it would take 1 woman to win the Presidentual election, and that one woman is Sarah Palin. (if you can’t tell, i am a supporter for Sarah) the thing is yes, she has a hugh up hill battle especially with the GOP because they see her as a threat, plus the fact that they already (even though they are not making it clear to us who) have in mind whom they want to run in the next Prez. election. Almost every state has those laws, but nobody enforces them – it takes money to sue for money. besides, attorney do not want to punish other attorneys.

Morris Monkus, I agree with you 100%. That would slow down the lawsuits if not stop them altogether. Maybe we should put that on the next ballot.

To make it short, that piece of legislation has been introduced time and time again. But since the majority of our legislators are lawyers and that would bring an abrupt halt to lawsuits from which lawyers are paid, the lawyers union, who give so much to the campaigns of our hard working honest representatives, have successfully intervened in persuading our officials that making the loser pay to prevent dishonest lawsuits, (and stifling attorneys fees) would not be fair and not be in the best interest of the American people. And thus, we have dishonest representatives continue to take what amounts to bribes to get reelected to office. Does this represent you or I?

I also do not understand the Supreme Court refusing to hear the suit against Obama on the birth certificate. I believe he is a fraud and a liar and not eligible for be the president, but where do we go if the Supreme court will not do what is right for “We the People”
