One good way to eat Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds is in the shell, spitting the shell out after getting the meat out of the nut, you can also buy them in a variety of flavors, and only cost 1-2 dollars making them affordable. While Pistacho nuts and Pecans tend to be the most expensive.

all nuts are good for you because they contain good fats. the majority of the fats contained are polyunsaturated and monounsaturated ,but very little saturated.a couple of the more beneficial nuts are walnuts and pistacio.
