. President Lincoln for producing true American currency after the malevolent bankers wanted 36% interest to finance the war effort, President Garfield shot after challenging a totally corrupt NY exchange, President Kennedy shot after trying to disempower the Fed by printing billions in real American people owned bills. The exchange system is anchored in old monarchies and Freemasonry.
As Amschel Bauer Mayer Rothschild said in 1838: “Let me issue and control a Nation’s money and I care not who makes its laws” and the poet Heinrich Heine, referring to James Rothschild, said: “Money is the god of our times, and Rothschild is his prophet.” Good luck my friend…You’re toast unless the good people of America and the rest of the free world take up your cause before all thinkers are marched off to FEMA camps. In God I Trust!

    • http://fcernhart@yahoo.com Marian to Thoomas Bendoraitis

Thanks for your VERY informative post! If readers will just
reference Truthattack .com they will see the REAL motive
for the death of JFK! He was printing US Notes backed by
silver which would have run Federal Reserve Notes backed
by NOTHING out of the market which, of course, the bankers
couldn’t have! These elites will DO ANYTHING that threatens
their money/power! He ordered the Sec. of the Treasury to
print and distribute these US Notes in April of 1963. He was
shot in the fall of the same year.

      • Thomas Bendoraitis

Hello Marian…It just feels good that there are people like you out there. Just toying with you but, they are not “elites” any more than Judas is a Saint. They just scare us because we have given them that power via our misguided trust and apathy. Google the Tavistock or Stanford Institute and don’t be afraid to use the seek word conspiracy; some organizations whose sole purpose is to screw us with a smiling face in the perfidious name of safety and terrorism. Thomas Jefferson wrote and I’m paraphrasing since I don’t want to look it up, “When the Gov’t is afraid of the people, that’s freedom; when the people are afraid of the Gov’t, that’s tyranny. You can go on and on…the cabal controls congress and the Whitehouse via Manhattan and… need I say more. The most precious resource America has left is the NRA and the cabal will kill people right and left and centre, hey they took out JFK, to discredit and neuter them; to outlaw the right to bear arms. We are witnessing the castration of democracy. In God I trust

Hear Hear, great post byThomas Bendoraitis!!! all very true, worse times are coming under the Great Obamanation: RFIDs in all Consumer goods tracking us.
      Malware and spyware all over our email and internet, I recently heard about the Govt. making people trying to adopt pets get them microchipped: Govt Cohersion!! soon it will be US: if you don’t get chipped you can’t get access to your bank or get a Driver’s License or etc etc etc…… BEWARE;
bring in the Barter system: (ammunition is great for bartering by way, and many people are now learning to reload and getting Grandfathered in before Obama and Holder can screw it up) keep up the great posts..and …keep your guns clean!!! “I’d rather die on my feet than live on my knees..” Emiliano Zapata, Mexican freedom fighter, 1910.

The FED has been draining the value of our money since they began under the guise of Federal. Start a new international currency.

    • DaveH

      Eye Yye Yye,
We can’t even get along with our spouses much of the time, and you want the whole world to be involved in our lives? Sheesh.

  • eric

Thanks for the story. This is funny. I hope we get to follow it in the news. If I was the government I’d drop this case. The downside is the collapse of the fed, taxation etc. The upside the IRS collects a few hundred bucks. This is such a novel idea there should be a run on silver dollars. I wish I was paid in silver dollars.

  • DMN

If the government ever wants to confiscate the public’s Gold & Silver, as they have in the past, they will argue that they only have to reimburse the face value to the person they are taking it from. IF, they offer ANY reimbursement.

    • http://donthaveone Mark

This is true, they make the rules, they break the rules, so they make new rules.

  • Terrell H. Yon, Jr.

I seem to remember a case some years ago where a shipment of gold bullion was stolen at a New York airport. The courts ruled that payment covering the loss be made only at the official price of gold bullion which was $42.00 per ounce. It would seem to me that the government can not have it both ways.

  • Scott Brown

If this is a clear cut case of fraud on the part of Kahre, then certainly clear cut cases of fraud on the part of the three dragons can be made, and shown to relate directly to this case. The IRS tax on American citizens has no Constitutional foundation; the Federal Reserve has no Constitutional foundation; in upholding the positions of either, the Justice Department stands upon no Constitutional foundation.

Has Kahre muddied the differences between fiat money and precious mint coin? Or has this rather been done by the Federal Reserve?

Is Kahre evading legal taxes? Not unless the IRS can prove that income taxes are legal, and they have yet to do so in their entire history.

As for the Justice Department, they pissed away any credibility they ever had by entering into the game of politics, to say nothing of currency manipulation and illegal taxation without representation. As with the Federal Reserve Bank (which is demonstrably none of the above), the title Justice Department is a misnomer.

On another Constitutional topic in the news, is there anyone here from the state of Hawaii? Do they have real birth certificates there that can be verified? Or just official statements to the effect that signed birth certificates exist. For that matter, do they have drivers’ licenses? Or just cards that say the bearer has one on file. Or do they have copies of cards that say there exists a card which indicates the existence of a valid driver’s license. Or what? Surely someone from Hawaii can easily clear up this mystery for us citizens not fortunate enough to have been born in that lovely state.

    • Rich

Yes, there are Hawaii drivers licenses. Mclovin has one.

  • kephas

Is there a constitutional lawyer around? If I’m not mistaken, IRS is operating under UCC, which can violate ones’ constitutional rights (UCC 1-207). If Richard is questioning the moral grounds which Mr. Kahre conducted his business, shouldn’t the moral ethics be first tested on the US gov’t? The Federal Reserve was created to payoff the US gov’t. debt to the banks with our sweat money (taxes). Debt incurred in waging WWI… that’s engineered by the banker-Rothschild. Then they created the IRS to collect money from the people. I know this sound absurd and ridiculous, but if one is to follow the money… (source of funding and profit from war bonds), it all make sense.
This is a great test of our Freedom and Constitutional solvency, I pray Mr. Kahre win the battle for himself and friends and all of us who believe in our God-given rights.

    Re: 3 Dragons and Mouse.
It’s long overdue that the government played with a level field. It is my recollection that years after Roosevelt called in all the gold coins in circulation, whenever a safe deposit box was opened as part of an estate, govt. representatives were there to look for gold coins. If any were found, regardless of the intrinsic value, the owner was credited with the face value of the coin(s). So, a coin perhaps worth several hundred dollars was credited as a deposit to the estate account for $20. Now the proverbial shoe is on the other foot. Morally, Richard may have a point. But, we are a nation ruled by law and precedent…not morals. It’s the selfsame complaining government that stamped the value on it’s coinage. What a hoot if the mouse should prevail.

HA HA TO THE BIG BUREAUCRATS, THIS GOES TO SHOW HOW VALUABLE OWNING GOLD & SILVER IS OR ANY TRADABLE ITEMS LIKE LIQUOR , CHOCOLATE , RAZORS AND SO ON

HOW DO YOU TAX THESE ITEMS

HA HA HA ON THE DUMB BUREAUCRATS

  • Dennis Speer

I think Kahre should be found not guilty and be awarded all court costs and emotional distress compensation.
This could be a precedent setting case but I fear the full weight of the DOJ will be brought to bear on it so any decision is so narrow it applies to no others.
Can’t imagine the Supreme Court hearing it if it should go that far as they are too concerned with preserving the powers that be, even if it means not following the law and they admittedly never look for justice.

  • MOMSRIGHT

IRS just wants the rest of Mr. Kahres Gold coins! The three dragons is an appropiate description of these government monstrosities! We have tried to appease these giants of government by inceasantly feeding their voracious appetite! Creating bigger government! More government programs to take responsibility for things we should have been doing! they have now gone out of control! Their appetites are insatiable! Like a big black hole they are consuming everything in sight! Eventually, they will consume themselves, until our country collapses! Obama, has effectively taken over the banking system, the auto industry, the so called cap and trade tax, and soon health care! Think your taxes are high now! Just wait! They want to even tax us everytime we breathe! Green house gases you know………..Government is robbing the American people of the will to fight as they systematically silence any oposition to their cause! Time to wake up! You may be next! God keep Mr. Kahre!

  • Guy

Unless the law has been changed, it is illegal to deface legal tender — To melt down coins for their higher value as metal. If there is hyperinflation they will be called in at either content value or face value. Gold will be the most likely target like during the depression. Bullion coins are a better bet.

Ray’s comment about China is half right. With half its people having a decent existance and the other half wanting it NOW, proper reforms are coming, and freedoms are growing daily out of necessity to keep the country from flying apart. Lucky to be, I speak Chinese : )

    • Miriam

Which language you speak? Mandarin or Cantonese, by the way “Jesu Ai Ni”

      • Guy

I speak Mandarin, and am Buddhist. That being said, I am alarmed at the attack on your faith. These statists attack both our faiths following the religion of forcing their evil beliefs down our throat. Ours is a nation with laws influenced by your faith that protects my right to practice mine.

  • Richard

I am a moral conservative and what he did quite simply equates to tax evasion. Mr Kahre new the real value of the services being provided and knew that he was certainly not paying his employees at face value of his coinage. It’s clear that at some point that he purchased the gold with dollars so he was already aware of it’s real market value. Here’s the rub though… to prove that his employees were indeed Independent contractors to the IRS he would require a contract as such. Mr. Kahre would have had no control over his contractors other than to break their contract if work was not acceptable. So if they truly were independent contractors why did he try to pay their taxes at all… even if it was with gold? It’s clear that he was simply tried to evade paying taxes by using the coins stamped value as opposed the market value of the gold.
The IRS will indeed win this one as Mr. Kahre is being dishonest and evasion is easy to prove to a judge and jury when it can be demonstrated that the subject is lying. Mr. Kahre is no patriot in my book. The greater and unanswered question is for the Federal Reserve. Just how is the value of minted money taxed once the materials themselves are worth more than the face value? Fast forward a decade or so and you can easily predict that a cashless economy is the only real solution to this abhorrent New World Order which we seem to be ushering in.

    • MOMSRIGHT

Not sure if you really understood the article: Kahre was making a pay roll to his independant contractors not with holding taxes for them! He paid them a price they agreed upon according to the face value of the gold and silver coins!

From The article: {In Kahre’s defense, lawyers argue that the workers agreed to be independent contractors so he did not have to withhold taxes for them.

      By claiming the payments on the face value of the coins, that threshold was never met. So the IRS got irritated because no taxes were owed.}

      If you want the reality of it, the fact that those coins are worth more than the face value as they were minted by the government is an indictment of a fraud perpetrted on us by the IRS!………..{And the reason this has occurred lies with the non-constitutional entity called the Fed, which prints fiat money backed by nothing. This has devalued our nation’s currency.}

I remember being able to buy a loaf of bread for about 25 cents! Now I spend almost $5.00 a loaf! IN Germany when hyper inflation hit in the 30s-40s it took a wheel barrel full of money to buy a loaf of bread! No wonder that country was ripe for the likes of Hitler!……..This is the direction we are headed too and our own government is leading the way!……..If you remember…….The revolutionary war in the 1700s Which gave us our freedom, was fought primarirly over taxation without representation!……The declaration of independance I believe says that when a government becomes oppressive to its people it is the duty of that people to throw off that oppression!………If our generation doesn’t stand up, our children will certainly be enslaved by an overbearing and tyrannical goverment!………Please America read your history and WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

    • Average Joe

What you fail to understand is that under Federal Law, The Coins in question can only be exchanged for face value…in other words if you go to the grocery store with a real silver dollar to pay for your purchase, the store does not know what the daily spot price for silver is, so therefore the coin must be taken for face value or one dollar. This is why people are more prone to keep them, to save them, they are worth more as something collectable than they are for their face value. He did not excced the amount in value to have to pay taxes in the first place.

    • DaveH

      Richard,
And the government isn’t being immoral when they devalue the dollar? Tell that to the people whose savings have lost a large amount of their value to inflation over the years. And there is much more devaluation coming in the pipeline. And what about Franklin Roosevelt who issued an executive order for the citizens to turn in their gold to the government? Was he moral?
If the Income Tax was truly fair, I would agree with you, but it isn’t anywhere close to fair. First of all, people who work hard and make lots of money would still be paying more money for their share of the government than the rest of us, if they paid the same percentage of their earnings. But they don’t; they pay an even larger percentage of their money to taxes than those in lower earning brackets. And do they get more help from the government for their larger payments? More likely they get more hindrance. At least that’s how it has worked out for me.

  • Rick

I would hope the jurors all understand that they alone wield the power in the courthouse and “jury nullification” and that they may not be coerced from their verdict by threats or intimidation. No matter by whom or where the source of those uttered threats may lay!

    • Average Joe

      Rick ,
      I agreee wholeheartedly.
For about the last 3-4 years, I have been preaching the value to “we the people” in being involed in the American Juror system.
Most people do not have a clue about both their right and their duties as a juror.I have a idea! You are online at this very moment (because you are reading this) Search: “The Citizen’s Rule Book”.
Download a free copy and learn about the ultimate power of the Juror…more powerful than all of the polititians in the world.
So many people want to duck out of the juror system without realizing how important it is that one single voice of reason can change for the better, the entire future course of America.
Learn your rights! Learn your responsibilities! Stop the rampant approach of tyranny against this nation’s liberties, freedom’s and creator given right’s. STAND UP…..MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

      • Average Joe

One thing that I might add, is that when you first bring it up to new individuals, please refrain from using the phrase “jury nullification”. Most people hear the word nullify and automatically assume the the jury is being nullified. At this point they have shut down any possibility that they will in fact actually listen seriously to what you have to say. This is in no way being critical of your comment, you were right on point with your message. If you notice my post above, by trying th empower people to rise up and take back their power, without once saying anything remotely resembling negativity, some of these people will actually read the book (Short, sweet, and to the point) Sometimes it isn;t the message, but rather how the message gets delivered that determines whether people think we might just have a screw loose or that we may really be on to something great and wonderful.Keep preaching to the masses, brother…we need to wake up the sleepers!

      • DaveH

        Good post Average.

    • DaveH

      Rick,
I think very few people are aware of that. And jurors are routinely admonished by the judge (wrongly) that they are only supposed to base their vote on whether or not the defendant broke the law.

      • Average Joe

I hear from people all of the time about how this law or that law is wrong. Take Marijuana for instance, 70% of the country thinks the laws need to be changed, yet the “government” says no… we can’t do that. What good does any law do if they can’t get convictions? That is the key to being a juror, all it takes is one not guilty vote to hang the jury. That’s right folks…one lone vote of not guilty.
People need to get involved, learn what is constitutional, what is morally right and then vote with your conscience, let no one desuade you from your beliefs. If they can’t get convictions, that will have no choice but to change the laws. IS speeding a crime?….who is the injured party if you are pulled over for speeding? Was anyone or anything injured or damaged as a result of speeding, driving without a “drivers licence” etc.? Only when their is a loss…life, property etc. is there a crime. What most people think are laws, are in fact “public policy”, not law. What our governments (city, state, federal) are doing, is making moral decisions for us. Are we not somehow able to make our own choices in life? Ask yourself, “Do I need a babysitter to tell me what is right and wrong?” Again people, please take the time to read the book listed above, you might actually find that you are more powerful than you can possibly imagine. Let’s shut them down the easiest way possible….use the law to our advantage and make a difference.

    • Dragonaughr

Not many people realize that the Jury is there not only to determine the guilt or innocence of the Defendant but also the CONSTITUTIONALITY OF THE LAW ITSELF!!!

  • Constantine

Anyone with any sense knows the Federal Reserve is one of the greatest frauds ever perpetuated on any people anywhere in the world. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 should be abolished – plain and simple. If we can in no means whatsoever get rid of the Fed legally then we need to wage war on it. We can do this by doing things like what Mr. Kahre is doing.

ANYONE TRUE AMERICAN LISTENING: STOP PAYING INCOME TAXES NOW AND START LOCAL BARTERING ECONOMIES USING ANYTHING BUT THE DOLLAR. TELL THE IRS, THE FED AND THE JUSTICE DEPT. WHERE THEY CAN STICK IT.

IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP AND REALIZE WHAT THEIR FRAUD. THEY ARE CRIMINAL TRAITORS AND I’M ASHAMED THAT THEY EVEN EXIST IN MY COUNTRY.

Mr. Kahre is a good American!

    • Mike

People are afraid, and rightly so. They see the highly publicized Wesley Snipes tax evasion trial and see that even he plea-bargained and paid hefty fines. They are reminded of Al Capone, brought down for tax evasion when the FBI couldn’t get any evidence of his smuggling.
It takes more than one person standing against the government. That one person will get hurt, threatened, jailed, or worst. There must be a good percentage of the popluation acting as one for any changes to take place. Unfortunately, it seems a higher percentage of people everyday are oblivious or have been bought off, from welfare recipients, to bribed public officials (and judges). If you think that the dragons won’t come for you and your family as well you are either crazy or extremely powerful and wealthy. We need to UNITE in this cause.

I agree Mike. A few hundred years ago, our forefathers were willing to risk their lives to gain their freedom. Most of our current population isn’t even willing to invest a few minutes of their lives to research and vote for the candidates who would give us back our freedom. We have gone from a nation of rugged pioneers to a nation of spoiled whining wimps in just a few hundred years.

      • Beau

I agree with Mike too. We must Unite and yet how? Show me where to sign up and I will. I will not stand silent and let these traitors have a free ride.

        Beau,
You are probably aware of this, but just in case you don’t know how to contact your elected officials, use http://www.congress.org . Another site where you can locate them is http://www.gunowners.org (pro-gun site, but they allow you to contact your elected officials on any subject matter). I believe that directly contacting your elected officials is the most effective way to get results, especially by phone if you’re not shy like I am, lol.
If you are into the Tea Parties, you can locate coming events near you by doing a search on “Tea Party Protests + your-state” or just “Tea Party Protests” if you don’t mind traveling far.

I agree with Constantie #6 that we have a good American here. This is the kind of thing that makes America great. I have been lamenting the “Home of the Brave and the Land of the Free” for a long time. It seems that nobody is brave or Free anymore. What is that? We have proof by vote of the Obama Presidency that more than half of the nation has no idea what either Bravery or Freedom is. (It is a fact that The Great Deciever has taken office!) As an older Citizen is is clear that we have failed to train our children the difference between right and wrong and have allowed the government to slip into the hands of a new generation that has no moral compass. I am afraid that most will never wake up until about half their number are missing due to the efforts of government to keep us “safe”, and promise to “Change” whatever is wrong. I will even venture that the Government version of “Safe” is when we have surrendered everything we own for the good of “the poor” and given up our lives so that they can take over and appropriate without opposition, anything and everything the government wants.

    Dear Bob:
About 3 dragons & the mouse….concerning the lack of media coverage: perhaps you should consider that the media is controlled by the same people who control our banking system, & therefore our government. They’re called the International Bankers! Since the 1700′s, they’ve played governments against each other. They’ve also played our government against its citizens! It doesn’t surprise me at all what’s going on here. They’ve wanted to destroy our Christian country, & control it & the world. Why? Because they are ALL from Jewish/German descent! Check out who actually runs our so-called Federal Reserve system. Nine & 1/2 of the 10 of them are from that same descent! The only 1/2 that Isn’t? The J.P. Morgan family.

We all know what will happen. He will go to jail. The goverment will keep on keeping on until we have a sudden complete collaspe of the dollar. That will happen as soon as the rest of the world figures out how to uncouple from the dollar with the least damage to them as possible. The goverment is out of control with money, they refuse to listen to reason. Most of the American people have their head in the sand. We have pretty much destroyed ourself. We have become amoral, pleasure seeking and gready and the world now relizes it. My guess is China, as they seem to care about honor and truth.

    • http://fcernhart@yahoo.com Marian to Ray

      Hi Ray,

I agree with what you say all but your assessment of China.

Their history ( I have studied under a Chinese Prof) shows no
more “honor and truth” than the average American and that’s
      the truth!

    • FRW

I agree with you. He will be punished, bc the 3 Crazed Dragons want set an example for others: do not f with the government!* He will go to jail EVEN if he is 100% innocent. For the Evil Empire (aka.: US gov’t) there’s no such thing as an innocent civilian!

Kahre might well win his case on the legal front and under the current law. But i know from first hand experience that the Judge in a case CAN reverse a juries verdict if he or she feels the jury has come to ‘an incorrect application of law and facts of the case’. How hard do you think it would be for a Judge to be influenced by the 3 Dragons (I like the anolgy by the way) to do just that and not only convict Kahre, but remove any sanctions placed upon the dragons. And then after an ‘appropirate amount of time’ the Judge gets appointed to a higher position in thanks for being a good comrade. Hmmmmm

    • Vermonster

      Even dragons can be slayed!.

    • DaveH

      Doc,
      This is from answers.yahoo.com:
Judges throw out guilty verdicts; they never overrule a jury acquittal. The law varies from to state, but generally a judge throws out guilty verdicts for one of 2 reasons:
      1) A jury returns a verdict when there was not enough evidence to find the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; or
      2) A mistake or wrongdoing by a participant taints the trial (mistrial).

  • http://tompetrie.net Tom

Unbelievable story! I hope Mr. Kahre wins his case!

By the way, what’s the big deal about Al Franken winning his MN Senator seat? He won fair and square, so I’m not sure why your column was, recently, so negative about his win. So he’s a liberal and you’re a conservative? That should make no difference in the fact that it appears Mr. Coleman was the litigious one. Franken appeared dignified during the whole event.

Anyway, I enjoy reading your column just the same and admire the perspicacity of most of your writing.

    • George

You must be kidding. Evedently you did’t follow the race and consider the manor in which the votes were counted and the illegal votes that were counted. They did the same thing in Washington State in a race between Christine Greguiare and Dino Rossi. As for Al, remember he is an actor and he can put on a good face when required, his true nature will surface, he can’t help it, the guy is just a nasty individual.
      G.

Al can appear that way, when he knows the forces are in place for him to screw the other guy and get the win, and he knew it was coming. Mr. Coleman knew he was getting the screws put to him, and was trying to fight to get what is right, to be right. I would be litigious if I were in his shoes also. The dems have been fixing elections for a long time, at least since Kennedy got elected by dead people in Chicago in 1960.

Since when was it legal for congress to vote who our President is suppose to be, O’ya that’s how Bush became president. And what did he do that was any good for this nation while he was in office?

      • http://donthaveone Mark

To Tom B. – Gladly I will educate you as to what good he did. Lets see, first of all, more Americans had jobs at one time than under any president ever int the history of this country. Secondly, unemployement was at the lowest it has ever been in the history of this country. Thirdly, he set free a nation of millions, in a place where it was said it couldnt be done. Fourthly, he has taken the fight to the enemy, and we have been save not only for his terms, but for at least 4 more years of this guys current term. You see, it take them awhile to get things set up, like it did while Clinton slept for 8 years at the helm. Bush set in place the precautions that we will be save for at at least another 4 years, with with the current admin asleep at the wheel again, we are gonna get hit again during the next admin, which will undoubtedly be a Republican and you guys can point you finger and say how it happened on a republicans watch, even though we all know that isnt how its work. 9-11 was all set up and and put into order under Clinton, we all know that. So, you see, Bush has done great things. What’s Obama done so far? Lets check the record – spent more in 8 months that the previous admin did in 8 years, including paying for 9-11, Hurrican Katriana and the war. He gave billions of our hard earned tax dollars to GM and the UAW. He has apologized to all of our enemies for all of our ancestors hard work making us a successful country. You want to talk about a bastard, look no farther than this current guy. Thank you for letting me set the record straight with the truth. It will set you free.

I am still surprised that we have a joke senator named Al Franken, but it should not surprise me as Coleman is also liberal. I will never forget the negative ads that showed Al saying “I #$%&! Hate Those Right Wing Mother $%^$@”. He is a disgrace. I find it amazing that Coleman was ahead by over 700 votes after the election, but ended up loosing by over 200 votes. It appears another election was stolen.

You can bet the 3 dragons will try to pack the jury this time around. This should be an open and shut case–”Not Guilty” and “Pay the defendents 10 Million each for harrasment and emotional trauma”. “Oh, and by the way, the money has to be paid by the gov’t employees and Federal Reserve employees who participated in this outrageous law suit.” “If they cannot come up with the 450 Million or so then a lien will be placed on their personal property including pensions and future income until the judgement is satisfied” Bob would I like to be a juror on this case!
