Gross Deception

Gross Deception

Why is there a place for private publications in America like The Bob Livingston Letter?

The answer is simple and straightforward: There are a growing number of people who no longer trust conventional wisdom.

Conventional wisdom is what most people believe. Conventional wisdom comes from the news media, public schools, the medical establishment, churches and the government. It’s a lifetime programming process that builds parameters of thought from which few escape. And precious few do escape.

Conventional wisdom doesn’t take on some people. By nature these people question authority. People progress away from conventional wisdom at various speeds and levels. Some people begin to doubt on an elementary level, while some completely reject any form of conventional wisdom.

There are two words that describe conventional wisdom and they are control and conformity. These terms are self-enforcing. That is, if there is control, there is conformity. And if there is conformity, there is control.

Every government in history seeks conformity and control. They do this by and through the sources listed above which we shall call the system. Psychological warfare is the system’s chief weapon against its own citizens.

The more perfect psychological warfare, the more perfect is control and conformity.

The system today is fine tuned and it has great predictive value. The system that programs the public mind knows what the public thinks and can predict and measure any response to any probe.

We are the most conditioned, programmed beings the world has ever known. Not only are our thoughts and attitudes continually being shaped and molded, our very awareness of the whole design has been erased. Few question anything.

One important thought here: A person’s IQ or education level has absolutely nothing to do with their perception of reality. Higher education is higher brainwashing. Sometimes it seems that the more education, the bigger the fool.

I myself went through four years of college, worked on a master’s degree and attended law school. What a pity! It took valuable time and money for me to pay for the brainwash. It took years to get over it. I had to completely erase this education foolishness before I could begin to have half sense. My inquiring attitude and much, much reading helped me escape the programmed maze that entrapped me. The many conflicts and confusion were emotionally and financially costly.

The brainwash is so complete that only special people like you—the readers of my letter—ever get through the net. I mean this sincerely!

Why not just go through life asleep and enjoy the bliss? Well, you might enjoy your ignorance, but the price may be extremely high.

I suspect that except for my special understanding of government motivation, I might have been killed in the Korean War. Later on I had a few chances to be foolishly exposed to surgery that could have done me in. Neither my wife nor I have ever yielded to any doctor recommendations for surgery and many drugs. We just politely refused or trashed prescriptions for drugs.

Yes, my focus is on esoteric history, government, natural health and financial markets. My findings have stood my family and me quite well. I only wish that I could tap every one of you to join my success and my wonderful life derived from consistent and obsessive inquiry. Well, anyway, you benefit from my letters if you are getting the meaning and spirit of them.

It is my firm belief that you will join my perspective to the extent that you do your own reading and inquiry. If you’re too busy, you are too busy or if you are too lazy—well, you are not lazy or you wouldn’t be reading this Letter.

Now back to conventional wisdom. Conventional wisdom is what everybody believes. And what everybody believes is wrong, even if what they believe was believed by their ancestors. People are obsessed with believing what they have always believed without question. An inquiring mind is required for anyone to question long-held views.

Now here are some examples of conventional wisdom. This is what most people believe:

  • That government will not lie or allow an economic depression.
  • That history as taught in schools or history books is truth.
  • That pharmaceuticals sell good drugs that aid cures.
  • That vaccinations bring immunity.
  • That they can “catch” disease from someone else—germ theory.
  • That the cure for cancer is just around the corner.
  • When a child is sick, he needs antibiotics.
  • When a child has fever, he needs Tylenol.
  • Hospitals are safe and clean.
  • That drugs are not poison.
  • That doctors and hospitals do not cause deaths.
  • Guns are dangerous.
  • World War I “made the world safe for democracy.”
  • World War II was for democracy to prevail over tyranny.
  • The Korean War was to “contain communism.”
  • The Iraq war was to find and destroy “weapons of mass destruction.”
  • Paper money is wealth.

There is a science and massive effort to create and manipulate public opinion in America. Do you remember the reason? It’s for conformity and control.

The nature of government is to perpetually grow, and the nature of politics and politicians is for wealth and. They represent government, not you.

Governments and politicians mask their agendas and create illusions to deceive and misrepresent.

Governments, bureaucrats and politicians look upon the public as a herd that should be deceived and led for the benefit of government and the elite.

Edward L. Bernays, the nephew of Sigmund Freud, is the father of manipulative propaganda in America. Mass persuasion and mass hypnosis is the fundamental of so-called democracy.

This is from Bernays book, Propaganda:

“Those who manipulate the unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested largely by men we have never heard of.

In almost every act of our lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business or in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires that control the public mind.”

Industry and commerce jumped on the spin to build their public images for bigger profits.

Who do we think funds the front called the International Food Information Council to pacify the public on genetically modified foods? Right—Monsanto™, Du Pont™, Frito-Lay™, Coca-Cola™, Nutrasweet™—those in a position to make fortunes from General Mills™ foods.

Herr Goebbels admitted that he learned mass psychology manipulation from the Americans.

What is lowest on the agenda of the massive brainwash? What has no commercial value? The answer is public health and personal liberty. The system is historically opposed to these. No judge will rule on any issue of truth about public health or personal liberty.

They have dumbed us down. We are on the animal farm. They rape us daily and we never question their criminal intentions.

Again with your anti-germ theory paranoia…

Oh well… to each his own…

I will say this: besides your minor germ theory opinion, all of the so-called “conventional wisdom” was right on the mark. Especially on the drug companies.

Drugs are chemicals that: A. Poisen whatever is causing your sickness. B. Add chemicals which cause several effects (some good, mostly bad).

Drugs are dangerous and should not be overused. Especially drugs like tylenol, ritilin (which I am on, btw), antidepressants, cough medicine, and a sickening (lol, pun) amount of overpercribed and overused medicines. SIDE EFFECTS ARE REAL!!! DON’T CONVINCE YOURSELF THEY AREN’T!!!

One should only use drugs when they absolutely have to.

  • Mindy

Bill Taylor, I agree with you.
The truth is though, we may never be totally free from brainwashing. I question everything all the time, but between finding answers, I still have laundry and cooking to do. And there is a limit to what I can do about it all.

For the person who attacked homeschooling, I homeschool my children (YES, I DO) They are NOT isolated. They interact with the world and a wider variety of people/age groups/etc than children in school. AND they are learning to question everything. They are allowed to ask “why?” and they must listen respectfully while the answer is given. Then they are welcome to question the answer as well. They learn hands on, and not just “isolated” in a four wall classroom. We just want to know the truth so we can decide for ourselves. How is that paranoid? It is only through questioning “conventional wisdom”, and looking for alternatives that you find solutions to existing problems, to find newer more efficient and healthier ways of doing things. It’s basically WHY we have a brain and one of the things that sets us apart from animals.

Bill brought up a good example. Just look at the value of our “money” as compared to silver and gold, and how it’s value has decreased just since five years ago. Maybe gold isn’t “up’. Maybe the paper is just “down”? Maybe the gold is what really remained constant. Paper money’s value represents goods & services, not tangible. It has value because the government says it does. The interesting thing is that gold only has value because humans have decided that it does. But you can’t eat it, it doesn’t “do” anything, and all you can make out of it is jewelry and tooth fillings. The Saudis, on the other hand, have backed up their money with petrolium. If we convert all of our fuel needs to something alternative, THEY will be bankrupt. Something to think about.

There is one truth and that is God.  For those who disbelieve me, remind yourself that eternity is a long time in your afterlife if you’re in the wrong place because of your erroneous beliefs.  I rather error in believing in God rather than disbelieving in God.  For those of you that need proof in God try creating something out of nothing and then deny that you aren’t reality.

  • http://lowkinetichumanhybrid.com walt

where to start?  Your dyseducated reductionism re disease almost sent me packing.  It takes a push and a disequillibrium to fall ill.  Stop looking for the one true isolated cause of things, anythings, disease included.  Its all a dynamic, never stoping, never simple input/output as we have been told in school.  But lets agree about the Hidelberg spawn, the “poison and knife” school of “medicine” aka the AMA.  It is truly the enemy.  ITs more responsible than all the “socialist” agenda for the soaring cost of healthcare.  Every plan is a plan to meet the costs, pay the costs.  None are a movement that says enough already with the sickbed robbery!

Schools?  they are seldom education.  They are almost exclusively schooling, which term applies to the training of horses, dogs, circus animals…….we certainly agree.  I watched it go from bad to worse to unbelievable as my three went through it.

Still, I can’t help saying that in steping out of the box, you stayed pretty close to it.  I notice a lot worse with the lefties who believe that contrarianism of itself is a sign of superiority.  Please don’t reduce it so far.  Stay with self evident principles that we can judge by our “common” sense, that all to rare commodity as we get dumbed down and fall in line as ex citizens, now consumers.  There are, as my lineage says, many roads to hell, one to “enlightenment” (more properly “living at ease”).  (what we see as many roads are in fact the same road seen by different eyes, so don’t think I’m saying there is only one “way” one true religion, or any such bunko)  There is only one way to keep from falling off a bike,  but many “styles” of  riding.  As for traditions, they say the issue is crossing the river, not enshrining the ferry that got you across.  cross over and move on, be current, because the crisis changes eternally.

    Fred Yde
Your one of the great brainwashed that Bob is talking about Fred. You can’t see the forest for the trees. Wake up and smell the conspiracy. When you say that your kids go to the best schools in the area, that means the best government indoctrination centers. The less Johnny knows about questioning authority the better citizen he will be, the more controlled he will be. For example I asked my civics teacher in grade school, ” Why Don’t we have gold and silver coin for money like the constitution mandates”? The constitution mandates,( no state shall make anything other than gold or silver coin legal tender in payment of DEBTS) and the teacher said, “I don’t know”. That mandate has never been amended or changed. It was put there to protect us from worthless fiat paper money like we have now, called federal reserve notes, backed by NOTHING. They don’t teach you these things because they don’t want you to know how they are stealing you blind!!! To my way of thinking a real teacher woud find out why and not just, I don’t know! When everything finally goes belly up you will then find out just how brainwashed you are what side the government is really on, can you say banker bailout?

  • Frederick

    Fred,

Never said it was a conspiracy, and it appears that you and I have similar approaches to raising our kids.  So what about the people who don’t share our approach?  Are the schools, with their indoctrination (of either bent) filling the bucket or lighting the fire (to paraphrase Yeats).

And “Do the Right Thing” was a good read – by a good and decent author - but who gets to determines what the right thing is for the rest of society?  Is gay marriage the right thing?  The teaching of creationism instead of evolution?

  • Chuck Gilliam

Frederick, I happen to agree with about everything you have said.  In addition, I have concluded that everything is wrong simply because it it’s not,  right.  I think we will all agree that drugs really are poisons and just about any medical doctor will tell you that.  We may attempt to cure one thing ( a headache for example with aspirin) or (a fever with Tylenol) or (pain of numerous sources with Advil) and on and on and on.  The fact of the matter is, Aspirin can and will eat the lining of your stomach, Tylenol will wreck havoc on your kidneys, and Advil will shoot your blood pressure out of sight!  No medicine that is designed to HELP us is without it’s side effects.  I am an old farm boy that grew up on our own home-grown vegetables, and fruits (apple trees, pear trees, grape vines, blackberry bushes, etc. etc.) with hogs, and cattle that we butchered and smoked along with rabbit, squirrel, deer, raccoon, etc.  I am now 73, healthy as a young bull, no sign of cancer, or any other life threatening disease, don’t believe in taking pills even when I do have a little back pain or headache, and I certainly agree that our children are being brainwashed by learning the WRONG things in school, and even the home-taught, if the parents have already been brainwashed by our government and or others having the usual influence in our lives.  The best scenario is, SHUT UP, DON”T DO ANYTHING, DON’T LISTEN TO ANYONE, EAT ONLY THAT WHICH NATURE HAS TO OFFER, and if ANYONE TRIES TO MAKE YOU LIVE THEIR LIFESTYLE, OR EAT WHAT THEY EAT, OR BELIEVE IN THEIR GOD, OR BEING ANYTHING TO ANY EXTENT CONTRARY TO WHAT NATURE HAS BESTOWED UPON YOU,then all you have to do is SHOOT THEM!

My kids go to one of the best schools in the area, a public school which is in an affluent area of the Midwest..well funded, good bricks and mortar, and we talk all the time about the things teachers say and some of things that are force fed to them in their books. In this very conservative community, my kids also come home with some notions that are too far to the right as well as the plethora of misinformation that comes from texts.  They also get a lot of peer pressure to the contrary. If you talk to your kids, you will influence the way they think. If you feed your kids, you will influence the way they eat. If you love your kids, you will influence the way they behave. None of this is a frigging conspiracy. It’s life in the USA. I don’t let them watch TV without hassling them about what they just heard or saw. I don’t let them play video games when they need to be doing homework, and I don’t hide them from the universe ( home-schooling) just because I don’t agree with the universe. Read “Do the Right Thing” new book by Mike Hucklebee. We just need some good old common sense ( note I did not say conventional wisdom) and we need to inject, infect, and invest in it. Common Sense was also written about the time of the great Revolution was it not. Talk about a conspiracy!

    • schmogle

      Fred,

I agree with nearly everything you are saying, except that homeschooling is “hiding them from the universe”. My children live in a conservative community ie Indianapolis and could attend what some would consider decent schools. I don’t homeschool because I want to keep them locked away and forever hidden from life.

I homeschool for a lot of reasons ie I think I can do a better job than an overworked and underpaid gov’t employee who has 30-50 students in a class, because I dearly love them and delight in seeing them discover new ideas, and because I want them to fully explore various cultures and ideas in depth and be somewhat guided by their own interests to explore things deeply. Also, I homeschool because I have built a family culture of learning and growing together.

They enjoy reading Ancient Greeks and Romans, explore their interests in depth like the violin, Shakespeare, martial arts, and classical music. They have many other teachers in their lives which shape their minds too, so it isn’t just our view point they receive. Yet, since we are directly paying these individuals they are economically incented to listen to our viewpoints, respect us, and not dogmatically oppose us.

The children spend their time going to the art museums, enjoying beautiful music, memorizing classical works and filling their heads with philosophy and science and many other beautiful things and not worrying about what others would think of them enjoying their studies to such a great degree. They don’t have a clue that so much of what they do would be considered “uncool” and seem amazed when they discover that others don’t think that the theory of relativity is uninteresting, simply because they haven’t been indoctrinated that it is generally deemed so by people their age.

We have provided a positive and accepting culture to them for learning and taught them how exciting and deeply interesting it can be. I don’t consider that hiding them from the universe, but letting them experience the ideas and concepts of the universe without the tainted perspective from certain uncultured and somewhat narrow minded American youth who deem that present ideas and a somewhat shallow and superficial culture of more interest than those that have built nations and sustained empires.

I want their mind not to be tainted continually with foolish thoughts, influences, and passing trivialities of their peers, but to be shaped by all that is truly beautiful and has built the foundation of our culture. So, perhaps while some sons are dreaming of owning the latest and greatest pair of shoes my middle school aged son saved his own money to buy a book exploring the corrupt world banks and the federal reserve. He also took the time to memorize the Gettysburg Address and is currently memorizing the US Constitution, just because he wants to. Yet, I recognize the balance of allowing them to explore their current culture and enjoy their friends too, but all in proper balance. They spend their evenings socializing with friends from all walks of life and exercising.

I allow them to see and experience their culture, yet I challenge them continually to examine the merits or lack of merit in various beliefs, experiences, and ideas. I want to raise children that can independently get along without me and can think for themselves.

From what it sounds like, while you may have sent your children to public school, yet you still “homeschooled” them in many ways. Homeschooling is simply a parent stepping up to the plate and teaching their child to any degree, it is just some just take it a little further than others. From what it sounds like your children got the best of both worlds in a devoted thoughtful father challenging their minds and the support of a good school system. As a homeschooler, I find no problem with this approach and open minded enough to accept that this can be good too.

      Respectfully,

      schmogle

    John,

I don’t want to make this thread about Polio, but a great-aunt of mine had polio, and, while she lived quite a long life, she was severly deformed from her bout – leg braces and the like.  And, despite anti-vacincation sites that pick and choose from among the scientific data, polio (like all infectious diseases) illnesses has periods of prevelance and not.  Despite this, a person should be able to make an INFORMED choice and not be forced to vaccinate his children.  The DPT vaccinations (none of which are life-threatening in , for example, are linked to allergies, asthma, and autism (although the autism may well be the then-present mercury preservative in the vaccinations – again, greed resulting in harm).

On your other statements (from your previous post) I agree, but would call it something far more insidious than socialism.  Exactly WHAT it is, I don’t have a name for;)  But if we keep in mind that the primary purpose of public education is to train children to be “good citizens” and by extension, “good workers”.  Therefore, public schools (without parental governence at least) are institutions DESIGNED to brainwash children.

Many of my teachers and professors have absolutely HATED me, because I would not subscribe to their views.  As I got older (and more competent in the discipline of logic), I actually made some of these teachers (and professors) look like fools in front of their own class.  My grades suffered of course, but truth and facts are more imporant than grades (to me at least).

  • http://www.thegreathousehunt.com Fred Yde

None of you guys are any fun, you’re all paranoid, and most of this is BS.
We are genetically designed to live X amount of years. If you want to be totally afraid of your environment, your diet, and your information intake, then you are playing to the “other” side of the influence equation. It’s OK. just do the right thing..for yourself and everyone around you.
We do need the FairTax, it will restore abundance to the country. And we do need the Pickens Plan; it will restore independence to the country and create new jobs which will aslo contribute to abundance.

    • Mike

Sir, I disagree with you that we need a fair tax. I believe that we need no taxes at all, before the institution of the Federal Reserve System we had no taxes at all, the only reason the income tax was created was to pay for the interest in the Federal Reserve debt that was created by our government borrowing money from the private central bank called the Federal Reserve.

President Lincoln if you remember your history, asked Congress to have the Treasury Department print the money needed for the Civil War effort and they did, the Treasury Department printed $40,000,000 and this money was called Greenbacks, these Greenbacks were printed up by our Treasury Department INTEREST fREE. We could do the same today if our Congress would abolish the Federal Reserve and the Board of Governors.

The Federal Reserve is the reason our nation is in financial debt, and needs to be abolished for the financial security of our nation. If you were to go back in our history even further, the Colonists also experimented with printing their own money, and for them it worked out great until King George III and the international bankers found out about what they did and outlawed the ability of the Colonists to print and use their own money.

King George and the International Bankers wanted the Colonists to be dependent upon the King George’s royal Crown’s money and refused to allow the Colonists to use their own printed money.

  • Brian Fox

Bob, I agree with you but would like to add something. The Federal Reserve Bank and the World Bank have made puppets of all governments. Any government that tries to stop them is eliminated by wars. That is easy for them to do since they are financing both sides. Many people have died trying to push the Federal Reserve out and bring monetary control back to the U.S. government with gold and silver to strengthen the US dollar. The Federal Reserve gets the US mints to print paper money then loans that money to the government with interest. Guess who pays that money back, we do, the people.

  • John

    Fred,

Go back and study the history of the decline of polio.  You might just find that it was already in decline BEFORE the polio vaccine was brough to bear.

Incidently, as bad as polio may have been, it was not deadly for everyone.  My mother and my father-in-law are both polio survivors.  They are in their early 70′s.

  • John

Conventional wisdom is socialism at its best.  Everyone and everything must be suited for the good of the state.  Anyone or anything that does not comply is a threat.

There is a tacit assumption that even our children belong to the state not to the parents.  Study truancy laws and their affect on homeschoolers.  The public education system really pushes to have kids vaccinated.  Most states have a form to be exempted but the bureaucrats insist that you cannot get out of it even though you can.

  • Frederick

By listing everything together above, you diminish the impact of your message.  For example, your rant on medicine is simply incorrect.  Take “Germ Theory” as an example.  You warn about going to the hospital unless you are very ill, and advise that you keep things as sterile as possible if you do go.  Why is this, if “germs” do not exist.  There are indeed times when a child needs antibiotics, and it is SOLEY because of vaccinations that polio is no longer an issue.  So the reach of your list vastly exceeds your grasp.

You have also failed to identify the root cause for the problems contained your list, which is the hubris and self-centered nature of man.  Man’s corrupt and sinful nature (and I’m not trying to inject religion here, but words DO mean things) is what has caused all of our problems since the dawn of time.  Most people (you and your readers, for example) are “good” by nature, and as such are vulnerable to the actions of the “evil” people.  As a result, the methods to control other people have become a well-honed blade adroitly wielded by those in power.  Are you not as guilty as others in this regard?

Despite these issues, I applaud and agree (in premise at least) with your post on conventional wisdom – facts are facts and should always be treated as such, and when you take the advice of Marcus Aurelius and examine first principles, things become VERY clear – if you’re willing to look.

    Fred

    • deenie

      Fred,
I don’t think Bob is saying germs do not exist. You are putting words in his mouth. They do exist but only are of consequence if & when the immune system is depleted. Thus, keeping the immune system robust is extremely important. MRSA is believed to be rampant in hospitals because of the resistance built up by the hospital’s use of disinfectants that allow enough of the surviving bacteria to pass on their immunity to other bacteria through gene swapping.
I am a new reader of Bob’s thoughts on things & I find myself largely on his wavelength even though I am an anarchist-socialist because I value truth over the BS of any one group.
Yes, humans are all corruptible if they allow greed/pride/lust/envy/fear to trump the love that exists naturally in their heart. That’s the function of the propaganda mill of Big Government which enlists PR firms to get us all into the mental state that gives them control. I think too that GM foods, vaccinations, fluoride in drinking water, prescription drugs, chemical farming, 9/11 type events, downgrading of wages, ELF radiation, ad infinitum, are all about creating a populace of easy-to-control zombie-like people. Technology is being misused to further this goal. I wish I knew how to stop this but sites like Bob’s, which educate and inspire, surely must help. We, of course, have to do our part to let friends, family, and everyone who cherishes freedom, to get “in the know” and take action that’ll thwart those who wish to enslave us.

  • Ardine Biggs

Way to go Bob, I’ve thought your way all my life. Good to hear someone elses thoughts on the subject. My Dad told me to always think for myself & I have been for 72 years. Most all that know me think I’m nuts. Oh well!!! My youngest son is 50 & I had a miscarriage about 2 yrs. later, that was the last time I went to a Docter. Can’t find an alternative in my area. Sure wish I could. Was told I had uterine cancer & had to have surgery, said no for 3 different meds they had me on & then was told I could have cryo surgery in office that took 15 mins. This was when I was 35 am now 72. Pays to stick to ones guns. Keep up the good work, maybe the planet will wake up before it’s to late.  I Hope LOL  Ardine

It is refreshing to find people who haven’t “drank the kool-aid”.  I’ll be 40 yrs old in a few months and have totally revamped my life over the past few years.  No plastic containers, only glass for food cooking and storage, stone bowls are acceptable as long as they are not made in China.  Organic everything.  I cook and bake most of everything we eat in my household, just like Grandma (who lived to be 98 yrs old and died because it was time to go).  No crap food for my boyfriends kids or me, EVER.  No TV, unless it is specific programs and commerials are always muted.  Rarely do we allow video games to be played, the content would have to be acceptable, no killing type games.  I had all my mercury silver fillings removed and replaced in my mouth.  We are getting ready to go to court to have his kids taken off of Adderall and Straterra.  The doctor is down right condescending and refuses to discuss any other options for the so-called ADD problems our kids seem to be facing today.  I am so angry about this and horrified at the same time that the school has some huge power to put kids on medication and doctors are so indifferent to placing children on long-term control substance use without anything that backs-up their claims that it is safe.  I pray alot about this and hope God can somehow rectify this without having to incur court cost we will never be able to pay. It just makes me sick.  The lemmings of this world blindy take the rest of us with them and if we stop to ask valid questions, we are labeled as bigots or we are talked down to or dismissed because we don’t hold a doctorate in some field of study.  I stopped peeing my money into the wind on our secular educational system years ago.  All I have left is to pray about everything.

      Cathy,

I wish there was a network for people like us, there must be. You’re not alone. You and all others in the same “boat” will have to organize. I just pray for your succes to get a network organized one way or another. Even share with them the costs involved.

Bob, it appears to me that you are using the very same tactics as those that you proclaim to be against… check out the “P.S.”.  Everything is risk free!  You tell everyone how it is all free but when ever thing is done, you set the hook and “it is only a Risk-Free trial” that you are offering.  Why not be up front and tell the public the truth without all the hype?  It is like telling someone to take this free pill, but it has a tiny piece of dog crap in it and you can spit it out any time you wish.

I am just tired of all of the deception used on the public even down to the tinniest bit.  It has worked so well for thousands of years, why not use it?  ”…ye shall not surly die?”

P.S. By the way, if you accept your Risk-Free trial subscription today, Tuesday, November 25, 2008, I’ll also send you two fast-response bonus reports, The Offshore Insurance Advantage for 100% Legal Privacy and The Flu Shot Scam. Call 1-800-773-5699 right now. There is truly a zero-risk offer

Honestly, the way I see it. The ONLY way to obtain food that is entirely safe to eat, is to produce your own. Which is something that my family & I have been doing for years.  It’s a liitle hard to get started, but after only a year or 2 it gets to be pretty easy. For vegetables, grains, & so forth, the first thing you’d need to do would be to purchase a supply of OPEN POLLINATED seeds. That way you can save your own seed for the next year, with hybrid seeds you just can’t do that. With livestock (from poultry to beef), you need to study up some, & select breeds that are extra productive, & easy to keep.
Just don’t EVER depend on the “government”, or commercial producers for anything, & you’ll find yourself healthier than most folks ever imagined.

Dear Sir:  I find that I question everything of late.  During this presidential election I could not understand why everyone was so enamored of Obama.  I saw the things he said and did and wondered why no one seemed to recognize the problems with this man personally.  I watched the media praise him for everything and ignore the things he did that were improper and harmful.  I don’t know why I question everything the way I do.  Lately I can’t read enough articles by people like you who seem to recognize that the public is apparently a large group of sheep following blindly along with the government.  I worry for my grandchildren.  I’m sixty years old, a college graduate with an MA and an MFA, and perhaps I should be going along with the crowd, but I can’t seem to do so.  I am very worried about the state of this country under Obama’s leadership along with the fact  that the senate will probably have 60 democratic senators.  I don’t understand why this isn’t disconcerting for far more people and why the public in Georgia will probably elect yet one more democrat for the senate.  Do so few people recognize the danger in this act?  If I am lazy, it is because I have no idea what to do anymore.  I feel completely “taken over” by the government wishes and a party to their whims.  Is there something I could do to make a difference?  If I could vote in Georgia against the democrat running for the senate, I would, but that is not within my power.  I did not want Obama to win this election.  I feel like he wants to change the country and take the fundamental freedom this country was founded on away from my grandchildren.  I feel completely helpless in the face of what is going on in America today.  Sincerely, Suzanne Keyworth

I want to thank you for your correct analysis of what is happening in our country and the world. And like you I agree there is very little we can do as indiviuals. Actually this has all been fortold – I am refering to the scriptures such as Revelations by John and many many others. We are told that conditions will become much worse before the “Comming of the End”. My advise is to study and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. Try to do what He would do in all situations and in the end you will be saved! May I offer you my very best wishes and may God bless you!

      Suzanne,
I, too, was and am dumbfounded as to why so many were and are yet enamored with Obama and blind to his character. Why so many mindlessly believed his (teleprompted) words. The media did us no favors in distorting and slanting all ‘reporting’ in his favor. In effect, they greatly contributed to our very possible downfall from the founding father’s wisdom in creating our United States.

And, like you, I feel so helpless to do anything to alter the course on which we find ourselves, except pray. Not to minimize prayer, but taking action would be good, too. I did not want him to win. I do not want him to ‘rule’. (Maybe the Supreme Court will throw a curve ball Dec 6th when Obama still fails to turn up his birth certificate, but I am not holding my breath on that.) It is our law that a person must be born here and he can’t or hasn’t proved that yet. WHY has he been allowed this far without even complying to that basic fundamental law?

Wish I could vote in GA, too. Thanks for your comments. I am in agreement with you.

I believe the reason people have become like sheep in this country is because they have become so dummed down about politics and about government in general that they just don’t care anymore and as the old saying goes “they don’t want to get involved”. People in this country have become lazy when it comes to doing research into the candidates what they represent and stand for as well as what the elected officials in Congress propose as Bills and laws.

Most Bills and laws in this country that were created by our Congress are designed to work for the elite and the people in power, and against the general population. It is We The People that the laws are made to work against, whereas most of the elected officials and the elite are immune to these laws.

Take for example if you seen a police officer beating a person in an attempt to place this person under arrest, it is against the LAW for you to attempt to stop this police officer from beating the so called perpetrater, but it is not against the law for the police officer to beat the person, into compliance the name of “resisting arrest”.

I believe this is wrong, everybody in this country is entitled to defend themselves, even from the police. If a person is beating me, I have the right to defend myself even if this person is a police officer. A police officer’s job is to “serve and protect” not to assault. The police lately though have been issued tools not to serve and protect but to assault and do physical harm i.e. gun, baton, tazer, teargas, work in teams.

An innocent person by themself have no defense against 2 police officers working in tandom on a single person. We need in this country to become aware of fact that police are taught to lie to a suspect being questioned and this is a legal tactic of getting a confession, but it is illegal for the same suspect to lie to the police. I believe if the police want honesty during their questioning they should also provide honesty in their questioning of a suspect. Also a suspect is under no obligation to answer any questions of the police, and most lawyers if they are any good will tell you not to answer any questions of the police.

In the Miranda rights the quote says “anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law”. Nothing in what you say will be used for your defense. So the lesson is Do not talk to the police. Do not give them any information that they can use against you.
      Well I have rambled enough.

Dear Mr. Livingston:  I’m with you.  I’ve believed for years that we are manipulated by many ways in this country, including by the media, school curriculums, medicine and drug companies, local politics and our federal government about many issues and in many ways. One big way we are manipulated is by the foods we are told to eat and the selections we see in our supermarkets.  One of the big topics some of my alternative forums discuss now is genetically modified grains and other food substances they are trying to feed us.  Another would be meat fromed cloned animals. ” Why,” would most unaware individuals ask,” would they allow this? “Or they may even state “our government is supposed to protect us”, “they would’nt do this to us”.  Well, I’m afraid they would.  The only way to even try to stay safe is to educated yourself. And stay as far away from suspect foods, drugs, programs, hospitals and specialists as you can.  And of course, try to wake your brothers up and maybe work to change the system.  As long as we are sheep, we’ll get more of what government and big business try to force on us.

I SPEAK AS AN EX-TEACHER. BASICALLY, PARENTS HAVE TWO CHOICES IN EDUCATING THEIR CHILDREN. THEY CAN TAKE THE EASY ROUTE, AND LEAVE THEIR CHILDREN UNDER THE CARE OF AN EDUCATION MONOPOLY THAT SPECIALIZES IN ANYTHING BUT EDUCATION. THEY CAN PLACE THEIR CHILDREN IN A PRIVATE SCHOOL, A CHURCH SCHOOL OR OPT TO SCHOOL AT HOME.
THROWING MONEY AT A “PROBLEM” [e. g., education] IS AN OLD GOVERNMENT SPECIALTY. IT SOLVES NOTHING. IT MAKES THE PROBLEM WORSE. IT MAKES PEOPLE COMPLACENT (and utterly dumbed-down). TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, PARENTS WHO WANT THEIR CHILDREN TO GET A DEGREE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO JOBS THAT MAY NOT EXIST WHEN THEIR CHILDREN GO JOB-HUNTING.
PARENTS, Y  O  U ARE RESPONSIBLE. RELIANCE ON THE GOVERNMENT WILL END IN COMPLETE DISASTER. IT IS A PROVEN FAILURE. THE CLOCK IS TICKING, AND YOUR CHILDREN WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DO OR DON’T DO.

Thank you for your post. I have homeschooled my son from kindergarten, he is now 16. I don’t regret a minute of it. This year in particular, we have been encouraging entrepreneurship and the creativity allowed in owning your own business. I’m not sure yet what God has planned for him, but I know he’s going to be great at whatever he does.

I am bearing positive fruit of my years of educating him. I was on a career track in Information Systems, which I would have been earning easily in the 80s to 90s. My husband’s co-workers were bemoaning how much they spend on child care, when my husband spoke up and said, “I spend more than any of you.” They know what I do. It shut the conversation right down. However, we believe all the salary we have forgone will reap much personal benefit for him and his loved ones in the future.

Dr. Bob, you are reaching an audience you may not have anticipated. My 14 year old daughter is savoring the information I’ve been giving her related to health and money. She has been amazed that convention wisdom is not necessarily true. I provide her with many of your articles. She said on one occasion, “I wish he was our family doctor”. I do to honey, I do to. I wish you were our country’s country doctor!
